Always items missing every time. Wil use retail park from now on

Order delivered on time and food was nice and hot! There was no Barbecue Dip supplied in the Nuggets, no straws for the three drinks, the three McFlurrys were almost non existent! They were only just visible in the bottom of the almost empty cardboard container!

Great delivery driver went out of his way with my order

I came to this McDonald’s in Newbury after a busy day at work and was welcome by a very polite and welcoming young man called Justin who made my order and visit very pleasant and easy. Will definitely be visiting again 🕺

Well what can i say 'back to good old McDonald's!'. This place is honestly great for making all these events (monopoly etc.) and for the foods they are providing us with. When i enter this building people are mainly smiling and seem to enjoy their time there so i do as well! The restaurant is great with children and includes playgrounds and some video games! The staff is the nicest and very kind! The ice-creams here are the best (my opinion) and the prices are actually pretty cheap and affordable! So come along with us to this food resort and taste a cheeseburger! (;

Yet again no dips!! What is going on? If you can’t be bothered to fulfill and order don’t accept the order.. Delivery time ended up being over an 1hr 10mins and it wasn’t even ordered at peak time.. not McDonalds fault but just eat.

Yet again no dips with the mozzarella dippers.. a clue is in the name!! No additional dips either. No straw for the drink, no spoon for the McFlurry. If you can’t fulfill the order don’t accept the order.. on the delivery side of things.. driver/rider must have thought he was on a rally stage.. Drink sloshed all over the inside on the bag..

ordered from macdonalds starving paid 59 pounds with 1.99 delivery fee and my kids happy meals were missing and there were no straws or dips as we asked for terrible i’m not usually the one to complain but this is ridiculous

Every time we order a nugget share box the dips are not included! Every time, I know it’s not your fault but Mac Donald’s need to prepare the orders correctly! It’s very frustrating.

Ordered at 10:10am and was told between 10:30-10:40, and kept getting pushed back! Finally arrived at 11:55

Food missing and you just get we are on it. Either refund straight away or get the missing food resent. As you ste left in limbo as only 2 out of the 3 of us have meals

It’s McDonalds. This is a smallish store and fairly busy but it’s fast food and convenient. Everyone needs a Maccie D’s now and then. Just don’t eat too much!

Delivery was perfect thank you and the quality of food was not your fault, the burger was incredibly salty which was very unusual

Disappointing again, wrong item delivered drink instead of mcflurry and one burger contained onions when stated no onions.. And as always no dip. Sadly around 50% of time something is wrong with order. Prob will give up with McDonald's delivery.

Well I know times are hard but if this is your idea of a medium, I should have ordered the small! This is why even drunk ppl are ignoring your chain for a cheaper, better quality and I say this twice, a better quality order and more food from the local kebab vans! Plain and simply do better!

Come on,,, get it together.. more of the drink was inside the bag than in the cup.. tide appeared to have also gone out with the drink.. Spoon missing from McFlurry. No condiments, even though they were requested as part of cheesy bites.. no straw with the drink, although it would have not been any use to suck the drink out of the bag..

When you are away for the night and order food for your older kids at home, it’s a relief to get a treat for them, quickly and safely. Quick delivery, hot food.

Food was two and a half hours late!! Ordered 1617 and arrived 1853. How long does it take to deliver 2 happy meals and a burger. Kids were starving by the time it arrived and nearly their bedtime and was freezing cold. Managed to get a refund from just eat while waiting as I thought it wasn’t going to turn up and about to order from somewhere else as too late to cook. Looked at the time it was bagged and was 1737- sat there over an hour getting cold. Not very happy!

Food all cold drink leaked burger fell apart in box

Best MacDonalds I have ever had the 1/4 pounder was fresh and really tasty. Only issue was the order board was so confusing as they had Uber/Just Eat/Deliveroo order numbers on there too so had no real idea where our order was.

I only had 1 muffin out of two… No coffee at all… No hash brown… Very angry

The food was cold and we only live a few hundred yards away so no excuse and can’t blame delivery driver. Also the two say es were missing and we have none here so it was all bland. A disaster really.
