Buena comida de Nando como siempre con buenos camareros. l como siempre visito cuando estoy en Londres. Solo decepcionado ya que después de gastar 20 libras para la cena pidió llevar 2 sobres de salsa picante al hotel conmigo y me dijeron por el gerente que tenía que comprar una botella. Como viajo mañana no tiene sentido comprar una botella, ya que tendría que dejarla en el aeropuerto, pero su tono para algo que probablemente le cueste menos de 5 p.m. me sorprendió.

It's Nando's. If you like Nando's, you will like this restaurant. The chicken was cooked well, the staff were welcoming and helpful. It is very...cozy, but even at peak time on a Monday and Tuesday I didn't have to wait for a table. I *was* a party of 1, but still, I liked not having to wait. Larger parties might struggle, though, due to the size.

Grilled chicken etc. is offered here, there is no service here, you have to go and get the drinks, cutlery etc. here yourself. We ordered the boneless chicken platter for 2 people. It was good but value for money even for England is well, at least with this record. It's better to order a whole chicken then you'll be full and it's cheaper. The conclusion is that you can do it, but you don't have to.

Dreadful service. Having lived in Kensington for 15 years I don’t expect such service. Two of us came in, and being it wasn’t very busy, instead of letting us sit on a slightly bigger table as we had a lot of possessions they wanted to stick us in the back. We said we would move if ppl came, but the manager Delfim refused after saying it would be busy later, so we left. Other people were already sitting on tables not suitable for their party size. Having dined at Michelin star restaurants all my life, the snobbery of a Nando’s is crazy when tables are empty. The staff should also be asked to improve how they present themselves, as it currently makes this Nando’s less appealing to go too. We were only at a lovely Japanese restaurant locally so we walked past the Nando’s after we finished around an hour later and it had less people than before. Terrible service and organisation. Nando’s should find a new manager for Earl’s Court, if they want their revenue to increase!

Disappointing Customer Service at Nando's, Earls Court Road. Dear Nando's Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service my friend and I experienced at your Earls Court Road location today 07/01/24 at 18:07 PM. We visited for dinner and to catch up, requesting a table near the entrance. Unfortunately, no one acknowledged our request. We were then seated at a table at the back of the restaurant, which lacked atmosphere. When we asked again to be seated near the entrance, we were told that the table was for four people, despite there being multiple other tables for four available and other customers were on tables that did not fit the requirements as Delfim preached. In my many years of dining at Nando's locations, this was by far the worst service I've encountered. We even offered to move if a larger group arrived, but our request was still denied. This entire experience could have been avoided. My friend and I ate at a local Japanese restaurant a few mins away from this Nandos location, when walking past on our way back the same table we requested and the restaurant was empty. Delfim, the staff member responsible, chose to disregard our reasonable request, leaving us upset and dissatisfied. It seems to me that Delfim lack's the necessary experience and training to properly manage such situations. A more thoughtful and customer-focused approach could have ensured that we left as satisfied customers, with a positive review. I urge you to provide further training for Delfim on proper customer service and etiquette. If he cannot grasp the basic principles of customer service, it may be best for him to reconsider his role in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, I am compelled to rate this experience as extremely disappointing, and if possible, I would give it zero stars.

When I was almost finished I noticed that my chicken was a bit pink still. I thought I imagined it since you’re specialized in chicken. However today I can’t stop vomitting and shitting all over the place. I got food poisening according to my doctor and since Nando’s was the only place where I ate yesterday and my friend and I ordered the exact same thing and we both are sick now I am 100% Sure it was because of this place. Staff is very friendly tho

Staff was so friendly and accommodating of an allergy - the people and the food made this a great first experience at a well known chicken joint we’d been looking forward to trying ! Medium heat wild herb sauce was so tasty 🔥

Nandos at Earl’s Court delivered one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, the team was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home. A special shoutout to Neha, who went above and beyond to make our visit even more enjoyable. Her helpfulness and warmth truly made the experience stand out. I had the halloumi salad with avocado, and it was absolutely perfect—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying— didn’t feel shortchanged as a vegetarian in any way. My son ordered the Fanta wings with corn on the cob, beans, and mashed potatoes, and he couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was. The wings were cooked to perfection, and the sides complemented them beautifully. Top 10 of all restaurant experiences we’ve ever had and defo #1 spot for chain restaurants… special, memorable, and beyond expectations. We can’t wait to go back to this location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for incredible food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere!

Lovely place to just walk in and eat. Brilliant quality and food it was on the lower side of £10 to £20 for just me and would be a great outing. Very kid friendly but was also pretty small so bad for big big families. If you want big family options pizza express is good and nearby

Nice meal. Please note, spicy is really spicy! You can take/refill your own drinks and sauces. Enough choice on the menu. I would come back here.

The food was delicious and varied. The burger was just a little cold. There are many different sauces and drinks can be refilled multiple times. The service is very nice and we were warmly welcomed. The price is a bit more expensive for a fast food restaurant, but as we all know, nothing is really cheap in London.

Nice clean open space, great food and great service

We are passing through London, we saw the place on Google map and we wanted to give it a try. Until now, it has been the place where we have been treated best, as if we were at home. The waiters are very friendly and dedicated; We didn't know whether to take water and they offered us glasses to fill them directly. As for the food, a lot of flavor and a lot of spice! If you are not tolerant of spice, I recommend not choosing any additives and going for the "plan...ish". In short, a very positive experience, I hope to return soon, or I hope they open one in Spain!!

Service was ok but my chicken tasted great, per usual. Nando’s rarely disappoints! They did accidentally bring breast when we asked for all legs in our orders but they promptly corrected the issue.

Good place to eat with a great value for money. Grilled chicken with different accompaniments and spicy sauces, which you can choose the level of intensity, a sure hit. We ordered a dish for two to share with four accompaniments and it was all really good. Then you can select the sauce you want from those available. The wild herbs one was especially good. The waitress who served us, July, helped us with everything and was very friendly.

A gem located just two minutes away from the tube station Earl's Court. The medium spicy butterfly chicken with chips and coleslaw was simply fantastic! The interior itself was cozy, clean and only a little compact - but not uncomfortable. I enjoyed dining here after my flight and will definitely return when I have the chance!

Reliably Good chicken for high prices. Reliable taste but it is pricey! I always get the butterfly chicken platter which you can select what sides you want! Peri mac n cheese did not taste like piri2 at all it was just mid. But i love their grains salad. Fries were alright too. Been here twice already.

Boll-ox service and hygiene . Avoid at all costs

The meal is quite unique. The barbecued chicken dishes are paired with different spiciness and sauces, and are paired with French fries, burgers, wraps and other foods to form a wonderful meal that is worth savoring.

We had to wait for a considerable time to be seated. Once we ordered the portion of chicken was smaller than usual. However a lady called brigitta was very nice, friendly, funny and welcoming. Can nandos please reconsider the portions. Thank you brigitta for being a happy person and putting a smile on our faces.

Ordered grilled chicken thigh and wings with sides of colesaw, fries, corns and garlic breads. All of them tasted good with reasonable price. Dipping with spicy garlic sauces brought grilled chickens stronger flavor. Recommended.

Delicious burger with side dishes like rice and salad. It tasted freshly prepared. Strawberry dragonfriut juice was good with it. Location on the street.

This Nando’s location is a great place to eat. The young man who served my mom and I was super friendly and helpful. The food was great too, I really enjoyed the sides as well as the entree. The meal here was a highlight of my trip to London.

Good food, good service, great sauces. The chicken is good and has a grilled taste. The sauces bring out the flavor and aren't oily, very light, and simple. It's definitely worth getting some to takeaway! If you want a healthy chicken meal with flavor, this is the place.

This was the second attempt to eat and was totally ignored. They sat another party next to us and were served immediately. This is horrible customer service. I know that in this country people do not work on tips but you have to have some kind of customer service.

This Nando's is close to my hotel and really close to the Earl's Court Station, so me and my boyfriend tried the first night to dinner and we became fans! We went 3 more times ☺️ Everything is clean, well done, the food is delicious 👌🏻

This Nando’s has improved its service and its fro yo machine is working for the first time. Fresh veg are a bonus and good besides….corn on the cob, broccoli.

Portuguese restaurant but without Portuguese meals.... no cod, bites, nothing. Only chicken, and they're not Portuguese, they're so spicy.

I love the chicken! Also, I really super love the cole slaw. It was the best I've ever had, including during those many years when I ate cole slaw twice a day. Also the piri-piri sauce was excellent and delicious, brimming with delicious excellence throughout the majority of the meal, both before and after. I've eaten there 6 times in 2 days. I'm running out of time to eat there. I don't even have enough time to get hungry between meals. I just keep eating on a full stomach. I also love the spicy rice dish that I received on the side. It was excellent and delicious when I ate it with my meal. I'm going back tomorrow right when they open. The guy remembered me cuz I'm nice and I sound like Sylvester Stallone. I love their corn on the cob! It's as good as the macaroni and cheese, which is so excellent and delicious in its own right. The halloumi is better than anything you ate during the entirety of the 90s. I love it!

I am a regular nandos customer, I know what to expect when I come into any chain but this was the WORST I’ve been too so far. Me and my boyfriend went just after valentines and the food was terrible. People around us were leaving unhappy and complaining to the staff. I ordered the same thing I usually get which is quarter chicken with rice and mash and the rice was severely over cooked. The chicken was under cooked and make my boyfriend throw up the next day. The server was completely understanding and got me a different side. You could tell she was trying her best. Aside from the service, this is the worst nandos I’ve been to. Don’t recommend.

One of the few establishments in the UK where I was offered free refills. The food here was as good as any Nandos, which means you can get fast food with a lot of healthy options, and it will be delicious. There was an attendant moving around the room and checking on each table, which I thought was a nice touch. I also appreciate the worker named Jamie, who was exceptionally friendly.

You can only place an order with a QR code. Ridiculous.... It was eventually resolved...being able to order from someone.

The place was good and the food too but the most important thing was the workers there especially the guy who was on the till I asked his name just to do this review because he was super polite, kind, all the time with a smile, helping us.. his name is Emmanuel golshaie and his colleague was super nice too (I couldn’t ask his name).

Got a bad table, half self-service, the food was lousy

Bad service. Nobody explains how to order (it has to be via cell phone) and the food takes a long time. We waited more than 45 minutes without being served. We asked for a refund of what we had already paid and left. I do not recommend

I had an amazing experience at Nando's Earl's Court! Despite there being fewer tables to sit, my wife and I went for the extra hot half chicken, garlic bread, and peri-naise, and it was absolutely delicious. We had a great time there, and I'm so glad we chose to dine at Nando's.

Waiting since 19.47 it’s now 20.41 still waiting hungry and angry for the food.. they said 5 more minits..frustrating! And a family before left also the restaurant without food!!!

It's a little spicy for me because I'm very sensitive but the service is wonderful. They treated me very well as soon as they knew about the spice.

We came here on the off chance we could get a seat it was raining and it was cold but we only had to wait a few mins for a table the staff were really nice it was a bit cramped but all in all the food was great and we were in and out within 30 mins so perfect. There were a lot of delivery drivers tho and one rudely banged on the window above our heads to get the staff's attention that was the only slight issue we had

Nandos c’est pas ouf ! Concernant la cuisine : Le poulet est bon certes mais c’est tout le Mac & cheese trop de chapelure qui rend le truc encore plus fade. Le fully loaded chips : c’est inutile des frites sans goût avec du poulet et un peu de sauce histoire de relevé le goût Le garlic bread c’est du pain grillé au beurre aucun goût d’ail dessus. Le maïs était quand à lui délicieux Mention 2 étoiles car le ice tea lemon est très bon ! Pour le service, alors là c’est le summum on nous demande de passer commande seul via le QR code et de récupérer sur le côté des couverts, mouchoir et sauces. La prochaine fois on passera directement en cuisine carrément. Donc en fait ils nous servent nos plats c’est tout on fait tout tout seul ! Sur le lieu ; on est les un sur les autres.
