fries were a bit cold but i’ll live

The did was hot, which makes a refreshing change to it only being warm

food hot , delivery early , pleasant gentleman. not so much McDonald's. no jam for jam muffin again !!!!. no milk and sugar for tea again, have you run out McDonald's??????

Order McDonalds for breakfast n I the driver parks over the main road n is walking around with my two bags for about 20 minutes he’s being shouted to to tell him where I was was wasn’t listen I tried to contact his phone still nothing until someone went over n told him now my food n my coffee is freezing cold!!!

Drive was really good and friendly

Ordered at 5:10pm, did not arrive until 7:05pm. All cooked food arrived cold and the McFlurries were melted. Made a complaint about the food and was only offered £5.50 credit from a £24 order! That doesn’t even cover the quarter pounder with cheese meal I ordered!

Quick, easy and hot. In and out within minutes. Actually made it feel like a fast food restaurant unlike some you have to wait 30 minutes at 😊

Frim leaving resturant to delivering took nearly 40mins so food was cold resturant is 10mins away from my house

You need to sort out the difference in even numbers courts and odd numbers courts. I usually end up walking round looking for delivery drivers who cannot sort these courts out.

Not been here for a few months since my last visit,the manager is rude and needs some basic training. Lots of dead flys in the touch screens that don't always work. Always people complaining and the manager doesn't really care. Avoid this branch of mcdonalds

Absolutely shocking! Ordered through the McDonald’s app for delivery and when my ordered came I was missing my 20 nuggets tried to ring up for them to bring out or a refund to be told I need to sort a refund through the app but can’t find anywhere to do so after all this ate the rest of my food to get on to my dessert my mum took 1 bite and said it tasted funny to them find the pies were out of time this is an absolute disgrace I used to work for a different McDonalds myself and know that things should be discarded in a certain time frame as you can see from the 2nd photo I took the photo at 20:15

Everything was fine until my little boy came to the pancakes which was like 3 frisbees they were very hard and crispy and not soft and fluffy like they normally are. They even hurt my mouth to eat very disappointed with them.

Food never delivered after 3 hour wait

Ordered at 7pm and delivery driver turned up at 9:45pm after trying to cancel order for over an hour. Wasn’t given the option to cancel, couldn’t contact anyone was a massive waste of time for us and the delivery driver, we tried telling him prior to delivering but he was told to still try and deliver the order however we refused the order and expect a full refund!

Just 3 drinks no food for £40 not happy

Ordered at 6.08pm arrived at 8.05pm kept changing delivery time when if arrived food was all cold and spoilt unedable drink was spilt all over and food butgers look like slapped together

that was a terrible meal, freezing cold. items were missing as we were only given one bag. when the driver was told he could not be bothered and shouted to ring up about it.

Food took over 15 minutes to be handed out to me one of the members of staff “friend” ordered after me and was bought out nearly immediately after they ordered but I was stood waiting nearly 15 minutes for my order was only 1 large meal I ordered as well, when the food was eventually passed to me they didn’t speak a word to me or apologise for waiting so long. Absolute joke of a store!

Arrived on time, Food could have been a bit warmer but was good and the order was correct. Maybe my mistake was making sure I stayed I wanted milk with my cup of tea. Met delivery driver at hospital main entrance who was pleasant enough. Followed the progress or the order step by step with ease. All round great experience well done 😊

Don’t care about couriers service . They don’t even look at couriers side when calling them . Best to avoid to get from order to delivery .one of the worst place . Just ignore Kingsmill McDonald delivery service. They don’t respect for drivers

Missing items yet again, how hard is it to pick the food up and place it in a bag from a list??? Almost every single time we order from a McDonalds we are missing something.

Usually nice food ,,,,but on this occasion not up to scratch, the food was not hot enough no wonder with how long we was waiting for it,,, me and the wife couldn't believe it ,,,they seemed more interested in drive thru and delivery than people sitting in

Constant issues with missing items! Cannot understand how hard it is to look at an order and put the right food in the bag. Frustrating when u just want a treat and someone gets left without something!

The delivery driver couldn’t find us! (They have never struggled before!) our house is easy to find! They rang but couldn’t speak English so unable to understand directions. Meaning our food was cold by the time we got it!
