Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Ribble

Every time I order they forget to bring out the sauce and I don't think the food is fresh.

food was freezing cold, 2 burgers was all over the bag and 1 drink had lid popped off, man come with wife in car , wife was shouting to him while he was at my door , not happy at all as this was a big order witch now a mess and I had to pay 60 for that

Upon making the order I was told 15 - 30 minutes, almost 50 minutes later my food arrived with cold soggy chips, a cup of melted ice cream. This isn’t the lunch I was expecting when I paid almost £25.

Food was cold, but due to what was ordered (i.e. no salad) was able to warm up in the microwave. Company have learned to work the system and move the time, so that orders are delivered on schedule, but not in time with promised initial proposal!!!

Delivery time just kept increasing. Had I have known it would have been so long I would have ordered from elsewhere.

delivery took over a hour feeling like the time was only ever going up . so food wasn't warm making it a bit stale

Ordered at 18.07pm delivered at 20.25pm - receipt sticker said 18.26pm. Food stone cold and inedible. Terribly disappointed and had to sort out alternative food for the children

The food was stone cold, the water had already been opened and went in the bin and the delivery driver was on the wrong road, trying to deliver it to the wrong house, despite the map being very clear about where he needed to go! I honestly don't know why I bother with this McDonald's. There is always an issue.

Waited 2 hours for food. Then the app has just updated with delivered at 16:50 when we haven’t received nothing! No delivery. Not blaming McDonald’s but this seems to happen a lot when ordering from the capitol centre McDonald’s

Wally disappointed food is cold and sent the wrong burger sent a chicken with barbacue sauce on which I do not like. I. Ordered double stack philly cheese. I noticed on the app the driver was there but was at least a good 30 to 40 mins before the order left. I do mind this but to send the wrong burger. I would like a refund or I will not order again.

Cold food left waiting for ages before delivery, then 3rd stop for my driver. freezing food.

Ordered at 18.16pm and the food arrived at 19.58pm. After the time getting pushed back we tried to cancel but it wouldn’t let us. When the food arrived it was absolutely freezing to the point where it was inedible. Never ever again!!

Estimated time of delivery was 20.00 - 20.20, arrival time was 21.25 and was very cold. Only place it was good for was the bin. Money wasted

All good but my wife’s chocolate milkshake tasted weird it was like it was mixed with another one the dog enjoyed it though 😂

I think it's ridiculous that a time estimate can be so far wrong. It smacks of being a deliberate ploy.

Got a delivery both burgers stone cold had to put in microwave for it to be edible. What an utter rubbish service, deepdale store all the way. Sort your service out rather then having 1 member of staff on. Only 1 pickle and no topping it should have came with. 40 min wait for nothing

Absolutely poor service, but if you want cold food so the delivery guys can accept orders and stay in restaurants until it’s worthwhile to take out there orders then fine!

Missing items from delivery and uber will not refund. You can’t speak to anybody it’s all through a virtual assistant. The app need to use local delivery or just eat. Uber eats shocking customer service

Appalling experience! Unbeknownst to us, the cold food was dumped in the rain on the public pavement outside our driveway! As a result, a formal complaint has been submitted to McDonalds customer service this evening.

Prep time got delayed multiple times, didn't give me the option to cancel the order, then got delivered stone cold food. Just eats solution? "we're so sorry, heres 3.50 store credit for your 20 box of nuggets, burger, and 9 pack of nuggets, that were all stone cold". Disgraceful

the coffee was spilt in the bag and it had leaked everywhere including the other bag where the food was so one of the mcmuffin was ruined 😥

Always something missing, no straws no napkins, chips constantly upside down spilling so there cold immediately. Food in general is disgusting, coke zero or any fizzy drink tastes like some kind of detergent is in it, the que is always endless either quiet or busy, you order things no matter what, you get home and something is wrong, it happens all the time. Management needs sorting out as I will have to drive to Deepdale which is 3 miles further but never is there a problem at that place. Everything is good so like I said it needs to change, and when you do ring back and complain someone who says they are the manager sounds like she is ready for going to nursery. Absolute disgrace,there must be so many complaints. Most of the food wouldn't be fit for a bin never mind human consumption. Will never go there again and if I could minus the reviews I would.

The time stamp on the packing ticket was 10:07 - we received the order at approx 10:38 - we live a 3 minute drive away and the food was cold & greasy when it arrived. It’s either been sat on the side and not given to driver or the driver has waited and collected a few orders at once. Not good enough considering the prices!

I`m losing patience with this app, I order food waited hours ...time kept going up and up and I know it's being recorded all of this. but how can you take money so easily and the fact that it wasn't delivered ...nothing arrived ...and the system restaurant and just eat know that it didn't come. I want my money back. as soon as possible. I suffer from mental health issues and at the moment I feel like I'm slowly losing a battle and I don't need this. so please refund me asap. really upsetting
