Mcdonald's Restaurants in Mid Sussex

Food was hot as it should be. Drive inn , was a bit of a wait bit they were organised. Didn't go in the restaurant so not sure how was atmosphere really, but guy at drive inn till was polite and professional.

Always have to pull up and park when using the drive thru. Food then takes 20mins to come for some reason. Defeats the point of a drive thru does it not?

Food arrived late, stone cold and completely wrong order

My Daughter's kiddie meal has no toy, It makes her upset.

Over an hour late. Missing straws (more times I can count) also missing Minecraft happy mean toy and 9 nuggets meal Minecraft toy. Was also missing 2 McFlurrys. This happens way too much.

Its good if you don't get delivery and defo avoid on saturdays

As McDonalds go, very poor indeed. Once you've finally managed to divert the huge queues in to the place, you're greeted with extremely slow service. Be sure to order indoors so it's more efficient to go to the counter to check how much longer you must wait for your food, every 20minutes or so. Then it's back to the car to slog it back out of the car park to make the journey home to use the microwave to re-heat your stone cold soggy fries.

Chips are half full despite ordering a large size

Food arrived 45 minutes late after it kept being pushed back, my order was missing 2 large smarties McFlurrys, 1 small smarties McFlurry and 1 large chocolate mild shake, no straws either. Actual joke

Drinks were wrong. Got a bottle of water rather than a diet coke.

When it turned up they gave us two bags of drinks I had to go back to the restaurant to sort it out I still haven’t received a response about this or a refund . Terrible service

No bacon on my burger which i paid extra for. Instead it had extra sauce in .... so much ut was running out of the burger. NOT happy :(

the reason I ordered is for the fast timing- I ended editing up waiting for over an hour! and missing an appointment. Your estimates are not fair to working people. very disappointed

Always slow, numerous times the order is incorrect when visiting in person. When ordered on uber eats items have often been missing and is always cold, even when using priority delivery. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited and is regularly poor.

Need to sort the drive through system as the road layout is a total nightmare. I’m sure Macdonalds can find a way to improve

this is the worlds worst McDonald’s all the time the deliveries are late and then when they get to you the drivers have taken at least two other orders so it is freezing cold. Don’t even pack the orders right in the shop.

Can it get worse? The answer is yes. 25mins waiting in their car park with two coffees for 2 mighty mcmuffin meals which were like warm and by then coffee cold. Missing 2 hash browns and thanks to weirdness the paper lids fall apart and spill what coffee there was over me and my wife's car. Good tip order by delivery is far better, quicker and food slightly warmer.

Sends me wrong food every time I order and never send me straws. Today they sent me the wrong milkshake when I ordered a vanilla and received a sham rock shake (I hate peppermint). One time never even sent my food.

Terrible service, very slow, have to always wait for the food, drive through always park you up. Unfortunately it's the only one near by.

Waiting 1 hour 40 for my food to come, then 2 weeks later a £60 fine for waiting in the car park which they had advised me to do. horrible.

No straws were delivered for the drinks

The drive through service is totally collapsed. Last 9 out of 10 times they ask me to park even for piece of muffin. I have to wait for more than 15 mins to get my order in my car and last couple of times I had to go inside to collect after 15-20 minutes. Taking customers for granted in my observation or prioritising delivery(delivero, just eat )over dining and drive through. I have noticed when delivery guys come , there order is always ready.. Over dozen of staff still poorly managed. The only answer they have “we are sorry’ I’m highly disappointed . This is not McDonald’s

I ordered on uber eats - my order took ages and some stuff was missing. A milkshake wasn’t in the bags and we don’t have any sauces which we payed extra for. We have tried to call this McDonald’s a number of times and they aren’t picking up.

Missing half the order so the kids have no dinner. So bad that you can’t even call anyone. So annoyed.

It’s official, Burgess Hill is the worse McDonald’s in the UK, as a local from Burgess Hill and enjoying treating myself once in a while, McDonald’s is my go too. But I’m done with Burgess Hill, looking back at my delivery order, I’ve now had more orders wrong, than before correct, in the space of 3 days Burgess Hill has got it wrong twice! And yes I get my refund and told they will do better next time but they don’t! A refund for the missing items doesn’t cover the cost of the delivery, it also doesn’t count how frustrated I get, it’s simple, read what has been ordered and make sure it’s in the bag! It’s not rocket science but there has been more mistakes than successful orders I’ve tried calling the store to speak to someone direct but after a dozen attempts no one answered. If you’re looking to order from Burgess Hill, DON’T! Save your money and your emotional energy and go to a local cafe or one of McDonald’s competitors. Cold , driver did not come straight away, he diverted

The order from McDonald’s was 15 mins later than advised. No fault of the courier but the McDonald’s was cold when delivered. Also items were missing with sauces etc. not a great experience with McDonald’s. Quality is getting poor from burgess hill branch

Absolute joke. Ordered 9 nuggets and only got 6. Drove back to store, queued for 15 minutes and after being doubted by the girl on the window I was reluctantly given a replacement box of 9 nuggets only to find that 6 of them was stone cold as they was the 6 I had.to commute back and que up to return. Now not answering the phone and I'm not queuing again. Joke of a store.

I didn’t receive my order at my address and the order is closed by stating as delivered. Kindly have a look into this and call before delivering food.

Did not receive all items I ordered.

Decided to have lunch on a half term week is something to think about. Although, the place was busy and crowded, the service and the crew were sharp to look after their customers. I would still come by at anytime but please make sure you make your burgers the right way and make it look good.
