McDonald's in Kensington and Chelsea

delivery ordered for 8.15am arrived 9am. food was slightly colf.

My food comes cold and fries was in half

I stayed in an area close to Brompton Rd in London where there was a huge concentration of eating establishments but when you want a McDonalds fry only their fry will do. My face smiled when I realized we had one in our temporary neighborhood. I walked in and I was amazed at the efficiency the quality and the friendliness of the staff. I had to shoot a short video…I asked… to share the modernization of this McDonalds that not only shortened the wait time but a real plus was the food was hot!!! I am not sure if the food is more expensive compared to USA because I didn’t care because I wanted my fries , Big Mac and a Coca Cola that tasted like a Coca Cola. I had just comeback from India and Sri Lanka and I was having a MAC ATTACK WHO ever owns this franchise you are lucky to have a great team and more importantly a team that CARES.

I gave a tip of £2 but noticed on his mobile going to another house quite a way for my food to be barely warm. You know what that means for chips. I am reluctant to go elsewhere as this place is 5minutesaway.

I would love to have first floor open It gives enough space It’s cosier But in general security guy is super friendly, staff is quick

Missed food off our order and then got kicked out of downstairs seating because it closed at 4.30. There were no signs saying that. Ridiculous.

Generally dirty, the food is just like everywhere else at McDonald's

It makes a change to get piping hot food from Maccy’s and have them get your order right first time! Sadly they are a victim of their own success, the place was rammed solid, no available seating upstairs or downstairs and people queuing out the door. Finished up sitting on the bench across the road and having to share my fries with the pigeons.

The MD food is better in London than America better options and prices

Food was left outside the front door and left to get stone cold as driver never knocked my door , if he did my dog would of barked

If your branches do not like honouring the receipt code offers, then please discontinue it. Getting fed up with it being made difficult to do so. Kiosks do not seem to accept codes, meaning have to use front counter. This branch was exceptionally rude when I tried to redeem one. Just walked put in the end, without placing any order. Will not be returning here in a future visit to the area.

There's not much choice ... bland hamburgers... disappointed..

This shop was extremely busy, especially to say it was the day before New Year’s Eve. To say it was so busy I got my order extremely quickly and the food was hot.

If you take a small menu, you can quickly get your order; they didn’t give you napkins for the potatoes. Good view of the road if you sit at the top

A 'grab n go' McDs !!!! Seating upstairs, but not relaxing as very cramped. Mobile charging hotspots not working. Food quality was very as was service.

I ordered chilli crispy wrap, and they make a huge mistake by putting BBQ Bacon crispy wrap, and i am allergic to bacon, and i do NOT eat it at all, but this mcdonald’s branch force me to eat that !!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE

For a busy fast food chain. Can’t complain. Ordered £30’s worth of food and only waited 5 mins. It was very busy but the service was fast and straight forward. Seating is downstairs which is only small space. But managed to find a seat.

Llegamos a McDonalds Brompton Road durante un almuerzo ocupado y pedimos 33 comidas para nuestro viaje escolar. Intentamos usar la aplicación, pero no funcionó, así que en su lugar el increíble gerente tomó nuestro ENORME pedido en la caja. Took ages to find a seat. People were at tables who looked as if they'd been there for ages. Took ages to get food which was then only luke warm and poorly presented. Not an enjoyable experience at all really.

Small but good place an hot food

They are too slow to take order, to serve as well. I have ordered bacon mayo but they gave me double cheese burger and when I went back for the food, the lady was saying this is bacon mayo they I asked if it was where is the chicken? It’s cheese burger and I sis in law already bite on this. Then she changed that for me.

food ordered for 8.45am. food delivered at 10am my friend left at 9 15 without her food. food was old and hash browns were cold and greasy. could not even cancel the order so i could not order ftom somewhere else. resraurent did not answer call. very upset.

Toilets were not clean The food was cold and wrong order (extra burger that we didn’t word-gave it to a homeless person not with the cold fries that would be cruel) Ohhh and we tried the toffee apple pie OMG couldn’t taste the apple or toffee plus it was extra small - WOW! What happened there? Expected better and NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE OF MCDONALDS!

The milkshake was too thick to drink as it hadn't been whisked sufficiently. My hamburger was the thinnest I have ever had. My grandson's chicken nuggets and our fries were fine.

I can't believe that I have to write this review. I know it's McDonald's and expectations are not high but I can believe it's worst here in London. I ordered the Mcrib and I can't believe I was so disappointed. It was dry and lack onions and sauce. At least they have a salad option, which was decent. The cafe latte was also so-so. McDonald's in the America way better than in GB, and that's not saying much.

Ordered 3meals, one of it was missing. Disappointed. Not first time ordering and having the same experience. Is rather somebody else’s incompetence or simply someone is stealing.

Ordered a meal via the app and this is restaurant in charge,I didn’t get my meal of 11.94 and no where to cancel on the app,I contacted through the virtual assistance wasn’t able to help so the day I got the MC Donald’s contact centre I was told I can’t get a refund for meal I didn’t take that I paid for because I didn’t call within 48hrs instead of them to investigate and make their customer their priority,very poor service indeed

Very packed and very loud , literally no seats to sit on. The tables were dirty. However even with the crowd the food tasted amazing and quality wasn't taken out of the equation.

Tashwin the manager in the white shirt has terrible customer service skills and will lie to not have to do the job he's asked....

All tables where dirty as were the toilets.

I ordered nuggets with sweet and sour dip but there is no dip in the bag. And my friend ordered a salad but they didn’t provide the cutlery in the bag. The service of staff (probably the manager) was really bad. Very dissatisfied.

Well organised and fairly clean for such a busy fast food centre. Seating upstairs and downstairs with toilets located on the top floor, loverly staff... Typical McDonald's

The food was not the same standard that we get in Australia. The chicken rap was very dry and chewie. However food in London is very expensive and when you need a top-up while sightseeing it's ok.
