Driver broke down and had to wait for Nike to be fixed. Although he updated me my order was over an hour late and everything was cold. I would like a refund please.

I’m sorry I have to leave a very negative feedback as the place use to be my favourite. It is now almost two months that in the middle of winter there is no central heating and one has no choice but to sit and eat in the freezing cold. Everytime i ask to one of the managers, and everytime I’m told “yes, there is no central heating but it will be fixed TOMORROW”… it sounds a bit like a joke after all’ this time

Not your normal McDonald's. The service was slow 15 min to get cheeseburger meal. Said it was ready but not allowed to have it for another 10 mins. Sat down to eat it. Cold fries cold burger. Also no heat in restaurant so took off coat put back on. Very sad that this is what McDonalds has turned into.

Central heating is broken since December and they keep on saying somebody is fixing it, clearly they are lying since at the end of January it is still broken. This is really bad! Do not go to this branch, they do dot care about the customers, it is very cold inside and it is not healthy eating in the cold .

Was missing the medium fries that was meant to be with the quarter pounder

It was on time but the time it gave kept changing and it took about an hour to come since I ordered it. But it was in good quality

Bought food to take away, only realised when I opened the bag later that items were missing. Definitely matched the correct order number when collecting from the counter, the staff just didn't supply all of the food I ordered and paid for.

ordered two burgers with specific requirements and both were wrong. you had one job.

Food was a little cold upon arrival.

Visited in the early evening on a Monday in the run up to Christmas. Very busy and clearly not enough staff. The staff were polite despite being under a huge amount of pressure but just couldn't cope with the demand. Huge wait time 20-30 mins - definitely not fast food.

Sweet chilli Crispy chicken wrap never disappoints

This is probably one of the best McDonald’s in Oxford with the food always being fresh and short waiting times by an organised team that are well managed. I’ve never personally had a problem from here apart from maybe forgetting a minor thing in my order which I understand people make mistakes so it wasn’t an issue. If you’re visiting Oxford I would definitely recommend this McDonald’s.

lovely food but I had to go out and walk round the car park because even though it's 10 mins drive from where I live they claimed they couldn't find the door , bit worrying that to be fair

Just a quick visit this time for Breakfast muffin. Sausage/egg. Tasty as always. Downside. It was no longer hot by the time I got home having been stuck in traffic

IT HASNT ARRIVED BUT SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED

Ordered online for delivery and one item was missing. Phoned and was told they’d send another driver with the item. Didn’t happen. Phoned back and they claimed to know nothing about it. So despite paying for delivery, I had to drive to collect the item and was met by a cocky and rude manager. Typical McDonald’s I guess.

After two hours I tried to cancel/ complain but there was no option on your site. I made an account as recommended but my old order couldn’t be seen anywhere. I made a new order. Very very unhappy- charged twice.

Some guy shat all over me after eating one of their free range children burgers and I paid £100 for a salsa

May be its just me but like the idea a macdonalds do a different set up in old building or just something fromnthe drive in norm we are so used to this being a place parking not bad not geared up for a larger van even in there car park but stop off while driving so food and go only noticed a couple of terminals for ordering seemed to wait a while in a queue and not that busy in the place but once ordered and received it was all go been here before and was the same so just patience and they will get through it

Food delivered on time however coke was spilled in the bag and McFlurry got spoiled. Store didn’t close the coke lid properly. Poor packaging.

The member of staff I spoke with could not speak English. My order was missing items and when I approached the counter I had to pull up my emailed receipt to prove they had missed things. I was sat in my car and a McDonald's delivery arrived, he wanted to get where I was parked. He didn't politely ask me if I could move, no that would have been too civil. He stayed in his lorry blowing his horn and jabbing his finger telling me to move. There was no where else for me to park and enjoy my cold food so I left.

I asked for no cheese on thr big mac as I cannot eat cheese 😫 but the big mac came with cheese so it had to go in the bin . I wish I could upload photos to show what happened , not happy all I could eat was large fries

lost of space to sit and eat can get very busy, I always us the McDonald's and and get it brought to the car never had any problems with this service, This McDonald's doesn't have a drive through

This is the best McDonalds in tbe Oxfordshire. Everyone is very friendly, the service is superfast and the toilets are very clean.

My burger looked like it had been run over and it wasn't very hot. The staff looked overworked and it took around 10 minutes for my complaint to be dealt with.

Classic suburban Mac with poor lighting and frequented by slightly strange people.
