Out of date milk and waited 7 minutes for one bottle

There was a minibus ahead of us at the drive through. I must have order a lot of food as we didn't move for 10 mins. It clearly annoyed the member of staff who served us as he was in a very bad mood. Also missed part of our order when it was brought out to us (as we were asked to park up)

The McRib has to be the worst burger they have done. The meat was appalling, next to no sauce on it, two very sad looking gherkins and barely any onions. Absolute waste of money.

Really lovely here, our server was so friendly! She was great!

The place is just too busy to really give a top class level of service

Just a good old normal maccies. Service is as you would expect. Food is always hot. Plenty if seats. Toilets are clean for a mcdonalds. Go check it out and smash a bigmac.

Update September 24 - Still awful and even slower!!! Queued for 10 minutes in drive through then was told to wait in car park for order to come and coffee was cold New service is to take order, give a coffee then make you wait 10 minutes in the car park for your breakfast perfectly so your coffee goes cold! #slowfoodnotfastfood March 24 - awful service cold coffee and food !!! The last 13 visits have all been wrong, no sauce, cold food and burnt egg muffins every breakfast (maybe they hate veggie options) 1 in 12 usually ok. They don’t bring sauce to car orders btw 👍

Drive thru every time, parked up EVERY time. Can not think of an instance where I haven’t been parked up for my food here, and they NEVER put napkins in the bag…

Went in at a quiet time a manager (woman) could have served me at the pay cash point but looked at me and continued chatting to her pal!! I really don't understand WHY if she's not doing anything, she could have taken my money, which have taken about 30 seconds if that. Service is slow even at quiet times! I wish mcs was like it used to be. At least it was quicker back in the day. Now you wait 30mins+ to get your food if you're unlucky!!

Arrived lunchtime, very busy but service great and food good

14.09 at 21.09 been order meal 3 meals of been ask to to park car and wait . At 21.17 we asked one member of staff where our order was as people before and after us were being serviced to their cars. The person went inside and brought our food at 21.20. After 20 minutes we have cold food. At that point I was mad and decided to leave rather than wait another 20 minutes. The food had obviously been sat on the side while priority was to deliveries and shop customers. I want a response and full refund of this. It is not the first time this has happened. I wait your response.

Took grandkids for a treat. Used McDonalds app and got a free doughnut. Woohoo!

Staff need to listen to what you order

No longer worthy very poor quality ie. burger like couple slices of soggy cardboard & over priced terrible.

Burger looked as if it had been thrown together and whatever landed in the bun was served this was a couple of months now haven't been back since. You can play spot the difference with the photos. 02/09/24 Another disappointing visit if it wasn't for the kids I'd never go to Macdonald's! Ordered a plain burger happy meal for my daughter (amongst other things) she has been excited all day knowing I was getting it on my way home, when I got home I had a very disappointed girl who was given chicken nuggets that in no way shape or form resemble a burger!

Is what it is. Drive through sometimes slow to deliver food. Busier than tot hill. Gone downhill recently. Constantly have to sit n park up then wait 15 mins+ for food. Then they forget stuff half the time

Very clean staff friendly food nice and hot not to much salt on fries . Coffee was nice . My daughter loved the cheeseburger.

Terrible order this evening, MC flurry was given to us as milk, had clearly been sitting waiting for too long, nuggets were missing from the order and the burger arrived looking like this photo. Staff nice but absolutely over run, hire more staff.

Slow slow service, 12 minute wait for a milkshake and coke with 1 persons order in front....rest were drive thrus, that seems to be thier priority. Get out, and the milkshake wasn't chocolate as ordered was a weak no flavour milkshake just off white

Food was good but they had limited supply. No cold drinks, no hot drinks except water and fruit shoots. Limited sauces.

Awful customer service, no one cared about the customers inside. Order was totally wrong after waiting 20 minutes for our food.

Shocking service, foods always late on delivery/cold and missing items.

No sauce with the order. I selected the sauce when the app asked me. None was delivered. The drinks are warm and flat and food especially the chips are cold and soggy. This food is inedible.

Drive through not great, most of the time you have to park and wait for your food, when it arrives food is guaranteed to be missing, then you end up walking in to collect your missing food.

Breakfast order took 28 minutes.

Food took over an hour which was a bit longer than I anticipated. This was probably more the restaurants issue. One of the burgers I ordered didn’t look very appetising or taste that good. Again this would have been the restaurant’s responsibility. Delivery driver was polite and friendly though.

The delivery driver was perfect. The McDonalds was terrible I order no bacon no sausage in wrap so they sent it with it. Can’t they read labels? I’m vegetarian the fault was on their end. I am really disappointed with them it was a shock when I bit into the wrap you don’t think checking when there’s a label on the packaging.

Busy but as expected results. It's McDonald's. Say no more.

Food was cold! Missing so many items! Missing 4 fries, the new double Big Mac and wrong burger was sent. Never using this app again!

We had a great breakfast to start the day. Great coffee and all reasonably priced

When I started to order it said 30 minutes, then every 10-15 minutes the expected delivery time got extended, in the end I got the food nearly an hour after it should have arrived. If I had known this, I would have collected the food. Abysmal service

2 of main items ordered not delivered. I would have preferred a refund than credit on my account. This isn’t the first time I have ordered and not received all items paid for. I am housebound and have no transport so I have to get things delivered. I rung the restaurant and they offered me a code to go and collect & as I couldn’t I requested a refund.

food said due at 18:10 we received at 19.15 all meals were cold in resulting to throwing away the children food and ordering from somewhere else

For winning 9 Nuggets I preferred to choose Just Eat over its biggest competitor. But after opening the sandwich package there were sandwiches, potatoes and sauces but no Nuggets. Big disappointment

Free item of cheese balls delivered but no dips provided for order and cold

Ordered my family McDonald’s to be delivered. There were missing food and the food that we get was stone cold, I phoned over 25 times with no answer. I have now had to order again!!!

hiya I have ordered a McDonald’s today with a group of friends and I am absolutely appalled because my friend got 1 pickle in her burger when it states 2 and a fry in with the one pickle.also I payed at counter £10 for a share box of mozzarella cheese bites which are £6.49 and I only got £2.51 pence change and now I can not afford lunch for school Monday in absolute disbelie.

Nice. Be careful with the parking spaces. If you stay more than 1 hour and 30 minutes you'll get a ticket of £100 , but you can pay £60 in 14 days. It happened to me.

Order turned up and the large drink had been split on route. Driver told me there was nothing he could do and I should claim a refund.

Yet again this branch of McDonalds can’t seem to get an order right. This time we were missing the Big Mac from the Big Mac meal we ordered. A pretty fundamental part of the meal! Chips were cold and undercooked.

The last signal on the map was delivery driver at thatcham station crossing he should have crossed turned left and 3 mins away. but no signal after that so food cold because of the just eat driver !!!!!!

We had ordered from the 3 for £3 menu a small fries, 4 chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger with only ketchup. When we recieved our order it was a small fries and two cheeseburgers with all the toppings we specifically requested to not have. On top of this we had ordered mozzarella bits which come with a rich tomato sauce and we had ordered some extra ketchup- not one of these sauces were included in our meals. As well as this we had only received one straw when we had two drinks. Furthermore the time wait of our order was unacceptable. We had joined the drive thru to speed up our experience and between ordering our meal it was another 20 minutes before we received it as we had been asked to park up

Not only was all my food cold. All the fries we ordered had half a portion. Also I ordered 2 smoothies and both were half a cup. I don’t know why McDonald’s was being so tight with there food tonight. We pay enough!!!!!!

Wrong drink and no dips that were ordered

food arrived soggy and luke warm. Driver made a joke about it being busy but I've been watching his tracked location on the map and he was at the park at the end of my road for over 30 minutes. the tip needs to be refunded and the feature should be an option after food has been received. absolutely pitiful service and no remorse or care from driver. disgraceful.

Never got any milkshakes machine always broken

Always forget dips despite ordering them and often paying for them Sort yourself out the staff are careless and rude and ALWAYS forget something with are order or do something wrong! Ridiculous and useless

The staff here are so helpful and polite. I’ve had problems with the app as I’m not very technical and they do it all for me on my phone. I go nearly every day and wouldn’t go anywhere else and get such a good experience.

Absolutely ridiculous. Every single time there is a problem. How difficult is it to put the correct food in a bag for delivery. It takes a special kind of stupid I swear

not receiving condiments that have been paid for is a common occurrence and just eat need to address this fact. Also, stop lying about the expected delivery time that ALWAYS changes AFTER payment.
