The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Waited ages for stone cold food that was slapped together, should have known better than to order for here but being unwell and tired I took a chance what a waste of money.

I received this as a hot chocolate. More like dishwater.

A place of modern slavery for numerous individuals for years. Their pay was sent straight to a third party and they received just a few pounds per week. McDonald's missed so many red flags which lead to prolonged and untold suffering. Victims were working 70-100 hours per week.

Excellent service great food helpful staff

This has to be one of the slowest McDonald's in the UK - Queensgate Peterborough 57/58 Queensgate Centre Peterborough PE1 1NH Ordered at 15:41, for takeaway and I finally received my food at 16.01pm. 1 Double Cheeseburger came with the surprise of lettuce and bacon with no customisation by me or any label with these ingredients being added, so some poor person got my Double Cheeseburger and I got their creation luckily I eat bacon so no religious issues. Absolutely rammed with people waiting for their orders / UBER EATS drivers being prioritized. Rude service, not a smile in sight - can't get to the counter without barging fellow customers out of the way. Ordered before I arrived and still waited 20 minutes, and my order was wrong when I got outside to find seating in the square. My second visit in a week. The first was on Monday, exactly the same experience , and by some miracle, we managed to get a table. I then witnessed drug dealing and had the pleasure of a puppy wining for the 40 minutes we were in the restaurant waiting on food and eating.

Table service bit slow but not many staff ,otherwise fine.

I ordered food from this bumbacrack institution tell me why it has taken over an hour to come I ended up cancelling coz I couldn’t be arsed anymore WHY WAS IT TELLING ME THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED IF IT IS CLOSED WHY ARE U TAKING ORDERS do we even use our brains anymore

they are always literally so nice here it makes me happy before my journey home we love this burger king so much xxx

Food was good but did take a bit to come and i went to use the bathroom with a friend and we were leaving and i held the door for her then a female worker told us to get out if i was just going to stand and the door and i told her that i was holding the door for my friend and she continued to say less of the attitude which was not needed

Extremely annoyed with this place! Had to wait which you expect but the food turns up wrong and not even my order. The driver wasn’t helpful in the slightest and didn’t have a clue. Blamed the restaurant. I rang the restaurant to get to hold of Lawrence the manger that wasn’t helpful either. Needs to work on his customer service as much use as a chocolate tea pot

Excellent customer service today. Food was hot and freshly made to order. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Waited 25 minutes for food, missed my train waiting. Paper straw not adequate and unable to finish milkshake

This was a superb joint for lunch, with the options presented properly on the electronic screens and menus at the counter! The staff were nice especially compared to what a lot of the reviews are saying, flashy style of the logo with the lights makes for a stereotypical diner feel too. The leather seating is comfortable and service was fast, I had a tasty Moody Angus Burger with Frankster's large chips portion and their refreshing take on Cola!

Took about an hour before they started preparing the food, then was preparing for over an hour, I called them up and they said the just-eat driver was responsible, took almost 3x hours to receive my food! food was cold when it arrived, one of the wraps weren't wrapped properly and went partially hard, chips were cold and soggy. Very disappointing.
