Sent wrong desserts ordered brownies got doughnuts

ordered the duo meal. 2 sausage and egg muffins and 2 hash brown and an extra hash brown and bacon an cheese on flatbeflatbeearead. never received my duo meal . absabsolute joke

wrong food sent. literally everything was wrong. nothing could be eaten so it's all been binned .

Food was cold, fries were half full. No dip.

Year again waited over a hour an half cold food and missing items I know it’s busy but it’s not rocket science

App said driver was at the restaurant but the estimated delivery time kept getting delayed every 5 minutes. When I called the restaurant they said the driver was only just arriving. Due to this all of our food was stone cold and went in the bin. Waited over an hour for the food and delivery was 40 minutes late. Fries thrown all over the bottom of the bag and no dips received. Just eat need better drivers and better customer service. Won’t be using the app again.

Why is it so hard to remember to put sauces in the bag? Happens every time i order from here. Gets on my nerves.

Food never came! still took the money and proceeded to pretend they had deliverd it but they carnt quite work out what time because I have had 3 different times it was deliverd and one was at the time of breckfast! Avoid just eat all together they let anyone deliver for them and that’s the problem!

Didn’t receive full order. The hot drinks one coffee was half empty and freezing cold, the other one was missing milk as well but ordered 2 of the same coffees. Happy meal had the chips missing and the fruit bag too. Never got any sauces either.

The order came late and was cold - in addition a number of items were missing like a whole burger and drinks and no sauces 🥵

Just been given bacon mayo chicken burger without bacon. Cold chips. They were not doing milkshakes. There seems to be an issue every time we've been usually with us paying for stuff we didn't get. Got to be the worst franchise in England. Not sure if these places get audited but there seems to be a theme in this place of taking money and missing items from takeaway orders

I used to work here once upon a time but my god has it half gone down hill. Expect to wait 30 minutes for your order if you’re dining in and if you’re taking away not far off that time either if you’re choosing click and collect. Also feel sorry for those who order via delivery because your food will have goosebumps on i literally. It needs management to sort this out absolutely terrible and this was during a non busy time

Don’t use this McDonald’s branch, they forget half your order, the half you do get is cold food and spilt drinks.

McDonald’s is just an absolute joke now. Food always late, freezing cold, missing items and sauce never ever arrives. Staff clearly unable to read orders as it always wrong. At this point we just accept paying over the odds for absolute slop.

After 2 hrs it till wasn’t delivered it was only one meal for my daughter because I was out at the time so in the end when I returned I had to drive to maccies and get her something to eat instead

it's not the delivery guys fault, but it's the actual restaurants fault for not getting our order right.

Huyton McDonald's staff are thick. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, a hot chocolate and and a mcflurry. I received chicken selects, and no mcflurry. FURIOUS

fries have never known what salt is, more lettuce and mayo on the bag than what's in the burger as the burger box was open and out on an adventure.

Honestly ridiculous. Again. Whole order missing, wrong or cold. Sent the free dips but not the cheese bites to dip in them! Chips rock solid reheats. Then half a cup of warm dish water instead of a hot chocolate? Why even put the lid on it, never mind send it out! Defo the restaurant staff not paying attention and poor quality control rather than the drivers fault. Swerve these and pick another restaurant!

I was to clarify that it wasn't late due to the courier but due to the restaurant. I ordered at 5.30pm and the update claimed the courier was at the restaurant for an hour and a half as the restaurant were preparing food. The estimated delivery time kept changing. When the food did arrive it was really cold; the Big Tasty burger was like slop and not put together right. Also, the drinks weren't included in the meals and no explanation was given. I expect a refund for this order.

Ordered through the app took over an hour to be delivered and was stone cold. There is no way to complain. there is no way to cancel the order and no way to get a refund. Pathetic. Wasn't delivery services fault it's the site can't handle demand but keeps taking orders and delivering below standard food. Terrible.

Food was freezing cold again. Always is ice cream was solid Therefore restaurant is sending out food that as been sat there for 15-20 mins before sending it out. Should be closed down!!

it didn’t get delivered, never received order, customer service phoned me but got disconnected i tried to call back but couldn’t get through and no one else phoned me back, when i went to look for driver he wasn’t there and no food was delivered but

ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup on the label it said no ketchup but it had ketchup. ordered sauces for 20 nuggets but no sauces were included. it shouldn't be that difficult to follow instructions.

I am disappointed in this because the chips where cold no milkshake, chicken nuggest where freezing and soggy. there was a burger missing. and the coke was flat.
