McDonald's in Ashfield

Ordered some food to my lorry local and hour later no food app says delivered and left good instructions and contact number tryed calling store no answer in gaged all time rubbish service

Justeat comes first not the customer in the restaurant as will was waiting for 35 minutes for your food

They think it’s acceptable to miss 3 peoples food off and then when I confront them they try to blame the drivers for it! They can’t do anything right in this place, will not be returning!

Ordered on the app, went to pickup point 5. Completed order then waited 19 mins for my order to be bought to me by a young disgruntled employee. Meanwhile 50 ish cars went drive through and 6 just eat delivery drivers went out. Forget just eat. Just go next door, you’ll get served quicker.

A lad by the name of Josh needs to learn people skills very rude to me and my elderly mother we will not be returning

IM FUMING !!!!! it was my sons birthday today so we decided to treat him to a McDonalds. WE WAS IN ABSOLUTE SHOCK TO FIND OUT THERE WAS SOMEONES PUBE IN MY BURGER !!! now, my sons only 6 so he didn't know what it was so he wasn't too worried. he thought it was his toy (that wasn't included in the first place) so me and my husband didn't tell him. BUT IT STILL HAD ME FUMING !!!! SORT YOUR PLACE OUT !!!

It was not explained to us about track and trace on the way in, one of the young girls was told to go round reminding people who were seated (clearly the lady who shown us to our table forgot) Or was it explained to us how to dispose of our rubbish when the bins had been removed. We witnessed customers leaving and customers coming in were told to sit at the same table which hadnt been cleaned. Was this because customers were taking their rubbish to the outside bins instead of leaving it on the table so that it would get cleaned? This does not give me great confidence in returning I'm afraid.i would have emailed direct but cant find an email address.

I bought a cold coffee from the kingsmill drive through, when I got out of the car park. I realised over half the cup was full of ice cubes. I went through the drive through again. The first window operative ,said they'd be happy to replace it and asked me to go to the second window. Where a girl took the ice cubes away. Her manager, returned ,the rudest lady I've encountered. She refused to exchange it, and told me ,she'd call the police unless I left .

really clean tidy and the staff and service was overall amazing you must go try it for yourself iv'e been to a few mcds before but this is best by far

Hospital visited so call on for lunch Car park full despite downpour of rain So I used drive though (quick) very guilty

Had so many bad experiences with this McDonald’s and the kingsmill one down the road, EVERY time we order from them there are items missing, the new way they now mess up is through Uber, I feel sorry for Uber as they get the blame for food missing when it’s not for them to check, when I’ve rang to complain I get 2 choices, a refund through Uber or fetch the stuff myself, how hard is it to read a receipt, same excuse every time ‘new staff’. Disgusting service.

Used the drive through near midnight on way back from day at hospital and very hungry ordered beef burger and chips and fillet of fish Received quick and efficient service and tasted fine

Never seen such a que for a drive through and they had run out of frozen strawberry and lemonade as well

Dont order for table service. Been waiting over 25 minutes for food, after waiting what seems a life time I went to the counter where the staff seemed totally clueless about the order, after waiting a further 5 minutes. food arrived cold. What more can I say. Lesson learnt.

Been here a few times. Food is normally good. Service not so good. Often after the drive through you have to stop and sometimes they have no functioning card machines at the drive through. Not convenient at 5am in the morning.

Myself and my boyfriend took a trip to this McDonald’s on 31st July. We are both employees at different stores so we usually get discount. This particular time I asked for employee discount and got refused because I didn’t have my card but I did have my shifts which I use all the time (my store hasn’t given me my card might I add!). The girl who was serving even asked my store name and number to which I told her. A shift manager then rudely interrupted and point blank refused me. I then showed my boyfriends employee card and they said I couldn’t use it unless he was with me. I felt like they’d accused me of lying. I then had to go and get my boyfriend out of the car just so I could get my food.After ringing this store to complain, I spoke to a ‘salary manager’ who sounded like he didn’t even care about my bad experience. He tried to argue with me and was very rude. We will not be coming back to this store.

Called here for lunch and had cheese burger and fry’s Car park and drive though are small and tight especially when full Only 2 disabled baysService quick even though they were busy Food good But y do you have to ask for sauces When collecting take away

As always MaccyDess's never lets you down, well almost. We had a takeaway of 6 breakfasts and were delicious

Being watched by management whilst eating makes for a very uncomfortable experience. Food was hot but cannot enjoy our food whilst we are being stared at. Sure Lewis on the floor has got better things to be doing that constantly staring at people eating.

It’s usually great. I’ve been many times and especially the drive through. I do however find the waits frustrating sometimes as the serve in random order and I hate waiting while the person arriving after me is served. Food is typical McDonald’s - not good for you but tastes great. Staff are variable. Can be 5 star but 4 at best currently.

My wife and I enjoyed a tasty double cheeseburger, fries and coke for a quick lunch. Service was quick, efficient and with a smile and the computer ordering system made my experience better.

Good fast food served quickly without any problem. resturant was busy lots of seating both inside and some outside. Has a drive thro as well. Staff friendly. Good visit.

After spending over £65 i received a two parking charges of £50 each because we was in there for over 90 minutes with the family. After trying to solve the problem with the store themanager could not be bothered to help and mcdonalds head office said they could not do anything about it even though they own this resteraunt.

We came here as a family, 3 adults and 6 children, and stayed 16 minutes over(we didn’t even know you only have 90 MINUTES,) we spent £65.00 with this company and then received a parking ticket for £100! my daughter also received one of these! We have appealed against this showing them our 3 receipts that we had , and they have denied the appeal saying we have to pay this, how can this be acceptable! We will NEVER use this company again.

Went for food as a family and took 6 children. As you can imagine not a quick process. Ended up with a parking fine after spending over £60 in there. Managers should be able to get these cancelled as this is private land and McDonald's are the ones that have instructed the company to issue fines. Disgusting customer service!

Often call here with grandson as it is one of his favourite places He loves the happy meals and he is accommodated to have them by having chips without salt no relish or cheese on the burgers

Typical McDonalds fayre - well cooked, helpful staff - eat in if you wish or drive through. Very quick service.

We had a coffee, chicken wrap and a chat in a clean and fresh restaurant. The staff always seem friendly and helpful and the food and drink is always consistently good. The time just flew by ending up that we overstayed the 90 mins allowed for parking. A brief word with one of the staff was all that was needed to make sure that a parking fine was avoided. excellent as usual and we will definitely return. Great for families also.
