I love the chicken! Also, I really super love the cole slaw. It was the best I've ever had, including during those many years when I ate cole slaw twice a day. Also the piri-piri sauce was excellent and delicious, brimming with delicious excellence throughout the majority of the meal, both before and after. I've eaten there 6 times in 2 days. I'm running out of time to eat there. I don't even have enough time to get hungry between meals. I just keep eating on a full stomach. I also love the spicy rice dish that I received on the side. It was excellent and delicious when I ate it with my meal. I'm going back tomorrow right when they open. The guy remembered me cuz I'm nice and I sound like Sylvester Stallone. I love their corn on the cob! It's as good as the macaroni and cheese, which is so excellent and delicious in its own right. The halloumi is better than anything you ate during the entirety of the 90s. I love it!

One of the few establishments in the UK where I was offered free refills. The food here was as good as any Nandos, which means you can get fast food with a lot of healthy options, and it will be delicious. There was an attendant moving around the room and checking on each table, which I thought was a nice touch. I also appreciate the worker named Jamie, who was exceptionally friendly.

I am a regular nandos customer, I know what to expect when I come into any chain but this was the WORST I’ve been too so far. Me and my boyfriend went just after valentines and the food was terrible. People around us were leaving unhappy and complaining to the staff. I ordered the same thing I usually get which is quarter chicken with rice and mash and the rice was severely over cooked. The chicken was under cooked and make my boyfriend throw up the next day. The server was completely understanding and got me a different side. You could tell she was trying her best. Aside from the service, this is the worst nandos I’ve been to. Don’t recommend.

You can only place an order with a QR code. Ridiculous.... It was eventually resolved...being able to order from someone.

Got a bad table, half self-service, the food was lousy

The place was good and the food too but the most important thing was the workers there especially the guy who was on the till I asked his name just to do this review because he was super polite, kind, all the time with a smile, helping us.. his name is Emmanuel golshaie and his colleague was super nice too (I couldn’t ask his name).

Bad service. Nobody explains how to order (it has to be via cell phone) and the food takes a long time. We waited more than 45 minutes without being served. We asked for a refund of what we had already paid and left. I do not recommend

I had an amazing experience at Nando's Earl's Court! Despite there being fewer tables to sit, my wife and I went for the extra hot half chicken, garlic bread, and peri-naise, and it was absolutely delicious. We had a great time there, and I'm so glad we chose to dine at Nando's.

Waiting since 19.47 it’s now 20.41 still waiting hungry and angry for the food.. they said 5 more minits..frustrating! And a family before left also the restaurant without food!!!

It's a little spicy for me because I'm very sensitive but the service is wonderful. They treated me very well as soon as they knew about the spice.

Quick and easy ordering through the app or QR code. Seating limited and a bit cramped when full (needed to ask someone else to move to get out from table).

Great service. When I informed them they missed out something in my order, they immediately offered their apologies and started preparing it right away. The food was great and I'd particularly recommend the halloumi fries.

As a non-chicken lover, I loved the limited edition pita with chicken and spicy sauce, the little salad to remove the fat is the finishing touch

I like it. The service staff is very kind and the salad and chicken are delicious😋. The drinks and ice cream are great and reasonably priced. This is less than 18. There were not many seats and it was already full when we left.

We came here on the off chance we could get a seat it was raining and it was cold but we only had to wait a few mins for a table the staff were really nice it was a bit cramped but all in all the food was great and we were in and out within 30 mins so perfect. There were a lot of delivery drivers tho and one rudely banged on the window above our heads to get the staff's attention that was the only slight issue we had

Nandos c’est pas ouf ! Concernant la cuisine : Le poulet est bon certes mais c’est tout le Mac & cheese trop de chapelure qui rend le truc encore plus fade. Le fully loaded chips : c’est inutile des frites sans goût avec du poulet et un peu de sauce histoire de relevé le goût Le garlic bread c’est du pain grillé au beurre aucun goût d’ail dessus. Le maïs était quand à lui délicieux Mention 2 étoiles car le ice tea lemon est très bon ! Pour le service, alors là c’est le summum on nous demande de passer commande seul via le QR code et de récupérer sur le côté des couverts, mouchoir et sauces. La prochaine fois on passera directement en cuisine carrément. Donc en fait ils nous servent nos plats c’est tout on fait tout tout seul ! Sur le lieu ; on est les un sur les autres.

El Nandos nunca falla. El pollo siempre delicioso y muchas guarniciones a elegir.

Perfect meal with work colleagues

5 out of 5. Best Nando’s I’ve had in years. Would eat here all the time if I lived in London. Popped in for lunch with my family. We are on holiday from Australia. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Had a pita, burger, chicken and chips. All delicious. Well prepared. Freshly made. Nothing was old or stale. Venue and toilets were clean. Staff highly attentive. On arrival they checked if we had been to a Nando’s before and if we had any allergies. I liked that they had a section near the back for mums with smaller babes that was a bit warmer. Nice touch.

Love stopping at this location every time we are in town. Fast service and wonderful staff.

Had a really nice meal here the service was really good. Only issue that I feel is a big one is they had brougtmht our THREE starters out and we hadn't barely eaten one when they asked us twice if we wanted our main, which I could see sitting on the side having been cooked long before it was needed, it wasn't even busy. Otherwise cannot fault it

Can’t go wrong with nandos my chicken was a little dry than it usually is but it was nice my halloumi was nice. This Nando’s is really small so if your looking to go in a group don’t come to this one the toilet is down stairs they probably should of put some seating down stairs to it’s so cramped in there. The atmosphere was loud as the music was overbearing and get freezing then just stopped all together but overall I had a good experience

First time here. The staff explained how ordering worked easily. The food was really good. The peri peri chicken was great. Sunset burger tasted great. Loaded chips were good. As were the olives.

Great place to eat! The staff was outstanding and welcoming, making us feel at home. They were so focused on their customers, more so than more expensive restaurants. The food was delivered hot and fresh to the table by a friendly server who checked back a couple of times to see if we needed anything else. The chicken was cooked to perfection!

This Nando’s is super super small with only about 8-10 tables (there’s 2 random ones hidden at the back). The restaurant is located in a super busy area and the layout means that the waiting area is packed with people watching you eat (as the seats in this area are directly opposite the diners). It makes you feel super rushed and uncomfortable- with a restaurant this small quick table turnover must be key to making a decent profit but creating an environment to rush diners is just not it. Food was good- mash was piping hot, chicken was strangely lukewarm. I wouldn’t come back to this specific Nando’s unfortunately!

The best chicken you will have, I recommend the 4 boneless chicken thighs. The service even better, Jamie is super nice, friendly and everything you would want in a waiter.

Racist teller who stopped taking orders as soon as I reached front of the line. I waited till I went to ask her who was taking orders. Dismissed me and told me to wait whilst serving drink to other customers.

I'm sorry. But after waiting 20 mins for a table. The only waiter, that was trying to do his best was overwhelmed. I had to order on the app, that wasn't working. When I asked the waitor about that, he said,"I don't have time to help you" I left and went to another restaurant. I don't know if the food might be good. But service was terrible. I won't go back.

Good service. Toilets are down a very long set of narrow stairs. Not many tables to sit at at all though, so can take a while to get seated.

Very disappointed with my chicken this last friday afternoon!!! I'm from Mozambique, piri-piri chicken made by nandos is based on. GRILL is the word that earls court rd nandos kitchen is forgetting the meaning. The cracking skin became this baked ,lumpy and greasy thing😖 The top of the cherry was this sugary taste on it.... Let me tell veru little that can do very much: leave your chicken with all the spices ,garlic and wine/ beer for a minimum of 24h... Then GRILL it till brown cracking skin! Like nandos use to be

Our first time at the chain. We ate at Nando's in Edinburgh this trip too. A huge plus was finding a place with American style, self-serve soda on tap for unlimited refills! The food and service were outstanding.

Great service approached as soon as entered and seated, ordered and first drink brought over, food arrived in good time all was hot and enjoyable.

I had a 5* experience at this nandos, everyone was so lovely and friendly. Emmanuel went above and beyond to make my experience amazing! he was so accommodating and bubbly and I will defo be making a return due to the amazing service! it’s rare in restaurants to get such a smiley and polite worker and I am grateful to have been given such an amazing staff member for my nandos experience! the loaded fries are amazing and defo should stay on the menu!! perfect blend of everything!! 10/10 will recommend to a friend!!

I came with friend, we sat for lunch. There was maybe 2-4 tables free, so pretty busy for that time. Our food arrived in remarkable amount of time, hot and tasty. Service was great as well and I can say I didn't had bad experience when I ordered via delivery either. Recommending to visit.

Wonderful Nandos. A little smaller than many other outlets in terms of seating but wait times are low for get a seat for dine in and food quality good. Loved it.

Went there on Sunday evening dinner ,me and my friends , Service is good, food tasted good. But unfortunately the 3 of got food poisoning big time . Still suffering the symptoms . Not happy at all 😭 .

Only small with not many seats but we went in on a Monday afternoon after the london marathon weekend and it was busy and service and food was brilliant. Would go again if in that area. 👍

Selbst bestellen, online zahlen. Das Essen bestellt man online im Lokal, bezahlt habe ich mit Google pay. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war auch richtig gut. Hier gibt es verschiedene Schärfegrade zum auswählen, der mittlere war für mich schon scharf genug. Auch Nachbestellen kein Problem, wieder online. Der Service, der das Essen bringt etc., war sehr freundlich. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, ist mal was anderes und wahrscheinlich das Bestellsystem der Zukunft ...

This was on my son's must try place to eat while visiting London. The staff was awesome, and the food was delicious. We ended up eating there twice while we were there.

Six months ago, there were charming waiters and table service. Now it is DIY to pay by card. Annoying. Sound level a little high. More vegetarian options on offer. Still tasty!

We ended up here on a Friday night peak hours and were warmly greeted. A place found for us and then moved when a more suitable spot suddenly opened up. Service friendly but not overbearing. Food brought very quickly looking very appetising not as sometimes happens in a busy restaurant food slapped on the plate. Also not under or overcooked. While some of the members of our group had been to Nandos and knew the drill, so we just got on with ordering. Via the mobile app. A table of two nearby. On their first visit to a Nandos and indeed it sounded the uk were helped choose suitable dishes for them with the waiter patiently and with consideration to what they wanted not a special deal. The restaurant was clean and a nice atmosphere. The staff made it a lovely experience.

Nice Nandos, but quite small. Always a queue to get a table at busy times. Good food here.
