Ordered delivery asked on delivery notes to remove the sauce from the fillet o fish but it still came with it and was missing a burger for my partner. Been to the drive thru there and it isn't any better.

Order completely wrong and freezing cold.

Very poor delivery as missed out a big portion of the food and called the phone and didn’t pickup all the food was cold and the drinks were warm

It’s unbelievable - a fast food restaurant that doesn’t do fast food. 3 cheeseburgers - a straight forward order - 18 minutes!!! So bad!!!

Food was hot and served with great customer service , highly recommended to eat in , take away or drive thru

Ordered from this McDonald's 3 times now and every single time I have had parts of my meal missing and a long call to Uber eats to sort it out. How difficult is it to read the receipt.

The last time I am ever going to burgess hill McDonald’s. Every time you use drive thu, you have to park up, even when the place is empty. Sat waiting for a simple muffin meal for over 15mins, late for work and when I went back round to ask for a refund they point blank refused! Now I’m going to have to ask for a chargeback in my credit card Awful place.

The worst ever - there is not a drive through service at this place - waiting 23/30 mins in the car park is the norm here

Drive thru experience was very quick and courteous.

When ordering almost 60% of the menu was out of stock. Only ordered a happy meal to keep my daughter happy otherwise would have left without anything. Then took half an hour for her food to come out. Sadly this is not my first experience like this with McDonald's UK, we usually leave with a crying child because something is out of stock.

Prompt delivery but half the order was wrong. What is the point of having customiseable items if your staff can’t read anyway?

I Did not get any of my food only my drink delivery diver spoken to them and asked if this was it, they said it was number 52266. Please can u either send me my food or refund me? I have the receipt

This McDonald's is always busy but the drive-thru bit small and the lane mixed with a car park in front of the McDonald's, the drive-thru lane is mixed with a car park exit.

Saying it’s delivered when I have not received the food

Takes forever to get your food, have to park up when getting drive through and wait for 15 mins for food. Always backs into the roundabout causing bad traffic. Regularly no milkshakes or mcflurrys. Very dissapointing.

Ordered £35 worth of food. Received about half of it.

Freezing cold, arrived an hour after ordering. The restaraunt left the order at ‘awaiting courier’ for the entirety of that time to avoid labelling it as late. Continual abysmal performance from McDonalds Burgess Hill

was informed that they couldn't find my already prepared order, they found it stuffed in a corner. they gave the driver my already cold food. I always enjoy my McDonald's but this was atrocious. when I complained on the app I only got a quarter refunded

Drink is meant to be diat coke and turned up see though definitely not coke

Took forever to get our order and when we did there was a burger missing and chips were cold! We weren’t the only ones to have parts of their order missing and seems to be more concerned about drive through then costumers waiting inside!

I like Macdonald’s but drive through always black out the road generally bublic disturb

This MD always busy , the restaurant is small and the drive thru lane is tiny . Maybe can update the drive thru

Shocking, I’d leave no stars if I could, ordered McDonald’s, turned up an hour late and all items were stone cold. McDonald’s is a mile away. In hindsight I should have walked 20 mins, ordered and walked 20mins home it still would have been warmer. It said the courier was there for 40minutes must have been a long queue.

Ordered a delivery through the app. Order was accepted however after 2 hours still no food. Spoke to support who offered a refund. If they cannot accept orders due to issue why not turn off delivery system. Other times food has been stone cold when going through drive thru. I would recommend driving further away.

Drink was spilt and burger was wrongly made. I asked for no bacon and extra cheese. I’m allergic to bacon. Yet the burger had extra bacon and no cheese. Inedible, dry and cold. Tried to get a refund but to no avail. Rejected me. Daylight robbery of my money. Really disappointed.

Delivery was great. Drink had leaked because of the packaging not the driver . He apologised even though it wasn’t his fault. Great guy

the food has been delivered over 2 hours after the order has been made I kept my kids and my family on the table for hour and a half waiting plus I'm not sure that the problem was in the restaurant because the foot was delivered ice cold. I may never order from just eat again. totally disappointed

Yet again McDonalds Burgess Hill forgot one part of the order.

When it finally arrived, it was due at 6;05 then they kept changing the time it finally arrived at 6:45, the food was cold my milkshake had melted. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered at 5.40 - mainly because delivery was estimated to be between 40 and 50 mins. Order was put back several times before eventually arriving at 8.20. It was a basic order too. Absolutely shocking. Would have cancelled but I’d promised the kids. Shameful service.

First thing is that I only got half of my tea as it spilled everywhere, there was no sauce on my Mac muffin, no syrup with my pancakes and I ordered only pancakes and syrup but I got sausage and pancakes which I don’t mind but it’s not what I paid for. This was a very disappointing meal and won’t be ordering again for breakfast. Plz do better and look at peoples orders.

first of all i am a local and have visited this mcdonalds often but have never had this awful experience!! went to the drive through after dance rehearsals as i fancied a chicken burger. we were directed to wait in the car park and waited about 20 minutes for 3 burgers and 6 nuggets! as you can imagine i was really anticipating the luscious taste. when i tell you it was bone dry my MAYO chicken was just a breaded limb off of a chicken with a tiny dab of mayo. went to complain and gave me the same amount of sauce! what the rizzballs i’m furious.

Review update: No improvement. Ordered drive thru 4 Big Mac meals, having to wait in grill order parking! Why isn't their signature Big Mac a standard item available as FAST FOOD? God help us all... Messed up my drive thru order tonight. You forgot the Big Mac element of my daughter's Big Mac meal. Not happy. Also, our burgers were stone cold needing a lengthy dose of microwave radiation once home. Unacceptable considering the 20 minutes wait at grill order parking for what should be "fast food". At least after a 20 minutes wait, the normally solid milkshakes were drinkable and actually go up the straw without requiring the usual super strong suction that normally causes the paper straws to lose their structural integrity before you get half way through the drink!

If only you could give 0 stars, how is this McDonalds still open? Absolutely useless

came here on the 2nd of november and had a big mac meal. went to the toilet and came back to realise they threw away my drink that i didn’t even sip at and then later on realised i had gotten FOOD POISONING which isn’t a good look on this restaurant. this was the second time coming to this macdonalds and i don’t think i wanna come again. also two female staff were just standing by the bins chatting away and not doing any work and the manager was sat next to me and my dad doing paperwork not even acknowledging the fact that they weren’t working and were gossiping to a friend that had came in and chatting away. wouldn’t want to come back to this mcdonald’s and rather go somewhere else.

Ordered a delivery through the app. Order wqs accepted however after an hour and half and 9 different drivers still no food. Spoke to support who sent another driver and instantly refunded. If they cannot accept orders due to issue why not turn off delivery system. Other times food has been stone cold when going through drive thru. I would reccomend driving further away if you have a craving
