McDonald's in Vale of White Horse

Terrible service. 2 little boys who were very hungry, ordered 2 meals and no chips arrived. Called Mcd’s only to be told there was nothing they could do. Abysmal. If you can’t provide the service, don’t offer it.

I made an order through Uber Eats. I didn't get half my order!!! Luckily Uber Eats gave me a refund. But then I noticed that they didn't put extra patties in BOTH BURGERS. Those two patties cost £2. This has happened to me in other McDonald's but this restaurant surprised me especially. YOU ARE JUST STEALING MY MONEY

At busy times staff often missed the right order but otherwise great place and quick food especially for teenagers.

Food was cold and missing all the dips for the chicken selects I telephoned the store and some belter said it was nothing to do with them even though it's them that pack it and give it to the driver. Too many times they can't get a simple order correct poor leadership poor management poor customer relations no more for me never ordering again.

All the staff- from front of house to those working behind the scenes are super friendly. I get my coffee here every day and despite the very expected occasional human error it’s excellent. This establishment is very well run by the management/staff 👍🏻

Burger and fries where both cold

Even though we have level McDonalds close to where we live, we prefer to drive 6 miles or so to Botley. We find the restaurant to have a better atmosphere. The service is great. Food always hot and is you have any problem they change the food without any questions. Fast service and the managers appear to take pride in what they produce.

We recently held our daughter's birthday party at McDonald's in Botley, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and thoroughly enjoyed by both the kids and the adults. The children's area was immaculate, wonderfully organised, and a perfect space for the little ones to play and celebrate. A huge thank you to the incredible team for their kindness and support throughout the event. We want to specifically express our heartfelt gratitude to Shanta and Muralee, whose amazing help made everything run so smoothly. Their attentiveness and cheerful demeanour were truly outstanding, ensuring a special day for our family and friends. If you're looking for a venue to host a memorable children's party, we can't recommend McDonald's Botley enough!

Paid for 20 nuggets and a saver menu which includes 5 nuggets. With a total of 25 nuggets, I’m 7 shorts….. a absolute let down they own us Will be hungry forever!

Another good McDonald's. Still love the App to get served at the table. Only slight problem with this McDonald's is that it's alway chilly inside as they have the air conditioning up to high.

Crap wouldn't feed it to a dog, half filled cold toffee lattes squashed burgers in a bag ,,, chips fire sticks , they sat the toffee lattes on the side along with the burgers and waited for the chips to cook , so cold food all round chips were hot tho give you that like blooming hot lol

Received my items, my hashbrown was completely drenched and soggy. Cheesy bacon flat bread was MISSING THE BACON AND CHEESE IT WAS JUST BREAD. and my breakfast wrap was missing a hash brown?… this is absolutely abysmal. I payed my money for items and didn’t even get them made properly

Me and my partner fed with bad food and service at witney so drove to Botley and even though the service was OK the food wasn't There were no milkshakes chips were undercooked and my burger was cold What do we have to do to get a decent Maccy D's in Oxfordshire 😢

Absolyely awful driver finally arrived 1hour and 15 mins for a macdonalds. Driver rude and barely spoke any English denied id been waiting that long when you can clearly see I have. Food frozen and in the bin

The automatic door is never working and I got stuck in the loo for over half an hour once because no one attended the alarm.

Ate in this McDonald's today, the staff are not wearing gloves when handling food or using tongs so if your vegetarian good luck not having cross contamination from meat products Used the toilets which were clean, then witnessed a delivery guy in a white motorcycle helmet use the facilities and leave without washing his hands. That's put me right off eating or ordering delivery from here.

Its a shame i didn't receive all of our order. Double cheese burger was missing.

Multa de estacionamiento por comida promedio Rápida parada en McDonald’s antes de un largo viaje . . como se comprueba la comida una vez de vuelta en el coche . . un par de artículos que faltan , no es inusual para este lugar. El aparcamiento estaba lleno... el pasajero entró para resolver esto. Decidí salir de mi plaza de aparcamiento para estar listo para salir. Debido a la forma del aparcamiento, no hay mucho espacio para maniobrar cuando está lleno. Tirado en la bahía de discapacitados . . no totalmente y revertido y girado. No aparcó en la bahía solo se movió ligeramente en ella. Entonces llévate una multa de 170 libras. No recibieron ninguna otra multa. . imagen que enviaron muestra claramente coche no estacionado pero un poco dentro y en ángulo. . como si estuviera girando. El ridículo no volverá a ir allí. Estafa total. McDonald’s no quiere saber que la gente del estacionamiento solo quiere su dinero... no está interesada en si estaba estacionado o simplemente gira el automóvil.

Every time I order from you, the order is never delivered on time. We are literally 5 minutes away from you. But you never seem to have a driver. I can always go to deliver roo, and see if they are quicker.It's getting a bit silly now

Tenía ganas de un McMuffin de huevo ya que no he tenido uno en un año - ¡bueno, qué decepción! El bollo era tan pequeño que el huevo colgaba de él. El huevo era tan plano que no podía ver ninguna yema. El hachís marrón no estaba mal. El café estaba frío. La chica que servía nunca me miró y no me ofrecieron salsa, revolvedor o azúcar, ni servicio al cliente. Papelera sucia y desbordante. He mirado las críticas y en su mayoría son malas, pero el gerente está tratando de mejorar. Nunca más tendré un Mac Donald’s.

Chocolate milkshake tasted like bannoffee! Fries gave me indigestion! The only thing that tasted good was the small pot of salsa dip!

Recurrent impression. No real service, always something missing as the very basics. I mean napkins and straws. And on top of that they very often forget items that I paid for. Was a good customer but that's definitely the last time I order there.

Not your normal McDonald's. The service was slow 15 min to get cheeseburger meal. Said it was ready but not allowed to have it for another 10 mins. Sat down to eat it. Cold fries cold burger. Also no heat in restaurant so took off coat put back on. Very sad that this is what McDonalds has turned into.

I’m sorry I have to leave a very negative feedback as the place use to be my favourite. It is now almost two months that in the middle of winter there is no central heating and one has no choice but to sit and eat in the freezing cold. Everytime i ask to one of the managers, and everytime I’m told “yes, there is no central heating but it will be fixed TOMORROW”… it sounds a bit like a joke after all’ this time

Driver broke down and had to wait for Nike to be fixed. Although he updated me my order was over an hour late and everything was cold. I would like a refund please.

Central heating is broken since December and they keep on saying somebody is fixing it, clearly they are lying since at the end of January it is still broken. This is really bad! Do not go to this branch, they do dot care about the customers, it is very cold inside and it is not healthy eating in the cold .

Visited in the early evening on a Monday in the run up to Christmas. Very busy and clearly not enough staff. The staff were polite despite being under a huge amount of pressure but just couldn't cope with the demand. Huge wait time 20-30 mins - definitely not fast food.

Sweet chilli Crispy chicken wrap never disappoints

This is probably one of the best McDonald’s in Oxford with the food always being fresh and short waiting times by an organised team that are well managed. I’ve never personally had a problem from here apart from maybe forgetting a minor thing in my order which I understand people make mistakes so it wasn’t an issue. If you’re visiting Oxford I would definitely recommend this McDonald’s.
