Went there tonight to grab a quick burger and drink while I was working opened my cheese burger to find flying ants on the burger, I would have took pictures but my camera is broken I will never eat from here ever again Another thing McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food not sat in my car for 10mins waiting for double cheeseburger and I was the only person in the drive thru

Visited a few times and it's always been busy and OK but the last few times have been terrible. The latest time, granted it was busy but then lulled, no tables were cleared, bins were overflowing toilets were filthy and no toilet paper in them. Food was very slow, stuff missing and was cold. A poor show even for McD's and will use the Trafalgar one from now on.

Lovely place ❤ I'll say that today I get a full order

Ordered a large fish o fillet meal with a large strawberry milkshake and fish fillet on its own. Instead of a strawberry milkshake I get a small carton of chocolate milkshake which I didn't order. It was a size for a little baby. Like the one you get with a kids meal. Tried calling the restaurant afew times but no one answers. Safe to say we won't be ordering from here again!!

I just ordered 5 chicken selects to take away, got home, and found out they gave me some cheese fried things full of garlic. WT actual F

I am writing to express my profound disgust and disappointment regarding the language and behaviour exhibited by William, the General Manager at McDonald's Manchester Fort. During a recent visit on 10/07/2024, I was subjected to an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism that I believe warrants immediate attention and reprimand. The incident began when I was asked to pay extra for sauce while ordering a dipping option off the menu. Although I found this request surprising, I agreed to pay the additional 50p. It was at this point that the hostility from William began. His conduct was not only inappropriate but also highly offensive. The use of foul language and the disrespectful attitude displayed towards both customers and staff members are entirely unbecoming of someone in a managerial position. His staff members stated they were shocked by his behaviour. He then reverted to shoving multiple free sauces at me, further exacerbating the situation. When I asked him for his name to report the complaint, he refused to give it to me, adding to the frustration and lack of accountability. This was later retrieved. The public nature of this outburst only exacerbated the situation, making it clear that such behaviour is completely unacceptable and must be addressed immediately. I strongly urge McDonald's to take swift and decisive action to address this issue. It is imperative that William be reprimanded appropriately so such behaviour is not repeated in the future. Normally, your staff are wonderful and provide excellent service at Manchester Fort, which makes this incident all the more disappointing. Please contact me to discuss this matter further. Evidence has been sent to head office. I trust that McDonald's will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and maintain the professionalism and respect that paying customers expect and deserve.

Missing items with a sealed bag so impossible for the driver to have eaten, restaurant no accountability always losing money here. Never ever get what you order and they don't answer the phone. When you eventually get in touch with someone to tell them you're McChicken sandwich meal has no McChicken sandwich they tell you to contact Uber!!!!

Nothing of interest to report. It's a McDonald's. Has everything you would expect. Seemed decent enough.

Really friendly staff, good food, great atmosphere. Had a hot tasty meal, staff were attentive and friendly, tables were clean.

Mc Crispy tasted a bit stale. First Latte tasted like cleaning product, this was replace but second was just poor. I have McDonald regular but this was poor. Old chip carton as there was no promotion sticker on it.

Food is usually good but they never print receipts on the self service machines.

4 stars because we ordered breakfast with flat bread with bacon but get just with cheese .So we hadn't time to swap. it ,but my daughter was hungry

Why do McDonald's make 2 Lane drive thru to then bottle neck into one. Took over 20 minutes to get served. The kids serving didn't have a clue what they was doing.

The lady manager wearing glasses who was working Friday 17 May evening was so rude🥺😳, and she saved a dry burger 🤔 .

How long is it before we all realise that the advertisements on TV, the glossy pictures on the hoarding above the till bare no relationship, whatsoever, to the slop that is presented when you open your order. Bland, flavourless, a poor imitation of what you expect, no nutritional value whatsoever, after consuming you find yourself still hungry. The entire group should be referred to the advertising standards for misrepresentation of their food(slop). For the sake of your health and wellbeing and the planet avoid!

So far it has been 11 minutes to serve my 2 cheeseburgers. The picture shows how busy the place has been this whole time.

Dead atmosphere. Staff immature children. Manager sounded like a council estate common mother shouting and telling off the immature kitchen staff. Pretty standard for that area.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers then made my way past the crack head begging got the burgers they were cold and looked like they was sat on ,worst McDonald’s in Manchester. McDonald’s used to be good hot food along time ago now it’s going down hill fast .

Order takes ages, asked 3 times where my order. Serve drive throu and delivery pick ups and don't serve customers inside waiting!

A very nice restaurant food is fantastic. The only part I would add is the menu is on a screen so you get your food when your number is called out . It takes away the contact with the staff making it a bit of a problem for people who can't use computers.

Typical Mcdonalds but slow service

Try putting the full order in the bag and if it needs a dip how about you put that in there as well.

Friday 22:00 Very bad costumer service wait in my car almost 20min for a happy meal, chicken mayo meal and mozzarella dips. Staff forget the happy meal and give us wrong chicken burger when when I asked the missing item she gives me one cold . Waiting that long to get food that was preparing for long ago.

Went to drive through very slow service tbh but food was usual standard from McDonalds v good all Venice n hot Does what it says on the tin Apart from the slow service !!

The 5 piece chicken selects I got were as tough as old boots. You're never going to get a 5☆ meal at Maccies, and you get what you pay for.

Attitude of staff is appauling i mentioned there was no toilet roll in the toilets and all they said was they had no cleaner in yet.

Got to be one of the worst McDonalds in Manchester.

Went through the drive for a Maccies breakfast, Polite and friendly staff, Great service, Fast service, fast food. 5☆

So spacious and a great concept. We used the first floor and had a great view outside. The staffs are doing a great job, as the place looks very clean 👌👍👏🙌😀😎 Great job!

Apparently overstayed in car park by 19 minutes (just over 1 hour 49 minutes) whilst having dinner here. Usually go every week. Got a £50 fine. I won't be going here again. I assumed as it's address is Manchester Fort Shopping Centre it had same parking restrictions ( 4 hours!)10 Queens Road Manchester Fort Shopping Park, Manchester M8 8UF England. All over Manchester Fort Website it lists this as a Manchester Fort 'Restaurant' so why different parking restrictions? Seems wrong and very misleading.

Filthy! What a hell hole! Only ordered 2 meals, both were wrong, wrong size, drink and burgers. The staff were too busy gossiping, very loudly about another team member, whilst I had to go stand about again waiting for the correct order.

I just ordered and they didn’t send me all my food. After I payed £5 for delivery and service when I rang one lady told me to go to them and pick up my food that is missing. Is not first time when they are giving horrible service. I will not recommend them and definitely i will never go back to this one. Staff are horrible as well, not helpful at all.

Order took 23 minutes to materialise and was stone cold. Was refunded with no hassle.

I had a nice bigmac as well as wrap snack. The location is perfect cause they have parking available.

Everyone who worked there was to busy to pay attention. The toilets (Disabled and women's upstairs where literally covered in urine and faeces. Asked us to pay for dip that should of come with dippers. Definitely needs looking into. Cleanliness/hygiene is a HUGE Problem!

Delicious and fast this time but sometimes it is the slowest pickup but not always depends on the time but I am glad that always have the MC flurry ...never been "not available" like other MacDonald... Special the one in Harpurhey moston ... without respect for customers and take ages to serve you...

I ate in my car then decided to go inside for the toilet and a latte and went over the time limit allowed on the car park and got a fix penalty notice for £60 like yeah right avoid this place

Has to be the cleanest McD's I have ever visited. My 1st visit. It was just before lunchtime. The gents were spotless and surprisingly not smelly - as they usually are in the rest of McD's that I have visited. The hand dryer was not working but it was not a train smash; plenty of tissues available in the main restaurant area. Let's see if they can maintain it.

This McDonalds seems to have retained its usual atmosphere for want of better words. It was fairly empty when we went in the morning and it was sunny outside, so it was relaxed. Breakfast with hash brown was nice and the coffee was good (flat white). We tend to be using McDonalds more often than we used to, but that's still rare. However,,, yes, I enjoyed this one at the time we were there. We went again yesterday (23/10/23) and it just wasn't the same. I think in many instances, experiences on many occasions aren't as enjoyable the second time around. It was too crowded this time, service was pretty poor and 'fast food' became a half hour wait. They then got the order wrong, so all in all, a downhill slide for me. Don't know if I'd consider going there again? It is out of my way and we only went out of our way on this occasion due to a good experience we had once.

Food was standard as expected and venue was clean but music was blaring and service was lacking. Brought tea to the table but no milk so had to go to counter as none at condiments counter. Then food arrived no sauce, back to counter as none at condiments counter

Went at 10.55pm made and finished order at 10.58 didn't get food till 11.20pm why was I waiting for a simple order and no apology from the manager there or crew member and lack of sufficient customer service care skills and passion same goes for food

Delivery drivers get preference to customers but find this at all maccies and kfc now, and they ask you to wait in a parking spot at the drive through,not because your food isnt ready.

this was near our hotel (the nui loom). we walked daily at 6am for coffee. the difference to america was noticeable , but this is better. cleaner healthier food. didn't know about the "sugar tax", but good on y'all for making a difference.

The food we ordered was usual McDonald's food. The dining area is always clean and the staff is friendly and more helpful than at the other restaurant at the area. The place has a good atmosphere. There's plenty of parking on site. Today was an annual inspection was taking place and I'm sure they've scored the max points.

Hi just complaining about this piticular McDonald on queens road no cold drinks ice cream caramel frappe for 3 weeks what kind is McDonald is this u need to look into it asap because everywhere I go to other McDonald they have it all time,kindly access the situation as it is 35* in Manchester now.

Nice place near to Manchester fort, easy parking, you can also pickup your online orders, plenty of parking spaces available!

Come on guys… its a McDonalds. Use your imagination… they’re all generically similar. Although this one was clean and tidy, plenty of room, and car park space. Service good.

Not good The staff's service attitude is not good

The worst McDonald’s to go to. They never have ice cream because they are ugly and broke. I have tried getting an ice cream from there for the last few weeks and it’s the same answer every time. They are just disgustingly lazy, as I have worked in McDonald’s and know it is a simple fix as to adding some ice cream mix to the machine. But they’re so lazy that they don’t bother to do that and instead say there is no ice cream. I would not go to this McDonald’s again if you paid me. Worst place ever !!!!

Limited seating, half the upper floor not in use.

Its very dry, no sauces, onions, tomatoes nothing. I actually asked for it to be juicy and put everything but its just stale buns and dry patties

Absolute joke! Place was filthy will food lying around and half hanging out of the bins, looked like the Mumbai slums of India. Customer service was just as pathetic and rude, no ice cream and mcflurries on a hot day, why did you even bother opening. Please find a reason to close the place down.

The food was cold and the big Mac bun was really hard and stale. The service was extremely poor, in fact the cleaner lady was more helpful than the actual staff behind the counter. The female staff member lying down upstairs across the seats in the closed off section stuffing her face like a pig was gross too.

Tidy, helpful staff, especially Ahmed, helped hubby with his voucher and looked after us very nicely. Other staff were attentive too.

Drive through I order three kids meals and 1 20 chicken nugget she charged 3 times 20 nugget I get home I found 1 bucket then go back Mcdonald speak to the man he say ok I go watch cctv after he come to me say 3 bucket go in bage I don't know we're 2???

I was waiting 30 minutes for my order to arrive. It was an easy order ... on my question after 20minutess of waiting where is my food staff member, told me it will be next one ... then 3 orders furthe, I didn't get my food... chicken came cold as was first in the bag and then 20 minus later they manage to put in to it rest of the order. I had no so complicated order and I don't understand why I waited so long for it ... if I would knowit takese 30 minute, I would go to Nando or any other restaurant to eat chicken ... I could not speak with the manager as she was busy with serving in McDrive. It was looking like they have been understaffed on this shif, but it is a customer problem.

Really good service, ordered from Drive-Thru, quick respond and quick service, great food quality for price. Overall I definitely recommend going there!

Out all the Maccies local like lower broughton and regent road and Oxford road and even prestwhich … this is by far the best out all the Maccies .. you get the odd occasion where you get idiot serving but it is part of the job I suppose and cannot be helped .. it is good for what it is .. it is still fast ultra processed food and should only be eaten occasionally and not part of a regular diet

Two panels not working but there was no information so you can wait forever for your order, Chicken Mayo was cold, fries cold and soft, no ketchup. Expected something else.

I used drive through to order a meal. When i drove to 2nd window, a woman shouted to me "Bay 1". i replied, excuse me, and she shouted even louder "bay 1" and then pointed to bay 1 agressively. i asked if she had any manners and she said "bay 1 please" sarcastically. I parked in bay 1 but after 10 minutes, i couldnt wait any longer and i went to restaurant for a refund. WHen inside the restaurant, I observed other customers having disputes with staff about meals not being correct and having to wait a long time for meals etc. I also observed the woman who had shouted at me early also shouting at staff saying "come on guys, come on guys hurry up". I would sugvest that shouting at colleagues and customers is not the way to get the best from people. This is a really shocking level of poor service and behaviors. Never seen anything like it. The answer is simple, if you do not like people and are unable to work in what can sometimes be a fast paced environment, then dont do it and alternatively choose something you are good at 😔

Terrible waited In line for over 45 mins worst experience ever and just for a happy meal

Delivered two hash brown which was cooked in most places apart from a part where they were clearly touching in the fryer, I phoned to tell them and get it sorted out they said it can't have happened and put the phone down.

It's a busy place, food is always hot and fresh during the day. The drive through can be a little slow because of this.

I would like to give 0, no customer service, even manager talking to customer so rude. I have paid my order, and even i am showing them receipts, but still manager rudely said, jump out the que, after they realised they were on mistaken, they never even said sorry. So bad, never ever go there again.

Had breakfast there this morning at around 815 place seemed to have 2 staff. tables and floors were full of crumbs and dirt. had to sit on the stools facing the carpark by the aide of the sliding door, brush and pans and a mop were resting by the entrance sliding doors, bins were full and overflowing, no napkins available and hot drink stirrers on the dispensers, i had to ask for napkins. the toilet floor was dirty with lots of small pieces of cut out blue paper, and no toilet roll. had to use napkins that were laid on the toilet roll dispenser. not an option to go back there.

It is a shame to have to report that while sitting at my table on the wall above my head there seem to be an infestation of small flying insects 🤔🤔🤔🤔
