Pizza not to bad, they are well priced and tasty. Chicken strips are great and real meat, stamp cards are good.

My order was 45 mins late called up said he was 5 mins away to be told they had only just give him the food also the icecream was under all the food melted just great

It was not delivered at 20.30 it was 20.45

order has never been delivered, money tayken, disgrace

Arrived an hour over the quoted time, restaurant said it was on it's way an took a further half hour for a 10 minute drive! Food then arrived cold.

Great pizza, loaded with cheese, massive, a superb Friday night offer. I will be back again. Great value banging pizza and still piping hot.

very cold, dry pizza and I waited for it for 2 hours

45mins late after time had already been change. On arrival food was cold and had to be reheated in order to feed the very hungry kids that had been waiting nearly 2 hours for it.

Delivery was late. Food was cold. I asked for variety of dips but received all garlic. Used to be my family’s favourite pizza place. Going downhill fast. Map needs a location of driver. Delivery status is unpredictable.

Received 40 mins after message to enjoy my food. Opened the door and driver said ‘would help if I could find you!’ No apology.

Not only was the order very late after saying it had been delivered, the pizzas were stone cold. Obviously pizzas had been sitting on the side and got cold. When I rung they said my order had been despatched ages ago

food was lovely, only problem was that the Hawaiian pizza i ordered had no pineapple on it, also I ordered a garlic and herb dip but received a BBQ sauce. the delivery driver was friendly. food came nice and hot, and came on time which I was very happy with. thank you

not the best pizza I've had. the base was really thin when u asked for deep pan. there was in my opinion to much sauce and every piece fell apart in my hands.

food arrived very late, was cold and vegan pizza very poor quality. Advertised as special blend of vegan cheeze and mozzarella but barely any cheeze on it. plus Advertised as large, but was 9in where the vegetarian large was 12in

My pizza was an hour late it was prepared incorrectly and was freezing cold

You get what you pay for, that’s all I will say.

ordered 15' receaved 10" ordered stuth crust but receaved thin crust more tommato then cheese wasnt even hot and didnt taste fresh. Terrable and im a regular custommer.

The pizza was great (soooo much better than when I ordered from Fat Pizza once before, a few years ago). The delivery man was great too, phoning me when he had trouble finding the address due to a road closure and persevering to ensure my holiday study group didn't go hungry on the last day of their study sessions! :)

the food was nice but I have taken 1 star because my wife bit on a piece of gravel... in a cheese pizza...

I am disappointed with my 2 Pizza’s as it arrived 20’minutes later due to the driver going to the wrong address, and it wasn’t as hot when it was delivered, as much as I love Fat Pizza, I was letdown by late delivery, No apology from the driver and that is totally unacceptable as it is my money I have paid out only for this to happen!

On time and good food for the cost, never disappoint.

I ordered half Chesse & Tomato & other half was American Hot, I love the cheese in the crust, great price, and delivered by a friendly driver….I highly recommend Fat Pizza to anyone as they do the best Pizzas in my opinion 😊

Read the reviews after ordering thought oh dear buggered up there but I was wrong so wrong pizza delived no problem and it's hot and very tasty would recommend

Just had an order from Basildon, first and last order. The pizza wasn’t hot, the order had pizza, mushrooms, and chicken strips on it. The mushrooms were luke warm and rubbery and felt like they had been cooked in a microwave, and the chicken strips were missed off the delivery.

dont think the portion on the wedges is good for money its like 21 chips. not worth £5.49

Pizza was good, so was the garlic bread but the nachos was alittle bit burnt, good nonetheless

Pizza had wrong base and No bottle of Coke delivered, was told someone would be bringing it as they forgot it but nothing turned up.

The cheese was burnt and not much ingredients as it should be plus pizzas were cold so cheese was not springy but felt like just soft soaky bread. Very disappointed.

Always good value on the pizza’s and the stamp cards are a bonus.

I was informed that the pizza would arrive at 2135hrs. Although the Just Eat app said up to 2150hrs, it was delivered before that. The pizza should have been thin crust however it was deep crust and the pizza was also cold, I presume as the delivery driver appeared to make several deliveries before arriving to me (could check on the tracker app the store provide, which is a nice feature). Discounted food but that is for a reason, the quality isn’t the best. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Food never arrived. Called the restaurant twice, said driver was on his way. Never showed up. Remembered why I never order from this place. Terrible service.

The food is really nice but we wait more than 30 min after our estimated time. The app showed is delivered but it wasn’t.

The quality of the pizza was okay. Nothing special. If you have a intolerance to gluten or celiac I wouldn’t bother with ordering from here. I didn’t enjoy the pizza and was tasteless even with the garlic dip. Also the app says you are ordering a large gluten free pizza, when really you are ordering a small. My partners small pizza was a lot bigger then the large gluten free so if anything the gluten free pizza was extra small. for the price you are paying it is in unacceptable. Save your money

I made an order online with Fat Food Pizza Basildon. They gave me an estimated delivery time of 2340-0000. I have been checking it’s update and it was already ticked as DELIVERED.. ENJOY YOUR FOOD, but I never received my order.

ordered extra mushroom didn't get any. pizza tasted oily and not very nice.

i specifically ordered this for 13:50pm, the order ARRIVED AT 13:20pm which was wayyyy to early, the driver was spearing at me because i was "late coming to get it " when i ordered it for 1350, not happy at all with my order

The worst pizza i have had it was a soggy mess of thick cheese and dough and hardly any other topping and was not cooked properly. The pizzas were supposed to be thin and they were far from they weighed a tonne also the pizza sauce was nasty tasting. with a job lot of garlic mayo dip maybe to mask the taste a total waste of money for inedible food

The breakfast pizza was nice but due to receiving a tomato and cheese pizza with added mushrooms instead of the chicken supreme with added mushrooms I can’t give more than 3stars

Not upto usual standards, must of been a busy night as food was Luke warm, it was good but a little spoilt as not as hot as usual.

2 pizzas ordered, 1 was excellent, 1 was not what was ordered: thin crust was ordered, deep pan provided.

I am very unhappy with the company as my order has not come I was planning to have my food while watching the champions league final and have still not yet received my food this is absolutely appalling and I am questioning how I will obtain my lost funds

A little late, but worth the wait.

I've been getting food from here for years, and it's always been great, but man, I don't know what happened last night. Late delivery, cold food, the chicken wing batter was undercooked (soft, doughy) and the burger patty tasted like the cheapest beef ever. And my mini doughnuts turned into chocolate cake - I get it was a substitute but next time just refund me the missing item...

Pizza was a little bland. Delivery driver was so nice so that makes up for it! 🍕

Really good pizza and Cookie dough was amazing

The food was cold. It felt like it had been made either too quickly or maybe it was just sitting around too long because was not edible. Usually this pizza place is very good so I was really disappointed. I had some family over hence why I ordered the xxxl pizza. We had to go out to to eat. Can I please be refunded as I paid over £25. I hope they can resolve this. As I’ve said I usually don’t have issues with this place.

Got the wrong order and was cold

We ordered a pizza via the app and it was supposed to be ready for 7:30pm but we were waiting until nearly 8pm. When we got home the curly fries were cold so tried to warm them up in the microwave but they were still hard in the middle and tasted disgusting. The pizzas were flat, even though we ordered deep pan, as if the dough hadn’t risen properly, they tasted so bad we only ate one slice each then threw the rest in the bin. We tried to contact the local branch but the only way to do so was via telephone and they are not that helpful that way so the only way to show feedback is via this platform. Do not bother ordering pizzas from this branch as they taste horrible, the service is terrible and it is a waste of money.
