Convinced people who work here can’t read. Everytime i get my food there it’s never right, it can’t be that hard

Terrible wait for terrible food

I ordered food tonight . I tried to ring the store for 45 minutes and no one answered had to go to store and get a plain burger. We didn't recieve are sauces we payed for ..

Not very nice when you get groups of kids with nothing to do but be so loud and disrespectful, I really feel for the staff who have to cope with these unruly kids, Do their parents just throw them out to cause problems for others instead of teaching their Children to show respect to older ones or members of staff. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's mcdonalds, greasy overpriced burgers, breakfast is the best time to go, but that ain't the best since before covid.

Ok the service was rapid, food hot. Some tables needed cleaning

Had to wait at the drive thru, repeated our order several times and they still got it wrong. Food not up to scratch, warmish burger, dry and hard chicken selects. Not the best.

what a joke !! just made £50 order and when it turned up all kids happy meals wasnt with it!! how do you forget the kids meals when its half the order?!?!

Fries do not taste the same anymore , it tastes old and horrible , they give out fries usually cold no salt at all , its tastes like the oil has been used over a year or something because the taste doesnt seem right of the fries. Also ordered bic mac no sauce was tiny bit just on corner , the meat was very dry and overall meal was horrible , not tasty , seemed old , plus you see the workers touching there nose scratching there ass , then touching burgers buns and all food discusting, they give no sauce no napkins evan if you order big meal. Didnt happen 1 time always happens at night shifts !! Sometimes around 2 or 3 pm

Ordered via the app. Missing items, they said they'd refund if we contact Uber (delivery partner). Uber refuse to refund, McDonalds refuse to re-deliver and won't contact Uber directly. Paying for items we haven't received - they should not be allowed to get away with this!

Food was cold, chips taste wooden, mcdonalds is not what it used to be. I had to eat cold chips. For the amount you pay these days they got to do better.

On the decline for ages but finally decided I won't be coming back... Colchester High Street today 17:30 or so... .So much for fast food... 17 minutes for my order. The deliveroo drivers pushing in blocking the counter harassing the McDonald's team not a word of English or any manners... Your staff intimidated and prioritising their orders while the whole restaurant looks around in anger huffing and puffing as they wait. Drivers picking their nose and eating it in the queue. Picking up 3 or 4 orders a piece forcing the McDonald's staff to prioritise their orders as they distract them and grunt at them showing mobile screens of order numbers.... Why do you have no control over these delivery drivers or their behaviour? Why are you making your visitng customers wait silly times to please delivery orders, why can't they collect these elsewhere? Why are you allowing deliveroo to do 3+ orders a time, your customers food is going to be cold and soggy! Why allow the drivers to pick up food in tatty old m and s cool bags (they sell in marks for £3! As for the state of some of their hygiene. Wow. Do you not feed this back to deliveroo etc? It's clear they are sharing their accounts or running multiple ones. Unfortunately it's your brand which looks bad and is getting worse because of it. I use your restaurant every single morning to grab a coffee. Looks like I'll be going to greggs!!

You forgot the chicken nuggets.

My drink came spilled and was half full. It was also cold. My Mcflurry was melted and spilled everywhere too. The food was fine though.

Order was not enjoyable as it was freezing cold

The food was amazing it was hot and cooked very well.

All the chips was cold and all the mains was wrong!!

The chips were very cold and not salty at all but the rest was good

My food arrived with the seal broken on my order so the food was put in the bin, It should never be a broken seal and I was not willing to give that to my children, disgraceful.

The chips were cold, the burgers were only warm and the milkshakes didn't seem to have much flavour to them. Do better!

Foid took over an hour to arrive orignal delivery tome was 10.20 and then kept changing and delaying. Food arrived and all of it was soggy and freezing cold. Not edible and then only offer £6 credit after spending just under £30 on poor food and deli

Triple cheese was requested with no dill pickles, there were 3 on there! It was also very dry.

Ordered a delivery from this branch for work. Never received my order despite the delivery guy claiming he had delivered. Still awaiting refund. Don’t use McDonalds app as they use Uber Eats as standard. McDonalds argue Uber need to refund and vice versa. How can trusting one person to press a button on a phone confirm delivery?

the food was stone cold i got a notification the driver was delivering for 20 minutes what a disgrace get your drivers in order and do the job properly and deliver on time

The Big Macs had all black bits inside and smelt like a cleaning product of some kind

I asked for no ketchup on my quarter pounder as I am allergic, this one has ketchup on it

It could have been quicker was way over half an hour from when I ordered but still enjoyed it

All good, no problems. Can get very busy at times and is hard to turn right out of the car park. Now this review was 3 years ago. I ordered last week and it was terrible, driver went to the wrong address, the food was cold even though it took only 15 min to be delivered, the fries were upside down and pored over everything in the bag, fries were cold and really soggy. Everything was not even room temperature. I called the store and no one answered. I have ordered again today. Sounds crazy but I'm really hungry. I'll let you know what this is like....... Food was warm this time. Having said that maccies is not cheap or fast from any branch now. Yet another update. Quick delivery although the driver couldn't find the address. I had to walk around the flats where I live looking for him. He couldn't find the right block even though each one is labelled and runs numerically. Did was again cold. Called to complain. The manager said they get a lot of complaints about the drivers. Told to use the automated system online to complain and I'll get my money back. Still heard nothing. So I'll just stop buying McDonald's it's that simple.

I liked coming to you but after the last visit I'm disappointed, I waited over 20 minutes for the food but I think I'll wait, and the fries were cold, dry and tasteless, the sandwich also only had a cold drink because it was half filled with ice, the restaurant was a mess and the toilet was a disaster, sorry for my opinion

Half the order missing again, Mcdonalds sort your staff out. Mcdonalds is the worst for this, it's not hard, read the order then put said items in a bag

disappointed with service. driver rings me to first off all shout at me because I didn't answer the phone immediately and he had to ring back didn't even introduce himself as driver off food, then told me he's not delivering it to the address because its not the address he has even though he's on the road just won't go two more seconds up the same road to hand it to me (and i didnt where on the road he was) and then put it as ddelivered when he refused

Very good location and the staff has a very good service attitude. The most special thing is that there was a Santa Claus who talked to me and I was very happy.

Worse McDonald’s in England don’t bother and if your brave enough make sure you check your order before you leave you could walk away with a bottled water even though you ordered a cheese burger

I think it’s engrained in McDonald’s Deliver DNA.. every order is missing items. Really need to rethink the service

I ordered 4 happy meals they didn’t bring the drinks, a cappuccino they don’t bring that, 4 McFlurrys they only brought one, I will submit a refund request and they will tell me there’s nothing they can do about it,every time I submit a refund request they tell me there’s nothing they can do because they’ve done it so many times, so it’s my fault there’s always something missing from my order I do apologise
