Always something missing from this place

Driver was great food that was here was good but I asked for a drink and I was suppose to get a ice cream for spending over 15£ no big deal that was dealt with and I was given back credit 4.5/5⭐️

Chips, and burger was cold, and drink had spilled inside the bag

Delivery driver was really good

Wrong wrap sent I asked for katsu and got chilli wrap

Deliver service was great, just food was all cold and part of the coffee was spilt, double espresso ended up being a single

Order missing food items and straws (not great for kids milkshakes) also no sauces for the cheese share box, not great!!

When I received my food from McDonald’s when I opened the bag half the chips had gone from both chip boxes!

Despite a simple 3 item order (1 item being a drink) the food took around 90 minutes and was stone cold when it arrived

The driver was so friendly and polite

They change the delivery time 6 times this time . And the drop off does not keep up with the driver so you never know when it’s going to be delivered and this is not the first time either , quite ridiculous……

Missing fries and dips - c’mon how does this happen?

Cold and 1 of the meals was missing fries.

Absolutely appalling took over 3 hours to arrive stone cold and all chips missing and wrong item sent . Can’t get hold of them they don’t answer phone absolutely fuming !

Awful service. 2h to wait and get cold rubbish food with some items missing. Sunday was ruined totally. Disgrace service!!!!!

There were three items missing from our order,, couldn’t enjoy the meal

TheThe whole food was soggy and cold. Probably it is the worst idea to order Mc at home. Moreover the pati of quater pounder taste weird due to over cooked or fried. As a whole we had a very bad experience dinner. I believe, proper instrument is a concern for delivery. I remember, I do ordered the same during winter and the quality was much more better. That was hot and more fresh. I am sorry, my kids are felt sad this time.

Food was barely even warm, was just slapped together so it looked like it had just been thrown against the wall, fries so soft you could mistake them for being soggy. The only nice thing was the McFlurry. Certainly won’t be ordering McDonalds ever again especially from Burgess Hill.

Never recieved my order and still charged for delivery.

Been stuck in there for 40 minutes whilst delivery orders are fully prioritized and customers waiting for 30 minutes + whilst staff calling out the wrong bloody order numbers . Food was awful and not put together with sauce covering the burgers . Would not recommend to somewhere else or kfc unless if your ordering a long wait

The burgers were small, ok so the price was cheap, we ordered enough to qualify for a free cheese burger ,which was not delivered, when we questioned the non delivery ,we were told as it was free anyway, you get no recompense. DON'T BOTHER.

Everytime I ordered Porridge with sirup... I get NO sirup. Why?? Laziness from your staff.

They tell you to park up then you have to wait like 20-30 mins for them to bring you food. The main reason we go is so it’s a quick and easy stop but been a few times a few months apart and it’s always the same. Sometimes there’s no where to park as they’ve asked so many people to park up and wait for food. Useless.

Awful. I have waited 20-30 mins for a drive thru. Always need to park up as they can't get your order ready in time. Same applies if you go into the store, expect a long wait! What happened McDonald's!

Just had the most kind and polite Interaction with Simon at burgess hill McDonald’s! After having to wait for my food he bought it to my window with outstanding manors and customer service… It makes a massive difference to a some what overall rude team when someone is as lovely and polite as he was 🤗

Worse mcdonalds I've ever been too ordered throw the drive thru got our drinks and pulled in a bay and waited to revived the wrong drink wasn't bother that much didn't bother to complain but then 20 mins went by still there when people pulling up to bays after us getting their food 30 mins later I decided to go in to ask how long and the person serving was confused and didn't seem like he wanted to help and then the manger I guess couldn't find our order and asked me again what we ordered to then giving me bags get back to the car and still missing half the order hot and anoyed we left!!!
