great delivery driver and food was good nice and hot thankyou

I could see on your Map the driver drove passed us and detoured for 23 mins, when the food arrived it was cold and the coffee was cold

all the big build up about the new minecraft happy meals just to end up with upset kids as no toys delivered with the meals ,yet again a nother order from newbury McDonald's with some thing missing , is it really that hard to find employees that can read and collect items listed on a order , don't now why I'm surprised as it seem the norm for this store to forget something

completely the wrong order, ordered for 4 adults, 4 burgers with 4 chips and 20 chicken nuggets but instead received two happy meals, and what adds insult to injury is only being offered £21 when I've spent £26 and received a meal for two small children which is not going to feed my family

Hot chocolate lid was not on so went all up my stairs leaking through the bag and the second bag broke as it was soaked by the non secure hot chocolate and my burger landed on the floor coming out of its box. Also i never received the chocolate brownie. Thankfully i was able to get a £4 refund but really i should of asked for a full refund.

Pathetic and Rude behaviour by the Shift Manager Kai. He was so adamant to accept the feedback. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. I urge you to take this complaint seriously and to take appropriate disciplinary action against Kai.

Cannot fault Steph the Assistant Manager enough for her help, she was amazing!

The straws and sauces were missing. And the chips were really cold. Rest of the food was ok, but the chips were nit very nice at all. Made worse with no sauces

If I’d known it was national “throw your food and drink in a bag, then give it to a wannabe rally driver” Day.. I wouldn’t have bothered ordering.. Drink was leaking through the bag, all napkins ruined. Chips arrived in a bag, but not the bag or box they left the store in.. on the plus side.. I got a straw for the drink this time.. albeit soaked already..

I ordered the nine chicken selects which are two pound more expensive than the chicken nuggets, they took the money for the selects but sent me chicken nuggets instead. ????? Why

not sure why this McDonald's never seems to supply any dips when ordering nuggets, not a major issue but it would be nice to get a complete meal once in a while 😪😪

This store is way too small, it always seems to get busy especially on evenings and weekends. Lots of local 'riff raff', school kids etc block all the tables especially upstairs where there are lighter burn marks in the table. Touch screens need recalibrating as they are so slow and awkward, the food is general good.

burger patty was in at least 6 different bits like they got left overs and tried making a burger disgrace

delivery stated 18:10 and then arrived at 1852. Food was warm although chips were a little soggy

Delivery time started 8.15. Then kept being pushed back until it was delivered at 8.35. There was a thunder storm so would understand the delay but the food was stone cold. Wasn't the delivery itself that was late food didn't leave the restaurant until 8.30

I received the wrong items and my daughter went without food

Kept pushing back the delivery 1 hour 15 minutes instead of 15-30 minutes as advertised.

The food was quite tasty, unfortunately I didn't enjoy the skinny chips and sadly the drinks were flat not a bubble in sight.😞

Ordered via Just Eat for delivery. Hot food melted milkshakes, fries cartons were only half filled and they forgot to put in all of the dips and straws for milkshakes. Really annoyed.

I went to this McDonald's with my friend and we both became sick the next day. We both had the crispy chicken wrap and we were both had food poisoning the next day and were throwing up. Do not recommend. I think the chicken was still a bit raw as it did taste off.chips were cold as well(like who wants cold stale chips). (Not me writing this review while throwing up)

It has never been this bad with this McDonald’s. With a £15 order they offer £2 back because the food was cold.😐. Do better

The food was hot credit to the driver

I'm a regular customer, and quality is actually pretty good, but there have been a few mistakes that occur frequently when I visit. For example, I like ordering a hot chocolate every now and then and recently their hot coco machine broke so once they got a new one I ordered it, for the first couple of weeks the quality was really good! But then the drink became super watery, (this problem existed before the hot coco machine broke), and the volume was under half of the cup. Today, my mother and I were craving a double egg and sausage mcmuffin, so we preordered what we wanted on the app, and I went down to collect the food. Once I got there the app said that I hadn't paid and I hadn't brought anything with me other than my phone and keys so I ran back to then show that someone had collected my order, obviously not me since I just ran back. So, after sprinting back to the macdonalds store, I collected my order. It was probably some sort of glitch in the app. Afterwards, while eating our food, we found missing eggs in one of the mcmuffins and, again, watery hot coco. Sorry for the large piece of text, lol. Thanks for reading! I hope McDonald's can fix this. :D

My food was not prepared right a part of my food arrived cold and one of my orders are one of my burgers was wrong

said 25 to 30 mins when ordering. 1 hour 20mins later after I had paid. no straw for drink. and no sauces. pad alot for a bit of poor service from McDonald's. Good service from delivery man.

food took over an hour time kept changing, then said it was out for delivery and was here within 5 mins. but food showed up freezing cold, so the driver clearly done other deliveries before delivering my order. it was freezing cold when it arrived....

never received the free mc nuggets for spending over £20 😕
