Lovely icecream lovely friendly staff

A fantastic evening out! The food at Haveli Bistro is fantastic, especially the Indian meals that you may personalise to your desired level of spice. With lovely interior design and excellent music, the setting is ideal for a relaxing supper.

I'm happy I found Sweet & Sugar recently! Their selection of milkshakes is really unique and broad. The Special Kinder Bueno Milkshake was incredible when I tasted it. The flavour combination was great. The personnel is really attentive, and the place has a pleasant vibe. I'll most certainly return to sample other items from their menu!

Literally don’t order. Accepted the order, took the money, then form them to say it’s been delivered but it never was. Oh and then to try and call the place it won’t accept calls.

I don't get why there are bad reviews. I've been here twice now and always enjoyed. We ordered the Fresh strawberry shakes 🍓 and honestly they were pretty good. Full of flavour, super creamy with perfect amount of sweetness. Recommended for late night sweet cravings 😋

My partner and I decided to order from here on just eat. oh boy what kind of a place takes an order delays it, then marked it as arrived at the latest time said by the app and then cancelled it 30 minuets later. seriously save your money and go somewhere else!!!

ordered via uber eats but merchant cancelled order straight away and took the £23 out of my bank. claimed it was ‘too far to deliver’ but was less than 15 minutes. tried to call the restaurant and they dont answer even though the shop is still open. fraud

DO NOT BUY from this place they won’t deliver ur food and will steal your money and when u try to call them they don’t answer

Ordered through Uber Eats, they accepted then cancelled the order so I was still charged & don’t get my money back as the cost is now the cancellation fee. They aren’t stupid, gave them the benefit of the doubt considering the reviews. Won’t be ordering again.

Order wrong. When I phoned to let them know it was wrong they told me it was right. Which it clearly wasn't otherwise we wouldn't of rang up in the first place.

I ordered two waffles and it was nice and hot and it was the best waffle ever you should definitely get down to sweet and sugars in prescot I recommend trying it out

Was ordering to celebrate results day and was really disappointed. Ordered 2 milkshakes and a cookie dough and after waiting 1 hour, and the food being half an hour late I rang up, the woman didn't even sound bothered and come off as really rude and like she didn't even care. Waited a further half an hour and everything arrived with the milkshakes half melted, the cookie dough stone cold, and the ice cream with it liquid. Really finished an amazing day off celebrating hard work disappointing, will definitely not recommend as they're very unreliable and disrespectful

Never received order after the restaurant approved the order, and then said it was on its way if you're going to lie and not deliver it i'd rather you just not accept the order so money doesn't get taken out of my account if i'm not going to even receive the food i ordered i've ordered so many times from this place (4-5 times) and it's been early twice late by about half an hour or more twice and hasn't turned up last time i ordered it this restaurant is so unreliable and sometimes they make up for it by delivering order really quickly and efficiently, but when they get it wrong they get it really wrong, i cannot believe the fact that they just DIDNT deliver my order at all after someone knowingly accepted and said it was on its way. It's not like I ordered when they were about to close, i checked and the restaurant is open until 00:00 every day and I ordered at 22:58, apparently on its way by 23:25 and i waited up until 00:40 for an order that they never even bothered to check by the sounds of it, obviously just taken the money and ran

Terrible, Waffle burnt which already was meant to be crepe, ice cream was water when I was rang when it left and when it got to the door which was 15 minutes therefore If it was fresh should not have melted, missing items and staff argued with customer. Horrendous.

Appalling customer service and never got the order 2 hrs after ordering. Lied to say they phoned my mobile but never did. Woman is rude and obnoxious on the phone. Really wouldn't even give one star. Appalling.

Treats and milkshakes are great , had an issue with website and just eat charging e twice due to website failure but was resolved quickly with owner will be back again new fave place

Absolutely appalling service we have received tonight. Waited well over 1 hour and a half for delivery, after multiple failed attempts at trying to contact for updates. When the delivery arrived, we received 2 out of our 3 orders, again, with no way to contact to let the company know of their mistake. We definitely will not be ordering from here again and advise no one else to either.

Don’t really write any reviews but I had to on this occasion, I ordered 3 hours ago and still sitting here waiting at 11:33. Uber eats says “heading your way” which it has said for an hour now (doesn’t take an hour to get from Prescott to Huyton). Do not order from here wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered at around 9:30pm and was still waiting at 12pm. I rang up at 10:45 and was told that it was with the delivery driver and wouldn’t be much longer. It got to after 11 and I was suspicious of it even coming as they close at 11. I tried ringing and was ignored. I managed to get a hold of someone online and they said I will be given the food for free the next day and to ring between a certain time. I rang between the certain time and was still waiting over an hour, to then ring again to be told the food can’t be delivered as it isn’t their fault it’s the uber drivers. I’ve lost out on £40 and I would never recommend this company as their all scammers. It an atrocious company with very rude staff members!

Ordered 2x brownies throught JustEat at around 9pm, 05.07.22 - expected delivery between 22.20-22.40. it got to around 23.20 and still no sign. When we checked, the app said "enjoy your food" as if it had been marked as delivered. We tried to call the restaurant and they didn't answer the phone calls. I requested my money back through JustEat and accepted it wasn't coming and got into bed. I then received a text from JustEat at 23.49 saying it would arrive at 00.00am so had to then get out of bed to wait for the driver. 00.15am it finally arrived, 3 hours since it was ordered. The delivery driver said there had been an issue with the order machine. Received a text this morning to say they won't provide the refund as the driver was stuck in heavy traffic which is why it was late. Bit of a difference in those 2 excuses so clearly a lie.. and not acceptable on a Tuesday night. I've since seen a few other reviews that state they never received their oders. Don't bother

Ordered from here at the weekend. My partner got a brownie with various bits on it and I got a "Banoffee Special" crepe. My partners food looked okay. My crepe despite being advertised as having Nutella and some sauce, came almost bone dry. This was evidenced by the fact that all the bananas had slid off the dry crepe during delivery (0.3 miles away) and into the corner of the box. I will say that there was a good amount of banana on the crepe, but for £6.50 what I essentially received was cut up banana on an almost bone dry pancake. Very disappointed.

Never ordering from here again, rather make it myself and actually have it fresh than 2 hours late. Also, I asked for a refund because the food was cold and they declined and told Just Eat they had compensated with a free item on the menu, we only got what we ordered, there was no free item.

Worst Milkshakes don’t waist money or time, watery with no taste, cup of cold milk with a chocolate bar crushed up, learn to make a milkshake before opening up a shop. 1 star because you can’t put lower my opinion is minus 5 star

Paid £40 in total for food that was all wrong. Got £10 refund from Uber eats, but then phoned the shop as I still paid £30 for food we did not eat! The shop told me to phone in next time and I can have my whole order for free. When I phoned the shop they said this was not true, and when I explained the facts they put the phone down on me… worst service I’ve ever had…

Order 2 milkshake and a cookie dough the milkshakes where good but the cookie dough come cold and I had to warm it up in the oven and It was alright but I would of expected it to be warm not freezing cold

Do not waste your money as I paid £24 for donuts which were simply a joke, warmed and loads of icing sugar on them to try and hide the grease and how old they were. 2 milkshakes which were to be fair quite nice. When I enquired to the shop itself about it I was dismissed and told to go to just eat. Honestly go elsewhere.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered my food through uber eats at 10pm and at 12am we still hadn't received the food. I was disgusted that we had to wait over 2 hours for our order. I called the place an hour after we put in our order and they said that they are still preparing the food as they are busy but will send it out in 10 mins. 40 mins later and still nothing so I called again and they said the order has left and on its way. A couple of mins after that one of thier drivers (not an uber eats driver) called me to say he was outside, when I went out no one was there so I called him back and he realised the company had put my number on someone else's order that he had, we then waited another 15 mins with still nothing and the place was about to close so I called them again asking for a refund and they told me I have to go through uber eats for that. Uber eats have been so helpful and I received my refund. When the food did finally arrive it was completely wrong and cold and the milkshake has spilled out in the bag and went everywhere. Disgusting service and I will never waste my money or time on them again!

Due between 22:45-23:05 arrived at 23:45 no apology from the driver. Food warm at very best, partners saying his is cold. Tried to ring twice no answer got ready for bed thinking it wasn’t coming. Paid £7 for delivery alone absolutely waste of time.

Staff r rude owner hasn't a clue they keep Costco cakes for months then defrost slightly before delivery most of chocolates out of date and they don't use original chocolate most of the milkshakes

The waffles we ordered were amazing could not fault anything it came pretty quick and deffo worth the money loved everything about it first time tasting one too and loved it would deffo recommend this to my friends and family 👍👍👍👍👍
