forgot every single one of my sauces, two franks mayo and three bbq sauces

Big Mac missing from order meaning one of our group was without a meal. The Big Mac that did arrive had too much sauce and was ridiculously sloppy meaning my daughter found it inedible , double quarter pounder was lovely pipping hot and tasty

Driver got lost, food was cold

Order completely wrong due to delivery grabbing the wrong order. Half the items received we cant hsve due to allergies in the house so it's wasted

Collection orders inside are slow. They prioritise the drive through and Uber eats. They also change orders to 'ready' on the screen way too early. I was waiting another 15 minutes before I had to go and complain. It was only after a complaint that the meal was brought out. This is probably the worst McDonald's in the area.

no sauce! disappointed. chips dry nothing to dunk in. sauce is a big part of the meal really if you like to have your chips with sauce.

The quality of this maccies has been going downhill recently, but our last order was astronishingly bad. We ordered two large meals, two mcflurries and two frappes. All the food was stone cold and the two large fries we ordered were barely half full of cold chips. Neither of the frappes or mcflurries had many toppings on at all. We feel completely scammed here and wont be going to this mcdonalds again, the quality of the food here is unacceptable for the £25 we payed for it. I strongly recommend giving this one a miss and heading to another one, there are a couple within 10 minutes drive.

Yet again, McFlurry missing Apple pie missing and cheese share box missing. Every order there is always something wrong or missing.

Should rebrand as "slow food" ! Almost 10 minute wait after going through the drive through for 2 happy meals and a big mac meal, if it was a one off then fair enough but it's constant. Worst McDonald's in the area

At the drivethru (5.52am) i ordered a sausage and egg muffin with large cappuccino, and a porridge. I was asked if I wanted that as a meal...I don't really like hash browns but said yes as I though I'd let my grandson have it when I picked him up, we were going to Wales. At the kiosk I was asked to go to the second window and wait. This seemed to take longer than it should for what should be a ready to go menu. Half way to picking up my grandson I got the opportunity to have a bite of the muffin and it was stale and hard as though it was a yesterdays reheat. Also there was no has brown. Went back to ask for another (making us late setting off to Wales) but as this was a 2.5hr motorway drive a quick breckie was needed. I also mentioned no hash brown was in the bag. The girl on the kiosk looked at the receipt and said 'this was an hour ago, the bread goes hard if it's left' So I explained it was like that 10 minutes after buying it but I had to pick up my grandson and then get back here ! She said again but it was an hour ago....I said yeah, I know...pointed to my grandson and said I've just told you I was on my way to pick my grandson up !! She went away and brought back another sausage muffin and also the girl that had packed the first meal who said that she did put a hash brown in the bag...I said there definitely wasn't one in there. She said there was....I said well, there definitely wasn't... I said ok ok, I'll leave it then (i didn't have time to argue about a hash brown I didn't even want in the first place) and left. Once I had the chance I tried the replacement muffin and it was no different to the first one so didn't end up eating that either. The attitude of those two staff was on a par with a school tuc shop and the food was awful. Been eating McD's breckie muffins for years, I know a bad one when it happens and these were NOT fresh. Sort your standards out Leyland !!

Really poor had enough going use Preston and and eat inside, giving a review because they need to improve, 5 times now in last 10 months they have got my order wrong, i ordered a share box and quarter pounder cheese burger meal, soo they give another 9 nuggets instead of the quarter pounder cheese burger, fries where we'll over cooked hard only realised when i got home, i normally call up but they just say sorry for inconvenience etc, seriously this generation in that resturant couldn't give a any thought, feel sorry for person who's been given my cheese burger. I guess where all human but Everytime you order a family order threw drive threw it rather you haven't got your item oh they give you someone else's.

didn't want to give 1 star but all good was cold on delivery.. shame I paid over 20 pound for that ..kids not happy ..had to warm up in air fryer chips n burgers. should not have to do that.... diver mat have had other deliveries on way . if not it's McDonald's fault.

Dining area was clean and well tended. The food was a large and slightly complicated order and was all prepared as asked for and in a reasonable time. The atmosphere was a bit subdued, although I personally preferred the lack of loud music, my son was less impressed. There was no toilet roll in one of the toilets but that they were clean.

Chicken selects were hugely over cooked so chicken was completely dry & coating tasted burnt. Chips were cold & unseasoned & veggie bites were cold.

Wow wow wow, lost for words after this fantastic experience McDonald’s this evening. A fine young lad called Charlie helped me with ordering my meal as im abit old and struggle with all this technology, silly me ahahahah.

Quality is not professional not wrapped properly, everything’s falling off full of grease and ketchup all over the wrapper.

Everytime I order something is missing. After waiting 30 minutes a whole meal was missing and by time I had called back in been able to speak to staff and get the meal the rest of the take out was cold!

Can always rely on something being missing from the order every time. Leyland branch didn’t disappoint again. No chicken mayo burger. Also chips are cold.

App ordering with click and serve parking is very useful. No need to go through the car park, just park up and they’ll bring out to your car. Always find the staff polite and friendly
