Food cold even after 15 minute wait. Quickly changed Staff pleasant

We went to McDonald's ay 10pm last night and the staff were nowhere, a delivery driver had to grab someone to get their orders, Our chips were cold and not very nice. I know it was late but I paid for food and expect it to be at least warm, ov which it was not. Disappointed in general

Great place to have some good time and enjoy the food whilst relaxed 😎

Food is always good, service is hit or miss. It's not great feeling you need to compete with all the just eat delivery guys to wait for your food though.

I ordered a large meal it arrived cold and I got a medium hot chocolate instead of the large I ordered and the chips arrived stale

Fries were cold. Once they came in a small bag of there own, kept the fries fairly hot.

Long queues and too much waiting for a fast food restaurant, not acceptable especially in the morning. It hasn’t been always like this, but recently the drive through staff asks the cars to wait anywhere in the car park which is already full. Orders are missing items and you need to check everything before setting off, which is not very pleasant when you have a big order and you don’t have time.

Nuggets were okay but seemed a smidge undercooked so didn’t eat all of them only a few, milkshake was perfect and fries were horrible didn’t touch them tasted incredibly dry and harder than usual, they are usually soft and delicious but they were just tough. Certainly put me off this food

Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs don’t bother wasting money here. It’s a ‘poo’ show at absolute best. The staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. I don’t leave reviews often but this has happened to us time and time again, this time my partner has returned the order to the store as per their request and only the food which was missing they were prepared to replace so the rest of the order is now inedible and freezing! Couldn’t give this place a worse review if I tried. Rude staff wrong food missing food and an absolute poo show!

Ordered a mcds, waited for it to come for the food to be a sausage egg McMuffin and I don’t eat pork and missing 4 items I had ordered. Disgusting.

Delivered it an hour and a half late and he was very quick to leave. The food was all stone cold and inedible.

Unusually for McDs, the staff were absolutely lovely. The manager here is a legend and actually cares about her staff. I really wish they were all run like this

I have mentioned this before, you order 20 chicken nuggets and every time no dips are received, it ruins a meal with out them, it even said it on the receipt but none delivered

Virst visit to Hucknall McDonald's. My double cheese burger was very salty. My fries weren't freshly cooked but were overcooked and dry and think they had been fried for sometime. I won't be planning on visiting this restaurant any time soon.

Disappointed that there were missing items. I paid for extra sauce and there weren’t any in the bag. I ordered dippers and nuggets and mozzarella dippers. The nuggets were missing, all the sauce was missing and there were only 2 mozzarella sticks, is that correct? Disappointed as the sauce makes the chicken selects taste better.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! You will always be missing items, how can you not do your job? McDonald’s needs to stop hiring kids, haven’t had a good experience once.

Absolutely fuming, ordered and never even received my 2 fries and 20 chicken nuggets. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Hucknall McDonalds as your always missing items.

unbelievably poor. how can you possibly miss a large white coffee,2 lots of fries and a mc flurry off an order and also deliver an oasis drink when a coke zero was ordered. I will notbe using this service again please ensure I am refunded for the missing items asap

Was not the drivers fault, seemed to be a fault with the just eat app, my address comes up on delivery screen, but the driver received a different pin location, the driver was just as frustrated as I was with this problem, then among that, the complaint service with this company is diabolical, near on impossible to contact any one sufficiently, I payed the best part of £20 and the food was un edible, it went straight in the bin, I’m out of pocket and with out food!

Waited 20 mins in the parking bay at 9pm as told by the 2nd counter while using the drive through. Went inside to check as nobody came outside. Was told rudely the payment didn't go through and it wasn't their fault. They seemed to be aware it had happened but not bothered to come out and tell us. I had to order again inside. There was no apology offered. They made it sound like I was at fault. In the dark all you can do is swipe your card. Surely it is the responsibility of the person taking the payment to check on their machine if it has gone through. Appalling service!

got our order delivered from Hucknall as our bulwell 1 is closed for a refurb but honestly we think the Hucknall 1 is better, friendly driver, food was still warm and milkshakes were flavoured, thank you.

£30 wasted on food that was stone cold. and one of the burgers looked liked someone had sat on it. it wasn't much thicker than a digestive biscuit..

Ashgate road Hucknall is where I visited.The ordering was quick and easy.The food arrived at my table within 4 minutes and was piping hot.The restaurant was very clean and presentable with plenty of staff on hand.Even the toilets were very clean.I can highly recommend McDonalds,Hucknall for a quick lunch.

Despite arriving before it originally said the food was cold, hot tea spilt in a bag with ice cold coke…All dips missing and no milk!

Worse one I've even been, chips overcooked, Mc Nuggets were cardboard, Big Mac was chewy! Mr Mcdonald would be turning in his grave

Driver did not no where my address was for 20 minutes but it has my postcode and correct address on the app. Imagine driving round pakistan, us English wouldn’t have a clue either!

Absolute shambles ,every order I've ever done via the app from this store has had items missing ,everytime !! Each time I phoned only to be fobbed off and told its ubers fault even though I'm sure uber don't pack the orders ,just deliver them .either way the staff there are clearly unable to get things right and best avoid unless your collecting yourself

Chips were cold. Driver didn't ask for code either I know that's not the stores issue but worth mentioning.

Always use this drive through restaurant when the family want McDonald's. Easy to navigate around, polite helpful staff.
