Food was cold, really disappointing

Never brought my 3 drinks. 2 double cheese burgers and 4 chicken nuggets.

Meal wasn’t thrown about and drinks actually came with straws legend mate

Ignored when waiting to be served, served a queue jumper then ignored my complaint about me being ignored! Ended up leaving after 15 minutes. Terrible service. 20:35 26/07/24

Great food and everything recieved

The service has definitely changed for the better. But my comments will remain the same until further notice. A couple of days ago, after a hard, long day, hoping it would end in an slightly bit easy day, I went to grab a hamburger. Went to the front to give my order. As I was doing this, a senior member of the staff, without any courtesy, began asking question to the person serving me. This was about someone, before me, had placed an order and wasn't satisfied.I stopped my order immediately. Still the senior member of the staff had no courtesy to even apologise for the interuption. He then left and I continued with my order. A minute later, the senior staff member returned and again interupted. This time, in a sarcastic manner, I looked at him and stopped my order again and told him to continue. When he finished, I asked if I could continue giving my order. He just looked at me and walked away. No courtesy and no apology whatsoever! Disgusting manner and attitude. If I could, then I wouldn't give it a single star. If you are going to have Mcflurry ice cream, then I would say "Don't" as the machine seems to be never working. And if you really want to have an ice cream, then get one from the nearest corner shop as it's always a guarantee that it will be available there! Or get a large tub from Tesco nearby. I Went up to the counter to order a quarter pounder with cheese (not as a meal but separate as I don't wish to order a drink) with chips (fries). I then enquired if they had a mcflurry ice cream available. At first I was been told that there was but then a minute later, I was told that there was none. And so I paid and got my receipt and waited to be called to collect my food. I looked up at the screen to see if I could see the number on my receipt. It wasn't there but decided to wait and see if it did. Fifteen minutes passed and I couldn't see the number on my receipt. By this time, quite a few people, who came in after me, collected their food and went. So I went up to the counter and placed my receipt on it. At first, no one seemed to have noticed that I was there with the receipt on the counter. The staff kept on talking to themselves and some even passed the counter, completely ignoring me. But then a nice, young lady, saw me. She looked at the number, as I informed her that I was waiting for my food. She went inside and brought it out and apologised by saying that the receipt must have dropped on the floor. I thanked her and walked out. Accept for the young lady, who brought my food out, I don't think anyone of the other staff members noticed that I was there at the counter with receipt and that I had been there for such a long time. I have been to this McDonald's plenty of times, but never have I had to wait for such a long time just for my food. By the time I got home, the fries were cold! And since I live not too far, I always got them fairly hot. But not this time. Completely rubbish service (with the acception of that one young lady)! If I had the opportunity, I would then cancel my order and gone to another fast food joint. But I don't! Never,ever, have I come across such a rubbish service! It is disgusting that people have to wait for such a long time. And I can say that as I have been going to McDonald's (not just this one), but others in other parts of the country, since the 1980's. I have deleted my previous comment, which was flowing with good review but not anymore! This review will not be changed until further notice!

i orderd a chocolate milkshake and a strawberry 1 and we got cartons so if this can not be fixed i will cow for the maccies with a hammer a knock der grid off

Never provide sauces even when it's part of the meal. These share box and no tomato's sauce - which you have to choose when ordering so provide it!

Only 1 orange juice in order and food delivered all over bag! And really greasy!! No syrup either! Awful service

This store without fail always misses at least one item off of our order. Drive thru or delivery, always the same issue. It's a joke and takes the joy out of ordering a maccies every now and then. Avoid

order was wrong again. no burgers delivered! it often happens with this McDonald's, so refund request submitted through Just Eat and reordered.

No fries, clearly on the order. There’s always something missing, poor. I like your food but ally a problem with delivery.

this was a shocking first time ordering from just eat I was expecting my FULL order to arrive but I only received my drinks which we then had to travel 20 minutes to the nearest McDonald's which was extremely inconvenient I do not recommend but this is only my opinion but this was not good.

Ordered using the App. Received order, upon returning home it turns out that the wrap I ordered was one of the new invisible wraps. I'm sure it would have tasted delightful if I could find it. On a positive note: the staff were friendly.

The food was cold and I don’t think this was down to the delivery, poorly wrapped in a paper bag. We had to put it in the airfryer. We ordered 3 dips, one paid for and two no charge and received none of them. Who can eat chicken nuggets without a barbecue dip! Just Eat have refunded the dip charge but I would expect McDonalds to at least get the order right for the cost, it’s not even value for money anymore. Only positive was the amount of gherkins on the Big Macs! Sadly that’s our last order.

Order not received. Went to 36 Gregson Road, L35 5DL instead of 34 Gregson and resident handed it back to courier.

1st order never got so reordered. Turned up and no hash brown or add on hash brown. Worst service I've received.

I am personally not happy with the order on both parts (delivery and making) my order did not come with my rich tomato dip and the bag with the drink in was soaking wet and clearly been tipped and ripped. Approximately a third of the drink was gone. The food bag came badly packed meaning when I opened the bag the food was all over the place. The delivery time was acceptable however it did keep going up

No chips or sauces delivered at all, when it confirmed 2 on the order.

Shell in the egg, drinks were wrong and only had 2 drinks for 3 meals. Knew I shouldn't have bothered as anytime we get McDonald's it is ALWAYS wrong. My own fault for bothering. Lesson learnt not to go to McDonald's.

Delivery driver only brought the drinks no food and he couldn't understand me when I asked about it. spoke to mcdonalds and they told me to call just eat but there is no call line available. my children wanted their food not for me to wait 2 days for a refund.

cold food, left on doorstep but courier didn't ring the bell, so no idea how long it had been there for. also breakfast roll was ordered with no egg but was delivered no egg and no roll. considering the temperature of the food this rendered it inedible, only fit for the dog. hash browns were like lard patties

If you have a choice to go to Huyton mackies or prescot go here. You may wait slightly longer at times but 99% of the time the food is hot and your order is correct.

Food was nice and recieved most of order except 1 balsamic vinegar 2 were on order and a Smoky Barbeque sauce which i had paid for but rest of order was correct or i would have given 5 stars :)

3rd time on the run I have ordered delivery from McDonald's Prescot and have not received all my items it isn't hard to read the order seriously sort it out and get staff trained to do there job properly!

Absolute worst experience where the staff are found I have absolutely no idea missing pancake meal every hash brown and a muffin when it’s bank holiday and you think make the most of it and order breakfast as a treat and the majority is missing I would really avoid at all costs
