Ordered two zinger rice boxes with extra chicken they came without the bean salsa and an appalling portion for the cost of £7.99 per meal, hardly any sauce when told about the missing bean salsa they gave the equivalent to a teaspoon. No salt, no pepper, no napkins, no loo roll and the handryer wasn't working.

KFC can alwaysssss be hit and miss so I’ve always not ordered it online for the last 5 years. This was spot on all good and the gravy was the best I’ve had in a long time

spent over £40 for the party bucket Inc delivery for a birthday treat for my partners 40th today . VERY DISSAPOINTED INDEED it arrived lukewarm the whole lot chips were cold & soggy not crisp & coleslaw was missing . for the price was definitely NOT WORTH IT and won't order again

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ordered the food from this place after a while in a hope they must have got better. But their standards have gone even lower. Their prices are keeping getting high but quality and quantity of the food is getting lower day by day. Ordered a box meal. Chicken fillet was dry and over cooked. chips were semi cold and sour. Their wings are so small and no flavour. Dipped bites used to be £1.49 with decent portion then went to £2. Last night they were £2.99 with only 4 small pieces and all the sauce was at the bottom. Don’t know how do they get away with such a low quality food. They need to be reported to trading standards

Lovely gent at the drive through, struggling with the app but he helped me out. Much nicer than other kfcs I've been to when the app fails.

Visited for the first and last time today. Dirty tables everywhere so chose the best of a bad bunch. Went to the toilet which was filthy and then attempted to order at the counter where I was told to use a digital order board which was so unresponsive that I had to leave without ordering. God knows what you get for the ever increasing price of a meal now because the staff just stood chatting behind the counter without attempting to clean up or provide any sort of customer service. Won't bother coming here again.

I have mentioned on comment box burger without sauce and also they put lots of sauce which is my kids have an allergy. I wanted it plain and I made a complaint through Just Eat and they couldn’t do anything.

You can now only order using the kiosk machines. KFC KIOSK is not user friendly and badly designed. It is also very slow and unresponsive. I will stop using KFC and start using somewhere that actually provides customer service.

8,50 for a very light menu, just a bit of chips, it's like a children's menu or baby menu. And the girl was unrespectful, I asked her for an eat in plat, she gives me a small thing like a cardboard, I asked her again for a normal plats like other people used, and she was not happy, she looked frustrated, she should to learn about customer services. However the food was nice but too light and expensive for that. I was very surprised by the portion.

Horrible customer service, the staff member was so rude/ This is the second time they let me put my food on a bag for a takeaway, that supposed to be their job, when I told him he just ignore me and he went continue to spoke with his colleagues. And this restaurant are always dirty, this staff look so lazy. I was a regular customer, I never come back here now, definitely.

The food absolutely disgusting, cold burger, the bun was hard to eat and dry. Defo give me an old order. Also the chicken bucket, looks old as well and cold. The only thing was made fresh and you can tell was the gravy. Goodbye forever KFC.

I have never experienced KFC like this before !!! Taste was different from everywhere !!! Staff was rude and careless!!! They charges us first and then it took minutes to bring our order !!!

Absolutely disappointing. I wanted a hearty Italian bread and instead they gave me the wholegrain. I paid £13 for a footlong for the bread to be substituted without asking me. Not only that, the wholegrain bread was disgusting, dry and overcooked- so chewy ans tasteless. This was not a subway sandwich. I want my money back!

I ordered a "DIPPING" 8 piece feast. The order turned up without the dips. I rang the restaurant and got no joy. I could hardly understand the guy I spoke to, but he was basically saying he couldn't get the dips to me, something about "on the system"🤷🏼‍♀️ and more or less told me to try and get a refund from Just Eat. Unhelpful and unprofessional. Food was nothing to write home about either.

My wife and I was out shopping at Manchester Fort shopping park and needed something to eat so decided on a KFC .now I've been to this KFC before and give it a bad review .so has it changed. The Answer is no the service is as slow as it gets .& the food is then dumped on the tray no presentation when we got our food the chicken burger is dry it seems over cooked . its like the staff cannot be bothered.this as to be one of the worst restaurants / KFC I've eaten in its in a great location for parking and for shopping . will I eat here again I will try to avoid it and go to one of the other food vendors on the shopping park / centre

All of the food was cold and was not very nice . The meal was wasted.

Order was left outside my door in the open air and consequently was cold so, unable to eat and have thrown in the bin. Shocking service. will not use again.

I visited this restaurant and used the greasy fingerprint coated electronic self service points to place an order, which didn’t give me a receipt. Therefore I was expected to remember a four digit code that appeared on screen for a few seconds, which I didn’t even see, and had to ask a member of staff what my order number was. The other effect of this is that I wouldn’t have evidence of the transaction to provide feedback to KFC online. The chicken was dry and bland, I enjoyed the chips and hot wings though. There was only me and one other customer in store.

FREEZING COLD like ice cold to the touch as if they took it out of a fridge wasnt even luke warm just freezing and its not even far from my house. Half the food missing. No drinks! Just disgusted with this kfc recently!

Food was good, delivery rider was extremely rude on the phone however, stating ‘you’ve made me wait 5 minutes for this’ rang me 3 times and then hung up on me after explaining I had someone on the way to meet him as he didn’t come anywhere near where I live.

The fault is with Just Eat not KFC, I called and they told me the food had been sitting there while Just Eat kept re-assigning drivers and they didn't know why it was happening.

What I received was hot and nice to eat. But there were a few items missing.

Chicken piece in the meal was laughably small and stuffing chicken burgers also had a thin chicken piece in.

My meal was nice but i ordered a burger meal for myself and 2pc chicken meal for patrner and once again from this restaurant I had my partner's whole meal missing like several times before when I'd ordered family feasts to share there were items missing

Only orederd 1 meal and they managed to give me the wrong burger meal ended up paying £12 for the £7 meal Quality assurance needs to do a undercover review for this store don't think I'll ever be coming back
