Delivery driver was new so wasn’t sure where to go but he was lovely really like him

My food was cold and there wasn’t a straw for my drink so wasn’t very happy with it . not the usual standard

I think the syrup had gone in the coke but the food was ok

Everyone opened and they took the seal off the bags they have been given

Cold hard fries every single time

last time I came here the food looked like the food from the ads

When food arrived had to warm it up

On time and delivery man polite

One of your driver is rude smoking while bringing my food to my door and not used manners one bit

Driver was sat on phone for 15 minutes before ringing me telling me she was here , then when gave me my order was so rude it was unreal

Food wasn’t warm and ice cream was melted, because they made a stop at another restaurant on the way

half my items did not come and drinks was spoiled allover and a mcflury came instead of the burger and I'm missing 2meals and no straws came either

Wouldn’t order breakfast again was greasy the egg was over cooked and the bacon was missing.

I waited just under a hour for my food to come cold this is a joke and it's not the first time this has happened I am not happy!

all food was cold half of the pop had leaked in the bag

Order kept being delayed and when it did get collected we seem to have been the 3rd drop off, food was cold and only given £1.62 compensation for a meal that cost over £10

I ordered a Double Sausage McMuffin without cheese and extra bacon on and got one taken off rack with cheese on and no bacon given I am allergic to cheese this is totally unacceptable, and is second time i had this kind of issue from this macdonalds

paid for dips and again not with the order

My latte didn’t come in a bag it was handed to me, I looked out side and saw the driver drop the bad outside my drive I have taken pictures.

Didnt show up but said delivered

Kept changing time of when it was delivering to me, one minute it says 6 mins the next 10/15 mins

no milk or sugar for tea.... no ketchup. and cheeseburger should have been plain !!!!!!

Fastest drive thru service I've had from order to being served. Food was piping hot and cooked perfectly.

the fries are cold like they been sat there for hours and the chicken burger is cold and the coke is flat x

deliver came on a bike carrying four large hot hot drinks four meals and 9chicken selects....every meal was soaked in coffee and zero coffee in all cups... who's bright idea was it to send it out on a bike

Wasn’t happy with the driver banging so loud on my door I told him 1 min to get my key I have newborn baby and toddler as well he kept banging on the door , my food was cold not happy about this at all

My chips were absolutely way too salty. The excess after eating them was horrendous and it tasted horrible. Also to mention the drive-through servers sounded so depressing and had no enthusiasm. Please do better.

Driver was polite and was waiting at the restaurant for over 35 minutes, not his fault

This was awful,the wrap looked like a toddler had put it together the nuggets had hard bits in the middle. Good job the selects was free as they was the best bit along with the cheese bites

Great delivery and timing but my drink arrived with a broken lid so half of it spilt out. Other than that, no issues with the order.

been charged 40 odd pound on line for only 19 pound of my order to turn up it's ridiculous now half of us haven't got anything to eat as been refused any kind of help from the resturant

2 hours 15 minutes late.. I made my daughter lunch due to the unreasonable delivery time. I did try to cancel the delivery, for some reason, the option was not available. The rude McDonalds manager blamed the driver. The driver took no responsibility either.

Courier impatient. Second door knock not necessary when I've shouted I'm coming.

We didn't take the delivery. My family didn' have the Code and food is getting cold so they send the driver away. I wasted my money.

i ordered minecraft deals and recieved my order without the minecraft toys i know it sounds petty but when your paying extra for the minecraft meals and not getting the toys for my kids it is bad as i have paid extra for them i ordered the other night a large big mac meal anf only got small fries with and didnt leave a review but its getting abit off a joke now

Dropped in after a fairly stressful and busy time ..We had a get together with some family here .a few days prior to my brother in laws Funeral..They were very busy and some orders were missed but not from our party .

Ordered the Minecraft meal but didn't get the toy. Not good

The delivery address defaulted using maps and delivered to my neighbour. My neighbour told the driver who the order was for however he just left and I've got no order. He said he would call but hasnt. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again

Food was fine. Delivery driver was extremely rude yelling down the phone and blaming me and my partner for getting lost and food ended up being cold because of this. Driver also barely spoke a word of English and was just insulting.

My order was all wrong got Iam Allergic to cheese and I stated no cheese and it came with all cheese on, so it was ruined and very dangerous

I rang macdonalds direct and they said it was already left but the driver drove to end of my street then went back to macdonalds

Came quickly which was a great surprise. Also all our order was there and we wasn’t given someone else’s order like last time. Food was yummy definitely recommend the Philly cheese maybe get extra crispy onions if you like them. Overall a great simple experience. Thank you.
