Typical kfc. The food was ok but staffed and frankly used by entirely Asian customers

Not recommended to go on hot weather when outside is 27 'C because inside there is 35'C, disgusting, how the staff even working there , this is even legal? Feel sorry for the team, they not selling cold food so must be like in the oven in the kitchen. Poor them. Please fix the air-conditioning, outside is cooler then inside ..

My house is 5 mints away from Manchester fort kfc and it took them 40 minutes to deliver the order and every time I order something from them something is always missing always very annoyed I am

Online orders are always late . Even when you order from home order is not ready when you get there and you wait another 20 minuts in the parking. Bad bad service.

The food was fresh, hot, and full of that classic, delicious flavour you expect — every bite was pure satisfaction. The restaurant was spotless, from the counters to the seating area, which really made the whole experience even better. A special mention goes to Mirza, whose outstanding customer service made all the difference — friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like he did. Truly a 5-star visit!

driver very good .but missing my order this fault kfc .

driver refused to deliver the food to my house, gave him the password but refused to go inside the property, as there is few buildings, why I'm paying for delivery if I'm going out to walk for another 5 min just to pick up my food, when I'm living on fast food street, that's why is delivery!!!!

Too bad service and stuff just declare that they could not clean the table or the floor as they have many order and no way for cleaning. Even i asked them very gently that please the table and under are too dirty and food over everything but they insist that they could not clean. My son just cleaned the table and removed the dirts on the table and still so much oil on it. And the stuff are really rude here

Half of one of the meals was missing. Chicken pieces tasted like it had been cooked the day before! It was so dried out.

5.30 pm food barely warm, premises could do with a good clean, NO TOILETS as they are OUT OF ORDER! Not Good!!!

Kfc is fast service fresh chicken and chips with a diet coke. I go regularly with my nephew's. It's a drive through what more could you ask for......

There was no beans no drinks with the order no sauce

From my order, a whole meal was missing. I had to order from elsewhere and all the food had gotten cold in result of that. It is not hard to read the order and check over the items in the bag. This was honestly the worst service I’ve had from here. Very disappointing.

Good store with plenty of parking spaces. Drive thru is available. All food offered is halal. Good , friendly staff and the store has got toilet facilities. Good restaurant for families as well.

Ordered takeout on Friday evening 10th March. Good offers on the app. They were v efficient this time I went. The manager had a good system going. Orders were being completed fast.

Don’t go to the drive through there’s the older Asian guy ALWAYS gets your orders wrong I checked my order as we drove off but then had to drive back as some of the order was missing yes missing so I would of got home to no food that man needs sacking, and I must say they give you the measilist pieces of chicken I asked for a breast of chicken I swear the end of my big toe had more meat on it then the pieces of chicken they serve you it’s not the first time I’ve ordered and it’s happened disgusting place I will never return

Freezing cold and drink was missing

I ordered my food at 17:05 and didn’t receive it till 18:25.suppose to be fast food.not happy as the majority of my food is cold.

My burger wasn't made right . Items were missing from my new suffing chicken burger including the stuffing! Had to go back to the counter 3 times ! .

Mahmood served me & my daughter at 10ish tonight & he was very polite, we asked for fresh cooked food he asked us to wait in car park, brought our food 5mins later, very hot & fresh, he is extremely pleasant & we enjoyed our food.

I went to kfc fort and i saw the staffrunner scratch his armpits with his bare hands and not wash them and continued on making food and ordering the employees around. this totally put me of my food which i ordered i think his name was Ben

🤮🤢 dark chicken , old oil , - ordered chickens wings ( very oily and dark ) and chicken wrap - cooked lettuce with a sliced ​​piece of meat inside and mayonnaise, it was wrapped incorrectly, everything fell out.
