Mcdonald's Restaurant in Vale of White Horse

Absolutely horrible! I went to this McDonalds because it was local, I thought it would be nice. I got in and ordered something, all the staff looked depressed and not wanting to be there at all! After about 20 minutes I got my burger but the McFlurry I ordered was on the receipt but was not with my food. I went down to the counter and asked where it was and they groaned at me and said the machine was broken. What a surprise that the machine is McBroken again. Anyways I don’t get money back for that. I started to eat my burger and realised there was pickles in it even though I customised it to have NO PICKLES.. There was hair inside the burger and the drink was half empty. By any means do not go here!

We were driving in the area and happened on this place due to the A34 being closed. The entrance isn't overly well sign posted or obvious when the entrance is. We ordered food which I had the double sausage & egg mcmuffin which didn't take overly long to arrive. The food was ok, typical standard for this chain. The coffee and the hot chocolate were both ok. They had run out of sauce which wasn't good especially first thing in the morning. The place seemed ok, a decent amount of parking however they haven't updated the store/car park so only have 4 spaces for parking to have the food come to the car when ordering via the app.

Absolute lifesaver after a bad experience at the nearby 'Applecart Beefeater'. Fast, efficient service and decent food.

So you rock up to this McDonalds and upon entering there are literally a dozen members of staff behind the counter and in the kitchen all ignoring you. To the right are 2 touchscreens for ordering. It just seems such an alien and impersonal way to "greet" (for want of a better word) customers. The food was okay (although my chicken was overcooked) but the atmosphere was horrid.

Had a birthday McDonald’s and found a really long hair in my burger mid chew had to pull it out of my mouth made me feel sick

Went into McDonald’s this evening, ordered for myself and for my vegetarian friend. Firstly the displays weren’t working properly so nobody knew their numbers, but i got to my friends house and having asked for her burger with no patty we were given it with! So she couldn’t eat it. Not impressed by the service

Ordered drive thru. No fizzy drinks available at all, made to wait in the car park for food & there were no parking spaces. When food finally arrived we got home to find half of it missing from our order. Shambles.

Where has human contact gone the order machine is hard to use no assistant to help you and when the meal came was missing items and the cost was expensive Went to take my granddaughter won’t go again

Alex gave amazing customer service. He gave me a 18 year old, a balloon after asking for it. 10/10 would deffo recommend coming here.

Long queues off the main road… Friendly staff taking pre orders but food still not ready and a long wait in the car park. Left with my food and items missing!

stopped off milton mc donalds as a half way break from our holls, food was great, lovely helpful staff especially the black guy on the collection desk

Never open even though it says 24 hours. One thing they were open everything was cold and they forgot the mozzarella sticks. I don’t even think everything was cooked all the way through.

Stopped off on the way from Oxford to Southampton. Lovely helpful staff and food cooked to order. Robbie was particularly helpful. Fab

Unbelievable! Cannot believe how they spoke to me they called me a f*cking c*nt and a Arshole for catching them out about them lying about my delivery, Robbie and Jamie there names were. They are meant to be managers! That place needs to get sorted! Could not believe it!

As I'm working long hours I have no chance to cook especially at midnight I have visited abingdon mc Donald's twice. Day by day. I found lady taking order really rude . The way she talked to us , making big problem to explain what does they have (half of the menu unavailable). At the first visit our food was cold . We gave another try the following day. Same rude lady! She opened window to take an order without even showing an amount to pay, without saying good evening or anything. She took payment and closed the window really . Not even a word !!!! No thank you . Looks like she is working because she has to! We will never back again

Has some big queues but the food doesnt seem to suffer. Chips can be tepid but apart from that its one o f the better ones.

I ordered 3 kids burger happy meals and the burger was all wrong,I asked for one plain cheese, one with only cheese and ketchup and one with everything and they gave me plain with mustard all 3 happy meals had no toy inside so my kids were disappointed and there chips were cold. McDonalds is usually good but today it was awful

After a long shift working 12 hours, headed to McDonald's to feed my children and the lady was so rude. I burst into tears! Order was all wrong got home and had to cook for my children as I asked for burgers plain and everything...

Service is awful, was told my payment didn't go through so the lady with the short brown hair ( manager i think) told me i needed to go around the drive thru again. I then looked at my bank to notice it had gone through....

Although they are under construction the drive thru is still open, and their service is still very good.

Ordered meal on the touchscreen & it was delivered quickly to our table plus everything was correct even had some milk for the tea which I normally have to ask for. Tables were clean & the staff friendly & efficient. One of the best McDonalds...

As long as they change their oil regularly (which they mostly do) this is a good and efficient outlet - with polite and pleasant staff.

Cannot find any faults really. Nice breakfasts, sometimes get friendly staff through the drive through. Clean inside and don’t really have to wait long for your order.

Whet in on Saturday early evening to get a couple of chicken salads. The person who took my order didn't even know that they sold salads and had to get help with the till, then only put the order through for 1 not 2 so...

Asked for air conditioning to be turned off as freezing fog outside and I'm riding motorbike so needed warming up!! She just grunted and did nothing! Sat trying to warm up with my cold food and warm tea! Don't think I'm stopping here again

This is one of the best mcdonalds in the area, good for families, good drivethrough, service could improve though.

Used on the 21/11/18 for the first time in a while. Disappointed to see two young rats running around one of the bins near the drive through. Service was quick and food order correct.

Just your average McDonald's really. Very hit and miss as to whether you get what you ordered and whether or not the food is hot! Rats are often seen running around the car park too!!

Utilizamos habitualmente vienen aquí porque está cerca de casa. Pero en los últimos meses la espera en la cola es más allá en coche a través de una broma! Usted puede esperar entre 15-30 minutos para su comida. Está mal gestionado. Incluso admitió su personal, un director, con clara, es la razón de todos los temas. El personal de recepción es agradable y simpático pero claramente no daba abasto, de ahí las colas ridículamente largo. La gente se espera en la ventana de su orden, en vez de estar puesto en la bahía esperando! Obviamente...por supuesto este impacto en la cola, y gente que sólo quiere un café rápido, tendrá que esperar para las edades. Es sin duda la peor gestión McDonald's que he encontrado. Propina... Abingdon, tienen dos islas y competente personal amable. Quizás deberían enviar allí una miseria pierda algunas lecciones en el manejo de una tienda!

This is my local Mcdonald's and minutes away so for a kids treat it should be good but isn't! The guy on the order machine is slow and hard to understand, he then just automatically hands you the card machine without confirming the price to be paid even though you have cash in you hand! You have to check all the bags as half of the time we use the drive in there is something missing from the order. i only go as its close but have now started to use the Mcd's 6 miles away in Abingdon rather then the one 2 minutes away as I fed up with having to park and get the rest of my order!

Just off the A34 this McDonalds is in a great location for a cheap, but good break on a long journey. Busy, but the staff were excellent.

Me gusta la comida, y hay un tiempo, alrededor de cada dos meses o así, que yo solo quería tener un McDonald's. No sé si es un confort nostálgico de la niñez, pero que vaya, orden a £15 en comida para nosotros dos, tomar algunas cervezas en la tienda Louis Theroux y ver y comer mi regalo para un par de horas.

A menudo a este lugar a tempranas horas de la mañana del domingo en el camino a casa desde el trabajo. Siempre un buen cruce sectiono f el público y la oferta de personal con cualquier imprevistos muy bien. Los típicos regulados, estándares de valor asociada con la marca, pero entregado con marca 'normal' por encima de cuidado y atención.

Le permite ser honesto: comida de McDonald's es bastante bueno. Es por eso que hacer bien. Porque la comida es bastante buena y el precio es incluso mejor.

This is a fully fledged McDonald's with all of the normal dishes. What sets it above the usual is the friendliness and cheerfulness of the staff. A pleasure to visit at any time of the day.

computadora usada de auto servicio a la orden (sólo funciona una computadora). cola construido detrás de mí. Comida entonces tardó años en llegar mientras personal sostuvo entre sí. El personal era letárgico y no hicieron esfuerzo para darle la bienvenida al restaurante.

La comida aquí es la calidad y el precio habitual de McDonald's, el servicio es enormemente deficiente.

Outside seating in good weather, parking was very good but drive through a little slow. The food is consistent with the majority of this chain, though at non peak times the food was colder than acceptable and HAS to be acknowledged. If you bought a shirt with a hole in it, would you just bow and say 'thank you'

In theory every knows what they will be getting when purchasing from this chain ... Just check the order when using the drive through ... Didn't realise they got it wrong for 10 miles ! The central customer service team were very helpful and it will be resolved next time I am in the area !

C'est un fast food ce n'est pas un restaurant donc on mange comme dans tous les Mc Do. Le repas était correct, le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Nous n'avons pas mangé là pour faire un repas de gastronome.
