My fries were old, burned and tasted bad. As you can from my pics, the fries inside were dry. Distasteful. Waste of money. The only reason this Maccies is still open is because of the location.

I've been to this outlet several times and used their self ordering machines, that never have any paper in them, so I never get a receipt. I ordered breakfast at around 10.15am. There were more staff in there than customers, yet I still had to wait nearly 10 min for a bacon roll meal and two lots of pancakes. Most staff seemed busy, either prepping food or cleaning. One member of staff stood uninterested near the front, putting items into bags then putting them on a shelf. A family who ordered after me were visibly more frustrated than me. The uninterested staff member eventually responded to them, went over to the shelf and picked up their order along with mine, both orders had been sitting there for no reason before they were given to us. No apology or even a smile from the staff member. As we left, the family had to turn back as there was something wrong with their order. Mine seemed ok, until I arrived home and discovered there was no syrup to go with the pancakes.

Only place that i ate in Manchester😂😂

When it’s busy sometime they miss your order so u have to make sure u ask again for it

I visited this morning at around 9am to be welcomed by a lovely young man called Ryan. He introduced himself as the store manager and explained how the store has recently come under new ownership which I found rather interesting. Ryan invited me over to the till where he helped me decide my meal of choice and even convinced me to go for a flatbread. I wouldn’t normally eat a flatbread as they aren’t the best at other stores in the area but he explained how at this store they cook them fresh to order so I just couldn’t help myself. Ryan politely handed me my receipt as offered to bring my food over when it was ready, something I’ve never been offered at McDonalds before. When my food and drinks arrived at my table it smelt delicious. It was all clearly very fresh and enjoyed every bite, in fact, I ‘McLoved it. This restaurant is a pillar in our local community that delivers outstanding customer service and food that is on an another level and by far better than any other McDonalds restaurant in Greater Manchester. I can’t wait to visit again!

Absolute disgrace i ordered food from here through just eat for my two children and grandson and spent almost £30 the food arrived an hour later twice the original time out on the app.. the food arrived freezing cold and the drinks fallen over in the bag and half spilt out all at the bottom of the bag.. order a 6 chicken nugget meal and 20 chicken nuggets asked for 5 dips not a single one.. and not a single straw for the drinks.. asked for a refund from just eat and they said we don’t offer refunds for food temperature wtf.. both and absolute disgrace.. McDonald’s need to sort it out cos I’ll be in the shop tomorrow expecting a full refund for my troubles

Colleagues named Dianne; so happy friendly organised and fun to be around. She was really positive, asked how our meal was. The sauces were on the table ready with a straw and some napkins which made it much more convenient when eating. Overall super happy with the service from Dianna.

Try putting the full order in the bag and if it needs a dip how about you put that in there as well. Wish I could order from a different store for delivery. These guys are so bad. Always missing something. I actually cheer a correct delivery these days

None of the children's tablets work properly or not at all. It's been like this for ages. You'd have thought it would have been sorted for the children by now. Not a child friendly place at present.

Had breakfast, food was hot and came quickly.

It was after 1pm when we ate. The food was piping hot, it was nice and quiet. Very clean and staff were friendly. Plenty of car parking spaces

The service through drive through is disgusting. I was waiting ahead of 5 cars they got served before me.. and I was left waiting for another half hour. Crappest place to order food.. always get the order wormg and today completely F my order up from uber eats and I am so not happy!!!!

What you would expect of a McDonald's.

Left cheek can't tell the difference from the right cheek. Staff got the two drinks wrong and forgot about the burger. God forbid someone has an allergy! Kids misbehaving who obviously needs help but not getting it and no management not taking any notice. Embarrassing GO TO GREGGS, KFC, THE BINS OUTSIDE for better service.

Excelente atención al cliente. Tenía vales para canjear tan en cola en el punto de pedido y se sirvió en un par de minutos. El personal era muy servicial, amable, paciente y eficiente. Pedido realizado rápidamente. El mejor filete de pescado que he probado. ¡En serio era una imagen perfecta! El bollo parecía un poco un bollo brioche, muy ligeramente tostado (nunca en la memoria del hombre ha pasado esto anteriormente) , pescado, queso y salsa tártara coloca perfectamente en el bollo! Nunca ha pasado esto antes. El pescado suele colgar de un bollo plano con la salsa derramada junto con el queso. 1 hora de la calle a este McDonald's, mientras que en una carrera ficticia de vuelta de CO - OP Live. Definitivamente llamaría de nuevo. El buen servicio merece reconocimiento. Bien hecho para todos.

Fui a recoger mis comidas Esperé 10 minutos para el ascensor, ya que estaba discapacitado Finalmente casi me mojo y le pregunté a Ryan el gerente fue levantado ok no está roto ¿Por qué no alguien puso el ascensor fuera de servicio los baños que estamos asquerosos la salud y la seguridad habría cerrado el lugar Excremento de sangre bloqueado inodoros Le dije a Ryan entonces mi hamburguesa fue aplastada de una hamburguesa doble de queso a una sola que era plana y fría mi compañero recibió la mitad de la taza de café el lugar está podrido los pisos, etc

Linda durante mucho tiempo en la unidad - a través de la tarjeta entregada, esperó años, luego se le dijo que no ha pasado. ¿Lo pondría en la aplicación? Se le pidió la impresión para mostrar que no había pasado por se le dijo que tenía que llamar al gerente. Waited for manager manager dijo que no está seguro de si ha pasado. Así que tendré que pasar por el restaurante para recoger el comprobante de recibo que no se había cobrado) Pregunté sobre cuál era la situación con mi correo. Se fue. Absolutamente espantoso servicio inútil volverá si me entero de que me han cobrado.

Una buena sucursal de McDonald's está limpia y sirve buena comida. Ofrece libros para colorear y lápices de colores gratis para los niños y es perfecto para una comida familiar, con muchos asientos.

Horrible experience, order was cold, late and wrong! I waited there for nearly 30mins to receive my order and eventually they prepared wrong items, funny, their ordering screens won't provide receipt ! So they looked at me like I was lying ! What a headache 👎

Hi 22/09/2024 McDonald's Sunday morning working hours are very bad, especially their Chinese manager does not pay attention to both the delivery and the customers inside. Everyone has to wait for a very long time. We give a completely negative score.

Waited in the restaurant for an hour for food, manager was very rude not just to me but every customer. They looked short staffed but the customer service was horrible. Eye rolling, sighing, ignoring customers food left laid around everywhere no care taken at all. No apology

Service very slow and items missing from order, my partner had a wrap and all the food was at one end and wrap very soggy.

This is by far one of the best mcds in mani. Always piping hot, and actually well put together- like they actually care. Nice surprise. Would recommend.

Went on the Sunday they took forever as they were busy having a laugh behind the till. The food came, got home amd it wasn't what I asked for. Went again the n3xt day and it tool close to half an hour for my McCrispy meal to arrive. Sho king customer service to be honest.

Double big Mac was stale, almost no sauce and dry patties

Ordered for family to eat in and the fish fillet were dark brown , complained to staff and the girl vehind the counter with hijaab was so arrogant , she needs lessons in customer service and manners , then spoke to the manager who told me it was due to the oil being old as if thats my fault and finally got a refund , staff in there need serious customer service and manners training , never would i go there again If it was possible would give a zero ,

Macdonald keeps disappearing. No just the food, but the service is non existent. The order took them around 25 mins. And it's supposed to be a fast food restaurant.

I am overly unhappy about my experience I got a mighty mc muffin meal and a bacon roll with 3 hash browns - they didn’t get my order right which is okay everyone makes mistakes but someone else had my order they put their hands on it and then they gave me the order that someone else had - no one would be eating that

Went there tonight to grab a quick burger and drink while I was working opened my cheese burger to find flying ants on the burger, I would have took pictures but my camera is broken I will never eat from here ever again Another thing McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food not sat in my car for 10mins waiting for double cheeseburger and I was the only person in the drive thru

Visited a few times and it's always been busy and OK but the last few times have been terrible. The latest time, granted it was busy but then lulled, no tables were cleared, bins were overflowing toilets were filthy and no toilet paper in them. Food was very slow, stuff missing and was cold. A poor show even for McD's and will use the Trafalgar one from now on.

Ordered a large fish o fillet meal with a large strawberry milkshake and fish fillet on its own. Instead of a strawberry milkshake I get a small carton of chocolate milkshake which I didn't order. It was a size for a little baby. Like the one you get with a kids meal. Tried calling the restaurant afew times but no one answers. Safe to say we won't be ordering from here again!!

I am writing to express my profound disgust and disappointment regarding the language and behaviour exhibited by William, the General Manager at McDonald's Manchester Fort. During a recent visit on 10/07/2024, I was subjected to an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism that I believe warrants immediate attention and reprimand. The incident began when I was asked to pay extra for sauce while ordering a dipping option off the menu. Although I found this request surprising, I agreed to pay the additional 50p. It was at this point that the hostility from William began. His conduct was not only inappropriate but also highly offensive. The use of foul language and the disrespectful attitude displayed towards both customers and staff members are entirely unbecoming of someone in a managerial position. His staff members stated they were shocked by his behaviour. He then reverted to shoving multiple free sauces at me, further exacerbating the situation. When I asked him for his name to report the complaint, he refused to give it to me, adding to the frustration and lack of accountability. This was later retrieved. The public nature of this outburst only exacerbated the situation, making it clear that such behaviour is completely unacceptable and must be addressed immediately. I strongly urge McDonald's to take swift and decisive action to address this issue. It is imperative that William be reprimanded appropriately so such behaviour is not repeated in the future. Normally, your staff are wonderful and provide excellent service at Manchester Fort, which makes this incident all the more disappointing. Please contact me to discuss this matter further. Evidence has been sent to head office. I trust that McDonald's will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and maintain the professionalism and respect that paying customers expect and deserve.

Missing items with a sealed bag so impossible for the driver to have eaten, restaurant no accountability always losing money here. Never ever get what you order and they don't answer the phone. When you eventually get in touch with someone to tell them you're McChicken sandwich meal has no McChicken sandwich they tell you to contact Uber!!!!

Nothing of interest to report. It's a McDonald's. Has everything you would expect. Seemed decent enough.

Mc Crispy tasted a bit stale. First Latte tasted like cleaning product, this was replace but second was just poor. I have McDonald regular but this was poor. Old chip carton as there was no promotion sticker on it.

Really friendly staff, good food, great atmosphere. Had a hot tasty meal, staff were attentive and friendly, tables were clean.

Why do McDonald's make 2 Lane drive thru to then bottle neck into one. Took over 20 minutes to get served. The kids serving didn't have a clue what they was doing.

How long is it before we all realise that the advertisements on TV, the glossy pictures on the hoarding above the till bare no relationship, whatsoever, to the slop that is presented when you open your order. Bland, flavourless, a poor imitation of what you expect, no nutritional value whatsoever, after consuming you find yourself still hungry. The entire group should be referred to the advertising standards for misrepresentation of their food(slop). For the sake of your health and wellbeing and the planet avoid!

Order takes ages, asked 3 times where my order. Serve drive throu and delivery pick ups and don't serve customers inside waiting!

A very nice restaurant food is fantastic. The only part I would add is the menu is on a screen so you get your food when your number is called out . It takes away the contact with the staff making it a bit of a problem for people who can't use computers.

Friday 22:00 Very bad costumer service wait in my car almost 20min for a happy meal, chicken mayo meal and mozzarella dips. Staff forget the happy meal and give us wrong chicken burger when when I asked the missing item she gives me one cold . Waiting that long to get food that was preparing for long ago.

The 5 piece chicken selects I got were as tough as old boots. You're never going to get a 5☆ meal at Maccies, and you get what you pay for.

Attitude of staff is appauling i mentioned there was no toilet roll in the toilets and all they said was they had no cleaner in yet.

So spacious and a great concept. We used the first floor and had a great view outside. The staffs are doing a great job, as the place looks very clean 👌👍👏🙌😀😎 Great job!

Apparently overstayed in car park by 19 minutes (just over 1 hour 49 minutes) whilst having dinner here. Usually go every week. Got a £50 fine. I won't be going here again. I assumed as it's address is Manchester Fort Shopping Centre it had same parking restrictions ( 4 hours!)10 Queens Road Manchester Fort Shopping Park, Manchester M8 8UF England. All over Manchester Fort Website it lists this as a Manchester Fort 'Restaurant' so why different parking restrictions? Seems wrong and very misleading.

Filthy! What a hell hole! Only ordered 2 meals, both were wrong, wrong size, drink and burgers. The staff were too busy gossiping, very loudly about another team member, whilst I had to go stand about again waiting for the correct order.

I just ordered and they didn’t send me all my food. After I payed £5 for delivery and service when I rang one lady told me to go to them and pick up my food that is missing. Is not first time when they are giving horrible service. I will not recommend them and definitely i will never go back to this one. Staff are horrible as well, not helpful at all.

Order took 23 minutes to materialise and was stone cold. Was refunded with no hassle.

Everyone who worked there was to busy to pay attention. The toilets (Disabled and women's upstairs where literally covered in urine and faeces. Asked us to pay for dip that should of come with dippers. Definitely needs looking into. Cleanliness/hygiene is a HUGE Problem!
