Chick-Fill-A Fried & Grilled Chicken in Blackpool

Took my money while they were advised as open but were not , and now despite 38 unanswered calls I still don’t have my money w? Hate to think what there food is like!?

Ordered from here for a while now but this is the last time we got burnt and crispy kebab so phone them up and he just argued and said it is ordered in and put in the microwave

Was amazing food great chicken and those bbq wings are full of sauce proper bbq wings. The wrap was juicy and the fries where hot and fresh n tasty, chicken burger fresh full of flavour, and our delivery was a small touch over the time because they are very busy but to compensate they added in kebab as an extra like wow! Kids are happy and I’m a happy mum, delivery driver also very polite and friendly a credit as this doesn’t come by often well done guys

Ordered from here on the phone was extremely rushed and didn’t get the order correct. Put the phone down on me twice cause he said he was busy. Then it came within ten mins off ordering. The garlic bread was warm but full of grease dripping off it both kebabs was hard narn bread could not chew or it was like cardboard. The meat was freezing and unsure why as we live around the corner and the garlic bread was hot? Worst kebab I’ve ever eaten. Food was here 1 min so we called up and explained the person we spoke to the owner could not have being more rude. Just kept repeating himself saying “sorry you feel this way” multiple times. We asked for a refund and he said he dosent believe us we said we will bring it to shop him and he said he dosent have time to speak to us. We paid £19 for this food and even tipped the driver and we haven’t eaten any off it. Will not be going to this place again and will keep posting. Worst rude mannered people and never in my life have I made a bad review.

Thee worse single customer service I’ve ever had a cold kebab and hard naan bread such a crap place . Honestly wouldent feed it my dog deserves shutting down . Really rude and said “I’m sorry you feel that your kebab is cold “ pathetic even give them a two pound tip the cheek of it

Don’t normally have takeaway but friends round ordered pizza a bits. Pizza cold greasy. Wedges were just total oil greasy but the chicken the worst. Stunk off. It was so dangerous. All in dustbin and cooked 67p Aldi pizza and was fantastic.

I placed an order through just eat on Boxing Day only to find out 2 minutes later from a Google search that the restaurant was closed. I cancelled my order however the money had already been taken from my account. I waited 14 days but no refund so I contacted just eat who told me there was nothing they could do as chick-fill-a had told them that my order was on the way by the time I cancelled it. To be able to have an order out for delivery 2 minutes after it was placed is either seriously impressive or incredibly worrying, especially for a restaurant that’s closed. Anyway don’t buy from here because they steal your money and even if it did get miraculously delivered from a closed restaurant i bet it would’ve tasted like ass.

Rude counter staff giving you names like you don't know what they're saying. Grubby, Bad hygiene and food kids won't even eat. Forget it. Have a rustlers instead....

Do not order here me and some friends decided to order from here and it did not arrive we then called them three times and I finally managed to get it to come when it finally came it was stone cold and tasted horrid we had to throw it all in the bin the next day it was even worse all of us felt sick and had some sort of tummy bug do you not order from this place whatever you do was possibly the worst food experience in my entire life

Really rude staff. Ordered delivery, it took over an hour and half to arrive, and the one thing i ordered, a pizza, was stone cold. i called the restaurant and the man I spoke to refused to fix it because ' they were busy' and then he shouted on the phone saying "I don't believe it is cold, how about that". Disgraceful customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Customer service is terrible, the food is really poor and the delivery time is horrendous. When the food did eventually arrive, it was god awful. Plus the family that ordered the family bucket, FYI that was first dished up in my house and the restaurant told me to rebag the food once we realised they had sent us the wrong order. Won’t order from here again. Dreadful

I would rate this place 0 if I could absolutely shocking children could run a better business food took over 2 hours to come when it came was flare cold and tasted terrible I rang numerous and got hung up on and when I did get chance to speak to the man working he just kept giving me blunt answers and saying food was on its way to get me off the phone I rang over 30 times to actually get through honestly would not recommend to anybody i could of cooked a better meal my self in the time it took to arrive absolutely shocking avoid by all means normally wouldn’t write a review this is my first one ever normally I just over look slight inconveniences but this was beyond a joke unbelievable

Food didn’t arrive, tried to call for over an hour for them to say it’s out for delivery when I eventually got through. When I said I wanted a refund the story changed to someone had taken our order and confirmed my details over the phone to which I replied impossible as it is via Uber eats and I haven’t spoken to anyone, plus the order would say delivered on the app. I was hung up on and when I called back shouted at and told not their problem. Avoid at all costs. This is on a quiet Wednesday night, I’d hate to imagine a busy weekend. Deserve no custom.

This has been my go to takeaway since moving here a few months back. Never had a issue until recently the past 3 orders have all had to be replaced for one reason or another. I’m currently waiting on a replacement again… 2nd times the charm? Am I right? Let’s hope so. Staff are rude, and obnoxious. Food is great when right dismal when not. I don’t know what’s changed lately but after this, I won’t be choosing these guys again. The wait on food is usually monumental and then to wait for a replacement it takes even longer. 2 hours now… still waiting. Maybe in the future they can get it right, but I’m not holding my breath for that long…

Was 30 mins late, chicken was cold to the touch and was mould on 2 of the burger buns and they had actually tried to pick the mould off so know exactly what their doing, have immediately contacted environmental health with pictures and see what happens to this revolting restaurant

Ordered peri peri chicken strips and was sent normal, rung up the next day and I was made out to be a liar and that I did not order peri peri even though my order was repeated on the phone, I record all my calls and have listened back to it and I am right. There are a large number of take always in the Blackpool area and I highly recommend that you don’t order from here, look on google reviews for this place and you will see this is a ongoing issue. I WONT BE RETURNING AGAIN.

Literally haven't got 1 thing to say about our order. Chips were cold and rubbery, chicken was hardly even breaded and so tough. Oh and got sent the wrong drinks, all in all absolutely shocking and will never ever waste my money there ever again!!! Do not recommend

Ordered food to be delivered at 2055 thru just eat app by 2130 still no food eventually came at 2140 cold called shop they said do t open food we will replace it , food turned up at 2200 minus fries told shop was told nothing could be done they wouldnt replace fries even though we had paid for them the manager said to phone operator f... them and phone went dead , 15 minutes later delivery driver called to say he was outside with our fries we didnt want our food at 2230 but at 9 oclock when we ordered it very poor service and attitude from boss stinks even if we lived here we would not order from here again wich is a pity as the chicken was tasty but not at suck a high cost and waste of time and effort

Ordered last night via the app and 2 items was missing. Rang up the man was absolutely rude and just didn't want to listen. So the pizzas are buy one get one free and so are the milkshakes. So popped 2 milkshakes and 2 pizza on my order. So that means 2 of them items are free as that's how buy one get one free works. But I didn't receive the free ones as he said I never paid for them. Don't puts offers on buy one get on free if u ain't guna send the free part of it. Just ripping people of instead. So I would avoid this place if u don't wanna get ripped off

Ordered from here this evening. The Steak burger was gross! The amount of grease that dripped from it was disgusting! I tried some but it was so slimy I didnt want it.Also ordered a chocolate donut just to bring it over the £20 mark..... £1.79 for a small, dry, tasteless donut. You can buy 4 of these for £1 at every supermarket going and they are bigger, fresher and tastier. Wont be ordering from here again. What a mistake!

Food was of a very poor quality, kebab looked like rubber, absolutely freezing on arrival and the burger didn’t even have any hashbrown on the “hashbrown burger! Total waste of money and will not be ordering from here again!

Fast delivery but chicken really dry

The food quality is amazing and filling. The service and customer facing interaction was top notch. The delivery time was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to other people in the future.

At first I was afraid I was petrified . But that spicy chicken burger was so Devine . Then I ask gaz n lew rack out another line. I was so energetic n so very very dunk I said I’ll just go on . Then bang. Head wabble . Me gaz n lew new the chicken burger was impeccable . Wired gurning faces at the best .

Delivery driver neglected to ring the doorbell and such when i rang the resturaunt they acted rude. Not only this but when my food arrived it was no longer above 60 degrees

Original estimated delivery time was 18:50, then I was informed driver on way and revised delivery time of 18:35. Distance from place is less than half a mile. Order finally arrived 18:55, pizza and fries were just about warm. Previously food and service have been good. I presume this was a one off.

Had food delivered to a hotel I was staying in near by. Waiting time was 1 hr but food arrived 10 minutes late and was cold when it arrived. Really disappointing as couldn’t eat much and now still hungry.

The food turned up cold and wet from where it had been sweating in the plastic bag. The chicken was cold, dry and rock hard like it had been sat out for hours. The milkshakes were completely melted. The only nice thing was the chips.

absolutely vile was dripping with grease, half of the food was microwaved, chicken was sloppy and greasy, was cold and had been thrown into a small bag so it was all squashed and when we rang up complaining because of the state of the food the staff were extremely rude and started swearing down the phone as they refused to listen to our complaints about their disgusting food. Well what can I say excellent that sums it up really but good food friendly staff I've eaten in and I've had it delivered every time I've had it delivered the food is always hot and it gets to me quickly with in about half an hour sometimes quicker than that and their chips are gorgeous I don't know what they put on them but they taste so good very Moorish their burgers are really tasty big burgers as well so if you want a good portion of Good Food then this is one of the places to go

I've ordered from them twice in my life once on new years day this year and once tonight... I've included my first review from new years day I kindly gave them 2.5 starts simply because I'm a nice enough person and the food it's self was okay. However they removed my comments which was me complaining of TWO LARGE BLACK HAIRS one found under the cheese on a pizza... "there's no dip" "have you checked the bags" "yes thoroughly" "right well we'll get one to you at some point" "when my food is going cold could you at least give me a rough idea" "erm 20 minutes" "no just leave it" my friend then goes to start eating. She finds a BLACK HAIR which is pictured below... In her chips.I call up again (oh also one of the drinks was wrong) anyway I call up I say "look this is ridiculous I've ordered from you twice in my life and both times DISGUSTING BLACK HAIRS in the food" I then reminded them about earlier this year, during this whole conversation I've been told no way and that I'm lying for the money... We ordered from here via the Uber Eats app on a Monday evening. The food arrived within 30 minutes of placing the order and was, for the most part, great. I had the "double rodeo burger" with fries, and it was really very good indeed. My mum had southern fried chicken strips which were tasty but a little bit dry. Overall, this is a good, reasonably-priced takeaway.

Not happy with my order at all I ordered a wrap and expect it to be fresh but it tased like it had been re-heated I knew this was the case because I had chicken strips too which was the same chicken in the wrap and tased exactly the same not happy at all 😡

Food NEVER came. Shop is listed at closing at 00:00 on Thursday yet they confirmed my order at 23:20 according to my email. Was supposed to be delivered at 00:05 and then they added an extra 10 minutes on delivery time. I tried ringing the shop and they never answered when I wanted to question this. They didn't contact me at any time either. If my order was put on too late, I should have been informed. No excuses. Don't accept an order that you can't or won't deliver. After reading your reviews after this, similar things have happened to other customers too lately, and they've all been fobbed off or lied about in your replies. Will not be entertaining this shop again and if I could give zero stars as an option I would have.

where do I begin. it was over 30 mins late when it did turn up it was stone cold, was missing somethings I ordered and had incorrect drinks. I had to call customer care to find out where my order was as the “restaurant” wouldn’t answer the phone. basically was the worst £13 I have ever spent.

We use this place, quite a bit and on the whole its ok, but i noticed that standards soon slip, like last night, food was edible but the chicken on both the mini fillet and 3 pieces was so over cooked it had gone hard n chewy, n same with the fries, yes was edible but that's about i can say about it. It's shame b cos when its good its lovely! If you don't keep standards up u will lose custom.
