McDonald's in Ashfield

didn’t even leave the food marked it as ordered and left

The delivery driver couldn’t find us! (They have never struggled before!) our house is easy to find! They rang but couldn’t speak English so unable to understand directions. Meaning our food was cold by the time we got it!

my first order got cancelled so I re ordered again there was coke spilled all in rhe bag and the food was cold I had one un happy boy

The time kept changing originally was meant to be here for 7.15pm then got delivered at 7.50pm when arrived food was cold with some items missing it’s just frustrating when you have waited so long for this to happen

It took 2.5 hours to deliver our order and when it came it was missing items and was cold, the ice cream was like milk as it had melted

Worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. Staff rude and blunt. Order messed up and argued when I questioned it. Do not visit !!

Missing all dips, no added sugar or stirrers for latte. This always seems to happen from the Kings Mill branch.

McDonald's put pepper on a burger that doesn't have pepper and no cheese sauce on the cheesy Mcrispy.. Terrible on McDonald's side

Ordered food eating in. Received a bag.. rather than tray. Though it's due to fact they don't want me to eat inside. Still decided to stay indoor and realised that was not real reason for having everything packed. Burger was prepared in advance for quick turnover and it was solid cold because of that. Not coming back here for sure.

Order was cold and item missing

Second time to McDonald’s in a week, they messed the order up first time, and I went in today for a free meal due to giving me the wrong order last time and I ordered a chicken wrap with no sauce. I asked them to check this and they said they would as this was the mistake last time this was even by the manager, today on the 23/11/24 at around 19.00 who also authorised this mail when we got home the meal had sauce on it again when I rung up they just offered me a free mail or to come back. The manager wouldn’t give a name when I rang back up as I said I had spoken to you and you said it would have no source on it and you would check. The meal was yet again no good thanks to Kingsmill McDonald’s

Original time was a 20 minute wait and the time kept going up and up and up. Eventually food arrived and it was cold and poor quality

Delivery and driver were great. Delivered on time and very respectful. Unfortunately the restaurant had got some of the order wrong.

drinks were only half full as they had spilled all over, the paper straws were soaked so werent usable. food was cold. delivery driver stood there with the food getting cold as he is asking for a code but could barely understand him. Very disappointing.

Absolutely nonsense, asking for a delivery code which was 0000 which wasn’t right, wouldn’t pass me my food after showing receipt, and why else would he be at this address? Not happy now food is cold

The driver couldn’t speak English and wouldn’t give me the food straight away as he was pointing to his phone saying no internet. He also couldn’t find the address

Driver never brought the food not all patients in hospital can come down to the main entrance to pick up the order that’s why in the order notes it says bring to the ward! Why have order notes if some the drivers don’t read them?

Worse Experience ever never would I go again placed an order on just eat delivery was quick and very good but the food was none existent £43 pounds worth and practically none of order we asked for no fries with any meal burgers looked like they been kicked around car park rang restaurant they offered us to go and collect some fries and tried blaming just eat for packing the food the manager is a absolute joke you don’t order a takeout to collect ya fries for every meal 3 weeks later

Where is my order… the delivery driver told me he was going to cancel my order. I need my money back. This was never delivered

Ordered food and drinks, the food bag was fine. The bag with the drinks smelt like death or vomit or something concerning and honestly I didn’t even want to drink the drinks that were in there and I threw them away. I ordered around 1/1:15ish 3/11/24 and honestly I feel this is a safety issue and I’m quite concerned, if anyone smelt this bag, they would understand.

Not a big McDonald's fan to be fair, but the staff are very pleasant and friendly, good place for a quick cheap coffee and cheeseburger... though there's obviously more on offer... called in for a change instead of going to the cafe on the Sutton reservoir... All McDonald's are the same so you know what you are getting...I may go again sometime in the future...

Never came, we have a group chat on our estate, informed that the driver went to completely wrong house then left the estate still charged delivery and service fee I even when I get refund

Every time they get the wrong address even when a clear note is left on the app… my sons have to literally go out chacing the food up the road… I don’t live out in the sticks it really isn’t hard!! Food cold by the time we receive it after this palaver EVERY time!!!

I placed and order at 9.55am it took an hour for my food to arrive the times kept changing and on the map the delivery driver went to drop another order before coming to drop mine the food was cold qhen delivered

I don’t think I’ve ever visited this restaurant and there hasn’t been some issue/problem and ended up wasting at least half an hour of my time. Today is no exception, sat in yet another queue at the drive thru, with no explanation for what the problem is. Avoid

food was freezing. could not eat or reheat as the fries was more like Crisps then chips.. they had obviously been re-fried & re-fried. the burgers where absolutely freezing & hard ,was not chancing reheating them. every item was binned.

Driver was rude demanding delivery code couldn’t understand him then when I shown him code he just walked off angry. Wasn’t I my fault that I couldn’t understand him needs to learn customer service in English.
