This is the best after a night out! They are fast and know exactly how to solve my hangover. Never change the menu or close it down. I’ll be back every weekend.

It's always takes a realy to long to get your orders.im walking in to buy something but it's seems they don't habr enough personnel to serve customers

Probably the best McDonald’s in London. Fast, hot and plenty of parking and places to sit and eat. Always get my order right . All of this is opposite to the one on MacDonald Road that one took 20 minutes for a cheese sharebox, fries and a mini mcflurry and only gave me 1 salsa instead of the 3 that ur meant to get with the sharebox

If your in need of a desperate use of the toilet, do not go here they are extremely unhelpful. They will not allow you to use any! of the toilets while they are cleaning

Yummy food and good customer service

My partner took our kids here a couple of weeks ago, parked up, went inside to have some food, came out and drove off. Today we have received a parking fine rod £100 stating that ‘the occupants left the McDonald’s premises’. I will appeal to POPLA and request City Road camera footage from TFL if needed in order to get this overturned. Shame on MET Parking Services for what is a brazen robbery attempt.

By far the worst McDonalds store. I had a worker sneeze in my coffee (she had a cold) when received from the drive-through window and when I asked for a new one, she was surprised. and I noticed she had gotten the food mixed up from a previous car. She took the food away from the previous car then handed me the food. This is unacceptable! This place really lacks good workers and everyone seems to do what they like here. Don’t waste your time here!

It is what it is. It fills a hole occasionally. Their breakfast menu is far better than than anything else they do.

How dare they! 🤬 Firstly, the atmosphere was wayyyyyyyyyyyy too stressful, secondly the staff was very rude, and worst of all, FORGOT OUR STRAWS. 😡 I hope this place gets demolished from the way we were treated, I wish I could get a refund but unfortunately they wouldn’t allow it, fix this McDonald’s! NOW.

Never get a delivery from this restaurant as the stuff are not very intelligent and always miss items from your order

Honestly this is one of many issues that I have experienced from this particular McDonalds. Today I received my lunch and found that the cup was covered in dirty/black finger prints. This is unacceptable and honestly concerning of the restaurants hygiene.

Was bad enough they barley speak English and keep getting my order wrong , but the manager was unhelpful and rude. One order was wrong still after 3 attempts, shocking !

This was my last visit to a McDonald's for a while... Especially this one! Lying and gaslighting isn't a good look on the franchise... And the attitude? The food? Nope. It's a shame because it was a little treat that got spoiled stupidly. You mess up, you apologize and it's done. Nope instead we have the manager gaslighting professionally and repeat the mistake to make it better. I'm not impressed by the customer service. The cleaner though, she's hard working! Seriously hardly ever see someone so vigilant at her job 😁

The most disgusting rudest customer service received by far. An Asian manager which name starts with H, came to discuss with my complaint where I did not receive a full order when delivered by Uber through ordering with the app. As it was not the first time this has occurred and this has occurred way to often I had to make a complaint. This manager came over and after listening to my complaint, he just states "speak to uber they will refund the missing order" with no apology whatsoever when it was their fault for missing the order in the first place. I explained I already have and due to being ordered through Mcdonald's app I should speak to Mcdonald's. Keep in mind Mcdonald's app customer service is awful and pointless as it is just virtual assistance taking you to no resolution. After going back and forth with the manager he asked me to show him if I actually spoke with Uber and the call history, which I was more disgusted but showed him and he then asked if I actually spoke with them and not just called so I showed him the call history time to the point I was just shocked how he was dealing with this issue as a Manager. Then his attitude changed from bad to worse and started to say that he will make one discretion to give me the missing order when I should be eligible to do so when I have paid but had to come and get even after paying my delivery fee. Also to mention as he was talking to customer with complaints having his arm crossed and standing like nothing is the business's fault and still refused to apologise for the inconvenience. Having this kind of manager makes me realise how awful this branch is and how this business does not care so much about customers.

Ordered deluxe chicken but too spicy even ordered regular. The place is full of delivery drivers hanging around and stall owners not good atmosphere.

Fast food? I don't think so. This has to be THE slowest McDonalds I've ever had the misfortune to visit. Food was OK though. Just don't visit if you're in a hurry.

I like this McDonald's. It's near Old Street Station which is about an 11 Minute Walk from here. There is Friendly staff. I've only been here once about a year and a half ago and I'm writing to this now. The best thing about it is that it's 24 Hours. It never Closes, so if your out at like 2am, this is the place for you! Delicious Burgers, And Wraps which I Absolutely LOVE. This is my Local McDonald's to Eat in and my other local McDonald's is in Highbury Corner. I think this mcdonalds is much better. I love it. Keep the hard work up! There is parking here too which is Free! Would Recommend here if anyone's hungry.👍

It was midnight around Old Street in London, my phone was out of battery and so I couldn't access the entry code for my accommodation. My grateful thanks to the lovely staff at the nearby McDonald's, who immediately understood my situation and found a charger, charged my battery and got me back in to where I was staying. Your manager in particular was very kind. Thank you!

I swear every customer was fighting with the staff about something. I myself had to wait 1/2h for a quarter pounder, and was told I had been called earlier. Which was untrue. Everybody here seemed to be working in slow motion. A complete disgrace.

Hoe on earth can you serve a "top quality coffee" , in a paper cup that's coated with wax ,? , all of them,do this Starbucks and the rest , and I know there is a ceramic option at extra cost , but let's go back to fundamental point ,, would you eat a Michelin 5 star meal served on a wax coated paper plate ,? Drive through is useless. Takes longer than takeaway in store. Took me 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Happened a few times. Not going back.

Whenever you go there toilets are closed and i called the manager and he said we will open the toilets after 8am i mean what about customers they paying for food and not getting great service

The manager Emimem , is very rude and disrespectful , we came in to place our order and she stood there without acknowledging our presence. I placed the other, but wanted further assistance ( I’ve got an invisible disability)and she just stood there with an attitude on her face, even when her colleague, try to get her attention. I later sent my child for a sauce, he came back to say the lady was giving him an attitude . This manager should be retrained and learn about treating customers with respect and handling food ethically . She is surely not ready to deal with customers or interact with the general public. Shame on you Emimem, I’m your your a parent and ghats not a pleasant way to deal with children. The other members of staff were rather approachable and seems a lot more pleasant than Emimem.

This has to be the slowest Mcds in the world and the staff are so rude it is unbelievable. I go there to get food for my team in the office and it is never good but the closest to St John's Wood....wish there was another. Also why is priority given to deliver drivers whilst customers have to wait.

Genuinely the worst McDonald's going. Tend to stop here on way to regular hospital appointments. Toilets regularly have maintenance issues, lock in female toilets broken for literally beyond a year. A lot of staff are rude, one lady in a grey uniform in the mornings in particular. Always have delivery orders stacked up so imagine they are lovely and cold when received. Update: toilets broken again, the working ones were dirty. Uber bikes scattered across car park, fun obstacle course for the car.

Asked for chocolate milkshake. When I got it it was so bland. Asked to change it and got the same 1 back. Asked for money back

Dear McDonald's Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at one of your establishments. I am a regular customer and have always enjoyed my visits to McDonald's, but the experience I had recently was far from satisfactory. On my last visit, I ordered a large McFlurry. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the McFlurry was only half full. Naturally, I inquired about this with the shift manager, a gentleman named Ruhul Miah. I expected a polite and professional response, but instead, I was met with an appalling attitude. Ruhul responded to my query by saying, "Take it or leave it, mate." I was taken aback by his rudeness. Furthermore, he made a claim that each McFlurry is weighed to exactly 179g. When I asked him to weigh my McFlurry to verify this, he refused. I believe that as a customer, I have the right to receive the product I paid for in its full quantity. Moreover, the dismissive and unprofessional behavior displayed by Ruhul is unacceptable. It is not the level of service I expect from a reputable company like McDonald's. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action. I hope that this incident can be used as a learning opportunity to improve your customer service. In all honesty that man should not be a shift manager as he lacks leadership bullying people that aren't fluent in English.

I ordered on just eat nearly 2 hours ago they keep changing the times I have a hungry toddler who's ill and Im 6 months pregnant I always have problems with this McDonald's the staff are rude they always forget half the things in my order and it's always cold and they never want to refund so u end up wasting money

One of the most consistently bad McDonalds in London if using delivery. Without fail items will be missing and the food cold. Staff seem to have no idea how to follow simple orders or instructions.

Disgusting male toilet, urinols clogged up with urine, security inside the toilet playing on his phone, no toilet paper...you guys should have the toilets checked every hour and keeping it clean for customers...absolutely disgraceful.

I may not be able to visit again, so I will leave this review. They were very kind to me when I was wandering around with my guitar case and suitcase after being kicked out of my house. I am Asian and I can't speak English well, but they were very encouraging. Thank you very much. The food was delicious.

Went to the McDonald's branch near Old Street tube station in London and I was absolutely surprised to say the least. I walked in and was greeted to a really busy venue yet once I got to ordering, I finished ordering (20 chicken nuggets, large fries and a large coke zero) and collected my food at the till in less that 3 minutes and 30 seconds which is an excellent time. I then was lucky enough to find a table which was nice and clean and was able to happily sit down and enjoy my food and I was also greeted by this very nice man and we had a conversation even though I had never ever seen this man before in my life. The nuggets were fried to perfection and the chips were crispy and crunchy yet soft and flavour full and I even got a free big mac from the sticker on my fries 🍟. Overall a good 4/5 stars from me due to the quick service and yummy food and lively atmosphere.

The staff is worst at all times, they will not hand out any extras even if it is included in the order unless asked for again, even then they hand it out like the customers are stealing something from them! The managers are not able to use discount vouchers provided by McDonalds itself! The food is Great but the Pathetic customer service is just a deal-breaker.
