order on way @ 1943, delivery made @ 2029. all food was cold, I had to reheat. very disappointed.

I ordered a pizza, didn't arrive on the original time frame, rang them was told they delivered it but didn't, put the order through again but never arrived poor service

cheese was burned on the top and kept falling off of every slice. very poor from a usually very good pizza place.

Pizza base under cook and drinks were missing

Good food, Timing is pretty poor, but will order again two lads in a kids car, obviously burning it around corners, pizza slopped to one side... hey ho, should collect myself then

fat pizza yet again put the wrong toppings on the pizza and the wrong crust, is it really that hard to read the order list .

2 pizzas ordered, 1 was excellent, 1 was not what was ordered: thin crust was ordered, deep pan provided.

I am very unhappy with the company as my order has not come I was planning to have my food while watching the champions league final and have still not yet received my food this is absolutely appalling and I am questioning how I will obtain my lost funds

I've been getting food from here for years, and it's always been great, but man, I don't know what happened last night. Late delivery, cold food, the chicken wing batter was undercooked (soft, doughy) and the burger patty tasted like the cheapest beef ever. And my mini doughnuts turned into chocolate cake - I get it was a substitute but next time just refund me the missing item...

Pizza was a little bland. Delivery driver was so nice so that makes up for it! 🍕

Really good pizza and Cookie dough was amazing

The food was cold. It felt like it had been made either too quickly or maybe it was just sitting around too long because was not edible. Usually this pizza place is very good so I was really disappointed. I had some family over hence why I ordered the xxxl pizza. We had to go out to to eat. Can I please be refunded as I paid over £25. I hope they can resolve this. As I’ve said I usually don’t have issues with this place.

We ordered a pizza via the app and it was supposed to be ready for 7:30pm but we were waiting until nearly 8pm. When we got home the curly fries were cold so tried to warm them up in the microwave but they were still hard in the middle and tasted disgusting. The pizzas were flat, even though we ordered deep pan, as if the dough hadn’t risen properly, they tasted so bad we only ate one slice each then threw the rest in the bin. We tried to contact the local branch but the only way to do so was via telephone and they are not that helpful that way so the only way to show feedback is via this platform. Do not bother ordering pizzas from this branch as they taste horrible, the service is terrible and it is a waste of money.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE I’ve ordered a dessert these they have messed up twice to me having to go down to Select chicken corrinham (where they are based) to argue with the people to get a refund. They offered other food they I don’t want multiple times after me telling they I want a refund multiple times not food. Finally they gave me a refund but the customer service is awful

The food I did get was tasty but my garlic dip and tango ice blast were not included with the order. When asked, the driver advised the restraunt did not give this to them. £7.50 worth of food I was not given.

The pizza was soggy and undercooked

4 pizzas ordered, 3 boxes were crushed, sauce pots squashed with contents over box and pizza, delivery time 7.05-7.25pm, arrived 1hr and 10 minutes after order time, even though initial delivery time was 6.55-7.15pm??

Awful didn’t turn up for over 2 hours

The order never showed up. No one answered the phone at the restaurant. This actually happened once before and I stopped ordering from this place because of it. I decided to give them another chance and I shouldn't have. This place is a TOTAL AND UTTER RIPOFF!

I knew there was a pizza company I had to avoid but I forgot it was this one , pizza tasted like it was made in the microwave and made by my 5 year old , no offence I'm sure you try

Drink great. It seems everytime i order the ice cream - what they put in container gets less and less each time so I may stop ordering it, which is a shame as its really nice.

Wrong burger turned up, and it was covered in ketchup which certainly wasn’t necessary! Luckily I swapped with my other half but it wasn’t a successful order this time.

Great quality pizza. Dip was on the pizza, had expanded and popped onto the pizza. Was fine with this but may need to be mindful of where placed in box.

Cookie dough says it comes with gelato in the description but doesn’t. Spoke to them on the phone and was told ice cream is an added option for £1 but no option for ice cream is provided when selecting any cookie dough. No resolution given over the phone - terrible customer service

The person I spoke to on the phone had told me that ice cream isn’t included and is an optional extra for £1, however there isn’t an option to add ice cream. Ice Cream sundae desserts were delicious as usual 😋 only downside was missing the wafers this time.

Don't order from here. Waited over 2 hours and the pizza dough was raw and inedible. Picking up one slice, all the toppings literally slid off leaving raw mushy base. Quite possibly the worse pizza I have ever had.

The food arrived cold, I added Ham to my pizza and there was barely any on there and the inside of the chicken was grey. Threw the whole lot away.

Took over 2 hours to arrive, but I do understand that Fridays can be busy. Delivery driver was miserable and practically threw our food as us. Would have been nice if it was even luke warm and not stone cold, was tasty once we had re-heated though.

3 hours waiting for a pizza is a joke

Ordered food and restaurant called to say no wedges or fries, but offered alternative sides. Delivery did change from 18.15/35 to 18.25/18.45 and food arrived 18.50, so slightly later than initially told. Food is good always plenty with free sides with every pizza.

Food came 45 mins late. Called up twice to check status, driver was just 5 mins away the first time. 30 mins later they were on the adjoining road. 15 mins later they managed to navigate to the end of the adjoining road and delivered. The food was cold and one of the burgers was soggy. Judging by the other review they will ask me to call them back directly to rectify. I’m sure remediation is 5 mins away.

Waited an hour and 10 minutes, then called the restaurant he said he was outside 10 minutes later got a text to say it had arrived it hadn't still no takeaway, called again said they would remake it and wouldn't be with me in 25 minutes 55 minutes later turned up at my door with a sorry you didn't get your first delivery thats it!!

Food was delivered nearly an hour late and soggy and cold. Only one bottle of soft drink delivered when I ordered two. They are a bunch of incompetent lazy crooks. DO NOT ORDER AT ANY COST!!

Pizza was nice but wasn’t hot at all; the pizza box was damaged which would explain this. Garlic and cheese bread was nice but also not hot and was stuck on the foil. Just to reiterate, the food was nice but just wasn’t as hot as I’d like. No complaints on wait time either.

Arrived in 1/2 hour and fairly hot, only issue was I got a half and half pizza and one of the halves wasn’t what I ordered but not a huge deal as it arrived so quick.

Garlic bread with cheese was greasy, cheese burned to a crisp onto the packaging. The paneer masala pizza was poor, lacked any pride in presentation, big shame. :( A positive was I added a note to the order, it was read, delivered fairly quickly too :) Sadly, overall not worth what I paid.

Food was great, top quality, and you get to choose a free side worth over £5! Can't fault em.
