Worst food you can hv ...its like poision ,stomachache luke i had some old food or something.never ever going there again

Disgusting!! Pizza tasted like mould and I don’t want to say they was worms but when I took the pizza apart to see where the mouldy taste was coming from there was weird small light brown items (looked like cooked maggot) not going to lie.

Apna style pizza is one of the best. Fries with red salt is the best in the UK.

I would of gave 0 starts if could went here today would never waste my money or time going to this food shop again when I entered shop felt a can't be bothered attitude from worker when cane to ordering food and saw tasted pizza was not worthy of dough that was used and toppings not fresh been sitting in freezer for months on end waiting to be sold pizza was not nice and have u ever brought pizza and falls apart the dough itself me neither but this one did and I can't put into words the disappointment don't go here !

Hi guys I love Chester's on cheetham hill road in Manchester I always order the chicken parmesan It's simply the best and one of my all time favourite dishes One thing about me,is that if I have something and I like it,I'll always go back and never change Every single week,I will go here now and I order a chicken parmesan. It's an amazing breaded chicken served with special sauce, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese Every bite is amazing and it makes me so happy,I wanna cry sometimes. I can literally taste it and always look forward to it before arriving It is a baked chicken as well,not fried. So it's obviously healthier than fried chicken I must advise that it takes about 35 minutes to prepare,so if you order one,I'd suggest phoning Chester's and ordering it before arriving It's simply the best chicken I've ever had as well as chicken Kiev It's served with a full portion of chips and an amazing salad as well Like I said,go down to Chesters on cheetham hill road near the Esso petrol station and order the chicken parmesan Once you tried it,I promise you'll be back for more The presentation of the food is amazing as well. So are the staff And a can of soda is only a quid as well Thank you so much Chester's!! You really are the best!!

Ordered a cheese beef burger off Uber eats for buy one get one free and the onions and bun were burnt, we called to complain and some guy told me to come to the takeaway and show them, so I came and showed him and the guy there said prove to me the other one is burnt too but I didn’t bring that with me so he said to go bring it, I told him that was free anyway and I want a new burger and he refused as the grill was closed so I asked for a refund and he said there’s no money so I asked to speak to the manager and he said come back tomorrow, the fact that he sent me back and forth is terrible customer service and he refused to let me speak to the manager or even call the manager, so he gave me the money in the end which he had all along and told me never come back here, I order from here a lot as the food is nice, it’s sad to see how the workers are really bad with their customers.

Please change the fries because it's like eating wood and improve the chicken burger and the actual chicken

I make a daily visit to this place to order pizza, and without a doubt, it stands out as one of the best chicken shops in Manchester. The quality of their pizzas is exceptional, and I have always received excellent treatment from their staff. I highly recommend this place without any reservations. If you're a pizza lover, this is a must-visit destination!

The food is banging and the people tjere are so nice! The fries are so good!

Used to order regularly from here, however, since they have increased the prices i barely order. I ordered a 12 inch pizza over the phone so it would be ready when i will get there. Got there in about 10 to 15 minutes and they didnt remember it until they saw me. I had to wait there for 10 more minutes for a uncooked pizza. Its been a horrible experience tonight.

wasnt great but wasnt bad either. We struggled as our usual pizza4u wasnt open, found this place and thought lets give it a go. Got fried wings with chips and drinks and a 14 inch pizza. The wings were bland, absolutely no spice. The pizza was good, but it could have done with a nicer base. Ultimately, i wouldnt go here again. Its fine for kids and people who struggle with mild spice, will go rajas next time.

One of many branches of this brand in town. Have had food delivered and visited personally on many occasions and the food was phenomenal. Very good juicy burgers with tasty sauces. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Will be coming back again definitely! Lacks abit of professionalism but we all learn every passing day. Request manager for precautionary measures to a avoid inconvenience.

My order was a pizza, peri burger and peri wrap. The nachos in the burger was a little stale. Wasn't great tbh they could certainly improve on their food. Peri didn't have the grilled flavour or the smokyness it should, I could easily go else where and grab the same for a better price. Fast service although he missed part of my order but rectified it swiftly but my other food went alittle cold.

Good tasty pizzas, also like their peri peri chicken. Update: unfortunately quality of food is dipping. I ordered a 14inch pizza with three separate toppings. The chicken tasted off and the ingredients were used sparingly. 2 stars is the max I'm giving because the fries were ok I guess... Note to management I see your food rating has dipped also.

Grotty, unhygienic premises. Not well maintained and had scaffolding for roofers to do repairs. The property looked like most of the decrepit properties in Whitechapel, London E1. Near London hospital. Not somewhere I'd buy food from. So I walked straight out. Surprised I went in really.

Ordered on Deliveroo. After waiting an hour and a half (despite quoting a 20-50min wait) my order was then cancelled. Don't accept orders if your not willing or able to do them, and at least have the basic level of customer service and give a reason why the order was cancelled.

I ordered several times from this place, this place is getting worst day by day. Not right ingredients for making the tomato paste of the pizza. The cheese is over cooked and most of the burned. Chicken is undercooked inside. Was used to be good years ago, but its now? Price does not match the quality of the food served.

I really like the food as they make the burgers and fries fresh most of the time however this means that it does take quite a while for them to make it. The Fries taste better then McDonald's but only 4 stars because of long waiting times

Very rude Asian staff. Last time orderd a delivery it was 20 mins late I was furious. pizza wernt cut into slices. Lack of communication & english language barrier with some staff as they seem to be immigrants. Chips ain't the same seems like a poor quality. over All it's very generous of me to give this franchise 1 star

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE! I placed an order on Uber eats to which they didn’t send out the right order and missed items off. When I rang them they said they would send them out, however they never did. I then rang them up and they said that they were certain that they packed the order correctly so were not going to send the missing food out (this was whilst we waited 25 minutes for our food) and then we were told to claim off Uber and they rudely put the phone down on us! This is not the first time this has happened, also happened in Ramadan and they made us wait 2 hours!! I am so appalled, will never ever order from them again!

This is the [place where no uniform is needed and anyone can cook your chips, served with bad attitude. Filthy place, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

The food took ages to come and it was stone cold and very hard we also got the wrong order so we tried to ring and they said there’s nothing we can do about it I wouldn’t recommend this place

We ordered for the first time through UberEats and the order arrived on time. The chicken parmesan was nice (not as good as the true northern parmesan) and the Churros were good with a proper Nutella dip. However the chicken strip burger was pathetic, two tiny strips with no mayo or lettuce, it was a joke for the price really. The nuggets had a weird taste, I'm pretty sure they were fried in the same oil as the Churros so they had a weird sweet taste. Overall I wouldn't order from them but 3 out of 5 for effort

This is the worst place ever so i call them like around 2:29pm so I ordered 3 7”inches pizza i waited for 1hr 30min waiting for them to come but they never came so i called them again like around 3:39pm to ask what happened is like they completely forgot that they needed to deliver the so i had to order everything all over again i was angry because i wanted for no reason and i was also starving they also took an hour to deliver and on the phone they were so rude bedore i am about to ask a question they cut the call.the pizza was also disgusting and the fries were dry and had no salt .

Before it used to be nice but from past 8 months it lost its taste and quality. Not gonna come back anymore.

I just came home after ordering a takeout from Chester’s. Pizza, Perri rap and Burger. I don’t like saying bad things about food but this was the worst I’ve ever had. Look at my rap below. I was swimming in mayonnaise.

I Ordered food last night firstly they mixed up my order so I got the wrong food then they didn’t bring both of my drinks that are meant to come with the meal. Since 6 in the morning I’ve been vomiting and having diarrhoea thought the whole night. I don’t recommend this food at all as I’ve been left very ill and I can not leave my house due to it

Poor quality rude service, food quality poor, the chicken smelled bad and was not eatable quality. Looked after the order their hygiene rating and should have done that earlier as that is only 3, adequate level... Does Chesters monitor at all these outlets food quality or want the outlets to serve decent quality food?

Waited nearly 2 hours after a hour delivery wait absolutely disused with the customer service as the man on the phone passed me from pillar to post and then pretended he couldn’t hear me will not be ordering from here again . Don’t even deserve a star but had not choice. The food was also stone cold with is inedible but was told they cook if from fresh ?? What does that have to do with it being cold ?? Would no order from here again

Food no longer good, prices have gone up. Last 2 visits pizza not been great. Chicken also not great.

I called in to place an order which was taken and accepted. A delivery time of 30 minutes was given before I received a text an hour later from the delivery driver confirming my food has arrived. I proceeded to make multiple phone calls to the delivery driver and the shop and was reassured my food is “minutes away” each time. After waiting a further 30 minutes, with restless and hungry guests, I was forced to place an order on a trusted food courier app. I’ve never had issues with the food when collecting in store (besides the occasional re-fried chips and dry chicken). However the deceptive nature of the staff and condescending tones during conversations had ensured I will never spend money at this establishment ever again. Please train staff.

I love Chester's chips and chicken burgers but chips more.. its delicious, its like Macdonalds in great taste but with their own salt. I usually dont eat fast food but Chester's is my cheat if im near their shop.Also they have this weird collection of money notes on the wall in the shop which is cool to look at while waiting for your order

I have ordered from justeat, the sizzler platter was really good, but I also ordered rice and it look old and tasted hard, not fresh. I also ordered 2 chicken pieces and requested it to be drum pieces as my kids don’t like any other chicken piece, But I did the what I requested. I am a regular costumer too. I was I little disappointed with my overall order.

worst customer service I have ever received, first they said the order would arrive to me in 30 mins then they told me to wait for 10-15 more mins, and every time I called them about the order they would add 10 more mins. eventually I got fed up and told them what they were doing and they told me that they would give me the drivers number and I would have to call them because THEY was busy. I would never order from here again. and to make matters worse the FOOD WAS COLD!!!!

Great value for money and great food

Been here once, went during my lunch break, got 2 chicken burgers (classic/supreme) staff were good, food was good, I was offered a discount at the cashier's discretion (I was in ambulance uniform)
