McDonald's in Manchester

Went to have the new lotus biscoff frappe and a caramel pie. Both were fine although there was more ice than normal at the bottom. Food is normally cold or missing.

Fab staff steven really helpful

Fry's were a bit cool, The staff seemed friendly. But and it's a big but, the restaurant was not clean and the men's toilets were filthy.

Service is taking thousands of years to serve .drive through wasn’t working for me , no one answered .

This time, the chips were warm but stale and the dip that I was asked if I wanted wasn't put in. When I went inside to politely inform the staff, the manager was very professional, apologised and got me fresh fries along with making them large.✨ The burger and nuggets were nice and hot ✨👍 Thank you very much.

I can't think of a time that I've ever been to this store and got decent food. Not only do they not ever have milkshakes, frappes or mcflurries but the food is inedible. So today's order (last one) was a burnt, stale quarter, couldn't eat it so offered the 'meat' to my dog (who will eat anything) and even he turned away from it. Safe to say I'll be going to the next closest maccys from now on, seriously needs new management!

Przy zamawianiu wybrałem opcję zjedzenia na miejscu i doniesieniem do stołu. Pan przyniósł nam zamówienie w torbie na wynos. Powiedziałem że miało być jedzone na miejscu a nie brane na wynos. Poprosiłem o tackę to przyniósł bez papieru całą w plamach z tłuszczu. Jedzenie jak w każdym McDonald's ale obsługa słabo.

Worst McDonald's around. Looks like they just chuck the burgers together. Better to buy a rustlers burger. This is the "big cheesy" burger. Blandest thing I've ever eaten. One slice of cheese and a pathetic splattering of what I presume are onions? Go to any other McDonald's

my friend grace used to be happy she used to be so full of joy but all of this changed on the day you deicided to deprive her of creamy delicious Carmel pie. she is currently in therapy trying to get over what you ripped away from her. KFC is better anyway. #mcdonaldsisfat #getgracenewtonherpienow

Never use this maccies on a night shift, all the staff do including the manager is stand around in the kitchen talking not doing orders, been here 45 mins at 10pm whilst it's dead and still not had my order

Very poor service.. gave them the benefit of the doubt having visited in the summer, but yet again the service inside is atrocious. Staff are incredibly slow, the manager (assuming manager not in uniform and instructing staff re cleaning) kept looking over, didn’t direct anyone to see why I still stood there after about 5min.. only order a black coffee!! Shocking

Only zero sugar drinks (taste awful) with no option to pay extra for normal drinks. Had to package my own food up for takeaway even when ordered for takeaway. Think I’ll go Tim hortons up the road, or domino’s.

Why is this place still open? The indoor serving area is now just a hatch for delivery drivers. On the plus side the background music was excellent but obviously meant to deter locals from eating in...classical and opera generally not the sort of music most locals would listen to.

Genuinely one of the worst McD stores I've ever known. Can't remember the last time I received a correct order. Must be run by complete clowns who straight up don't care. I ordered 5 chicken selects, and inside, was 12 cheese bites. How do you even make that mistake? Incompetence at it's finest.

Ordered food came more than an hour later. They blamed Uber why would they let food go out after being sat over an hour what a joke.never again. How dare they blame the driver!!!!!

I order 1 cappuccino he left on counter without shouting number after 15 min when I asked about caffe he give me cold one then I complain they start arguing and after bring back in kitchen put some chocolate on top give me same cold coffee. Bad manners and worst service ever

I liked coming to you but after the last visit I'm disappointed, I waited over 20 minutes for the food but I think I'll wait, and the fries were cold, dry and tasteless, the sandwich also only had a cold drink because it was half filled with ice, the restaurant was a mess and the toilet was a disaster, sorry for my opinion

The food was cold, all of the food, the burger was like cardboard I found it really difficult to eat and swallow, I was with my Grandson and even he commented on it. Terrible, I won't go there again.

Food was hot and nice, i marked it down though as there was young kids running round and swearing when their are families and children around, The manager just kept walking past and not even saying anything to them just letting them run riot.

Frequently visit here. Great staff, they occasionally mess up an order but they are always happy to fix it for you quickly and free of charge usually.

As of 2023 this branch got "renovated" i guess to keep up with the uber eats delivery times so has adjust accordindly, unfortunatly now the counter/till space is now tiny and causes chaos with people waiting and wanting to get served especially at medium/busy times due to lack of space. The whole place has a buy your stuff and go kinda vibe to it imo. P.s please always ask for dips cos i swear the staff actively try to avoid giving dips.

I don't normally write reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's. Ordered apple pies with my meals. After 5 minutes of waiting someone at the desk asked "who ordered the apple pies?" and I said I did. I was then told they didn't have any ready and had just put a new batch on. I asked how long it would approximately take and all they said was a new batch had just been put on. I said that's ok and then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for them to be made. What irritates me is that my question wasn't answered directly and it appears the rest of my food was made and left out for at least 20 minutes whilst I waited. The burgers and fries were stone cold. I don't expect gourmet standards with McDonald's, but I do expect hot food. Appalling performance with substandard food and I'd be embarrassed if I was the manager there.

Today we visited McDonald's with my family to celebrate my daughter becoming child of the week I wanted to thank the management for the hard work and especially to Steven for his hard work, and commitment Steven, great job.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. It seems to be standard from this place that you get bad food and bad drinks, and that's when the staff can actually be bothered to get the order right, this place needs shutting down, I started to keep count and on 12 out of 15 visits the order was wrong or the drinks and or food were bad.

I’m really sorry Ged but seriously nothing worst than complaining and I especially hate complaining about McDonald’s… Sorry I would’ve complained via the phone but it was just constantly ringing out or engaged therefore I’m sure I wasn’t the only complaint …When you’re preparing orders for delivery . Please make sure sauces and serviettes are given too. 20 chicken nuggets no sauces. The fact that other sauces were paid for as well and they were not included either. The chicken nuggets were varied in quality some were definitely out of time and the rest barely warm . It isn’t anyone’s fault other than the manager who clearly isn’t managing. It’s so frustrating that there are so many slack lazy managers still employed. There are procedures for reasons . I never get a delivery but my daughter insisted. If you don’t care just leave . If you can’t do your job get retrained . Every time there is always a problem. I’m sorry short of staff this that all excuses. Pull your finger out of your backside and do your job . It’s not uber eats fault or anyone else’s . 10 minutes away . Now if the delivery driver had Travelled an hour then I’d understand the barely warm food the fries were hot though therefore the fries were hot but the chicken nuggets were actually cold some were lukewarm. The food if all within their holding times etc would actually result in hot fries then definitely hot chicken nuggets that shows you how quick the driver delivered because the fries would be cold . Clearly not busy enough to have fresh nuggets therefore that is just a reflection of bad management quality checks ???? . but that still doesn’t explain the fact there are no frigging sauces etc. Frustrating is an understatement. Sorry but I’d still do a better job blindfolded and I left 20ty years ago 🙈

One of worst I have had. Chips were cold, cheesy bites luke warm, sprite was plain carbonated water no flavour whatsoever plain fizzy water went down the drains. And cherry on cake the double quarter tasted off. Is going down hill worse and worse.

Ordered from the drive through and the guy couldn’t hear a word I was saying. Order ended up being right. Had to wait for 5-10 minutes for it to be ready, sat in my car so the atmosphere was alright but nowt to do with McDs

Great quick service despite it being very busy! The drive through queue was out into the car park so we decided to eat inside. The interior has just been revamped and looks great, we ordered at the screens and food was brought to the table within a few minutes. Great service!

If I could give no stars I would went through drive through someone took my order then drove to the window there was no one there after 6 mins someone turned with the biggest attitude going who then hurled abuse at me when I asked her why no one was here she then stormed off swearing refusing to take my money I was then confronted by an elderly woman who didn't know what to do or even work the tills what a joke I'll never go again

Garbage, no milkshakes again, ordered a nugget chicken meal, no sauce provided, plus semi cold fries, don't know why we bother, only because my children like it, personally, I'd drive 20 miles to buy mouldy bread than go to this McDonald's outlet.

Every time you come to the drive through here no matter what time of day and regardless of how busy you have to park up for at least 15 minutes and surprisingly the food is always cold....don't waste your money people absolutely terrible service

5 star best McDonald's I've been to

Ordered at the self service point, not printing receipts! Sat along with 2-3 other people waiting for their orders to be prepared waited for waited for 37 minutes!!! When the order was ready, one of the large fries was emptied into the bag one was half empty. I asked for a till receipt so I could claim my purchase back, the fella took a further 13 minutes to work out how to print the receipt because he’d been on leave to 2 weeks and had obviously forgotten how to do it! We were given one straw between two people’s drinks, when I asked for anyone one, I was told ‘we’re really short on straws’ trust me the really was the short straw, he then went off for another 3 minutes to get another straw which he gestured at me and said that’s the last straw (like I should be eternally grateful). I asked for a dip, bearing in mind he’s been giving handfuls out to everyone, he gave me one and that too was very begrudgingly! A really terrible experience and not one I will repeat!

The worst McDonald’s you will go to in Manchester, never any salt on the chips, if you order online and ask for sauces you never receive them, as well as straws for your drinks, was sat in a queue once at the drive thru and heard the manager in the back telling staff not to send out any sauce on an order. Avoid this maccies surprised it’s still in business

It can be very hit and miss at this McDonald’s. We stopped ordering via Deliveroo as the quality of the food dropped. Even when ordering in the drive through or in store we’re now getting the same results. Food goes cold very quickly and the burgers can be poor quality. The fries are good and as for the rest of the food it clearly depends on the time of day in terms of quality.

I went after work, ordered my food. I got told to wait in the next bay, I sat and waited 10 minutes for a double big mac, a coffee and an oasis. I went inside to get some service. Nobody on the till, I shouted excuse me, there were at least 15 people in the back nobody even acknowledged me I shouted a second time one person looked round and didn't even say anything just stood and looked at me not a word spoken. Got my food asked for no onion no pickle got both anyway. Don't go here the workers are useless and no manager in site. I never put reviews up and I'm certainly no Karen. Not impressed

I'm not here to talk about the food on this occasion as there was absolutely no problem. We went for breakfast and bought drinks after that and was having a natter. Was in there for 1 hour and 50 minutes, I know this precisely as my friend and I got parking fines for parking in the wrong bays. Please please read the signs if you are using the restaurant as it turned out to be a very expensive breakfast.

My food was alright and came reasonably quickly, but my friend waited and waited. After half an hour we gave up and left (luckily he selected Pay at Counter so hadn't already paid).

Manager in the back laughing and joking with staff. All the orders piling up in the store, we were waiting 20+mins for our food . Asked to speak to a manager and heard a member of staff saying 'I'd love to help you but I don't want to'. Peered into the back and saw how disgustingly filthy the place was, the floor is black with food and packaging underneath the units and shelves. Members of staff giving dirty looks to customers waiting for their food. Really wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be back.

Standards of mc donalds seems to have slipped, forgetting items of just getting the orders wrong can be really frustrating as once they hurtle the food at you through the window and it's wrong it's difficult to get hold of anyone.

Terrible food and beware you can only stay for 1.5 hours or £50.00 fine. which we incurred. My co- Director and myself were having a meal and meeting both got fined !! While MacDonalds wont be interested we have now sent an email to all our employees that meals at MacDonalds will not be re-imbursed by the company, and encourage them to eat elsewhere !! wont make much difference to Mac Donalds will make us feel better though

The first time here, I don't think I would go again. The service was awful. The food was not good. My grandson had a fish finger happy meal, the fish was like rubber. Not the normal standard of McDonald's, plus the fries had too much salt on.

Need to turn up the speaker in drive through can't hear them

I did order for £20.75 food but they give me 2×pancakes for £2.50 each and the rest they say it is for delivery so I did pay £15.75 for delivery. I went to there it's worst 😫 service I had in my life. They don't care about customer they want just the money. Till today I didn't received my refund.
