The worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Ive been 6 times in the last 6 months and either the food was totally wrong or they give you large when you order a medium

Ordered 2 £5 meal deals came to £11.60 Asked for one of burgers to have no cheese , guess what yep came with cheese , and one of the milk shakes was only half full

I ordered a couple breakfasts for my family and I missed a hash brown and the manager came over, I told her that I need a hash brown and she started shouting and saying she doesn't have any left horrible person

Should rebrand as "slow food" ! Almost 10 minute wait after going through the drive through for 2 happy meals and a big mac meal, if it was a one off then fair enough but it's constant. Worst McDonald's in the area

Really poor had enough going use Preston and and eat inside, giving a review because they need to improve, 5 times now in last 10 months they have got my order wrong, i ordered a share box and quarter pounder cheese burger meal, soo they give another 9 nuggets instead of the quarter pounder cheese burger, fries where we'll over cooked hard only realised when i got home, i normally call up but they just say sorry for inconvenience etc, seriously this generation in that resturant couldn't give a any thought, feel sorry for person who's been given my cheese burger. I guess where all human but Everytime you order a family order threw drive threw it rather you haven't got your item oh they give you someone else's.

Dining area was clean and well tended. The food was a large and slightly complicated order and was all prepared as asked for and in a reasonable time. The atmosphere was a bit subdued, although I personally preferred the lack of loud music, my son was less impressed. There was no toilet roll in one of the toilets but that they were clean.

Chicken selects were hugely over cooked so chicken was completely dry & coating tasted burnt. Chips were cold & unseasoned & veggie bites were cold.

Wow wow wow, lost for words after this fantastic experience McDonald’s this evening. A fine young lad called Charlie helped me with ordering my meal as im abit old and struggle with all this technology, silly me ahahahah.

Quality is not professional not wrapped properly, everything’s falling off full of grease and ketchup all over the wrapper.

Given wrong drink, despite specifically asking at the window was it correct, only discovered this when I was home

picking food up then taking a hour to go 5 minutes down the road. food arrives cold and ice cream melted to the point its to go in bin.

20 minutes later than when booked, no straws, no sauces, hamburger rather than a cheese burger, chicken nuggets very well done so we’re too hard for the kids to eat!

Everytime I order something is missing. After waiting 30 minutes a whole meal was missing and by time I had called back in been able to speak to staff and get the meal the rest of the take out was cold!

App ordering with click and serve parking is very useful. No need to go through the car park, just park up and they’ll bring out to your car. Always find the staff polite and friendly

Can always rely on something being missing from the order every time. Leyland branch didn’t disappoint again. No chicken mayo burger. Also chips are cold.

Took ages to arrive, missing the two fries from the duo burger meal and the wrong drink sent. 95% of thr time ordering from the Leyland branch theres always something missing or wrong on the order. Chorley McDonald's never have this issue.

Don’t know how this can be called fast food. Always waiting for food, whether inside or drive through. Minimum 20 min wait every time, might as well go somewhere else.

missing item and another was slightly different to whet ordered. quick message and refund given. if only was that simple the other times they got it wrong. seems to be quite often at the moment but happy with the outcome tonight. food was hot enough, fries weren't salty which is always a blessing

First they sent a regular double cheeseburger when a chilli one ordered. Second they was hardly any sauce on the Katsu Chicken Wrap. Asked for extra sauce on the mc spicy and got less than the lame normal. I should have given one star but in a good mood. Lame quality checks on the order. Really unhappy the more I think about it.

Absolutely awful and inedible. Fries coated in salt and not full portion, ordered a cappuchino large - it wasnt a cappuchino, dont know what it was and was only half a cup. Big Mac looked like a lettuce bun and couldnt find sauce on it. The whole meal was a disaster. Staff on duty at 7.00pm on Tuesday 25th Feb 2025 need sacking !!!

ordered a philly cheese meal with cappuccino, coffee spilt literally 2 sips left in it. when you pay nearly £5 for delivery you expect to get your meal. Very disappointed after working nightshift I was looking forward to it.
