This macdonalds is a quite small, very few seats upstairs, although they have a basement with more seats the total number of seats still isn't a lot so it can get busy. The kitchen is also small, so not many staff can fit in at once, so as you can imagine the speed of service also isn't great at peak times, so be patient. Otherwise it's just like any other macdonalds, I guess the one plus point it has is it has long opening hours, opens early for early birds.

Ate our food downstairs, was quite possibly the most disgusting experience I've ever had, bins were overflowing, tables all covered in the previous people's food, mess on the floor. All in all revolting

One of the better McDonald's in the UK. Decent portion sizes usually, the fish fillets have their own separate fryer & built in filtration system avoiding cross contamination with other products.

there were people barefoot cleaning their feet. got food poisoning the next day. very disappointed considering it is in chelsea.

The guy serving was making up orders and just dumping them on the counter without calling out order numbers, not very helpful

The food was prepared fast, still hot but the place is very crammed with a lot of people waiting for their orders or trying to order. Overall it is good but not the best.

Possibly the best hash browns ever - crunchy outside and hot. The bacon and egg MC Muffins were also good and were cooked while we waited. Nice people, but definitely not the cleanest place. Could do with a proper deep clean everyday. Ok you don't eat off the floor, but what you see out front makes you wonder about the kitchen area. Could do better.

Horrendous I live next door and I see rats there every evening

Place closes at 11pm but they don't let customers use their WCs from 10pm. Surely that's against its food and beverage operation licensing. Its staff are a disgrace.

Honestly I’ve lived nearby my whole life that this has been the closest and local McDonald’s. It used to be good but as time has gone on this place absolutely reeks of bad service and bad staff. They are the most unhelpful staff ever, you could stand at the counter for minutes and they will walk past back and forth and not even look at you.

The chicken was not fresh at all, and I asked for a crispy and they gave me a grilled. And they refused to make me another one .I have been going to this McDonald’s for 12 years and I’m very disappointed

Fast service, pretty decent and clean place. Staff didn't seem stressed working so no rush in handing the food 🙂

The mc donalds was very busy today in kings road 6:40pm, i had to wait over 20 minutes for my meal only for them to make my daughters burger wrong. I went home and found cheese in the burger. This wasn’t a problem since I live 5 minutes away, but Its just disappointing as I know they are busy but should be making customers food orders right.

First and last coffee ever in my life

they took 1 hour to complete my order for a PLAIN CHEESEBURGER!!!! and then they have me the wrong order and i had to wait even longer. the worker lied to me and told me my cheeseburger is on the way and i had to wait an wxtra 30 minutes. i am ANGRY AND DTARVING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They never have ice creams in there. They switch off their machine when a ray of sunshine is coming. I live in the area and it has been a recurent issue for years

they never have toilets open, they always block the access to their toilets, covid and other viruses are still around, we still need to wash our hands before eating, we needed even before covid, at least this is what civilised people do before eating

Completely inaccessible for anyone in a wheelchair. No help offered to allow us a way in. This is not acceptable in this day and age. The company have purposefully raised the floor 5 steps above ground level and not offered an accessible entrance. This is disgusting for wheelchair users like me.

Service was good, but the chicken burger was extremely dry , chips floppy and tasteless, toilets definitely would have benefited from a clean, and no it wasn't a busy time , overall was disappointing

Processed food a big no no for me

We wanted to order at the terminal 30 minutes before closing but suddenly the terminals went out and so there was a crowd at the checkout to order with the employees. It's not very coherent because the employees started to panic and do anything. We are French but we speak English very well, but it was impossible for the employee who took our order at the checkout to understand us. Impossible to have what we want because they had nothing left…. But instead of putting what we wanted in the order, he changed the order without warning and put what he wanted. We ended up with a wrap that we didn't want (empty and lack of ingredients), he hadn't put a menu, a triple cheese (only 1 slice of cheese and overcooked) and a small drink instead of a great… Great … !! Lack of organization, concentration and professionalism! To flee

Good coffee but the loud music is the reason I don't hang around.

The food is nice and hot, the staff are lovely very friendly and welcoming the atmosphere is great, I have enjoyed many times and will definitely recommend. Lunch time can get extremely busy with the school children locals and tourists.

Terrible restaurant. Rude and insolent security guard right at the entrance began to forbid me to film video on my phone, when I asked to call the administrator, the guard refused to call him, I had to ask another employee to call the administrator. in the end, the administrator did not forbid me to film, but after the rude guard I did not want to take anything from this restaurant. I ended up going to another McDonald's where no one forbade me to film. The guard apparently decided to play the evil owner. I often film food reviews, and this is the first McDonald's where I was not allowed to film on my phone ! I caught the whole thing on video and posted it on YouTube! It was on the 27th of October 2023

Ok McDonald's on fashionable Kings Road.Im trying not to go too often these days as I need to shed a few pounds you know: 😜 Some of the order screens don't work and one of the staff was a little abrupt!!

I like eating McDonald's every now and again, but seriously it's not healthy to eat more often. It's delicious but we need to take this fact into consideration that it's not healthy. One in a month is OK, more than that is not.

Hi… Yesterday I had a very disappointed experience with my order. After two bites I realized that something was strange due to the coloring of the eggs that were in my sandwich. They were green because they were cooked, spoiled, rotten, after that I was sure I was going to get sick with diarrhea, which is what happened. I spoke to some attendants through the app and the most I got was a 3.49 refund, which is ridiculous given the frustration of finishing my breakfast with friends and not having a 100% refund, which would be the minimum. Really frustrating! Attached photo.

I couldn't understand the employees or the menu, they kept calling the French fries "chips" do they call potato chips French fries or something?

It's a MaccieD's. You know exactly what you're going to get. The food is exactly the same all over the world. So it's my comfort food. Some of the ordering screens were having hiccups and the McDonald's app never works for me. The site was the Chelsea Drugstore.

Visiting our local Macdonald in the heart of our shopping area is an enjoyable experience. Good atmosphere and good music and good food.

Very good restaurant in the area where you can order your food in one of their four screens and they serve it quickly. It is very clean and the music is really good.

My sister and I visited your branch on the 28th of September for a late lunch. I have to say that Ali from Customer Care was definitely the kindest person we met in a customer facing role and it's remarkable how attentive and professional he is at his job. He came to help us very promptly and got us a table. He then took care of our meals and brought us everything to the table. We requested to speak to the manager to give our feedback and we learned from him that Ali is also a very active member in his community, helping many people that cross his path. I don't exactly know what type of help he gives to his community but I could tell from our experience that he is very dedicated and kind. We also learned that he has been awarded employee of the month more than once. In a city like London and in times like these, I believe this type of service matters a lot and should be the norm. I also think that we should always acknowledge and reward great professionals at their job, so for that reason, I'm writing you this review. I have also wrote a praise email and I hope it reaches your Head Office. I wish Ali continues enjoying his job and being rewarded for what he does. Thank you again for your service.

Pěkně řešená restaurace známého řetězce, jídlo klasicky výborné. Problémem byli místní "školáci", kteří si zde po škole udělali setkání zrovna v době naší návštěvy, kdy byli velmi hluční. Naštěstí byla na místě ostraha (což mě v restauraci tohoto řetězce velmi překvapilo, že je zřejmé nutno mít), a vše bez problémů si pohlídali. Nebyl to tak pro nás zrovna příjemný zážitek, příště raději zvolíme jinou restauraci.

There are stairs to go up. It’s not very convenient for wheelchair users and buggy users.

Avoid Avoid this restaurant !!! Ordered food from this restaurant, second time , first was late for 2 hours and second newer arrived, had to go trough hard process to get money back , poor service .

Never order from here. I ordered 1 delixe crispy meal and 1 double quarter meal and deluxe meal is just missing, tried to make a complaint but they never pick up so, just bad.

Consistent wrong deliveries. Kings Road McDonalds will never ever ever deliver any condiments despite adding them to orders and paying for extra food that comes with condiments! Every single time the end of the order with ketchup sour cream etc will simply be ignored, so usually 3 out of 6 items specifically added to the order won’t arrive. Don’t take any chances with a delivery from here and you’ll get dry old fries and stale chicken with no ketchup even what you add ketchup to the order and pay for extra condiments. It’s like the restaurant staff deliberately troll customers by always forgetting be staple of a fast food meal! The restaurant itself is very smelly and unclean. Go to Five Guys instead - it’s more expensive but at least you actually get what you pay for.

Very nice Mcdonalds, kindly gave us a cup of ice when my daughter had a fall and had a huge lump on her head. Food was lovely and fresh, chips were perfectly salty, and additional seating downstairs. Due to the area, it does become very busy

Food is as good as mcdonalds gets. Clean and well-seated space and usually not too busy unless it's after school/work hours.

Usual McD's. Downstairs seating and toilet were out of action due to maintenance. That meant seating was at a premium.

Got there like 9:30 pm last night, hardly no one there , so my order was the only one on the screen. However I had to ask the staff to start preparing my order as they were chatting. Never been in a Mc Donald's that chatting is a priority. You could even hear in detail the conversation about their private life. (Very unprofessional)

This is your average, high, volume McDonald's. There is a small counter for ordering, but it is evident they want you to order from their kiosks. The food and drink were average. The serving people were somewhat robotic. Their goal is to call your number, hand, you, your food, and then not respond to any questions or request. I'd go again because I know what to expect from McDonald's.

My friend and I visited McDonald's on Friday 16th June. We ordered 2 Quarter pounders, chips and salad. We will visit again. Yummy Yummy.

Very busy, buzzing place. I gave it a 2 stars cos the ladies' loo was a mess!! I won't describe in details but the loos should be inspected and cleaned more frequently due to the high number of customers.

Easy and clean entry. The store was overall very clean. Friendly and relaxed stuff. Served quickly. There were few tablet computers for the kids to play. From 10 Mcdonalds I visited, this was the best. Well done to all there staff.

I get annoyed being disabled it's great when phone app or table service works. Neither worked here this day. Good was also cold.

Hostile environment. Incitement to verbally abuse with hatred in public loudly inferring white, privileged, elitist by cleaner or friend thereof, all this for checking if the toilet was clean. Apparently, should ‘go piss in street’ not expect ‘MacDonalds’ low paid workers clean toilets hygienically.

Pretty average for McDonald’s. Good place for people watching.

These things that I ordered 6 lemonades for and got in return never tasted like lemonade. I waited for these for 15 minutes in a spare time. I can understand that there is a problem with the machine. 2 3 people worked for it. admirable. but if i need to test this to get results i can go to any local restaurant. The result that I drink every day and serve to my friends is terrible and nothing but waste of money. I would have canceled if I had been told there was a problem. but they deemed me worthy of this strange drink that I don't know the name, which was served to me without explanation. Thank you for your indifference, another experience that cost me dearly.

Food was standard mcdonalds, but I was told I can't use the table number for table service, I had to use only the stupid table indicators.

Nice McDonald's in smart part of town. Lots of seating downstairs with great ventilation. Was extremely civilized when I visited.

The most ignorant staff in any McDonald’s I’ve met! Stood for 5 minutes and they just ignored me as I tried to get some ketchup! You would think something this BASIC would be included and in fact it was on my order but still they ignored it! So unhelpful and unhappy with the staff here! Terrible customer service! People who works there is really rude. I have ordered single cheeseburger and that waited on the counter when I said i have to get back to work, and I can see my burger, one of the girls stared at my face... I will never go back to it.
