Orders take a long time, a lack of respect for customers. Terrible service

Joke of a gaff. Waited 40 minutes for an order. Asked three people where my order was … their replies were all “dont know”. One girl by the name Kate (black hair) decided to help with a smile. Judging by the other reviews im not the only one who thinks this gaff is a laughing joke

I called as I applied for a job and they never go back to me. I said to the person on the person on the receiving end I have applied for a job and was about to explain my situation and he ended it.

Waited about 45 mins they kept changing the time was late burgers and fries where freezin missing items AGAIN as always not the first time dont go order from here online

What sort of joke is this I can only eat fish as I’m allergic to poultry (chicken) I ordered 2 fillet o fish meals and they have put the same bun and sauce but changed the fillets to chicken burgers I’m now suffering with allergic reactions will be in contact don’t buy from here this branch need to be replaced with another food place awful

I don't like doing this, but, it has been the worst MacDonalds experience I've ever had, I waited for half an hour in store for my meal, just for the burger to be cold, they said they would make me a fresh one, after 5 minutes of waiting I asked where it was, they hadn't even started it so my chips went cold, I gave my meal back and didn't even ask for a refund, a total embarrassment and clueless, there was 2 ladies in the kitchen not doing anything, just gossiping and laughing, why are they there, never going there again, on a plus there was 2 young lads working really hard, most probably covering for the clueless ones

Ordered with a guide time of 20-25 minutes waited 40mins and ordered through just eat driver was at McDonald’s according to the delivery schedule then I got a text saying my order was cancelled I’m working nights and had only one hr for my dinner I’m now on my way bk to work to complete a 12 hr shift with no food in me also no explanation to why the order was cancelled and no answer by telephone couldn’t leave review by just eat no option there thanks mc Donald’s for leaving me tired hungry and wasting my dinner time never will I ever eat at McDonald’s again this isn’t my first or second problem fast food my a#% absolutely no regards for customer service what’s so ever a multi billion pound company can’t even keep their paying customers happy and still waiting for refund

30 minutes wait for fast food..when I eventually got the order it was all cold..couldn't even get back to the service desk to complain..due to the amount of people cueing for orders...ended up binning it and leaving...discusting

I have arrived at this McDonald’s at 12:00 ish and got told that the system is just rebooting or something like that and that it would be a 20 minute wait so I said that is fine and gave my order, I then when 20 minute went by I tried again and got told it would still be another 20 minutes so at this point it is 12:20 and my girlfriend says wait because we have order, so we did and do you know what got told to us when we went back at 1:10. this being a full 1 hour and 10 minutes after we initially got there was that the system is down and would be 20 minutes still, bearing in mind the hole time this is happing just eat drivers are get there food orders and we was left with nothing and didn’t even get told if you order on just eat it will work “because it’s a different system” I think this is not good costumer service and I will not be going here anymore and will be going page-moss

Worst McDonald’s in Liverpool. Time and time again no organisation, workers haven’t got a clue wether they’re coming or going, no one manning the front ao people just left wondering what’s going on. After half hour I asked for my money back when they had no clue what my order was. Will never you in their again the managers haven’t got a clue how to run a successful customer service establishment. I avoided here as the staff were so rude last time, prioritising delivery drivers over customers. But gave it another chance today and why did I bother. Waited ages for food, my fillet o fish was freezing when I got home and over cooked. The chocolate milkshake had no chocolate in it, I gave a lad 1 back and he managed to bring me an actual chocolate milkshake but the girl said it wasn't mixing properly, so I ended up with vanilla. I spent 20 minutes and it was chaos. I will never go back. One bad experience can be excused, but 2. The big mac was cold. Worst maccies in the area, go to Prescot it's much nicer

Worst McDonald’s ever and that’s saying something! Half an hour to go through the drive thru, only about 7/8 cars in front. And you can’t get out so you have no choice but to wait. I only ordered two drinks and two fries, the fries were inedible - rock hard, burnt yet virtually cold and their card payment system didn’t work. Absolute joke AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Worst McDonald's experience ever, we went through the drive thru, the entire process took at least half an hour. We were patient and the four of us ordered a variety of food, mainly snacks and drinks. We had trouble paying but I think that was on me, it was all okay until we received our drinks and food which wasn't the right order. We received coke instead of Fanta then had a glance in the food bag to see a big Mac (that we hadn't ordered) and 3 portions of fries which we'd only ordered two. We handed it back thinking we just received the wrong order. The server then proceeded to argue with us that it was our order, so we had to relay everything we'd asked for. They then spent 5 minutes checking and changing the food, only to be handed the exact same bag again with the exact same food. Which turned into another argument from the server demanding that the Big Mac was ours. I have never left a McDonald's feeling so upset and disappointed with the service. The food was poorly made squashed and sauce everywhere.

Went here yesterday for food and was greeted by a lovely lady at the counter who took my order and was very pleasant to interact with. The food was also good and I definitely cannot fault the service that I received from the girl who took my order. However, there was another member of staff who completely ruined it for me as they were being so incredibly rude to other staff members! A tall ginger girl with a fake tan who was just completely overbearing and unprofessional, even from an outside perspective. She didn’t look like a manager to me but she just kept talking down to people and yapping orders at her coworkers when they were clearly busy. It’s no wonder there are so many negative reviews about service at this restaurant when you allow some of your staff members to patronise and pick on others. For the sake of the nice staff here, I really hope management steps in and cracks down on workplace behaviour.

Probably my worst ever experience at McDonalds, anywhere. Used the Drive-Thru and after paying I waited over 5 minutes for my breakfast. When it finally arrived the food wasn't even hot, and not a word of apology did I get from staff about my wait. Appalling experience; if this store has a management team they should feel ashamed!!

Terrible, just terrible, the worst mcdonalds ever! I've visited this mcdonalds on 2 previous occasions the service is so slow I've now been waiting 20 mins for my food. I went to the counter to enquire politely as to the delay to which a member of staff replied to another staff member "I couldn't find the customer". Please see image below the table number was in clear sight and nobody called out the number. The fries where replaced the wrap itself was tepid and the bread stale at the edges. Speaking to my colleagues they have also had similar experiences with long delays for there food. I was on my lunch break and I most definatley will not be using this mcdonalds again.

Went last week with my 1 year old daughter and a big group of kids came in and was building a splif on the table the lady did go over to tell him to stop it because there was children in here but never kicked them out. I also went the drive tho today and the food was cold no sauce that I asked for and they never give me all my order I asked for. This has to be the worsed mcdonalds ever. I've never had a decent experience in this mcdonalds. Sort it out its getting beyond a joke now. Plus they only have 1 high chair WHY?

I'm a delivery man and this is the worst Mcdonalds I've been to. I had to wait more than 40 minutes for the delivery and when it arrived it was so cold, this made many customers angry at us because of that.The staff don't respect anybody here, they just do everything slowly and some of them go for smoking outside and leave the delivery waiting and waiting, and when we ask something they just stare at us and don't even response, they really need a massive improvement in this Mcdonalds and changes are needed here otherwise this will lead that you will lose both customers and delivery men.

I ordered via the app and waited ages for my order. I could see my order in the basket, and they took ages to get my drink. When I checked the app and it said my order had been collected, I waited a further 10 minutes before I received my order. Very slow service, and they had lots of staff on and stood round. Considering this was lunch time, they hardly had any senior staff on. The restaurant was dirty and messy, food left everywhere, sauce all over the tables. No serviettes to clean the table with, and these were not provided with the order. They had staff on to clean up but he looked rushed off his feet. More staff required at peak times.

The quickest I've ever been served in McDonald's ever probably less than 1 minute especially that one in huyton village. Now I know why They probably gave me someone's meal that's been sitting there for ages. The burger was stone cold and I only got three quarters of a burger honestly I don't know why I keep going to that one in the village I think I'll have to stop. I thought they had to meet the same health and safety standards of any other business but your buying a beef burger and it's freezing cold. I only give one star for the food I'd give less if I could dreadful dreadful.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive through, 7.30-7.40AM (Sunday 10th) no body bothered to take my order, drove round to the 2nd window the lad who was on drive through orders was too busy chatting to another colleague to notice the queue building, I beeped my horn told him how long I had been waiting, he had the cheek to tell me to drive round again then he would take my order, I told him there was a queue behind me and I wasn’t prepared to drive round and wait again. AWFUL service, and the restaurant was empty. Tried ringing to complain but as usual the phone line is busy, what a surprise.

It's not bad for a McDonald's. I'm not a big burger bar fan but my wife likes them, so ... Anyway, it's clean, toilets are fine and burgers and meals are fairly decent. The staff are decent too and it's managed and run well. My main problem with them all now is the prices, they are NOT CHEAP anymore!!! That goes for Burger King and Wimpey too. Fast they may be, cheap they ain't!!!! Secondly, I HATE and struggle to use the automated touch screens in all these places!!! They ARE NOT user friendly! I generally refuse to use them. Make these places cheaper, and more customer friemdly and I'll use them.

Handed in a bag that I didn't know my sister had purchased from boots the. Went back for it 2 days later once realising it was my sisters to find it had disappeared so I am down£ 22.99 obviously it had been binned or stolen by staff.

Been here a few times. Food is usually fresh because it is a busy maccies. But expect the speed of the staff to match the pace of glaciers. I daresay watching paint dry feels faster than watching the staff handing out food here! I'm surprised the local unis haven't come to do a study on the limit of human slowness!!

This branch is become the worst ever since a year ago. Not once not twice but atleast 10 times everytime we been there now there is issue.the management is beyond poor/unprofessional. Waited a while in the queue for our food. There are too many delivery services waiting for food also. I feel sorry for the staff who work their socks off. When we finally sat down to eat, our food wasn't hot, just warm. No one on the shopfloor cleaning tables, which were filthy. Also, the restaurant was cold inside. A very unpleasant atmosphere.

An absolute disaster. Given the wrong order twice and then when I got home they had left out a breakfast roll and 2 hash browns. I asked for a double sausage burger but just with the sausage - nothing else. Surprise, surprise they even got this wrong. A total waste of my money. I have been robbed.

This place is beyond words! Every week we order off Just East on a Friday, and every week something is missing. Just paid £35, and the only thing missing is my burger of course! Just Eat refuse to refund as it as happened so many times that they dont believe me! Went to drive through last week instead - 30 min trapped in car park as gridlocked due to so many wating for orders. They could get Rhesus monkeys to do a better job than the people who run this place. About £30 they owe me for missed orders by my estimation. Avoid at all costs.

I don’t get how come we order ourselves and it still takes an age to get your food when we’ve cut out the middle man. Tables were dirty, discarded wrappers and waste everywhere even on the seats, and I know that it’s the customers creating the mess, but it needs to be kept on top of. Toilets, no loo roll, no hand wash, the drier didn’t seem to be working neither, would love Knowsley hygiene ratings to pay a visit. Food wasn’t great either, got a wrap, had lumps in it. Ordered nuggets and ordered a sauce, yet no sauce, had to ask for some. They need to restart in there honestly it’s bad.

Shocking. Tried ordering online and in the drive through over the past few months on approximately once every 3 weeks basis. Not one order correct, food cold and no one answers the phone to address the incompetency. The result is nothing being fixed, no fix for the customer and at least one person in the order going hungry. I seriously question how hard it is to put the correct food items in the bag and follow the order screen? Is stupidity a necessary quality for all applicants at McDonald’s?
