Great food reasonably priced,it would be nice to not have any salt on the fries though.

Sent the wrong food on a delivery but uber said McDonald's policy doesn't allow for refunds. Takes the piss sending out cheaper food that wasn't even ordered

I ordered the new 3 for £3 deal with a cheeseburger, fries and an apple pie, it took 15 minutes. I also saw a worker putting frozen food with his bare hands into the fryer.

I ordered a single Cheeseburger without pickle and without ketchup. There was only a plain burger, no cheese no onion. I also ordered Bacon double cheeseburger with no ketchup and no pickle, they gave a burger with the bacon and no cheese. If you, area manager, are reading this, you should sack the one who was in charge of that shop to day 22nd of May at 7.46pm Shame on you

Quite amazed by this branch of McDonald’s, am from London and in comparison to EVERY single branch in my city this feels like l am at the Ritz. If I worked for McDonald’s quality control I’d give this franchisee and all the staff a raise. Spotlessly clean, no filthy hand prints on the ordering terminals, friendly and seemingly local staff, ubereats drivers not allowed to take over half the restaurant floor space and to top it all off the food was fresh and they are playing classical music ! It’s like an alternate reality in which a family fast food restaurant actually seems inviting and clean, versus the screeching and chaotic madness you normally get.

Very nice staff,very clean,small play area upstairs, lovely food,very polite table service,been here lots of times and I think it's one of the best mc donalds around.

Staff don't know the difference between their hand and their behind as I was given a beef burger in a chicken burger box and when I asked for sauce It was as if I had asked the man to solve world hunger

Good service, solid number of sauces given upon request, cleaning lady with the spray bottle is very nice. Had the porridge as it was free, normally I hate porridge but had to get my moneys worth and this one actually didn’t make me gag for once. Tried the breakfast wrap also because I, like a hobbit, need two breakfasts. Was good but needed more salt but to be fair that probably says more about my palette than the wrap itself.

Food is mainly cold although today food was warm but the wife's double quarter pounder was lacking a bit more(she asked for no cheese)

Mcdonald's Cheesy Bacon Flatbread came with free carcinogenic burnt mesh this morning. I'd eaten a good portion of another one before getting a mouthful of this, which was on one side of both... Turns out eating part of something unfit for human consumption means no refund. Not lovin' it, whole episode literally left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. As for the AI... Truly poor example of how to use that technology and still awaiting the email.

This is a rather busy McDonald's on the high street. While the customers were somewhat difficult to deal with (i.e. it was apparently everyone's first time ever at a McDonald's so no one knew what to do or order), the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. One employee apologized for the wait on the food and honestly I thought it came out really quickly. There was plenty of seating and the food was delicious. And well done to the manager for kicking out some rowdy teens who definitely needed a reprimanding.

If it was possible to give zero marks I would. Ordered delivery through the McDonald's app at 7pm and it didn’t arrive until 9:15pm. Fast food it wasn’t. Apparently I can’t get a refund from UberEats because the order was correct when it arrived. Can’t complain to McDonalds as the app just points me to UberEats. Ridiculous!!

Delivery from this store is awful! Every time without fail something is missing it not multiple things! Rang the store who ever answered was rude and put the phone down on me!

when I entered the establishment on Saturday I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman by the name of callum. he was very kind and considerate. when I told him that my order was incorrect he made sure to fix his colleagues mistake by swiftly giving me the rest of my order. this has given me such a positive view on the restaurant and I would like to share my postivie experience with the world. it doesn't stop there. when I clumsily spilt my drink callum jumped at the sight of it with a mop in hand like a superhero.

Fast food at reasonable prices. Always the same good quality. But I don't like using those ordering machines!! Perhaps it is an age thing...

This is not a great restaurant. Slow, understaffed, and sub standard food. Customer service is not a priority for them.

Went in to get drinks with my mates when the security guard assumed we were loitering as we went in earlier that day and kicked us out even used force straight away with one of my mates hurting him and triggering his asthma. He even pinned him down against the floor shouting in his face

What can I say - It’s a McDonalds! This one is relatively clean, bright and open. The ordering screens at the entrance are double sided, which not everyone realises - sometimes leading to a bigger queue than really necessary. Handily there is a kids play zone upstairs, which while small, is tucked away enough that you can let little ones safely work off some energy while waiting for food.

I always love to eat at McDonald's it's my best anytime and day. The service was very quick considering the crowd I meant in the shop that very day.

The staff is pleasant and smiling, but privately very dirty and uncomfortable. There are a lot of troubled teenagers sitting who create problems indoors or scream. Food as usual. I really don’t want to come back, and even more so sit inside with children

I haven't seen such vegetables in supermarkets. The best tomatoes I've ever eaten, other vegetables are also great 🤯👌🤤💯

Its *okay* not amazing but food is quick and nice, wouldn't eat in as the customers or rather the individuals who loom around the area are quite rude and hostile.

Ordered through Just eat missing items again its become a regular issue. The items are clearly written on the receipt but open the sealed bags and they are completely missing. No refund from anyone just a credit note to respend on the just eat app again. Please note Its not good enough having a family meal and half of us have dont have our food. It’s MISSING Then we have to reorder using more money robbing us of our family meal time, plus more delivery charges. U offer no compensation so we have to reorder with more money while we wait for a credit note on the justeat app. Not back on my credit card I purchased the missing items with. After this repeated kinda service we wont be spending anytime soon as the service as been awful. Its so easy to solve compensation for this kinda mess by sending new meals for missing items out free of charge plus refund back to the credit card. Most important READ THE ITEMS ON THE RECEIPT FIRST SO NO MISSING ITEMS.

Standard McDonald's... generally OK, clean, correct order, hot food. Resolve issues when when asked. Uber Eats / Just Eat drivers all push to the front where you are waiting and there isn't much room to wait as it is.

Always polite and very helpful. Had my food ready within a couple of minutes, what more can you ask for.

In fairness staff try their best and were friendly, service with a smile - but it is a horrible, grotty place. Also got my order wrong - my daughter wouldn't allow me to take it back! It's a McDonald's, you know what you're in for if you go there.

I went in for a coffee before work this morning, but I should have went to Costa instead. The coffee, as always was brilliant; however, the store was not... I was served by a very efficient young woman (short and brown hair) but her manager, (name badge might have said Robert or Reuben) was just behind the counter slagging off their employees and on his phone despite the fact that his current workers were clearly having a busy moment, needing help. I also heard some very attrocious terms from his mouth. Some of their managers clearly need to be reconsidered and dealt with. But the coffee, as always, was great.

Only problem is you keep forgetting my curry sauce and its not on did u not read the order

Great service at this McDonald's in Newbury. They were quite busy at this time, only had to wait 5 minutes for our food to be prepared. Friendly staff, clean restaurant.

What a chaotic and terrible experience... The staff are depleted to levels that can't handle the high level of the orders they recieve and are ill equipped to deal with customers wanting to place an order person.

It’s a good McDs, the reason for dropping a couple of stars is because of the constant loud beeping of a variety of devices in the kitchen. They have the radio playing but it’s completely pointless as the incredibly annoying beeping is constant and always drowns it out.

i dare you to pop in during the evening late shift. its like a zoo. to be fare the young female staff was well behaved and almost seemed like they was embarrassed for the yound lads bad behaviour. as they was three young men fighting each other messing about, one lad joking placed a burger on top of another ones head. it didnt touch but was very close, then i further witnessed one guy flinging burgers down the food line fast without even wrapping them up well, which he thought was funny. id seen enough and called over the female supervisor and asked for a refund, she struggled to calculate what i was owed and tried paying me a few pound short even though she had the receipt. just to add - my order of over £11 didnt even go back on my card you couldnt make it up. she offered me a refund and the food that id just seen been messed on with. no thanks not what i have just witnessed. the acting supervisor didnt have any control or authority over her staff whats so ever. Waited 45 minutes for food. Had to go in to chase it up, at which point it was being walked out to the car. Sadly it's very hit and miss here for speed. It's rare we don't have to park up and wait when using the drive through. Food is always consistent, if not picture worthy. Since they updated the restaurant it has not been as efficient. I also think ubereats and the various other delivery services are causing here to be stretched beyond its capacity, hence actual restaurant users facing the hit...

Standard McD. They have extra seating upstairs too. You can get the food delivered to your table as well in this outlet. I felt that burger size could have been a little bigger. The taste is okay but could have been better.

Got it delivered was missing a fruit shoot and drinks were spilled everywhere my son has now gone in his room crying saying that he’s going to pack his bags and leave but don’t you guys worry I’m not letting him go anywhere

Cold burger in store, how do they manage to deliver them hot ??

On four occasions now we have ordered a Mcdelivery. Everytime we have food missing and is always my customized burger!! Who is checking off the orders?? Yes you get a refund but fries and a milkshake doesn't fill you up. Is there someone standing there with a burger going oops we missed that one again. Nothing seems to be done about it. Certainly will have to drive to get my food from now on as cannot rely on getting the correct food. So frustrating!!

I don't go to Mcdonald's a lot but when I went in today a member of staff showed me the menu and was very helpful. Very tidy.

Half an hour wait for my food and then it was barely luke warm no napkins the chips were actually cold the tray had not cloth on it will not return

Slow service which took 25 minutes from time of ordering to receipt of our food. Priorities appeared to be put in the direction of getting Uber eats and Just eat orders out of the door. Not a single table clean, we had to clean it ourselves before sitting down. Worst McDonald's I have ever been in.

Could not get a Deliveroo order right if their life depended on it! Poor show!

Been in there once which will be the last time. Order system went down and they were manually filling orders off receipts. Manager was just doing orders in the order of who shouted loudest rather than the actual numbers.

Always for getting parts of order you ordered when you ring to tell them they don’t care. Even when the item is on the receipt they still don’t want to know. Rubbish and terrible customer service.

Security required on the door constantly to manage hostile and rude teenagers. Police were called out during our last visit there and we were just there to get mcflurrys on a Sunday night, it's ridiculous! I didn't see a single adult staff member on duty to manage or assist any of the junior staff. Food quality is poorly executed and inconsistent.

Waited over 15 mins for order seem to pay attention to delivery's more than people in actual shop lots of staff just stood talking 5 delivery orders came in after mine but they got done 1st trued delivery as well and they forgot some of the order I phoned and they said nothing to do with them to contact uber called them and they said be abuse I ordered through mcds app nothing to do with them so £15 down the drain as no one would take responsibility , complained and got a £5off when I spend £20 !!!

Not sure if the kitchen know how to assemble a big mac as it wasn't stacked by the time it got from the counter to a table of about 20 foot. Loads of staff on, but also loads of rubbish everywhere, bins full, trays stacked everywhere. Floors covered in rubbish and food as well, tables dirty. If I had seen that before ordering I'd have gone and got my hazmat suit !!
