Mcdonald's Restaurants in Knowsley

Tried to get me and my partner a couple of cheeseburgers before our bus was due. We had 8 minutes but they took too long. Had to leave without the burgers. Staff happy chatting away and not bothered about a quick service. No chance of getting a refund as the machines didn't print a receipt as usual. McDonald's has really gone downhill. They only seem to care about the home delivery side

Rock hard chips been reheated about 4 times no potato just hard shells

Always prefer this McDonald’s to the other one close by, no idea why, just tastes amazing every time without fail

How hard is it for the staff to look at an order a notice the customer asked for suaces. I even spelt it out in capital letters for them to read it better. The most incompetent people only work at McDonald’s. The worst of the worst

You don’t do you’re job right please learn how to actually deliver all of the customers food and not leave any food out of my order. I have two medium mcrispy burgers.

EVERYTHING was Cold! Was over 1 hour late, the Coke Zero was flat so it had clearly been sat waiting to be collected or they had forgotten about it in the store!

Such a Waste Branch I am visiting this Restaurant Regularly worst food Ever I got everytime, really not Acceptable.

Pay money for premium meals to be given stone cold Big Macs instead. Employ some decent staff.

Wrong order arrived. Driver said correct order was at the restaurant and that the next driver would deliver - but no further delivery ever turned up

Waited ages for delivery for it to turn up cold and with items missing. Just eat need to stop saying delivery will be 10-25 minutes when it takes an hour!

I asked for 3 chocolate milkshake, there was no chocolate in them. & they we're all just over half way full. Chips asked for large I got half filled again. I paid £55 rip offs!

There is no food in my order !!! Just a McFlurry and a drink !!!! The driver who delivered my food was useless couldn’t go back and get my food absloutley discusting, I rang the store and they have said they gave her 2 bags one with the food in!!

Always got to check your order cos there's usually something missing.fries always cold, like cardboard and tasteless.Oh and be prepared to wait while they deal with all the delivery drivers first
