Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Ribble

Waited 15 mins in the drive thru queue, couldn’t find my app order, then was asked 3 times to pay! I was sent to the sin bin anyway only to get home and found out my grandson couldn’t have his double cheeseburger because it was missing..

Friday night chaos, customers everywhere, staff running round like crazy, not the best

Manageress has a bad attitude and was very busy messed my order up retrain in customer service needed part from this was all good

I went through the drive through, it always seems manic this McDonald's, you order and are always told to park up, and staff come out looking all over for the cars they have orders for. The staff always seem pleasant, just not sure why they are nor prepared for busy times, what I order is standard

Just an other mckey.Finally got trained staff members,they bring everithing on the order,and not put too much ice in the drinks.During weekends the place is seems a bit small,but we alwayd found place to sit down.

I got the McRib and I have to say it was very disappointing, a thin patty instead of the original thick one and with a very sweet barbecue sauce, the service was appalling, they were concentrating on drive through more than the customer's in the shop, waited about 15 minutes !!

I have enjoyed McDonalds for over 30 years now with no problems apart from the occasional missed fries or some such in the past, which was always instantly fixed. Tonight though I have been amazed, flabbergasted, angered and disappointed in the space of 20 mins. I attended the drive through and ordered two cheese burgers, a McChicken sandwich with extra mayo and medium fries. It came to £10.25. I gave the server £20.25 and received £9,75 in change. A simple mistake and when I realised I had already been asked to park up as the fast food wasn't ready yet.  To be fair I had expected this as I'd asked for extra mayo on my McChicken sandwich and this always seems to throw your staff off. So I realised the mistake and exited my car, went into the restaurant and confronted the staff. the confusion that occurred left me befuddled so I just said, "You know what, forget it, I'm not to 50p, i'll just go and wait for my order." I left the restaurant and returned to my vehicle to wait for my order.  After 20 minutes though, watching several parked customers receive their orders, I asked the next member of staff that appeared what was going on with my order.  The response from this young, male upstart was bewildering, confrontational and frankly antagonistic. I wish I'd had the presence of mind to take this boys name as he really should not be working in a customer facing environment. I was so incensed with anger and my wait that was now over 20 minutes I requested a refund. The smug faced boy smirked at me and said I can't do a refund, I'll have to get a supervisor and it'll be at least 5 min as they're busy. At this point I simply told them to forget it and left with no food and £10.50 down and such anger it probably affects my mental health in day and age. In short. Food and service usually ok but the one time it goes horribly wrong is the time you remember. I'm waiting, hungrily, for a response from the customer service team and depending on their response I'll update this post.

Waited about 4 mins to speak ti someone at drive throu then had tried charging me 20p for tomato sauce to go onto a plain chicken burger, only to receive mayo chicken complete with tomato sauce

Lack of communication of understanding of your order when you ask for a certain drink they haven't turned on the machine which should of already been on worst macdonald's ever avoid going here

Twenty-five minutes to get through a drive through is NOT acceptable. Looking at other reviews, this is not an isolated incident.

No milk with my tea. Ordered a tea because I’ve no milk in my house to make one. Typical. Was missing a couple items but usual case for capital center.

Food quality was lacking, half the order missing, delivery driver delivered within timeframe but timeframe changed multiple times.

Twice in a row now missing food so that’s twice I’ve had to go through the hassle of submitting a refund request! And someone goes without food! Definitely done with the bad service given by this restaurant

I ordering food to take out. And when home to eat . And check order. I didn’t get my chicken wrap. Very upset. But too far to go back and speak . :(

Absolute joke, ordered a mayo chicken with no lettuce and I receive a mayo chicken with extra cheese and lettuce. It doesn’t even come with cheese… my ‘large’ fries are less than half full.

Food was cold and arrival time kept being pushed back

The delivery time was acceptable & the delivery driver was great. My issues are with the restaurant itself. No straws came with the drinks, & despite ordering a chicken share box with various sauces & additional bbq sauce aswell, not a single sachet of dip came with my order. I have no issues with just eat, I am just seriously disappointed with McDonald's. If basic condiments cannot be supplied as requested there are major issues within the restaurant and I am reluctant to order from there again

the food was cold so just eat some bit disappointing really. has was quite hungry after a long shift at work hopefully next time might be ok

Missing half my dinner so not impressed with that!

I ordered a mcflurry and ended up with a small Fanta how can you get that wrong. 2nd time I've had a issue with my order.

i asked for no gerkins or onions as my kids are allergic and they cant even follow a simple step like this im going to call the store today as it happened last week , i leave notes everytime

23 minute wait! And still managed to get the order wrong...twice!! This isn't fast food and it is no longer convenient Shocking and avoid at all costs. All automated and 1 single staff member running round. Wouldnt trust them to run a bath!

So I spent nearly £25 on a late tea for me the wife and my young daughter. The shop was nearly empty Inc only 2 delivery drivers. My order still took over 10 minutes to arrive and they were normal items apart from chicken big mac. Which was also the only thing that was warm when I got home 7 mins later in the car the blowers on redders. Tried to complain unable to get anywhere. The y think I only had issues with fries as that's all I could add. Never ever using them again.

order never received absolute joke of a company. I will never order again. I will be telling everyone else the same. stay clear of just eat.

What a bad experience! I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. When my order came, my fish burger was burnt. I gave it back and was told it would be a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 20 minutes. They were not busy at all, and the drive-thru was very quiet. Ask for a refund and still waiting on it was told 3 days and now it's been 10 days. Fix up capital one McDonald's

Ordered porridge with SYRUP..no syrup! The main thing why my daughter wanted the porridge..it’s so irritating when they don’t complete the order and you have paid for it. It’s every time they miss something and it shouldn’t happen especially so frequently!!

The driver went above and beyond , I had given the wrong address and messaged him to tell him and he promptly brought my order to the correct address .

Wasn’t just eats fault that this McDonalds is absolutely terrible. Waited over an hour and 30 mins just to not eat anything. Everything in the bin. Because clearly it’s run by people that don’t know what they’re doing.

Waited over an hour and a half at first I thought it was the just eat driver. No. the poor guy was stood waiting for almost 40 minutes 6 things I ordered. I’ve worked in maccies before it doesn’t take 1h30m to make two Big Mac meals. And the food when it eventually came 1 was missing items and two was cold and we didn’t even eat it

Can always get a seat, parking is not so great at mcdonalds but there is a big parking lot behind it so not really a problem. The food is what you would expect, I haven't had any issues

Left in the parking bay for 20 mins, only to go inside to ask for a manager to complain to and they did not have the balls to come out from the kitchen and sent a young worker to sort out the issue of my lost order. This Maccies has gone to the dogs.

Superb quite simply brilliant. The delivery man was excellent and very polite very hard working.

It's a McDonald's so it's never getting top food rating but the service was very quick.

No straws, and missing half my order and yoh charge for dips now but never actually put them in the bag. If you think you’re getting money out of me think again I refund every single time you do this!

Gave us the wrong wrap of the day very poor service

Told to park up to receive our order, waited over 40 minutes, saw them serve 8 cars after us. In the end we had to go in and request our order, which to no ones surprise was at this point, stone cold. The woman at the window basically threw our drinks out and our orange juice ended up on the floor. Our order was wrong, missing items. Won't be returning to this McDonalds. It's not a hard thing to get right - especially considering we ordered the most popular items on the menu.

Excellent service by just eat however mc Donald’s got a few items missing from my order I rang the restaurant and was told to get in contact with just eat which I did and got a refund

The food was great. Straws & napkins were provided which is nice as some maccys stores never bother. You should give the option to tip the driver after delivery. He was a polite & speedy. It seems silly to only give the option as you order.

The biggest problem at this particular McDonald's is the frequency with which they miss parts of your order.... The last three times I've used them there's been something missing and I've had to either go back or get it refunded via Uber, both of which are pain in the neck! CHECK YOU HAVE EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!

Food arrived late and was cold- which is fine, I can warm it up, and I'm not bothered about the lateness given the time I ordered, but it was also missing all of the fries which is why I've submitted a refund request- don't expect the full amount back but I want at least half for all the missed fries. Bit hit and miss with this store.
