Shocking ambiance More focused on drive thru

Not like some of the McDonald's I go to where I have to go back as order is wrong or missing bits.

I don’t think I’ve ever visited this restaurant and there hasn’t been some issue/problem and ended up wasting at least half an hour of my time. Today is no exception, sat in yet another queue at the drive thru, with no explanation for what the problem is. Avoid

Cold food never tastes it's best

never turned up driver was driving around a complete wring location then said I had given wring address, but my order clearly states correct address

Drinks arrived on there side, paid for a bag of coffee and cola!

Missing 9 chicken nuggets and not enough straws

Food was absolutely freezing! You’ve refunded me £2.90 yet the burger was £5.79 at least refund me the whole money for the burger!

Must have been busy but time slot kept getting pushed further and further back and being diabetic caused problems.

I worded a burger but it came with no bun chip cold and the chicken they sent me ice cream was melted

Order never turned up left me waiting over 2 hours to then say it was delivered at 8.30 n it’s not even gone 8.30

It was an hour later than originally stated and cold when it arrived.

The drive thru can some times be very slow and your lucky if they get the order right. Been several times and had to complain that my orders are wrong.

fries was cold and all other food was only just warm very disgusting and dissatisfied

Ordered food at 7.20 8.45 still no food and time put ahead again to 9.05 pm we tried calling no answer on the site

It was close to 2 hours from placing my order to receiving it / I went down to the restaurant. I ordered my food from to be informed that it was ready 20 minutes after I’ve placed the order they told me it was down to the driver. He took it and turned up at my house an hour and 37 minutes later, hence why my food was cold, really not good

Took an hour and 50 minutes to arrive and the food was completely cold. Absolutely ridiculous.

Most of my order was missing such a disappointment especially for my kids just drinks and mcflurries delivered the rest of my food was missing. Unfortunately it seems to happen a lot with McDonald's in my area.

1st time at this McDonald's and was amazed to find they had everything I ordered. Not had that experience for a long time. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming and spoke English with no problems in understanding my order. Would recommend this Mcdonald food stop off anytime

The food was good if a little cold but the chocolate milkshake was nasty, it was my first and last time I ever order a chocolate milkshake from McDonald’s. I ended up pouring it down the drain, that was a waste of money.

Ordered the Philly cheese stack. Usually really good, half way through eating it I found some paper between the burgers. No idea what this could be from.

Missing main items (forgot the 20 box of chicken nuggets, but remembered to put the dip in) and what did arrive was cold.

Food was 25 mins late so freezing, turns out the delivery driver was sat out side my house taking to someone for that duration 🤌🏼

Waited an hour & 10 minutes, whole order was cold & one item (double bacon muffin with extra cheese) was delivered as a bacon muffin no cheese.

Just ordered through the drive through, got home and the wrap was a BBQ bacon not a Sweet Chilli Chicken as ordered. Called to explain the error, gave my order number and returned to the restaurant. Queued again and was given the wrap but not a replacement order as i expected. I explained that the rest of the food would now be cold, only to be told, if you’d brought it back we would have replaced! I was annoyed as no one explained this. I drove off and decided to call the restaurant again and vent my frustrations. I was met with excuses for the staff involved and was told l should have checked the screen thoroughly to see my order was correct! Fair enough, but i saw 2 wraps with drinks etc and drove to the next window where the order wasn’t displayed due to an error! Anyway. My chips were cold and went in the bin, along with the wrong wrap given. To add to my shocking experience and my luck of the evening, when i disposed of the chips and wrong wrap, my dog made off with the wrap i had ordered!!! Rubbish food, rubbish staff and no idea on how to change a bad experience into a good one! Oh how i would love a day in this establishment to teach customer experience.

all the food was cold, soggy and rubbery. The chips and nuggets were soggy not crunchy at all. Poor standard of food

received a cup of warm milk instead of the latte I ordered . and free hash brown was missing

Enjoyed the meals Fillet of fish burger and chile wrap. Love how they secured the bags and ask for a code when they deliver it. Then if it gets sent to the wrong address they wouldn't have it. Tasty delivery woman also lol

Driver very rude and aggressive made grandkids with how loud he was and told me off for not putting number of house on order genuine error on my part he said he knocked on several houses but I was on doorstep and watched him get out of car

Had to send food back because it was cold and the second lot wasn't that much warmer, not good.

Conveniently located drive thru with two lanes for placing orders. Friendly staff who speak clearly and check you have ordered the right thing. Can be busy at times. Food always hot and fresh and worth any wait for it.

Not even delivered gone to Dalestorth street not Dalestorth road

Oasis drink ordered but cola drink arrived.

I ordered for delivery to come at 10.50pm it didn't show up till 11.15 with zero updates , however driver was polite, only good part of this order, food was also not even luck warm, I'm asking for a full refund

Food was cold, took a long time to come . Driver was sat at McDonald’s for like 20 mins . Dont know if McDonald’s was busy or not but took too long to come.

8 minutes in que to the speaker then 15 minute waiting for my food through the drive through!, and the fries were cold, staff didn't apologise for the wait and didn't seem bothered with me asking why, I will not be using it again!.

Food was cold and missing the nuggets ordered for my child. Delivery driver rang me telling me he was outside my house but wasn’t, argued with me on the phone about it and turned out he was on a different street but was expecting me to walk around looking for him with a toddler

Chips were like cold rubber. Obviously been sat after cooking for a while. Burgers were on the brink of cold too. Poor!

If you need food at certain times of the day because of your diabetes, the McDonald app order gives you the options of removing sauces, ingredients etc & order food for your table or car pick up point. These can fall in line with your dietary restrictions. McDonald in store quick delivery service by staff can be a life saver for a diabetic! This McDonald stands out for us! Always helpful staff, toilets clean, Helpful & good cleaning tables staff too. They are second to none :-) reasonably prices too :-) Never out of stock of top sellers :-) Just for the record, if you have a problem or missing items in your order, the staff are quick to rectify problems to your satisfaction :-)

Not a big McDonald's fan to be fair, but the staff are very pleasant and friendly, good place for a quick cheap coffee and cheeseburger... though there's obviously more on offer... called in for a change instead of going to the cafe on the Sutton reservoir... All McDonald's are the same so you know what you are getting...I may go again sometime in the future...

I ordered a McFlurry,milkshake, cookie and muffin, a non English speaking driver turned up with a cheeseburger, garlic bread dippers and fries, gave the driver the food back and he was begging for me not to complain he didn’t speak English and the driver’s friend was saying his English was not good and driver didn’t understand what I was saying, I ended up paying £14.34 and had no food

Delivery driver was kind and polite :) would like him to deliver again

the fries where cold and soggy looked like they had just been thrown in the bag. the burgers looked seemed as if they had been thrown around the boxed dented and the burgers themselves. the chicken was cold and tough. quality should be better even for fast food.

As you would expect from a McDonald's. Clean and tidy. The lack of screens inside advertising what's available is annoying. The front desk has on a number if occasions been un attended so not immediately obvious that you can order from the front desk.

Issue with the address but driver found it, appreciate them sticking around to make sure it was delivered.

I’m absolutely disgusted by the way it was delivered to my house. The food is just chucked in the delivery bag without a bag for the food inside. Food is just all loose. No sauce no napkins. disgusting

Items missing from order! The items we did receive were all stone cold, not even remotely warm

We just order the ice cream wich have just couple beats of chocolate on top, and they said that is the standard... and I can confirm yesterday I have buy the same one and was pleasure to wat that ice cream

Took over an hour to come everything was luke warm and wrong burgers single instead of double furthermore asked for no tomato sauce on kids burgers got tomato sauce on them

think you need to tell ya drivers to knock on a door not leave food on floor an just slightly lift letter box to wich I didn't hear an he just drove off even my neighbour said he didn't knock
