McDonald's in Knowsley

I ordered a complete meal but received no fries or dips. Plus, the food was cold, and the meat is very cold. It looked like they were preparing to go home, so just put whatever was in the pan.

just received my order. I will never order from here again. Considering I live literally 5min by car from Cables All of the food was cold, fries looked anaemic and not even a hint of salt. Also ordered 6 nuggets for my mate they to were cold and dry and No sauce given.

All I received from my order was a latte absolute joke I spend all that money and never received it just eat is a joke all the money no food am not happy what’s so ever who payed 16 odd pound for a latte no one I want a quick refund

I would of preferred to be leaving no stars on this review as you have a total disregard for public safety as I have raised an issue of a foreign object in my burger I order and you didn’t even bother looking into it even when I told you I nearly choked on it and asked to make the McDonald’s aware of it. What a disgrace of a customer service department. An thank you very much for nothing Sophie K. I really do hope your manager gives you some training as you clearly need it.

15 to 30 advertising delivery time. took 1 hour 20 mins. all food was stone cold on arrival. the maccies is 5 mins from house. Prescot mc Donald's is awful since it has reopened

I did not receive my order, after waiting over 2 hours the app updated and said it was delivered, if it was it wasn’t to the right address and now someone else is enjoying my order.

For the THIRD time, my child has been disappointed + let down by you not including the toy with the happy meal. I rang up specifically to check you had toys in and you still manage not to include it? How do you manage to forget the main compartment in a happy meal? we all know the kids get them just for the toy. The person on the phone was very polite and professional but did not offer a resolve for the issue, said it was busy and someone made a small mistake. Not small to my kid. Won't be back

Opens after renovations and builders dont even bother cleaning up, popped tyre in drive through...costing me to fork put to pay for a new tyre!

It’s awful there’s no waiting area it’s less than half the size it was before it was done up, a little old lady looked terrified as the school children entered and I don’t blame her to be frightened of being knocked over in those narrow walkways never mind 2 mums trying to get past each other with prams, there’s the same if not less seating and they’ve created a whole hub for, just eat people to sit there and let your food go cold. Wont be going there again.

The service has definitely changed for the better. But my comments will remain the same until further notice. A couple of days ago, after a hard, long day, hoping it would end in an slightly bit easy day, I went to grab a hamburger. Went to the front to give my order. As I was doing this, a senior member of the staff, without any courtesy, began asking question to the person serving me. This was about someone, before me, had placed an order and wasn't satisfied.I stopped my order immediately. Still the senior member of the staff had no courtesy to even apologise for the interuption. He then left and I continued with my order. A minute later, the senior staff member returned and again interupted. This time, in a sarcastic manner, I looked at him and stopped my order again and told him to continue. When he finished, I asked if I could continue giving my order. He just looked at me and walked away. No courtesy and no apology whatsoever! Disgusting manner and attitude. If I could, then I wouldn't give it a single star. If you are going to have Mcflurry ice cream, then I would say "Don't" as the machine seems to be never working. And if you really want to have an ice cream, then get one from the nearest corner shop as it's always a guarantee that it will be available there! Or get a large tub from Tesco nearby. I Went up to the counter to order a quarter pounder with cheese (not as a meal but separate as I don't wish to order a drink) with chips (fries). I then enquired if they had a mcflurry ice cream available. At first I was been told that there was but then a minute later, I was told that there was none. And so I paid and got my receipt and waited to be called to collect my food. I looked up at the screen to see if I could see the number on my receipt. It wasn't there but decided to wait and see if it did. Fifteen minutes passed and I couldn't see the number on my receipt. By this time, quite a few people, who came in after me, collected their food and went. So I went up to the counter and placed my receipt on it. At first, no one seemed to have noticed that I was there with the receipt on the counter. The staff kept on talking to themselves and some even passed the counter, completely ignoring me. But then a nice, young lady, saw me. She looked at the number, as I informed her that I was waiting for my food. She went inside and brought it out and apologised by saying that the receipt must have dropped on the floor. I thanked her and walked out. Accept for the young lady, who brought my food out, I don't think anyone of the other staff members noticed that I was there at the counter with receipt and that I had been there for such a long time. I have been to this McDonald's plenty of times, but never have I had to wait for such a long time just for my food. By the time I got home, the fries were cold! And since I live not too far, I always got them fairly hot. But not this time. Completely rubbish service (with the acception of that one young lady)! If I had the opportunity, I would then cancel my order and gone to another fast food joint. But I don't! Never,ever, have I come across such a rubbish service! It is disgusting that people have to wait for such a long time. And I can say that as I have been going to McDonald's (not just this one), but others in other parts of the country, since the 1980's. I have deleted my previous comment, which was flowing with good review but not anymore! This review will not be changed until further notice!

Never get your order right. They never deliver the food on time, and always asking you to park and wait. Wouldn't recommend.

Got told to pull into the bay and my food would be brought out, all bays where full of other people wait for food, the collection bays where filled with just eat drivers and there was no where nearby to park, drove around for a few mins and gave up, had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Before this I've never known a McDonald's as bad as this for asking to park in a bay and bringing out cold food.

Food was absolutely disgusting, The McMuffin was dripping in grease which has ended up dripping on my clothing and looked fit for the bin, I have been twice recently and it was the same both times, Staff have very little customer service skills and not very professional, I use other McDonald's and they are a lot better than this one, Not good!

We order a mighty muffin (which should have bacon too) and paid an extra pound for it. When it arrived we got a sausage Mcmuffin with no bacon.

Items missing and food cold. Chicken Big Mac was missing and mozzarella sticks were sent instead of chicken selects! This has nothing to do with the driver, he was lovely and delivered on time.

Is there something wrong with the staff here? Why can literally no one follow a simple instruction ‘fries no salt please’ cheeseburger no pickle please. Happened a few times now that they just totally get all the order wrong… one latte please and end up with a tea or black americano coffee, what is wrong? Just literally made an order of nuggets and fries through drive thru, waited 15 mins no sign so I went in to speak to staff and they have no clue about my order - it’s not even that busy. I think it’s time to either get really motivated staff or change them because it’s becoming a joke now

Sat outside at the pick-up point.. the food never arrived, had to go in and ask where my food was after 20 mins, to be told it's been sent somewhere else. This Maccies is the worst around these areas...

Fast service, nice hot food and clean store, staff were great all in all great service.

Near enough everytime I've been here it's can you park up we'll be out with your stuff which for fast food is shocking just been here again irlt was the same thing can you park up well this time there was nowhere to park up as there was a queue stretching back to the window lol

Good evening me and family come your restaurant a lot . We went tonight we ordered when we was there and waited when we got home I was putting the food out for my family to find my daughter chicken nuggets was not in the bag . As I paid for the meal she got a drink and chips I cooked her nuggets. by the time they was cooked she had eat the chips she had her tea in 2 half's by the time I got her nuggets out off the freezer my tea was cold the people who put the food in the bag should make sure everything in or have one person doing a order .

You know what you're getting with McDonalds food. Only issue was the fact the restaurant was empty, and I had to wait 15 mins for a bacon flatbread.

Very busy, tables were dirty and overall macdonalds has loss quality and atmosphere. To many things going on and ways to order so food is always a little cold and looks like it's been stood on prior to giving it you. Not for me won't visit again.

Young lady member of staff showed great attention and care when I came in with a small child who was being a bit of handful. Very helpful and testament to her good nature. Sunday September 1st.

Ordered burger without onions but came covered in onions. Also mcdonalds had squirted sauce all over the top of the bun, not just inside. Large fries had less than 10 fries in and the 2 mcflurries I ordered and paid for didnt arrive.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. EVERY single time I’ve ordered from here (drive thru or via app) food is ALWAYS missing, poor quality and freezing cold. I wish I had the excuse of living far away but I live 5 min drive from here. Close this store down and put something useful in its place!!!!!!

Sticky tables, bland unhealthy food. Why do people queue in their cars for this? Only went in because my 90 year old aunt wanted to.

I usually visit this McDonald's and have had a decent experience overall. The waiting time can vary quite a bit depending on the time of day. The food is typical McDonald's fare, and it’s usually fresh and hot.The staff are friendly and helpful, although some days they seem a bit overwhelmed. Despite this, they do their best to serve customers quickly. I enjoy coming here for a quick meal or a snack.

Never provide sauces even when it's part of the meal. These share box and no tomato's sauce - which you have to choose when ordering so provide it!
