Subway - Birchwood Shopping Centre in Warrington

Love a Subway but will not be going back to this branch due to one very rude staff member, I wish I took his name. My 2 children are fussy and wanted pepperoni & salami but not on the sub. They get it at every subway we have been too. The same male tried to refuse last time but was told it was fine by a staff member. This time he point blank refused as it was not on the sub. Absolutely ridiculous & well done you have lost my custom. Upsetting children & rude, and losing subway money as I always pay for the additional. 13th July 2024 around 4:30pm.

I ordered a ft long steak and spicy cheese on honey oat bread which I always order, the lad behind the counter started to put grated cheese on, so I said I wanted spicy,he looked at me an said I thought you said grated an went to throw it away so I said just put the spicy cheese on that one he said no an binned it very wasteful… he then got another roll out which was brown an started to put the steak on, I noticed an asked if it was honey oat, he said I asked for brown, but the first one you did was honey oat???? He scraped off the steak a threw it back in the cooler angrily…. Which now would have been contaminated as it’s had steak on it.. I think because he was angry he only put 4 slices of spicy cheese on should of been 8 on a ft long as I googled it to check… I have to say the other people behind the counter were very nice, I couldn’t make a complaint to subway as I didn’t get a receipt… but I’ll remember in future to get one

I asked for the Chilli Wave Nachos, they put an egg cup sized scoop of cheese on the Nachos I asked if could put about 4 scoops on, was told and accepted there is a charge for an extra scoop of cheese but i can only have one because they can only put 1 scoop of extra cheese through the till. That made for a dissapointing meal. Wont go again

Love subway but will avoid this branch and go to another it's like there doing you a favour by serving you they need to try smling once in a while or go to the states and,see how customer service works

Popped in this afternoon, and just want to say a massive thank you to Sharon and Katie. They were both so lovely, listened to exactly what we wanted and made our sandwiches so well! Fab experience thank you!

Very slow and ignorant staff !! Even witnessed one member of staff pulling faces a paying customer just because she didn’t hear what she was saying , very rude

Went in for a Subway. Subway my favourite fast food. Two people sat down, girl behind the counter un packing crisps and onto counter. Knew I was there but chose to ignore. Then went off into the back for few minutes came back and then said won’t be a minute. After being stood there 5ms walked out. Went to Subway down the road who were happy to take my dosh. If you want service. Avoid this Subway.

A variety of quickly made and served subs. Good variety and cheap. Not much room for seating. Most take away food. Nice if you want a quick meal.

This Subway is very good but would avoid at lunch time as the queue can be out of the door ! There were thirty people in front of me . It does mean service is fast and the food is fresh as it’s not sitting in the counter boxes long . The deal where you get drink and either crisps or cookie for a pound suits my grandson well ! Foot long Meatball marinara with cheese is tasty but I prefer the veggie patty which is tasty and filling .

Yes its a standard subway but the staff are really friendly & the service is great, definately one of the better subways

Standard really. Staff seem nice. Very small, limited seating. Drinks machine was broken when i went in but the offered alternatives

Two of us called in for the breakfast deal,we had sausage and cheese on toasted honey oat bread. excellent value with a latte coffee only £2:00 till 11 :00am.

Always great service in here, nothing to complain about, about the food or service, if you like subway it is what it is, no different to any other subway store, which is what you want when you visit a chain. There is always a large queue in here but they do serve you quite quickly and the food is always perfect, staff are always helpful and friendly.
