The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

he couldn't find our door, food was cold and I had to throw mine away, tasted awful

Somehow the food has improved however I'm not a fan of the new fitout it's made seem cold and clinical.

Mad busy after a concert. Staff too bustly to help, waiting 28 mins for 2 burgers, 2 chips and a Mcflurry and missed my last train. Needs looking at id suggest. Wont go back after an event that was a miles away.

Called in for a breakfast....one of the friendliest McDonalds staff I've met took my order. Order was completed quickly. No complaints. Well done. 👏

The McDonald's on King's Road, London is the worst one I've ever been to! It didn't look like they had enough staff. Service was very slow. The tables were very dirty. Every single bin was overflowing that much that they'd been brought out of their secure area. Customers just left their rubbish on the tables as the bins were full. The pièce de résistance was the state of the toilets. The floor was wet and dirty. The actual toilet itself was chipped and looked like it needed to be replaced. I ended up just holding it in. It was that bad! Staff didn't particularly look stressed and didn't look too bothered about the way they handed the food to customers. The self-service machine didn't work properly. I chose the option to sit in...staff gave me a takeaway bag anyway. There was no real care on their faces. It looked like they were just over it. It was really busy as well and we all had to wait some time. I'm not expecting Michelin Star restaurant service from McDonald's, but this was just appalling.

I wanted the delivery driver to come to my door rather than outside, but regardless they did fine work.
