In tire or needs work,no vibes whatsoever and food was nothing special but definetoy a family friendly restuarant

Get food from here very often, standards have dropped in fact become a health hazard. Bought 4 pizza every chicken pizza had bones. Been very careless avid giving to children as choking hazard. This is happen few times. Never going to come back here again. Also seem to over charge on number of occasions. When brought to their attention always not accepting any responsibility and argue. Better to go else where preferably next door rounders or Dixy. Also reported to health authorities.

Come here everyday and the food and service is always 10/10. Peri burger is delicious. Staff are so kind and polite. Would definitely recommend.

MOULD on chicken wrap!! Reading other reviews, I’m not the only one who’s had this either!! How are they serving out of date bread and getting away with it??! Took my food back to the shop to prove and they refused to refund me my money or even remake the food. It took a debate and argument with the workers to get my money back! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

Post footy favourite, decent burgers and one that's lasted a while. Prices are inflating a little quick for my taste, altho at least they still do grilled food (the peri burger is fried first tho, unfortunately)

Decent peri peri burger when made fresh, my issue is most times they don’t make it fresh, and are argumentative over this. like the fact that when you eat in, you can use the sauces free of charge. Just wish they would give you the burger fresh off the grill rather then from the unit thing they use to keep food warm

Well had to visit Manchester so gave a try to chunky chicken When they say chunky chicken it means serious and juicy taste of chicken last time i tried Walsall and this time in Manchester OMg some gorgeous taste of chicken just loved it kids like it to brilliant service staff was very helpful..👌👏

Had ordered Uber it was raining on the day with thunderstorm uber guy came on his bicycle with the food all soaking wet and damaged. I had complained to uber too when i rang chunkys and said you should have provided proper packaging or a bag atleast that would have protected the food and damage wouldnt have been that severe. If chunkys cared for their customers they will use their brain and package the food properly so its not damaged. When i rang staff were very rude and unprofessional on the phone did not like the customer service at all. I'll never use chunkys again

Shady shop! I ordered a burger meal, burger was disgusting, no flavour and soggy bread. charged me 50p more for peri chips which was part of the deal… cheeky. Staff are so rude and have no customer service manner. Used to be a decent shop lost another loyal customer.

The most dry and horrible fried chicken in Manchester, probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever seen and the service was absolutely horrendous. The man with moustache on counter was rude and tried to overcharge and another miserable looking man sat on the counter taking money. Pizza was also disgusting. Rude staff all around from phone to shop front. You need to shout just to order. Otherwise you’ll just stand there for days and he wont even question why your here.

Awful customer service, the man on the counter with a moustache was rude and after overcharging me on my order actually tried to ask for more money. The rest of his self was dirty with dirty tables and the food was below average. It’s a shame because this used to be a nice family restaurant many years ago but poor stuff recruitment and low quality food has really let this place down!

They pre cook their peri burgers which isn’t the best but it gets your order out there quicker. However, even if you request them to make it fresh they will more than often decline, for that reason I do not come here as often as I used too

Guy taking orders always has a face on, they forgot a pizza in a recent delivery, no resolution, terrible service. Food is mediocre.

Absolute shocking. I have been coming for 10 years none stop. I ordered on the phone i was told 5 minutes and i was there for 20 minutes. They totally ignored my order but when others ordered after me they got there food straight away. The management are the moodiest people i’ve ever met. I let it slide usually because the staff is nice but it’s not on, that I had to wait that long when others would be coming after and leaving before even though my order was small just a wrap meal. The worst part is that one wrap was sat there for the whole time and when i asked about it the manager said it’s for someone else but it wasn’t given to anyone at all. It’s sad that after 10 years I won’t be going back to that place.

Ordered chicken strips meal with 3 mins until my last tram home, got on tram ready to tuck in and found out I'd been given the wrong food and had sauces and ingredients which contained allergens so I couldn't even eat it if I wanted to. Disappointed

Place is cold. Staff is cold and not warming. They served me an incomplete order have to drive back there to collect the rest of order. The chicken was not fresh looks like sleepover food. I was not satisfied at all.

Grilled chicken burgers are nice, similar taste as when you make it on the barbecue, well thats what my taste buds say lol. I enjoy their pizzas 🍕, especially the specials. You can buy two for £13 or two for £14. Good size too.

Their Peri Peri chicken is fantastic either as a burger or wrap. Chips is not your usual cardboard tasting chips but is of very good quality, next best alternative to chippy chips. Highly recommended. Only downsize is the price is a little steep

They've just lost a loyal customer! Food quality has dropped over time and peri peri burgers dont even taste fresh no more and I've noticed that they make them before hand and wait till someone orders a peri peri burger and then just make the pre cooked peri chicken into a burger. That is why they give peri burgers so quick.. although they do make the chips fresh but I go there for a fresh peri burger, not fresh chips. I always ordered 5 peri burger meals twice a week for pick up and today i wanted it for delivery as my cars in the garage for a week or 2, and found out that they dont even do delivery no more and only do uber eats which costs £2 more for each meal than ordering normally. I'll wait till they start making the peri burgers fresh when someone orders them in front of the customer instead of making 10 at once and waiting for someone to order a peri burger. And everyone wants them to start NORMAL deliverys again as stated on there menu instead of Uber eats as uber charge £2 more for a meal!!!!! SORT IT OUT CHUNKYS

When ever I ordered peri peri burger when the shop opens it seems like the chicken is from night before and all they have done is re-grilled, as it’s burnt and it’s really really dry, it’s like eating wood

The staff here have no manners at all. Ordered a pizza and got sent the wrong one. When I called up the guy on the phone Was talking to someone else first and then when he did have the decency to listen said it was the correct pizza and that I am not a chef and don’t know what I had ordered. He also asked me what my problem was just because I said it was the incorrect pizza. I’ve ate this pizza many times which I why I called but the staff here have no manners and who ever answers that phone needs to be taught some customer service skills. Will never be ordering from here again although I was loyal customer before I had to listen to the cheek of the horrible and extremely unprofessional staff here.

Ordered food and when arrived order was incorrect with wrong pizza and no chicken wings , phoned up and was told it will be with you in 45 minutes . 3 hours later and several phone calls and no order and was told the driver came twice and no one answered the door , I responded everyone was in and no knock on the door so driver either went to wrong house or is lying . The staff on the phone responded it's our policy we don't come out again and we will give you a discount on your next order . I told him we paid for this and we don't have our order fully and it's not good enough , I requested to speak to the manager and he responded it's him and no one else here and he had an answer for everything and was being cocky but was not dealing with this professionally , I told him why did your driver phone if he was outside the house ? No response from the staff member , he just kept saying discount take it or leave it . I told him I will never be ordering from them again and neither will my friends and family . I am disgusted by the service and how they deal with complaints . The cocky lad on the phone need some customer service skills . I will never order from them again . I never got my pizza and my chicken wings which I paid for , a discount off your next order ?? What about what I paid for ? I could go to trading standards that you took my money and didn't give me my order ??

food is amazing delivery time sometimes can be little longer or they can refuse delivery if they are busy, recently I have been advised they have changed the delivery menu and prices have gone up by 20 percent for delivery but if you want take away prices are lower

Best pizza's you can find in whole Manchester, although burgers aren't tasty at all. Reasonable prices. Recommended only for pizza's, specially the chunky special one.

Ordered cheese burger meal - burger when I looked inside had a very thin bit of cheese on it and something brown stuck on the bun. The lettuce was days old and was almost grey colour. The chips were horrible. Will not eat there again. Health and Safety inspectors need to inspect that place. They have about 50 workers working at the back, just laughing and joking.

Used to live on the road next to this place when I moved up from the south. It became my go to spot, so much so that the guys knew my order whenever I would pop my head in through the door, and food would be ready almost instantly This place is not really made to order, as they are so busy, they're constantly grilling fresh chicken breast and then firing them out to the non stop customers they get in person or for delivery I always went for the same chicken burger meal and it never let me down! great stuff keep it up

Hands down the best wraps EVER, Work introduced me to this place and I can't get enough. Superb food amazing quality for such a good price can't wait for the family to try some.
