McDonald's in Kensington and Chelsea

Just like almost all McDonald's. The advantage is that it is cheaper here in England than in the Netherlands at McDonald's

Food, service and atmosphere good. Just typical MC Donalds. On the plus side it was clean. Therefore 4 stars.

All orders made by customer at Kiosk. Food was ready in literally 2 minutes.

For a McDonald's you can't really complain. Very clean unit upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of self ordering points to use including downstairs if you feel the need for a team member to bring you your food. Food was hot and typically McDonald's, always greasy but that's expected. From ordering to being called to pick up, it took some time.

We received a great service today by Fatema who was helpful and gave us everything we wanted with her smiling face.

I don't believe it!? I took my project team over for a breakfast birthday treat, and Double Sausage McMuffins were off the menu as no Sausages! How come? A lot of very disgruntled guys

I judge a maccies by its hot chocolate machine and the one at this store is not pumping enough syrup. Not to worry, the closest next one has a great hot choc machine

Cold food. They keep the food longer than theyre suppose to.

Another McDonald's. Lots of seating available when we went as they have a basement seating area. It wasn't busy and we waited slightly longer than expected but food was of McDonalds standard

The food is average—just your typical McDonald's taste. What stood out was the availability of plant-based burgers and vegan-friendly options. However, the store atmosphere was unpleasant. A person who seemed to be under the influence kept wandering around the restaurant, attempting to hug customers, and staff did nothing to stop it. Some employees were friendly, but others were not. One staff member forcefully dropped my order on the counter, making it messy—something they did not do for other customers. Given my Asian appearance, I couldn't help but wonder if this was intentional, despite my polite behavior. I paid for my meal and should not have been treated this way. If you have an issue with a customer, communicate respectfully. I respect you as a person, which is why your behavior was especially disappointing.

Great location and excellent service

We were there at 1 o'clock in the morning and that's how it looked. 2 people totally outside, probably drugs, employees didn't notice them, mess on the floor. At least the food was amazing.

2 days straight, code doesn't work on the app or till. Staff doesn't help.

The coke had spilt all over the food, which made it not edible. There were no fries with the Happy Meal either. The driver was aware and did apologise, however, when I got back to my hotel room it was all sodden.

Clean place food didn’t take too long i go there 3 days a week with my son friendly staff specially induu her name maybe she always greet me by my name and thank you for providing my son crayons he is happy( recommended)

Understaffed, takes ridiculously long time to make orders

Mi novio pidió dos Mcflurry's grandes y consiguió menos de la mitad en ellos. Pedí una mac grande también y se hizo con muy, muy mala presentación y se hizo descuidadamente, parece no comestible. Nuestros chips también fueron arrojados en la bolsa sin consideración también.

You should know that in England, at McDonald's, you first order the hamburgers and then the menus will be communicated to you. You have to know it. After 6 p.m. there is no place to sit and eat quietly. The large room will be closed to you, you don't know why. This is England. Lol

my doghter ordered McDonald's it says its delivered but we didn't receive anything, poor delivery !

The food was very late and cold

Disastrous experience in the McDonald: cold burgers. As two times to heat them again but without success. Terrible hygiene in the toilets…badly managed!

I ordered a Carmel Galaxy Mcflury and got a tangy orange instead, I am allergic to oranges and almost died. I had to be rushed to the emergency room after I have luckily threw up all the orange before any terrible accident might have occurred.

All the seating areas are closed

Could not put a single on saying toilet not in use. Staff have no idea if the toilet is working or not. Very unhelpful. Making someone wait in urgent dire situation. For customers toilet should be always open.

The cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. I got a cheeseburger and it had a generous amount of ketchup and tasted really nice

Drink was tipped upside down and bag was received dripping, half my order was destroyed and just eat refused a refund. They need to do something about how they deliver their drinks

Food is deliveres slow. Normal coke tastes nothing like coke. Toilette is always a mess.

my delivery come in more then 30 minutes and something wrong with my order I don't know what happened delivery boy put my order on the door and he said your fenta glass is falling down please check and review on app you get your money back then he left when I check my order it's totally spoiled I click some pictures in my room with this order package

Cannot complete order correctly. There is a difference between sausage and bacon, but the weekend staff fail to understand this. For many weeks now when I get back to work with order.... it is wrong. Even after checking before leaving now they are wrapping it wrong so it looks as if order is correct

Fui a Mcdonalds de la calle principal de Kensington para un almuerzo rápido. Cuando volví al trabajo descubrí que mi doble cuarto de libra era una sola y solo la mitad de un paquete de papas fritas. No estoy contento ya que no recibí lo que pagué y estaba deseando hacerlo.

The morning cleaner was a crazy 🤪 lady with bad behaviour and have no respect for anyone.

Waited nearly 10 minutes for my order. When it finally arrived, the employee asked for a receipt. I explained that I ordered it on the McDonald’s app , I had no paper receipt. So I had to retrieve it through my App which I started to do. The incredibly rude employee impatiently grabbed my food and took it back into the kitchen. He said once I have my receipt he’ll serve me. I had to raise my voice to get his attention again and call him back from the kitchen. I explained that I had just paid for my food and I now had retrieved the order on my phone. The employee told me to recite the order which I did. I also attempted to show him my order on my phone. Again he snatched the food away and returned to the kitchen. I asked what the problem was, he stated that he wanted me to recite the order. I explained that I just did, but The employee seemed to have difficulty understanding me, or simply chose not to listen. He also refused to read the order on my screen. I started to read the order again and before I could finish, he snatched it again and returned to the kitchen. I could see that he was becoming more recalcitrant. I recited the order again and he picked up each item as I read it out and placed it back in the bag, so there was an increasing hygiene concern. The employee was not wearing a name badge and refused to give me his name. Whilst this was happening the manager was nowhere to be seen. Completely unacceptable behaviour from the employee. To make things worse, one of the items was wrong and had a different order number, so obviously mixed up with someone else’s order. I would normally let a small indiscretion slide but this proves utter incompetence and poor customer service. I Will be taking this to head office.

Coke spilled on all my meal bad ripped

EVERY TIME SO BAD HERE !! Burgers we customise we pay for it and extras and NEVER THERE! Dry horrible packaged so it went everywhere so bad we aren’t happy want a refund as the drink was spilled also thru all the food every single thing so no drink and all food wrong and soggy had to throw out chips cold old and again covered on coke straw unusable burgers wrong a waste of over £21 !!! Never ever will we order from here again want a refund please that’s not acceptable

Late lunch on the day of arrival. You order and pay at the totems, and get in line for collection. They give you the tray and you sit wherever you want. Standard sandwiches like in tt I Mac

Best Mc Donald's we have been too. Lovely fresh hot food with a fast service. It was very clean and nice seating area. Highly recommend.

Over crowded and can't complain about it. Service was good. They never smile as usual but are helpful. Food is awful. No taste. 3 burgers they provided 1 catch up. Double beef cheese burger tasted like cupboard pieces! Milkshake was completely frozen. Spirit was loaded with ice cubes. Never again in McDonald's.

The order arrived cold and 40 mins after original time stated, the driver spilt coke all over the food so it was inedible, and the bag was fully split. This was appalling to say the least. Incredibly upset and mad, will not be ordering again ever.

Fries could be more crispy ,too floppy,otherwise all good.

I didn’t receive the right order. I received my smoothie and fries and a burger. I was meant to receive 4 burgers with 4 fries and complimentary 9 chicken nuggets which I didn’t also get. Delivery timing was fine. Disappointed and I’d like a compensation.

Ordered two drinks and a simple burger took over 20 minutes absolute joke saw the drinks and food sitting on a counter with no one handing food to customers too obsessed with deliveroo and Uber eats over actual in-store customers
