Stopped by KFC and the service was spot on—quick and my order was ready the moment I pulled up. The fries were piping hot and delicious, and the Zinger burger? Absolutely top-notch, seriously tasty!

I’ve never had a problem here always find the staff friendly and the food hot however the lack of ice in drinks and no napkins could be improved on

Love popping in for my lunch. I always use the app for some good deals! Can’t fault

Every time I go to this KFC get home and the is always something missing I have paid for 😡

Advertises drive thru open till 11pm it's 10.25 and the drive thru is shut. Ridiculous drove all the way here for nothing.

Says it closes at 11pm yet all closed up at 10:50. Not good enough. Keep to your published opening times.

So out of 5 meals 3 were missing items and sides were all incorrect as were all of the drinks food was stone cold and sloppy we called up the store to tell them and they said oh its not us you need to contact it's just eat. I asked how is it the drivers fault the mistakes were made by the store the delivery driver was quick friendly and polite and had no issues she hung up. I called back and she answered the phone with a bored tone and I said you've just hung up on me she said oh yeah we can't do anything about wrong orders just eat has to deal with your issue ask them for a refund. If there was an option for no stars that's what I would of picked. You don't deserve the one star.

Staff where polite, our order was perfect even with alot of changes to food and it was piping hot, good all round

It's a KFC, good convenient food.

5 stars but given 3 stars due to now you need to input your car reg because car park is now controlled by parkeye

Do not get a delivery from here absolutely appalling get the order wrong on most occasions and never accept responsibility for incorrect orders

Chicken seems nicer from here. Never seems to be swimming in grease, which is a welcome relief and always hot.

If you order takeaway always empty on the counter as every time I forget to do this stuff is missing

Kept on delaying the delivery upto over an hour when delivery driver had been there since it was ordered and couldn't get into contact with them at all. Called them a total of 11 times to find out what was happening and no answer. There was also missing food after waiting so long.

Repeatedly missing food from the order. £58 spent for 5 'meals' and two items missing yet paid for. No time to check three bags of food at drive through and by the time home, too late. Food is warm rather than hot when served so is cold when arriving home. The chips!!! What on earth do they do to them?! Chicken burgers are so different than the images that they should be charged under trade-description laws!!!

Ordered for delivery. The order was completely wrong, what they brought barely made up one meal. I got it for delivery as I had been in work since 5am this morning so I jumped in the bath and was looking forward to relaxing and not cooking tonight. After speaking to them on the phone I had to drive to kfc in my towel as I couldn’t let my family starve. Disgusting and I am definitely raising this with trading standard

Absolutely disgusting....spent £35 ... for my wife and I to be throwing up all night from this vile chicken. 100% fault lies with the handling / storage etc of the chicken. I hope the area manager is reading this. What are you doing about this !?!?

DIABOLICALLY BAD!! Ordered a party bucket on 05/05/24. Each of the mini fillets tasted like they were made out of salt. All of the chicken was undercooked and greasy. Out of 14 pieces of chicken, 8 were legs, 4 were thighs, 1 was a wing, and only 1 piece was a breast!! The car park was digustingly dirty with bags of discarded KFC littered througout, which is not surprising as it looked like some vehicles had litterally thrown their food out of the car in disgust once tasting it. The manager should hang their head in shame.

Have been KFC few times in Cronton and service has always been slow but today I was served by Vee who was efficient, friendly and very competent at her job. All staff should be trained to Vee standard

Full of kids with bad attitudes using foul language in front of my children very poor level of customer service snotty arrogant staff both from management and staff really unhelpful and intimidating will not be returning

The worst kfc in Merseyside bad customer service left standing at till for 5 minutes waiting to be served then some guy came ove who couldn’t work the till asked a manager for help the manager (taylor) was really rude no communication skills with a poor attitude towards us eventually we received our order with missing items never again will we return shame on you

Food was cold and undercook the staff are rude worse KFC ever don't even go or order food from to add to this there was red hair in my food none where hair nets none them got name badges on and nor have gloves

Standards are very poor staff rude to customers toilets are really unhygienic make sure to wrap up because it’s freezing instore your food will be cold and so will you full of kids that work their that could do with some kind of training in customer service skills

Nice area to stop after a couple hrs drive, called in Costa for a nice coffee, then over to KFC for some chicken. Also a Greggs & Small Asda on this site, so plenty of options! Food from KFC was very nice, good standard!

Waiting for a long time to get food, the bathroom is not clean, it needs a lot to become like other branches

I've been here four times now and there has been something wrong every time. Sauce not on the bun (or the wrong sauce), missing hash brown from the Tower burgers, missing cheese etc. I give up now - they just can't do it 🤷🏼‍♀️

Mediocre food served by disinterested staff in what is possibly the worst decorated fast food place. Cold food doesnt help. The highlight was the young lad who pleasantly said goodbye as we left. Avoid.

food always hot but you must check any food you takeaway as they always forget to put something in the bag,and as you know once home its all too time consuming to go back. always look in bag and check before you leave.

This place needs shuttin down. Just been now.asked for a tower meal. Got a burger, chips. In a scratty bag. Then when i asked about it being in a box. Total dead head on the till. So not only didnt i get amy extra chicken piece. Didnt get gravy amd when i got home realised there was none there. Total ashamed of them there. Getyour act together. Ohh amd thry charged an extra 1.99 coz i asked for another piece of chicken. A sham. There again its been like thst since its opened. Need a manager in there thst either knows what there doin or keeping an eye on there staff.

Phone number doesn’t work waited 2 hour for delivery and missed out loads of our meals ordered at 9pm arrived at 11pm cold no drinks and missing meals £62 on a bag of food that looked less than £25 worth

Only ever been here twice, drive through both times First time got home, food missing from order, wasn't worth the hassle of returning Second time, same order, all there but coleslaw out of date (come on...) I'll NEVER go here again Go at your own risk, that's all I can say - place needs shutting down

Food predicable. Service functional. It's a large mostly empty space with no acoustic softening. So when three 13 year olds decide to start shouting then it becomes painfully loud. The staff just ignored them and carried on working. It made for an uncomfortable stop over for a snack. I'll probably avoid the place in the future.

Ordered a delivery, when the food turned up, the fries were cold and greasy, we asked for no mayonnaise on the burgers but all the burgers were loaded in mayonnaise, chicken fillets were like rubber and 1 of the items was missing.

Just paid for a bucket, large chips and large gravy. No large chips or large gravy when I got home 🙄

Very unhappy especially with the service! Myself and my partner went in to order food, only one guy seemed to be packing orders and I felt very bad as he was doing everything on this own. Had to wait about 25 minutes and eventually received the food. Got back to the car and realised part of the order was missing. When my partner went back in, she spoke to a lady who said “what side did you have, gravy, beans or what?” Her attitude was absolutely disgraceful and I would never expect service to be as rude as it was

Should be done by advertising standards as it is NOT a drive thru. Like everyone else in reviews, we went through drive thru, told to park up and wait........and wait ......and wait......25 mins later, still no sign of any food. Order refunded but what a monumental waste of our time.

Very slow service.. truly slow service.

Visited lunchtime and the manager or head worker was half mopping the serving area and half serving. Other guy was running around by himself and got our order wrong they then ran out of coffee lids so could not serve them. Food tasted ok but someone serving and cleaning the floor is not what you want.

Poor experience..I went to order a chicken wrap the female behind the counter asked what dressing 'on I'll have BBQ' cash or card 'card' I replied well you'll have to use the kiosk the card machine isn't working. To which I replied I just want a chicken wrap if you need help I can help you..I. 58 don't need help..hence no lunch ..rubbish no wonder there was only 1 Person In the shop..

Drive thru was awful. Customer service nonexistent. The lady was abrupt and had no manners. She had no consideration when passing large bag of food through to the car and was also talking about other customers in front of us. Also part of the order was missing, avoid the place at all costs!

After going through the drive through that took over 25 minutes to get the collection window , I was told to park up , waited again for another 20 minutes , food finally comes gets home , open the bag , all 4 box’s had been thrown in the bag not shut , food spilled out everywhere and chips not even bags , absolutely terrible service

A disappointing visit. No Krushems and no Buffalo Twister Wraps. Luckily, they had the delicious Supercharger Twister Wrap, so it wasn't a total disaster 😄

The best kfc I have been, fastest service, was in and out the shop and food was so fresh, really big pieces of chicken and fries where full! Will definitely go back to this store! P.s we went stonedale last week and they really need to take a lesson from this store!

Waited 24 minutes after going through the drive through parked up waiting for out 6 pieces of chicken, after 20 mins I went inside to find out what was happening was told it takes 20 mins to cook chicken! I was then told by a manager I could either wait another minute as was almost ready or receive a refund, not exactly the eat customer service since we were told at the drive thru to park up for a couple of minutes! VERY disappointed indeed.

I’ve been 3 times now for a quick lunch break. This restaurant’s is consistent. Always served fresh food, quick service and lovely staff! I’m glad they put places to eat and shop in that service station. It’s really handy.

Never seem to get orders right here in the drive through. Quality is fine but missing items and not making custom food is nearly always wrong. And I'm not sure why it's called Belle Vale 🤦🏻‍♂️

Started off well but has gone downhill at record speed. Staff are nice but orders are always incorrect. Wife confirmed order twice and order was still wrong. Hopefully things will improve. On a plus, restaurant is always clean inside. Edit…. Food still not great and restaurant is now always messy. No longer go here and would not recommend

Arrived and made my order, and was waiting for about 10 minuets before I heard someone from the kitchen tell the person on the till they dropped chicken and it’ll be ready in 20 minuets. 5 minuets later the guy on the till comes up to me and said it will be 20 minuets until the chicken is cooked… Just to top it off as I was driving back it appears they haven't put the sides in the bag. Over all terrible service and not in the slightest made any effort to apologise for the 35 minuet wait for ‘fast food’

Ok so I like KFC been here before order was wrong on 3 out of 4 occasions. Told myself I would not go again. I did go again and it was ok. So I went again and what happened? All the dips were missing. So I will definitely not go back to this branch again. In the space of 1 year and after 6 visits they have not improved. 🙉

Got home, no fries and no chicken fillets. Absolutely shocking and it wasn't even busy

The food is ok but often they don't seem to have stock, it's always something. One time I went and they'd ran out of chicken which is absolutely criminal for a Kentucky Fried Chicken.

I think we've been here in person once, and had a delivery order from it via the app. AVOID DELIVERY ORDERS AT ALL COSTS. The KFC app charges cheaper prices than ordering exactly the same thing in-store on the electronic terminal, I'm talking maybe £2 extra on a £15 order. Delivery orders come with an additional "service" AND "delivery" charge. The in-person visit (when we were overcharged) had no working hand sanitizer in the entrance to the restaurant or the toilets. The terminals you order from weren't printing receipts, and when you need the order number on the receipt to claim your order... We mentioned it to the staff, one guy says "they haven't been working for ages" (how would that help when it gets busy ?). The delivery order was ready at about 14:35 but wasn't picked up for an hour, and finally delivered at 15:55. We live 12 minutes away, but when the food arrived it was cold - as in trading standards would shut them down immediately cold. The chips were room temperature and inedible, a tub of rice was 40C, and the chicken was 42C. If it left the restaurant at a legal / safe temperature, I doubt it could have reached such a low temperature if the delivery driver had simply left it on his roof bringing it to us, and hit heavy traffic on the way. Twice. I believe my order was simply dumped on the counter, not kept in a hot cupboard to keep it at a safe / legal temperature prior to being picked up. This is very sloppy practice and a sign of completely unacceptable management practices.

Every time we’ve called here we’ve had great service from this very busy place , the food is always hot and properly cooked and the staff are friendly and polite, thank you to all who work at KFC 🎄🎄🎄

Just called in, we were the only two people in and they STILL got our order wrong missing BBQ bites, no cup holders and restaurant area needed brushing up with bits of waste food on the floor !!!

The staff don't seem to know the difference between chicken with bones and without. If you do go here check your order as the last 4 times I've been order has been wrong and have had to park up and get it changed. Think retraining day needed for all the staff.

Every order I’ve tried has been cancelled AFTER over an hour of waiting

The food was fine ,but sort your air conditioning out please it's to cold for it to be on now full blast at the end of September!! You wil start getting complaints about cold food soon I predict. Used the toilet aswell which are very dirty , you can here staff laughing and joking in toilet from the kitchen also. Visited around 3 pm 30th September 2022

4 times i have tried to get a decent meal from here and they have gave us the wrong order, they made us wait for 50 minutes before i cancelled my last order. The manager is snotty you order an expensive meal only for it to be replaced with a meal half the price. i dont understand how it can be so hard to bag up the order on the screen. Swerve is and go to east prescot road store instead!

Ask for large, what a joke 7 chips. Hardly any salad. Gravy like dish water. Do not bother with this one. Bad service. I would of given them 0 stars uf that was an option. One word RUBBISH.
