McDonald's in West Berkshire

What can I say? It's just a fast-food takeaway.

No matter how many times I go there for takeaway, they always miss one or more items. I recommend checking your food every time!

Great McDonalds. Fast food. Clean restaurant.

There was a minibus ahead of us at the drive-through. It must have ordered a lot of food as we didn't move for 10 mins. It clearly annoyed the member of staff who served us as he was in a very bad mood. Also missed part of our order when it was brought out to us (as we were asked to park up)

It was clean, staff was very friendly and food was tasty. My Big Mac was cold. The cheese was still solid I like it to be hot and melting cheese.

Male manager on sunday 7 of April very rude and blunt. They need to get tips from tothill. Wont let me write another so just to warn everyone to check the order at the counter. Past week there have been numerous times items have been left off my order and i only notice when im at work. Fyi if i pay for something i expect to get it. Do better

My curry sauce was missing and I had onions in my burger when I ordered it without them

Waited for ages in drive through. Food was put down on platform and people kept walking past. After 20 mins got our food.

Bloody awful place. Been waiting at the drive through for 30 minutes only to find no McFlurry and no frappes. It’s an absolute joke. It’s taken 5 minutes per car with no end in sight

Food was lukewarm, and although delivery was request for 18.00 and booked way in advance.. it was late arriving.. on the plus side they remembered the sauces and straw

Horrible experience once again missing item from my order placed very late arrival over an hour.

Cold/luke warm food. No sauces, no straws, no napkins.. ever changing delivery times.. although probably not Macca’s fault.. come on get it together..

Chicken burger was pink! Ordered the cheesy McCrispy

ordered chicken selects and a milkshake, took ages for them to find a driver so my delivery time got later and later, then when my food finally arrived I had recieved 2 milkshakes but no chicken! Now I have to wait potentially 48 hours for a refund on the chicken, meaning if I want to order them again or go elsewhere I'm going to have to spend even more money than I originally did.

The two wraps were missing and the fries were cold and the bag was open

OMG why are people hating on this MacDonalds in the reviews!!! a) it's MacDonalds you know what you're getting and b) this is one of the nicest I've ever been to! Staff are friendly and helpful, I've never been served by anyone rude or unfriendly and good has always been warm, tasty and customized perfectly when requested.

I did not receive the all of the correct order.

Delivered after 2 hours waiting time !! I get that it’s busy on a Friday night- but to be told it takes about 40 mins only to find out after those 40 mins that it’s going to take 1 hour and 15 or more on top of that is unprofessional. If I’d known that from the start, I’d have collected it. Shockingly bad. And the food was not very warm.

Useless, keep driving south to Tot hill services. Or go down the hill to burgerking. Won't ever go back. Inedible slop. Then you get a voucher for a meal for 2.99. So you think I will go back after my inedible meal and then go back for another. Mcdonalds is a joke.

Fries were cold, Big Mac also lukewarm and no straw included. From the Retail to Greenham and the food was cold 🥶. The original time was also changed to a later time so if you were busy surely my food should of definitely been hotter .Really poor service and less than £2 refund whoopy doo !!

Almost 2 hours from ordering and receiving, last time ordering.

Appalling service. Ordered online the delivery time kept moving back every 5 mins. After an hr we saw the whole order had been cancelled.

Food was over 1hr late and was stine cold

Took ages, we’re 4 minutes drive away (no car and two kids today so couldn’t get it myself), which is fine but all of the food was stone cold, clearly had been sat out for quite a while. I won’t be using this app to order McDonald’s again as this often happen - suggest you steer clear.

Really poor from just eat again, we look d for something quick 15-20 mins was on the McDonald’s items. So we placed the order it then went to 50 mins and ended up being over an hr. To top it off when the map popped up the driver was sat at an Italian takeaway in town so they had clearly taken our food to the Italian sat there and then bought it to us. The food was stone cold.

Ordered breakfast in machine and had to wait 15min for food as staff were stood behind counter sucking a lollipop and playing on phone. Sat at table and while eating noticed that the floor and window sill were covered in food from god knows how long!

The McRib has to be the worst burger they have done. The meat was appalling, next to no sauce on it, two very sad looking gherkins and barely any onions. Absolute waste of money.

The delivery driver ignored all of my messages of asking if they were lost, also claimed to call me multiple times when no calls were attempted. I would like a full refund as food is stone cold and not edible. The driver did not apologise either.

Really lovely here, our server was so friendly! She was great!

Just a good old normal maccies. Service is as you would expect. Food is always hot. Plenty if seats. Toilets are clean for a mcdonalds. Go check it out and smash a bigmac.

The Wrong food was delivered to me

What’s the point in booking a delivery in advanced for a set time? When it arrives 30 mins after your chosen time.. Delivery time frame changed 7 times whilst order was in process.

We ordered our food a bit after half past 6 and our delivery times changed about 4/5 times and we didn’t get our food till 8:15

Never got my order, the courier went straight last my road and never delivered.

Turned up today 3 members of staff stunk of BO , we had to move twice to get away from smell, place was busy and 3 staff members just sat talking not cleaning tables that were clearly dirty, food took 20 minutes, place need a manager that can manage

Update September 24 - Still awful and even slower!!! Queued for 10 minutes in drive through then was told to wait in car park for order to come and coffee was cold New service is to take order, give a coffee then make you wait 10 minutes in the car park for your breakfast perfectly so your coffee goes cold! #slowfoodnotfastfood March 24 - awful service cold coffee and food !!! The last 13 visits have all been wrong, no sauce, cold food and burnt egg muffins every breakfast (maybe they hate veggie options) 1 in 12 usually ok. They don’t bring sauce to car orders btw 👍

Drive thru every time, parked up EVERY time. Can not think of an instance where I haven’t been parked up for my food here, and they NEVER put napkins in the bag…

Delivery took over 2 hours, all food freezing cold so obviously prepared far too early, warm drink and melted ice cream, very unhappy!

Went in at a quiet time a manager (woman) could have served me at the pay cash point but looked at me and continued chatting to her pal!! I really don't understand WHY if she's not doing anything, she could have taken my money, which have taken about 30 seconds if that. Service is slow even at quiet times! I wish mcs was like it used to be. At least it was quicker back in the day. Now you wait 30mins+ to get your food if you're unlucky!!

14.09 at 21.09 been order meal 3 meals of been ask to to park car and wait . At 21.17 we asked one member of staff where our order was as people before and after us were being serviced to their cars. The person went inside and brought our food at 21.20. After 20 minutes we have cold food. At that point I was mad and decided to leave rather than wait another 20 minutes. The food had obviously been sat on the side while priority was to deliveries and shop customers. I want a response and full refund of this. It is not the first time this has happened. I wait your response.

We ordered the food around 8:30 and the time kept on getting pushed back and we didn’t get our food till 9:15. When we got the food we opened the mozzarella dippers and when we opened them the smelt burnt and we ate them they tasted like burnt toast
