McDonald's in West Berkshire

everything was good except ice cream came with no sauce.

The delivery was late, the food ended up being cold due to that reason. Another delivery driver was asking me to come to their car from outside the house, telling me it was my order. I felt that was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

It was cold food took 2 till 3 hours to get to me

absolutely awful service, ordered at 12.18pm my food turned up at 2.17pm! stone cold, mcflurry is completely melted with sauces inside the ice cream

half of the order missing. doesn't any body check the order before it goes out

Food slightly cold, driver exceptional.

Not really fussed about the time - I understand with the weather its hard atm - but my coffee arrived upside down and fell through the bottom of the bag all over my floor and walls in my hall - so I spent time wiping all that away before my kids even started eating

I ordered my food at 17.12, I got my food at 18.25. I rung McDonalds and was told they had no drivers but they still accepted the order and was preparing it!

Arrival time kept increasing. Arrived with sauces thrown into the McFlurry, chicken selects loose in the bag. It’s not hard to do this right.

We waited two hours for delivery when it arrived it was stone cold so put it in bin very poor service I ordered at 19.15 and it arrived at 21 .23

I keep trying to eat here after finishing work at 11pm, yet every time I turn up it's always closed but says open till midnight. If the times have changed can I suggest you put it up on the door and on here.

Order kept being delayed, took 40 mins at 8:30pm! So doubt restaurant was that busy at this time. Food was received cold and driver reeked on cigarette smoke! Very poor!

I did not receive my order first of all, I was not called on the phone number and no one rang the doorbell. so I don't know what the driver said, but I'm sure he didn't even reach my address

Don't think this McDonalds/driver has ever delivered me a correct order. Avoid if you want to actually eat what you've ordered.

3 McRibs had enough sauce to cover 30 McRibs. horrible. no straw and no dipping sauces that were payed for. utter rubbish and a ruined night. McDonald's will never be purchased by me again.... utter rubbish..

I order a large bacon and chicken wrap meal and I was sent a medium. They also never include the sauces.

half the order is missing . causing me to have to reorder and pay a second delivery charge. and a second service charge also being a diabetic. the extra time take to deliver the rest of my reorder may cause my blood glucose level to drop to dangerous levels as a result of a hypoglycemic attack. quite frankly you are unreliable! don't you check orders? it's pretty simple to notice if half an order is missing. I wonder if I should bother ordering from you again?

Was alls slapped together it was very cold meal my autistic son wouldn’t eat his happy meal or box of nuggets because they was really cold

I’m trying to find a way of contacting just eat and it seems pretty impossible. We had a macdonlads, of which we have had problems before but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, and once again we were missing a lot of our items. Don’t use!!

Order delivered on time and food was nice and hot! There was no Barbecue Dip supplied in the Nuggets, no straws for the three drinks, the three McFlurrys were almost non existent! They were only just visible in the bottom of the almost empty cardboard container!

I came to this McDonald’s in Newbury after a busy day at work and was welcome by a very polite and welcoming young man called Justin who made my order and visit very pleasant and easy. Will definitely be visiting again 🕺

Well what can i say 'back to good old McDonald's!'. This place is honestly great for making all these events (monopoly etc.) and for the foods they are providing us with. When i enter this building people are mainly smiling and seem to enjoy their time there so i do as well! The restaurant is great with children and includes playgrounds and some video games! The staff is the nicest and very kind! The ice-creams here are the best (my opinion) and the prices are actually pretty cheap and affordable! So come along with us to this food resort and taste a cheeseburger! (;

Yet again no dips!! What is going on? If you can’t be bothered to fulfill and order don’t accept the order.. Delivery time ended up being over an 1hr 10mins and it wasn’t even ordered at peak time.. not McDonalds fault but just eat.

Yet again no dips with the mozzarella dippers.. a clue is in the name!! No additional dips either. No straw for the drink, no spoon for the McFlurry. If you can’t fulfill the order don’t accept the order.. on the delivery side of things.. driver/rider must have thought he was on a rally stage.. Drink sloshed all over the inside on the bag..

ordered from macdonalds starving paid 59 pounds with 1.99 delivery fee and my kids happy meals were missing and there were no straws or dips as we asked for terrible i’m not usually the one to complain but this is ridiculous

Got the order wrong, had two large latte's instead of 1 latte and 2 orange juices.

I do not frequent Macdonalds in my own personal time, I personally think the food is disgusting. I work in an establishment with SEN adults and they request to go to them

Every time we order a nugget share box the dips are not included! Every time, I know it’s not your fault but Mac Donald’s need to prepare the orders correctly! It’s very frustrating.

Food missing and you just get we are on it. Either refund straight away or get the missing food resent. As you ste left in limbo as only 2 out of the 3 of us have meals
