Service can be slow. Food can be cold and high chairs dirty

My burger looked like it had been run over and it wasn't very hot. The staff looked overworked and it took around 10 minutes for my complaint to be dealt with.

Classic suburban Mac with poor lighting and frequented by slightly strange people.

Grandson ran away from home, what else to do but go to McDonald's

Ok McDonald's. Food came fast and as expected. The restaurant is well located and plenty of tables inside. No option for getting sauces and napkins by yourself and toilets could be cleaner.

delivery guy was friendly but McDonald's kept changing delivery time, then food arrived damaged because coffee spilt all over it

Not what I ordered, melon which I did not order, not delivered. Medium fires not delivered. Burger and water arrived as per order.

Rude staff, repeatedly rolled their eyes for no apparent reason, refused to replace pepper mayo with regular mayo even though a daily order and certainly allowed , overall terrible experience I advice anyone reading this to stick to Burger King

Food is hit and miss. Sometimes really good sometimes stone cold.

This McDonald's is conveniently placed relatively close to the A34 / M40 junction. The food and service were good for the chain. The toilets were not the cheapest or in the best state of repair.

The chicken salad was full of rucola leaves, a few slices of tomatoes and 2-3 slices of chicken. Definitely the most bland salad I ate.

Wrong order delivered. Phoned up told correct order on the way. Didn't arrive. Couldn't phone again that night place had closed. Will never order a McDonald's again. My order was more expensive than what I received. Very disappointed.

The delivery driver was so polite. He apologised for being too long but he wasn’t long at all, he arrived within a decent time. I wanted to tip him but I can’t find a tip button on here.

Tired looking, Service efficiency is improved but food still not great. Salad in burger looks as though it has been improved by being fresher but meal still not very hot. Children's nuggets and chips was acceptable and they like the bright pictures on the Happy Meal boxes. Less disappointed by the main meals. Having the service counter rather than the digital menu boards is a much more pleasant experience. Thanks

the chicken nuggets cured my bad day. i came home from a rough shift, got shat on by a bird and only realised on the bus after people started looking at me funny (you southerners are so wrong for not telling me), got back to my temporary house, cried for a bit because i was embarrassed and then decided to get a mcdonalds. let me tell you, i don’t think i’ve ever had a nicer mcdonald’s before, it was warm, not lukewarm, hot warm. the chips were perfectly salted, and the nuggets were fried to perfection. my day is no longer ruined, thank you mcdonald’s you are a blessing.

Honestly this is hands down the worst mcdonald's I have ever been to. I ordered a Mc spicy meal with a double cheese burger. The chips where freezing Cold and not even fresh, the Mc spicy was over cooked and not fresh, you could probably use the Mc spicy to knock on a piece of wood. The double cheese burger was under cooked and did not look very appealing. Overall very disappointing, I took my meal back to get a fresh meal only to be given a new meal that was worst than the first meal.

McDONALDS BOTLEY DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER ALLEGED SERVICE! SHANTA ALLEGED manager BACON ROLL STONE COLD! LATTE LUKEWARM HASH BROWN STONE COLD! Asked for extra brown sauce none added! The only thing they keep stealing people's money for is the ice cream that IS meant to be cold! They advertise it, take the money for it and it never arrives! STEER CLEAR anything goes wrong abrupt, rude female staff not willing to help put right with Just Eat. They should be automatically putting through refund when repeatedly know there is no ice cream! I asked SHANTA what the number for the head office is and she told me her words were YOU CAN LOOK IT UP ONLINE LUVVY! I rang back thinking I was speaking to SHANTA I said were you on duty yesterday, it wasn't SHANTA so I asked who I was speaking t and if SHANTA was on duty yesterday and the rude female voice answered WHO ARE YOU YOURE RINGING ME! In case she's forgot, I was ringing McDONALDS BOTLEY it's a shop not a personal call and I have a right to know who I am talking to, more so when female staff are so volatile! The only polite one is male named MURALEE who I spoke to last Thursday. He said he would help me with refund and contact Just Eat. She's telling me he's on HOLIDAY and they don't help with refunds. That's her can't be bothered attitude. Just Eat are more likely to listen to trade than customers. I asked when back and she said next Monday. The orders are showing the ice cream and they have charged twice knowing they had NO ICE Cream! Yesterday, I did not order ice cream and today when initially telephoned I asked if they had any this SHANTA telling me yes, then looking up on system saying give couple minutes then order. I would never order from them again Diabolical! There was nothing wrong Just Eat delivery. I just need t ensure McDONALDS BOTLEY gets 1 star and wouldn't even give that! Alleged Customer service let's them down.

Ordered at 16.40. Food arrived at 18.20. Receipt says 17.38. 40 minutes to do a short journey. Food cold. Don’t waste your money.

Just not tastey. You have to stand around for a long time in no particular area. The supervisor is still intent on not serving people even though there is a queue. Same for years. Does he do any work?

6.05pm delivery arrived at 6.43pm. The food must have been waiting for a while as it was practically cold and the chips had dried out. Very unhappy daughter. This was her monthly treat. Lovely friendly delivery driver though.

Was late and the food was cold

I ordered for the first time and my experience was not really impressive. The food was collected on time and was initially showing a 10 mins delivery time, which was between my delivery time window initially shown (10:35-55). However the driver diverted from the route and the delivery time kept on increasing. Finally the food was delivered around 11:13. The food was cold and the drink delivered was horribly cold. Not a really good morning for us.

It seems like the only place to go in this quiet town that is noisy is open here. Sunday dinner at McDonald's ㅠㅠ
