Ordered x2 burger and chips with x2 drinks still been waiting for over an hour to come it’s only burger and chips doesn’t take so long to make it then I tried ringing them and they didn’t answer I rang around 3 or 4 times I don’t think I will be ordering from here again taking ages if anyone tries and order from here I wish them luck

Every saturday i order 14 inch pizza, i order by phone but whenever i come they dont make the pizza, so many times it happened.there is parking issue, no parking around, so i park some where n walk 6-7 minutes for that pizza, i wait again 15 minutes.not happy about the service.very irresponsible.

We ordered 4 BIG pizza’s and we asked for spice but first of all they weren’t spicy at all second they were really raw. When we told them that they didn’t even refund us or send us the order again.

Hi, Food was good but takeaway forgot to sent our fries which was in side order £2.59 we paid. Only sent one small fries which were with pizza. As u know kids love fries.

This is the only takeaway me and my son always come to. The service and the staff a specially one of the main staff called Bilal. He is a very polite person and fast service…. I highly recommend this place

my experience at Chester's today was excellent. Bilal is excellent in Customer service and an asset for business. Grilled wings are top notch. must try.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Not sure what happened to this place - the food used to be so good, it’s gone six feet under from when i used to be a regular customer from here. I ordered a value meal from here which is supposed to include - 3 pieces of chicken, 3 wings, fries and a drink. You would think this is an easy thing to complete considering 1. it’s not a big order 2. the value meal has been on their menu for as long as i can remember. Now, with these points in mind, you wouldn’t believe what happens next. Ordered on uber eats, the order came and there was 3 chicken wings missing. I called the restaurant, the man on the phone Bilal or whatever his name was, requested a name and address. I told him all of the above, including where i ordered - Uber eats. This man was unable to find my order and demanded an order ID. I told him what was in my order. You really would think that this would be enough.. Nope. Anyway, he ended up finding it a little while later, i told him my problem - missing wings. This man Bilal gave me this response - “HUH, the value meal has wings in it” ??? - he put me on mute for 5 minutes, came back and said the kitchen made a mistake, they didn’t know that the value meal had wings in it. ??? now i’m like what?? i’m so shocked at this point and i said oh okay, it’s on your menu and advertised on uber eats as this meal. the man sounded gobsmacked on the phone, now i’m pretty sure this is just all a joke to them.. let me elaborate.. after putting me on hold for 5 minutes, the entire takeaway being unsure of what they’re even advertising on their menu, he puts me on hold again and then says “we have no driver available at the moment, next time you order we will replace the wings” and then starts laughing and i can hear them all laughing in the background. now i’m muted again… i said ok, my name is *** and you can put that down for next time when i order, and i can just hear them laughing at me in the background and then he just hangs up the phone. i started to eat my chicken, and it’s rotten inside - its bloody and basically rotten (photo included). This experience with them is enough to make me never want to go back, not only was he rude and patronising, they will literally just laugh at you if it’s their mistake. not once did he apologise, offer a refund or to redeliver the next day. i’m very disappointed, really unsure what happened to this place, but i most definitely will never return. there is many many more takeaways that will actually value your hard earned money and service, please please please go there instead.

The chicken burger is raw, not cooked. Really disgsting the chicken wings is not cooked wall and the chips, it was really really salty and i found a hair in pizza disgusting my kids really feels sick Just don't wast your money.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order on Uber eats from Chesters. Unfortunately, the order was not completed as expected, and I am quite dissatisfied with the overall experience.

It was a great experience at the chesters cheetham hill. Staff by name bilal was extremely polite and served us with the best pizza in town.

Great customer service and very nice food I recommend the grill strips for everyone 👌🏽

Disgusting!! Pizza tasted like mould and I don’t want to say they was worms but when I took the pizza apart to see where the mouldy taste was coming from there was weird small light brown items (looked like cooked maggot) not going to lie.

I would of gave 0 starts if could went here today would never waste my money or time going to this food shop again when I entered shop felt a can't be bothered attitude from worker when cane to ordering food and saw tasted pizza was not worthy of dough that was used and toppings not fresh been sitting in freezer for months on end waiting to be sold pizza was not nice and have u ever brought pizza and falls apart the dough itself me neither but this one did and I can't put into words the disappointment don't go here !

Food was cold. Missing 1 can of drink, the spicy wing meal states you get 8 there was only 5 also I upgraded to large fries with ringer burger meal which came small. Spent 43.11 on food. Not happy this time.

Hi guys I love Chester's on cheetham hill road in Manchester I always order the chicken parmesan It's simply the best and one of my all time favourite dishes One thing about me,is that if I have something and I like it,I'll always go back and never change Every single week,I will go here now and I order a chicken parmesan. It's an amazing breaded chicken served with special sauce, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese Every bite is amazing and it makes me so happy,I wanna cry sometimes. I can literally taste it and always look forward to it before arriving It is a baked chicken as well,not fried. So it's obviously healthier than fried chicken I must advise that it takes about 35 minutes to prepare,so if you order one,I'd suggest phoning Chester's and ordering it before arriving It's simply the best chicken I've ever had as well as chicken Kiev It's served with a full portion of chips and an amazing salad as well Like I said,go down to Chesters on cheetham hill road near the Esso petrol station and order the chicken parmesan Once you tried it,I promise you'll be back for more The presentation of the food is amazing as well. So are the staff And a can of soda is only a quid as well Thank you so much Chester's!! You really are the best!!

Ordered a cheese beef burger off Uber eats for buy one get one free and the onions and bun were burnt, we called to complain and some guy told me to come to the takeaway and show them, so I came and showed him and the guy there said prove to me the other one is burnt too but I didn’t bring that with me so he said to go bring it, I told him that was free anyway and I want a new burger and he refused as the grill was closed so I asked for a refund and he said there’s no money so I asked to speak to the manager and he said come back tomorrow, the fact that he sent me back and forth is terrible customer service and he refused to let me speak to the manager or even call the manager, so he gave me the money in the end which he had all along and told me never come back here, I order from here a lot as the food is nice, it’s sad to see how the workers are really bad with their customers.

Please change the fries because it's like eating wood and improve the chicken burger and the actual chicken

Food was awful, chicken was cremated and looked 3 days old and reheated, soggy chips, the peri peri chicken hasn't seen peri peri in its life, it was a weird non spicy marinade, sour cream tasted funky. It all went in the bin

Came 30 mins late, the guy on the phone wasn't interested or helpful and was very abrupt. The best I can say about the food was that the seasonings and sauces were inoffensive and it arrived still hot. Wrap was a soggy mess by the time it arrived, pizza dough was undercooked and toppings overcooked. Avoid.

I make a daily visit to this place to order pizza, and without a doubt, it stands out as one of the best chicken shops in Manchester. The quality of their pizzas is exceptional, and I have always received excellent treatment from their staff. I highly recommend this place without any reservations. If you're a pizza lover, this is a must-visit destination!

Food came late and it was cold. The driver told me not to order again because he drove 3 miles for this. ( order was over £30) The pizza was not cooked properly and was doughy on the bottom.

Used to order regularly from here, however, since they have increased the prices i barely order. I ordered a 12 inch pizza over the phone so it would be ready when i will get there. Got there in about 10 to 15 minutes and they didnt remember it until they saw me. I had to wait there for 10 more minutes for a uncooked pizza. Its been a horrible experience tonight.

wasnt great but wasnt bad either. We struggled as our usual pizza4u wasnt open, found this place and thought lets give it a go. Got fried wings with chips and drinks and a 14 inch pizza. The wings were bland, absolutely no spice. The pizza was good, but it could have done with a nicer base. Ultimately, i wouldnt go here again. Its fine for kids and people who struggle with mild spice, will go rajas next time.

We have ordered from here on 3/4 occasions - maybe more and we’ve always had good service but on the last occasion the delivery was late 40 mins. When I called to ask where it was I was told the driver was a minute away. When the driver arrived he turned up at the door with a bad attitude and said that next time they will charge us extra for delivery because it’s over 4 miles. I checked this on Google maps to find it’s only 2 miles away so not sure where he’s got the 4 mile from. Such ashame but I won’t be ordering from here again.

One of many branches of this brand in town. Have had food delivered and visited personally on many occasions and the food was phenomenal. Very good juicy burgers with tasty sauces. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Will be coming back again definitely! Lacks abit of professionalism but we all learn every passing day. Request manager for precautionary measures to a avoid inconvenience.

Seems like some 1 had a bite from my food, send wrong drink, chips was freezing cold

My order was a pizza, peri burger and peri wrap. The nachos in the burger was a little stale. Wasn't great tbh they could certainly improve on their food. Peri didn't have the grilled flavour or the smokyness it should, I could easily go else where and grab the same for a better price. Fast service although he missed part of my order but rectified it swiftly but my other food went alittle cold.

Good tasty pizzas, also like their peri peri chicken. Update: unfortunately quality of food is dipping. I ordered a 14inch pizza with three separate toppings. The chicken tasted off and the ingredients were used sparingly. 2 stars is the max I'm giving because the fries were ok I guess... Note to management I see your food rating has dipped also.
