Freddies Fish and Chips in Dudley

Really Terrible, by all means, the worst fish and chips resturant I have ever ordered from. The fish is cooked to the level it becomes like stone and the bread looks like from 2 days ago. Even the Newyork hot dog is also terrible. My advice don't order from this resturant

We have placed many orders with this Chip shop. Various issues. Cold chips. Late delivery. Tonight tops ot all. Man answers phone who clearly can not understand English.... Dinner was prompt but no fish delivered with chips! When calling to advise the same man answered and he was very rude! Ended up having chips for dinner! Not a great service. No apologies at all he made out it was my fault! AVOID!

Proper Black Country orange chips which are really good. Fish is also great. Portions are very generous too. Always good service, owner very friendly.

ten grand for onion rings ill never go here again had to remortgage my f.ck!ng house just to get onion rings had to pay for shipping as well 200£ top that of it came moldy and took 2 days to deliver

So I went went freddies today ordered 2 1/4 chicken breasts. Obviously expecting a wait. I was waiting for 25mins then realised my chicken was being microwaved from frozen to be a put in a box then to be slyly moved towards the fryer where it was going to be cooked further. I asked for my money back this could of cased me serious poisoning I live local and didn't realise what he has been doing to people food. Just to let you all no appalling behaviour. Would for sure fail and health n safety check

Great food, friendly staff, shop is very clean. Have a good variety of food available, would highly recommend

I ordered food from this place and it was disgusting I ordered 2 steak and kidney pie and chips and a portion of chips now the pies was as hard as a brick and dried up inside and there was hair in the chips when my mother phoned up he actually said you can’t help the odd hair totally disgusting attitude luckily we did record the call and now in the hands of the environment

Good food, not expensive, very clean establishment. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Not been to this chip shop for a while , not since it’s got new owners , food very nice indeed and staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely worth a visit
