Friday 11th October 40 minute wait and the staff had to close the doors and not let any customers in worst lunch i've ever experienced someone should be punished

AGAIN FOOD MISSING where’s the fruit bag?!! Why is the mcchicken sandwich as hard as a rock and THAT DELIVERY DRIVER WAS THE WORST WAS RUDE SPILLED DRINKS AND ICECREAM ALL OVER FOOD HE WAS NASTY WE ALL SAW IT HOTEL RECEPTIONIST WATCHED the actual Maccas was lovely that was THERE excluding Mcchicken sandwich the man horrible!!

Food was cold after being 2 hours late

my delivery come in more then 30 minutes and something wrong with my order I don't know what happened delivery boy put my order on the door and he said your fenta glass is falling down please check and review on app you get your money back then he left when I check my order it's totally spoiled I click some pictures in my room with this order package

Food is deliveres slow. Normal coke tastes nothing like coke. Toilette is always a mess.

Cannot complete order correctly. There is a difference between sausage and bacon, but the weekend staff fail to understand this. For many weeks now when I get back to work with order.... it is wrong. Even after checking before leaving now they are wrapping it wrong so it looks as if order is correct

The morning cleaner was a crazy 🤪 lady with bad behaviour and have no respect for anyone.

Waited nearly 10 minutes for my order. When it finally arrived, the employee asked for a receipt. I explained that I ordered it on the McDonald’s app , I had no paper receipt. So I had to retrieve it through my App which I started to do. The incredibly rude employee impatiently grabbed my food and took it back into the kitchen. He said once I have my receipt he’ll serve me. I had to raise my voice to get his attention again and call him back from the kitchen. I explained that I had just paid for my food and I now had retrieved the order on my phone. The employee told me to recite the order which I did. I also attempted to show him my order on my phone. Again he snatched the food away and returned to the kitchen. I asked what the problem was, he stated that he wanted me to recite the order. I explained that I just did, but The employee seemed to have difficulty understanding me, or simply chose not to listen. He also refused to read the order on my screen. I started to read the order again and before I could finish, he snatched it again and returned to the kitchen. I could see that he was becoming more recalcitrant. I recited the order again and he picked up each item as I read it out and placed it back in the bag, so there was an increasing hygiene concern. The employee was not wearing a name badge and refused to give me his name. Whilst this was happening the manager was nowhere to be seen. Completely unacceptable behaviour from the employee. To make things worse, one of the items was wrong and had a different order number, so obviously mixed up with someone else’s order. I would normally let a small indiscretion slide but this proves utter incompetence and poor customer service. I Will be taking this to head office.

Coke spilled on all my meal bad ripped

EVERY TIME SO BAD HERE !! Burgers we customise we pay for it and extras and NEVER THERE! Dry horrible packaged so it went everywhere so bad we aren’t happy want a refund as the drink was spilled also thru all the food every single thing so no drink and all food wrong and soggy had to throw out chips cold old and again covered on coke straw unusable burgers wrong a waste of over £21 !!! Never ever will we order from here again want a refund please that’s not acceptable

Late lunch on the day of arrival. You order and pay at the totems, and get in line for collection. They give you the tray and you sit wherever you want. Standard sandwiches like in tt I Mac

Best Mc Donald's we have been too. Lovely fresh hot food with a fast service. It was very clean and nice seating area. Highly recommend.

Over crowded and can't complain about it. Service was good. They never smile as usual but are helpful. Food is awful. No taste. 3 burgers they provided 1 catch up. Double beef cheese burger tasted like cupboard pieces! Milkshake was completely frozen. Spirit was loaded with ice cubes. Never again in McDonald's.

The order arrived cold and 40 mins after original time stated, the driver spilt coke all over the food so it was inedible, and the bag was fully split. This was appalling to say the least. Incredibly upset and mad, will not be ordering again ever.

I didn’t receive the right order. I received my smoothie and fries and a burger. I was meant to receive 4 burgers with 4 fries and complimentary 9 chicken nuggets which I didn’t also get. Delivery timing was fine. Disappointed and I’d like a compensation.

Something about the meal just seemed nice it felt like someone actually cared when they made it! Why was the bun so squishy and lovely? Somehow, it was just the best maccers Ive ever had 😅 Thank you!

All the food came cold and my drink was spilled through the delivery bag. This means I had soaking wet burger and nuggets

If you are travelling in Europe, McDonald's will always save you, both because it is cheap and rich and because you can go to the bathroom for free, only in some places they ask you for the code to enter, it comes on your ticket. There is always a McDonald's nearby that will save you.

I wrote a review earlier and then deleted it as I thought maybe I'm just being stupid, but reading other reviews further down, it seems like undercooked food is a common issue here. I've never experienced this anywhere else. That is a very serious health risk. My last night's order was ready waaay too quickly so the patties were just hot, but looked raw to me and had a raw texture. I was told by the lady with the fancy attire that I've questioned today that "it's hot, so it's fresh" and then she walked away. Mkay. Can you think of anything else that is hot when fresh? I've asked the lady if she's ever seen a burger from the people that call themselves a sort of royalty of this domain and she just mumbled as she walked away. How does this place even exist in such an area? Is it because rich people don't eat here and the poor are just insignificant plebs? What happened to the whole idea of a happy meal? This felt more like depression in a bag. No salt on the chips either. I'd have just shut up if there wasn't a raw chicken burger posted by someone else down below. If the franchise didn't take any corrective action after serving raw chicken, there's a bigger issue here. There were literally 2 orders being prepared when I got mine. We've all seen a McDonald's before, with that fervent and clockwork movement in the kitchen. This looked like a microwave meal. Why? Where's the rush? What's another minute on the grill? Was this even grilled? This isn't a food bank, it's a McDonald's, but apparently that means less than zero these days. Zero pride, zero care. I'm not loving it.

The place always clean thanks to Eva and her colleagues who keep it clean. The toilets need continuous cleaning. There is a wireless charger on our high table. McDonald’s is conveniently situated in prime location. Highly recommended.

Incompetent staff and terrible customer service. The last 3 times they have messed up orders missing complete meals. Everytime I call up they are useless and refuse to send a driver to bring the missing items - same story through just eat, deliveroo and even their own McDonald's app. The food that does arrive is cold or soggy. Useless, don't bother.

Overall experience from whole franchise was going down hill for the past few years and wall or interior redesign doesn't help

Shop with good atmosphere. The staff are hard workers and always try their best to provide a good environment. The clientele is not bad.

Service often seemed stressed, food like in Germany, but slapped together very carelessly. Toilets were in a catastrophic condition. There are seats on the ground floor, but more in the basement.

My order arrived very quickly and the food was delicious.

This is one of the better Mickey Ds in London; cleanish, modern and efficient. And if one comes here early for breakfast you'll also find it's a popular place for people without a shelter of any kind seeking warmth and solace. Nothing wrong with that, whatsoever.

Classic point of sale of the well-known chain. Orders can be placed and paid from convenient totems and there are buses outside. Polite and quick staff. Prices in line with the other points of the chain.

A fairly decent sized restaurant which has been refurb'ed to modern standards to appear bright and airy. A quick and efficient service with friendly staff and a calm atmosphere lend a lot to why although often busy it does not feel manic in here. I do feel that the place could do with being a little bit livelier, but that is - I think - just personal taste. I love the fact that it is twenty four hours here and have used it for my naughty little midnight Maccy D's fixes on numerous occasions just for that factor!! I swear that back in the day there used to be a person playing a piano as you entered? Seems unlikely however, so we will put that down to the addled ramblings of an old mind. Anyway, Enjoy!!...

Missing triple cheeseburger I ordered.

After finishing eating and while my wife was waiting alone for me and our children from the toilet. The person responsible for cleaning on the ground floor asked to vacate the table. A bit complicated with 5 bags and 5 coats to carry everything. We will overlook the fact that she was talking about us to another customer, probably thinking that we did not understand English.

I didn't eat but waited for my friend. I sat on the stairs for 2 min while waiting and was told twice that I can't sit there even though it was for 2 min

If I could give 0 stars I would to the worst manager LESLIE that is serving tonight 27th of June.! The toilet upstairs is out of order with a note on the door. The downstairs toilet area was closed but a lovely cleaner gentleman went to ask her if he could let me take my little girl 3years old who was in tears needing a wee. She said no! I decided to try since I thought after seeing my daughter holding between her legs so desperate she might have a change of heart. The answer from the gremlin was NO again! I’m disgusted to go through that.Even the waiting customers couldn’t believe. I hope that one day she pee in herself when needed a toilet. She’s young so she’s probably not a mother and never needed toilet so badly like you can’t hold! It’s awfully sad and frustrating to see your child in agony.Their brains are not like ours that can control. Nasty lady!!!

Why does the coke taste like cinnamon?

Staff were quite rude and literally throw the bag of food at you. Usually McDonalds staff smile, fold the top of the paper bag over and pass it to you. Here, they shout your number, you step forward and they literally just chuck in front of you and walk away. I’ve visited a number of times and it’s always the same.

Terrible service! ordered first from King Kebab, that never turned up so had to order from somewhere else. Chose McDonalds as it was really local to the hotel....took over 50 minutes from order to delivery! Cyclist delivery man said he had to travel 6 miles to get my order to deliver it to me. Food was stone cold and had to use a hotel microwave to heat it up. Awful service from start to finish. I don't think I will use Just Eat again
