Probably the worst most dry KFC ive ever had, also slow service even though it wasnt busy

Half of one of the meals was missing. Chicken pieces tasted like it had been cooked the day before! It was so dried out.

5.30 pm food barely warm, premises could do with a good clean, NO TOILETS as they are OUT OF ORDER! Not Good!!!

Ive literally never been served a smaller portion of fries! The pepsi was as warm as tea

You forgot my hot wings and I was still charged

It doesn’t matter how good or bad the food might be, the place is absolutely dirty, food debris everywhere, dirty tables, it was an absolute put off to be eaten among rubbish.!

Kfc is fast service fresh chicken and chips with a diet coke. I go regularly with my nephew's. It's a drive through what more could you ask for......

My food was not delivered I never got it it went to the wrong address

I didn't get my pepsi bottle, the delivery person didn't even mention it.

Was a very friendly driver and apologetic cause he could find us but found us in the end.

Very expensive for very little food! But was fresh hot and tasted good so was lot better then most of the places I’ve ordered from on here recently!

There was no beans no drinks with the order no sauce

From my order, a whole meal was missing. I had to order from elsewhere and all the food had gotten cold in result of that. It is not hard to read the order and check over the items in the bag. This was honestly the worst service I’ve had from here. Very disappointing.

You are very slow and food is always cold

My order never arrived and 2 hours later it says that it has been delivered when it hasn’t and will not allow me to get a refund

The lady young lady was absolutely awesome who helped me and took my cash as the 1st person wasn't helpful yet honestly the young lady was awesome

Good store with plenty of parking spaces. Drive thru is available. All food offered is halal. Good , friendly staff and the store has got toilet facilities. Good restaurant for families as well.

Ordered takeout on Friday evening 10th March. Good offers on the app. They were v efficient this time I went. The manager had a good system going. Orders were being completed fast.

Don’t go to the drive through there’s the older Asian guy ALWAYS gets your orders wrong I checked my order as we drove off but then had to drive back as some of the order was missing yes missing so I would of got home to no food that man needs sacking, and I must say they give you the measilist pieces of chicken I asked for a breast of chicken I swear the end of my big toe had more meat on it then the pieces of chicken they serve you it’s not the first time I’ve ordered and it’s happened disgusting place I will never return

Visiteted KFC today ordered meal it completely looked diffret to picture, rude staff, requested table service, entered the number whilst ordering, but they weren't interested, didn't even ask it might be someone with disability, Disappointed and Shocking service.Burger meal box cost £10.50 and looked worst than any burger i have ever seen, dried.

Freezing cold and drink was missing

I ordered my food at 17:05 and didn’t receive it till 18:25.suppose to be fast food.not happy as the majority of my food is cold.

My burger wasn't made right . Items were missing from my new suffing chicken burger including the stuffing! Had to go back to the counter 3 times ! .

Mahmood served me & my daughter at 10ish tonight & he was very polite, we asked for fresh cooked food he asked us to wait in car park, brought our food 5mins later, very hot & fresh, he is extremely pleasant & we enjoyed our food.

I went to kfc fort and i saw the staffrunner scratch his armpits with his bare hands and not wash them and continued on making food and ordering the employees around. this totally put me of my food which i ordered i think his name was Ben

Chicken was dark (should be light golden) i think they dont change oils on time it happens when you fry oil in old oils....zinger wz fresh n fine may be they use another fryer for zingers....money for chicken pcs wasted

It was not a pleasant experience, ordered food but had no table to sit, every free table was dirty with chips, boxes and empty food wrappers all over. I asked nicely if they could clean one of the tables so I could sit and they refused too and said they are too busy so I took it upon myself to move it, not really the experience I’d expect, sat at a table that still had food on seat and all over floor

Bad Team Leader Manager with name Zeeshan can’t even manage staff to clean Customers sitting area and was arguing he don’t care and can’t speak English properly and a Asian girl was rude and was taking orders on drive thru but serving customers on front as well don’t have manners to talk with customers hope managed will take action on that and the team should learn to speak with customer and hope they never gonna say anymore to customers go complain and they don’t care specially that Asian girl she need to learn how to speak with customers and burgers was fully dry and cold fries been served hope the management will take action on that and if possible please share email address I can share pics of customer sitting area lobby

The food was disgusting, it smelt like the chicken was past it’s sell by date it was very pale in colour like it wasn’t cooked correctly the chips were soggy and cold the gravy was thick lumpy and Cold also NEVER EVER AGAIN !!

Ordered two zinger rice boxes with extra chicken they came without the bean salsa and an appalling portion for the cost of £7.99 per meal, hardly any sauce when told about the missing bean salsa they gave the equivalent to a teaspoon. No salt, no pepper, no napkins, no loo roll and the handryer wasn't working.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ordered the food from this place after a while in a hope they must have got better. But their standards have gone even lower. Their prices are keeping getting high but quality and quantity of the food is getting lower day by day. Ordered a box meal. Chicken fillet was dry and over cooked. chips were semi cold and sour. Their wings are so small and no flavour. Dipped bites used to be £1.49 with decent portion then went to £2. Last night they were £2.99 with only 4 small pieces and all the sauce was at the bottom. Don’t know how do they get away with such a low quality food. They need to be reported to trading standards

spent over £40 for the party bucket Inc delivery for a birthday treat for my partners 40th today . VERY DISSAPOINTED INDEED it arrived lukewarm the whole lot chips were cold & soggy not crisp & coleslaw was missing . for the price was definitely NOT WORTH IT and won't order again

Lovely gent at the drive through, struggling with the app but he helped me out. Much nicer than other kfcs I've been to when the app fails.

Visited for the first and last time today. Dirty tables everywhere so chose the best of a bad bunch. Went to the toilet which was filthy and then attempted to order at the counter where I was told to use a digital order board which was so unresponsive that I had to leave without ordering. God knows what you get for the ever increasing price of a meal now because the staff just stood chatting behind the counter without attempting to clean up or provide any sort of customer service. Won't bother coming here again.

I have mentioned on comment box burger without sauce and also they put lots of sauce which is my kids have an allergy. I wanted it plain and I made a complaint through Just Eat and they couldn’t do anything.

Cold and soggy everything is messed up

You can now only order using the kiosk machines. KFC KIOSK is not user friendly and badly designed. It is also very slow and unresponsive. I will stop using KFC and start using somewhere that actually provides customer service.

8,50 for a very light menu, just a bit of chips, it's like a children's menu or baby menu. And the girl was unrespectful, I asked her for an eat in plat, she gives me a small thing like a cardboard, I asked her again for a normal plats like other people used, and she was not happy, she looked frustrated, she should to learn about customer services. However the food was nice but too light and expensive for that. I was very surprised by the portion.

Horrible customer service, the staff member was so rude/ This is the second time they let me put my food on a bag for a takeaway, that supposed to be their job, when I told him he just ignore me and he went continue to spoke with his colleagues. And this restaurant are always dirty, this staff look so lazy. I was a regular customer, I never come back here now, definitely.
