Basic McDonalds, not much room for dine-in Clean, met expectations

A store with good business There is a QR CODE on the table to order food But only for locals There is a self-service ordering machine downstairs Don’t be afraid of ordering in English🤣 I saw something similar to the happy hour package Light it up immediately! ! Chicken nuggets are delicious 😋 It just tastes like McDonald's chicken nuggets Burger🍔McChicken Really don’t make trouble ~ it’s too hard and the lettuce 🥬 falls into a ball I really don’t recommend the burger ~ I ordered it wrong🤣

Toilets were not clean The food was cold and wrong order (extra burger that we didn’t word-gave it to a homeless person not with the cold fries that would be cruel) Ohhh and we tried the toffee apple pie OMG couldn’t taste the apple or toffee plus it was extra small - WOW! What happened there? Expected better and NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE OF MCDONALDS!

The milkshake was too thick to drink as it hadn't been whisked sufficiently. My hamburger was the thinnest I have ever had. My grandson's chicken nuggets and our fries were fine.

Terrible service, employee with no training in customer service. grumpy employees.

I can't believe that I have to write this review. I know it's McDonald's and expectations are not high but I can believe it's worst here in London. I ordered the Mcrib and I can't believe I was so disappointed. It was dry and lack onions and sauce. At least they have a salad option, which was decent. The cafe latte was also so-so. McDonald's in the America way better than in GB, and that's not saying much.

Ordered a meal via the app and this is restaurant in charge,I didn’t get my meal of 11.94 and no where to cancel on the app,I contacted through the virtual assistance wasn’t able to help so the day I got the MC Donald’s contact centre I was told I can’t get a refund for meal I didn’t take that I paid for because I didn’t call within 48hrs instead of them to investigate and make their customer their priority,very poor service indeed

The staff are rude and the food portions are smaller than normal. Not worth the money. One question will make then offended? Can I get a refund? Can I have that without ketchup?

McDonald's is McDonald's, quite crowded, but in a good location

I ordered 3 wraps, one burger and one fries and the manager just gave me one box of ketchup and refused to give me more because he said he had to pay the ketchup himself…. I couldn’t believe, since when theres a limit on the sauce you use on a burger shop? Is ridiculous

Very packed and very loud , literally no seats to sit on. The tables were dirty. However even with the crowd the food tasted amazing and quality wasn't taken out of the equation.

Tashwin the manager in the white shirt has terrible customer service skills and will lie to not have to do the job he's asked....

The classic McDonald's, clean place, fast service but don't expect anything different from the Italian ones apart from the significantly lower prices

I ordered nuggets with sweet and sour dip but there is no dip in the bag. And my friend ordered a salad but they didn’t provide the cutlery in the bag. The service of staff (probably the manager) was really bad. Very dissatisfied.

All tables where dirty as were the toilets.

Crowded but highly efficiently run branch. Food comes very quickly despite being smaller. Seating and toilets upstairs. Ice cream was excellent, unlike some branches

No where to sit when you eventually get your food, eat in or take away didn't matter, lots of people saying take away then sat in restaurant. One young lady trying her best to keep the place clean

Well organised and fairly clean for such a busy fast food centre. Seating upstairs and downstairs with toilets located on the top floor, loverly staff... Typical McDonald's

The food was not the same standard that we get in Australia. The chicken rap was very dry and chewie. However food in London is very expensive and when you need a top-up while sightseeing it's ok.

Food was as expected. That part is 3 starts but.... They didnt bring the food to the table while they had the means to do it. It was also cold like a fridge.

terrible service! I took a large menu and a salad. I only found the sandwich in my bag. I pointed out to the clerk the complete lack of salad, only to find myself without the PAID chips! DO NOT STAY THROUGH HERE

Toilets seem to be broken all the time, employees are a bit overwhelmed and not particularly clean.

As usual, it has not changed, the quantity has not changed, and the taste has been the same for years. The prices are very acceptable, but the quality of the food is not something I recommend.

They don't give you the receipt and they mixed up the drinks which is dangerous if you have special dietary needs. This was not a good representation of McDonald's and what I expect from the franchise.

Food was fast and what you'd expect from McDonald's. Establishment was over run with customers and not enough staff to keep up with the matinence. No toilet roll in the toilets or seats to eat in so you were having to wait ages.

The problem with their branch is the tables in the upper floor, which is very difficult for those with children and a stroller. It is difficult to move around, and there is no lyft.

Average at best. Could be faster at cleaning tables. Never liked the smaller Donald's with seating crammed in upstairs. With the amount of cash Ronald rakes in it'd be nice if they spent some making the restaurants bigger and cleaner especially in London..But that's not going to happen is it so we'll just shut up and carry on visiting the same sup par burger joint more than we visit our own mum's.

Simply and utterly disgusting. Some of the food was ok, fries were not done and gross. Bathroom was a complete mess. Dining room and tables not clean, but hey, they have someone standing by the trash receptacle to help you decide what’s recyclable or not. Don’t even take your chances with this place!

Bag was torn /wet, food was cold. The driver was also going to complain about this as he too found it appalling.

The tables are not cleaned and are disgusting. The lady who is there for that doesn't even have a cloth to clean the tables. One and no more.

app says order is delivered, we haven't received our order, refund in full including delievery charges as we paid delivery also. and ask the delivery guy where is our order? rate him zero stars. on inquiring security guy in another building informed us that he showed the delivery guy the address but he left on his bike without delivering the order.

Very close to the well-known Harrods and the entire adjacent street of the most luxury fashion, there is this small fast food restaurant. Orders are all via totem and payments are all cashless. Wide assortment of dishes (in line with all the chain's outlets in England). Average prices. It has a decent number of seats. Cleanliness of the rooms acceptable.

Not really food with any real nutritional value

I really just want to say my part here; it's really difficult to be able to place a McDonald's fillet fish review but honestly .....they've cut the size of the cheese in half and uped the prices and quality. .it is just crap now... it's so disappointing! I have to pay for extra cheese ....so technically they give us half a slice of cheese in a bun. The regular slice of cheese they use is designed for one bun and they give us half of that...so we have to pay more money to get what we sould be getting. Honestly , it's crap, and I'm so disappointed. In addition, the chips are always cold and hard. I think I'm just going to give up on MacDonalds all together!

Already complained directly to McDonalds. A real let down. Food took too long, was sub-standard quality and no available seating forced us to eat on the street.

The place was very small and without space, it created uncomfortable situations of having to arrive on time to raffle the places, in addition to being very cramped.

A Mcdonalds like many others. Lunch at rush hour. Very crowded. Food was as expected. Finding a place where to eat was easy (guess I was lucky). Toilet was clean.

Classic Mac but unlike others in big cities this one is quite spacious and we even found some seats at rush hour the structure is made up of 3 floors... prestigious position as it is only 100 meters from the Harrods department store... more bathrooms or less clean and quick in preparing sandwiches…

Came here for a quick meal, as I was starving. Ordered via app, waited for my number to the side, it was packed. But the staff were polite, I got my order and it was super fresh and hot. 10/10.

Was helped by a beautiful young member of staff called Riya to make my order as I was unfamiliar with the way it worked very helpful and such a beautiful smile

Dire atmosphere and dirty worn tables with staff who didn’t acknowledge our question or attempted to clear tables. Left immediately.

i don't recommend burger crispy - i wasn't get any sos inside so was hard to eat:( meat would be good if not so much spicy iced drink strawberry is good
