Mcdonald's Restaurants in Knowsley

Took 20 minutes for a cup of tea and porridge. Food waiting on side, going cold. Disorganised chaos. Not fast or good food.

Ordered via the app for home delivery. Food was stone cold and one item was totally wrong although it had the correct description on the packaging. ALL six drinks missing from the order. When I phoned I was told to take it up with Uber delivery. To add insult to injury, I was charged £6.03 for this abysmal delivery service. I definitely will not use this service again. If I could give a zero rating I would.

I’d give zero stars if I could - waited 30 mins in drive thru queue. Ordered and paid eventually. Collected food and was told they didn’t have one item so offered alternative. I be asked if they were same price and was told “yeah” but checked after and the item I received was cheaper so I should have been refunded the difference but wasn’t.

Stale and cold whatever time of day. Disgusting drinks always flat and taste of soda quite disgusting! Seriously don’t no how it’s still open and selling food at such a poor standard

Delivery took over 2 hours, order got cancelled once without reason, then when finally arrived food was too cold to eat and hot drinks were stone cold, completely wasted my time and money

we were sent all the wrong items. ordered a happy meal. mozzarella sticks cheese burger and was sent 2 large fries and a chicken share box to some one who's a vegetarian

Fries was cold will need a refund for that

No stars , drove thru drive thru at 11.00pm huyton. Waited 5 mins nothing, drove to window no one there, the 2 members of staff walk past , no acknowledgement. Joke.

McDonalds is pretty bad on a good day, but thought we'd chance it as the kids were asking for a Happy Meal. It turned up cold (no surprise) and both of the 'Happy Meals' came without a box or toy... But at least UberEats refunded me 81p - that made everything better...

Order came with missing large fries and a veggie duluxe burger and 4 dips. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and had nothing to eat the order was nearly £40 with £4 delivery charge my girlfriend was sat there with nothing to eat while everyone else’s food had arrived shocking to miss out something so important out and all the food was cold that did come! A chicken burger came in a veggie deluxe box was a good job she never ate it!

Both buns on my cheeseburgers were still partially frozen and were tough to chew. I didn’t end up eating them after the first bites.

Poor. Ordered breakfast for my kids at 9.30am and it has still not received. It is 12.10 now. Shocking service. Still nothing has been delivered. No answer from the resturant. Not happy. Awful - stay away.

I order breakfast at 9:33 and got it delivered at 11:41. I tried ringing the restaurant numerous times and no answer. I’m pregnant and need to leave for work at 12pm without any food. The driver came and was so polite and kept apologising. There was one mcfuffin and 3 hash browns in the bag that he brought. There was nothing to at I ordered at all, no drinks, none of the correct meals. The drive said he just grabbed a bag of food to deliver as the staff refused to made the right orders

This Mac Donald’s in Hey Road is the nearest to me but they always forget to send something important…but this time was even more awkward,because one of the burgers arrive with a bite?but apart from that all was alright.So no complaints at all.Driver on time and friendly.Not is fault at all,only the people who cook and check what is inside the bags should be responsible.
