Greggs - Carrington Street in Nottingham

El miembro del personal que prestaba servicio era una señora (! ) de aproximadamente 45 años, cabello oscuro, unos 5 ’ 2 y el peor problema de actitud que he experimentado en el sector de la hostelería. Ella estaba estafando a varios clientes mientras que ella estaba haciendo mal sus pedidos. Era lenta, grosera e increíblemente hosca. Tampoco había ninguna razón real para que ningún cliente fuera sometido a esto. Nadie fue grosero ni siquiera le preguntó por qué preguntas incómodas era francamente odiosa. Le pedí un rollo de salchicha y su respuesta fue “¿bueno cuál?” Ahora, estoy familiarizado con Greggs, pero nunca me han pedido que elija un rollo de salchicha específico... así que le pregunté qué quería decir y ella dijo “bueno, ¿quieres uno vegano o uno normal?” Y puso los ojos en mí. Estoy bastante seguro de que no quería uno vegano que fuera con mi bocadillo de tocino, pero la humillé respondiendo a uno “normal”... .. ella absolutamente usó la terminología frontal allí, pero en mi opinión está más que rectificando. Algunos clientes esperaban ver a una gerente para quejarse de su actitud. Si eres tan infeliz en tu trabajo, entonces cambia de trabajo. La única estrella es que la encantadora jovencita que estaba sirviendo y haciendo todo lo posible para mantenerse positiva mientras trabajaba junto al miembro del equipo desde el infierno.

I visit Greggs on Carrington Street most days for the last 2 years for my breakfast and usually the experience isn't overly bad however, 11th October 2023 I was minding my own business in the queue with another customer stood behind me literally breathing down my neck so I decided to stand a little to the right of the service counter. A female member of staff then quite abruptly singled me out and said "is there a reason to why you are standing there" which my reply was " I am waiting to be served" the female member of seem annoyed and perturbed and quite rudely answer back stating "I am only asking alright!" This attitude made me feel singled out and belittled in front of a very busy shop. This member of staff has no shame in belittling and putting people on the spot for no reason whatsoever customers and no customer service attributes. Needless to say I will not be visiting thus outlet in the future.

My twin brother Stephen and I had jumped the train down from Liverpool Lime Street Railway Station to Nottingham were we had a four day stay planned, after visiting Hopkinson ( Vintage Antiques And Art Centre ) outside the station and Bentincts Hotel Bar for beers we made our way to the hotel and passed this Greggs ,couldn't resist going in and grabbing a sneaky bite to eat. Your typical Greggs, neat and tidy, all goodies prominently on display, we got a steak bake each which we enjoyed outside, service was quick and the lady who served us was so pleasant and chirpy ,a big fan of Greggs ,love the pastries in here, normally go for their sausage rolls but on this visit fancied something different. This Greggs is most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area and fancy a quick snack and easy to locate along Carrington Street.

Greggs on Carrington street is a British bakery by Nottinghams canalside area that offers a superb range of well priced savouries. Greggs was first established in 1939 in Newcastle upon Tyne by John Gregg.With there well priced savouries and sweets Greggs has many bakeries throughout the UK and is the ideal bakery to visit if you feel like a snack. This is only the second time I have been to one of there bakeries and on both occasions I have had some superb snacks.When here this time I had an excellent cheese and onion pasty and then a few sausage rolls which were excellent and extremely well priced. I'am a convert to Greggs now and whenever I feel a bit peckish and there is a Greggs I will try some of there tasty savouries.Very easy to locate from Nottingham railway station bus stop it's a minute walk.(This is my first review of Greggs). Opening hours published on internet are not always followed. Like just now, on the web the closing time is 4 pm and the shop is closed at 3:30 pm already. And it's not the first time it has happened. If I'm really hungry, this is the last place on the planet I'd trust to go.

I have been to this store a few times and I've got to say what a relaxed environment it is. The staff are really friendly and go.out of there way to speak to you. The shop is always filled with laughter and you can tell the staff have good banter with other customers which is really nice to see. The shop is tidy and very clean. So over all one word FANSTATIC.

Pasábamos junto a Greggs en Nottingham. Entré por dos panecillos de salchicha, uno para mí y otro para las señoritas. LLUVÍA GATOS Y PERROS, así que entré, pero un miembro del personal de Jobs worth Young le dijo a la señorita que se apartara de la puerta de la tienda bajo la lluvia.Ambos somos jubilados y si hubiera escuchado lo que dijo, no habría entrado.P. S. Los panecillos estaban fríos

Ok for a pre train pit stop. Usual bacon roll and tea. Nothing exceptional but more than acceptable at a very keen price.

What I can say no food choice whatsoever full of vegan options with no meet options might as well of served chekov

Esta es la experiencia habitual de Greggs, principalmente para llevar, pero con un área pequeña para cenar.Dos rollos de salchicha y una empanada de carne y vegetales para 3. 70 me llenó, de lo que me burlé sentado en un asiento en la estación de tren (la sucursal está justo al lado de la estación de tren, muy conveniente para cualquiera que viaje en tren).

On a busy Saturday Xmas shopping this is a very convenient place to visit for a quick snack to keep you going, quick service, tasty sasuage rolls as you always get from Greggs.

Always busy. Good choices. Lovely helpful staff. Fantastic for breakfast and npw they have a loyalty scheme as well. Visit on a regular basis. Been nicely refurbished so there is a small dine in area as well as the usual take out.
