Best MC’ds I’ve ever had. Half the price of America. Just wanna shout out to the lady with cat eye make up constantly walking around sweeping inside and out. She deserves a raise. Hardest working MCD employee I have ever seen.

Called the wrong number and almost gave my order to someone else. The place is constantly full of people just loitering about using the wifi or killing time . The toilets/downstairs area is regularly closed off so everyone is using the disabled toilet so you can imagine the state of that.

Worst hot chocolate everytime, it basically taste like hot water, same thing everytime that I will no longer buy from here.

Good selection, sometimes different burgers than in Germany. Really good for a little hunger in between meals. And super clean!

Totally reliable but portion sizes are shrinking

The fries at this McDonald's were outstanding, receiving a flawless rating of ten out of ten. They were delivered hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned with salt. In contrast, the double cheeseburger had an odd flavor; it appeared to be lacking in taste, potentially due to a modification in the bread. I intend to visit a different location to see if their cheeseburger has a comparable taste. On a brighter note, the staff was pleasant and amiable during my visit, contributing to a delightful experience. The chicken strips were satisfactory.

McDonald's on Kensington High Street often gives good customer service. The waiting time was not long despite the lunch rush hour.

The frizzy drinks came laydown, split in all bag and after in my place and affect even one of the burgers.

one of the best McDonalds in the central. open 24hrs and has excellent customer service. quick with food processing. No drive thru, though, if you are looking to drive down there. Fast service from Parking is Limited

I had my hands full to go to this Maccies, manager was really nice and helpful to check our takeaway to make sure nothing was missing. But Hamburglar still found his way to take away my Philly Cheese Stack before I left the store….😆

Just like almost all McDonald's. The advantage is that it is cheaper here in England than in the Netherlands at McDonald's

For a McDonald's you can't really complain. Very clean unit upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of self ordering points to use including downstairs if you feel the need for a team member to bring you your food. Food was hot and typically McDonald's, always greasy but that's expected. From ordering to being called to pick up, it took some time.

We received a great service today by Fatema who was helpful and gave us everything we wanted with her smiling face.

I don't believe it!? I took my project team over for a breakfast birthday treat, and Double Sausage McMuffins were off the menu as no Sausages! How come? A lot of very disgruntled guys

I judge a maccies by its hot chocolate machine and the one at this store is not pumping enough syrup. Not to worry, the closest next one has a great hot choc machine

Having made the order over £20 to receive 6 chicken nuggets as stated we received our order without chicken nuggets included. Very disappointed

Another McDonald's. Lots of seating available when we went as they have a basement seating area. It wasn't busy and we waited slightly longer than expected but food was of McDonalds standard

The food is average—just your typical McDonald's taste. What stood out was the availability of plant-based burgers and vegan-friendly options. However, the store atmosphere was unpleasant. A person who seemed to be under the influence kept wandering around the restaurant, attempting to hug customers, and staff did nothing to stop it. Some employees were friendly, but others were not. One staff member forcefully dropped my order on the counter, making it messy—something they did not do for other customers. Given my Asian appearance, I couldn't help but wonder if this was intentional, despite my polite behavior. I paid for my meal and should not have been treated this way. If you have an issue with a customer, communicate respectfully. I respect you as a person, which is why your behavior was especially disappointing.

Great location and excellent service

We were there at 1 o'clock in the morning and that's how it looked. 2 people totally outside, probably drugs, employees didn't notice them, mess on the floor. At least the food was amazing.

2 days straight, code doesn't work on the app or till. Staff doesn't help.

The coke had spilt all over the food, which made it not edible. There were no fries with the Happy Meal either. The driver was aware and did apologise, however, when I got back to my hotel room it was all sodden.

Clean place food didn’t take too long i go there 3 days a week with my son friendly staff specially induu her name maybe she always greet me by my name and thank you for providing my son crayons he is happy( recommended)

Mi novio pidió dos Mcflurry's grandes y consiguió menos de la mitad en ellos. Pedí una mac grande también y se hizo con muy, muy mala presentación y se hizo descuidadamente, parece no comestible. Nuestros chips también fueron arrojados en la bolsa sin consideración también.

You should know that in England, at McDonald's, you first order the hamburgers and then the menus will be communicated to you. You have to know it. After 6 p.m. there is no place to sit and eat quietly. The large room will be closed to you, you don't know why. This is England. Lol

my doghter ordered McDonald's it says its delivered but we didn't receive anything, poor delivery !

I ordered a Carmel Galaxy Mcflury and got a tangy orange instead, I am allergic to oranges and almost died. I had to be rushed to the emergency room after I have luckily threw up all the orange before any terrible accident might have occurred.

Could not put a single on saying toilet not in use. Staff have no idea if the toilet is working or not. Very unhelpful. Making someone wait in urgent dire situation. For customers toilet should be always open.
