Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Ribble

Chicken selects were hugely over cooked so chicken was completely dry & coating tasted burnt. Chips were cold & unseasoned & veggie bites were cold.

Quality is not professional not wrapped properly, everything’s falling off full of grease and ketchup all over the wrapper.

picking food up then taking a hour to go 5 minutes down the road. food arrives cold and ice cream melted to the point its to go in bin.

All the bag was ripped open and the food boxes dinted

20 minutes later than when booked, no straws, no sauces, hamburger rather than a cheese burger, chicken nuggets very well done so we’re too hard for the kids to eat!

girl on the phone was fantastic in telling me exactly what was happening but this was a miserable experience nonetheless and my food was both late, and cold.

Food arrived cold and hardly edible. Given the driver was waiting at the restaurant I can only assume the food was cold on leaving.

Every time I have gone to the drive through here I always have to wait in the bays as the food is never ready and then the food isn't fresh

Lift was out of order so tricky with a pram and stairs. Also, parking warden very active so not the beet venue

Food was great, delivery man, professional and friendly

App ordering with click and serve parking is very useful. No need to go through the car park, just park up and they’ll bring out to your car. Always find the staff polite and friendly

Don’t know how this can be called fast food. Always waiting for food, whether inside or drive through. Minimum 20 min wait every time, might as well go somewhere else.

everything was cold, the drink had spilled inside the bag and sauces that had been ordered were missing

delivery time extended by 5-10minutes 3 times, forgot sweet n sour sauces and ketchup and nuggets where a bit off along with the chips abit cold.

Took ages to arrive, missing the two fries from the duo burger meal and the wrong drink sent. 95% of thr time ordering from the Leyland branch theres always something missing or wrong on the order. Chorley McDonald's never have this issue.

First they sent a regular double cheeseburger when a chilli one ordered. Second they was hardly any sauce on the Katsu Chicken Wrap. Asked for extra sauce on the mc spicy and got less than the lame normal. I should have given one star but in a good mood. Lame quality checks on the order. Really unhappy the more I think about it.

I asked for no mayonnaise because my daughter is allergic to it and you put it on anyway she was missing her main part of her meal and was very upset I have asked for a refund but haven’t Hurd anything yet

Absolutely awful and inedible. Fries coated in salt and not full portion, ordered a cappuchino large - it wasnt a cappuchino, dont know what it was and was only half a cup. Big Mac looked like a lettuce bun and couldnt find sauce on it. The whole meal was a disaster. Staff on duty at 7.00pm on Tuesday 25th Feb 2025 need sacking !!!

ordered a philly cheese meal with cappuccino, coffee spilt literally 2 sips left in it. when you pay nearly £5 for delivery you expect to get your meal. Very disappointed after working nightshift I was looking forward to it.

Items missing again, no chips and what we did receive was stone cold. Took an hour from ordering to come when it said 25 mins max at time of ordering - if I’d known it was going to take so long I would have saved my money!
