Pret a Manger in Kensington and Chelsea

I sat in Pret A Manger Fulham Road to complete my work. Sam and Emmanuel were the friendliest and most attentive staff I have come across here and London for that matter! Despite the cafe being busy they still treated everyone with the same enthusiasm and kindness they did when it wasn’t! They made my experience 10x better and their positive energy and kindness was just what I needed whilst working!! I will definitely be visiting again :)

Mary makes the best coffee in the area! So so grateful for the effort and she’s always so friendly. The rest of the staff are amazing too and they always have such warm energy and smiles!! Thanks guys!!

Really lovely staff . Food always nice shame they dont do the salmon and egg breakfast roll or the small tomatoe soup, current size is too big for me . 😞. My only negative are the toilets. The seats need replacing staimed or broken . The toilet brushes are disgusting sorry prett .

Filter coffee is very delicious Fast and reasonably priced, they are available throughout Britain

The team here are always super friendly. Really, the only downside is the toilets here which are not always the cleanest/in the best condition.

No new vegan option for January Checked twi days in the row . Nothing vegan when we pop in.. empty shelves in the middle of the day.. dull

Very bad service and horrible portions for the coffee. Ordered a caramel macchiato and they served me a spoon of bitter liquid. Literally poured a spoon into a cup So disappointed

The coffee is ok and if you have the subscription, it's worth it 😊 The staff was kind. The bathroom was quite dirty but most of pret locals do not have toilets.

this is my local branch and all the members off staff are so helpful and attentive. A special mention and thank you too the manager as on her cleaning duties found my wallet which fell out off my jacket and this morning in branch expressed my gratitude too her for the safe return .

Great experience at Pret, visited this morning, nice filter coffee and croissant. Only suggestion is for the person serving to be more engaging and say morning and smile. When it’s the first person you see in the morning be nice to be welcomed. £4.50 for filter coffee and chocolate croissant.

Very nice cafe with good range of food and drinks.

Toilets are always unavailable ‘because they are blocked’. Seems like a general excuse I mean issue for Pret franchises…

I always use Pret and find their food and drinks very good so much so that I became a Pret Club member, however i visited the Prett Branch by Chelwest Hospital today and found my Coffee a little strong when I asked for a little more milk I was astonished when the assistant told me in a rude way that next time I will have to pay for it , I reported this to the Manager as I felt it was very poor customer service.

Tables need to be cleaned more often.

They have got it down to a fine art... can't beat Pret...always loads of chairs available and lovely croissants with Coffee!

The toilet not working-so frustrating

I saw a mouse in this store at 11pm on Monday 09/01, I messaged Pret and they just said they would pass this on to their operational manager to consider. In the meantime I can see people are still eating in this store, which is very concerning regarding hygiene of the food.

All the staff are pleasant and bubbly. Tigist in particular always does all that she could do to make each visit smooth and enjoyable.

I often go to this restaurant, I have never left less than 20 pounds there,I'm always in a good mood and smiling. Gives me the impression that the staff is careless and rude! Especially a lady who has something on her ears like a blue patch or some trendy earrings, I'm not sure. She drools several times, is very dusty and her mannerisms are rude. Thank you!

Oh dear. In spite of clear menu offering branch no longer offers smoothies. As it is my primary reason for visiting Pret it’s really disappointing. And seems to be one of several Prets dropping the range First time and pleased to discover. Much different atmosphere to Costa in the adjoining hospital! Still struggling to get a really dry cappuccino (it’s always hit and miss) but will persevere

Excellent Pret a Manger well situated along the Fulham Road. Quite spacious inside and the toilets are always in working order..nice! Even if the queues are long here, which sometimes they are, you dont seem to wait too long before you are served. Its doors are open for takeaway only during this pandemic..but open is fine by me! Untrained staff/ manager doesn't even now how to deal with the staff. I have ordered today 02.08.2022 around 1:30 pm at the counter one decaf frappe. I have wait for a while for my decaf frappe seeing customer leaving and new ones been served. Suddenly one staff turned up with two frappes in her hands and I have asked her if any of that is my decaf frappe. She was saying that they don't do decaf frappe.... I was waiting for a while 🙁 The manager probably asked her staff what is going and she turned up with a decaf late! 🤦🏻‍♂️ What I a have ordered and what I have received... When I have "paid" with the coffee subscription Pret team can see what I have used the subscription for! BUT Where is the point to have a coffee subscription at PRET if the staff doesn't know what they have or what they do! Absolutely disappointed. Branch 367B Fulham Rd., London SW10 9TN

Very rude service The lady who works there probably does it as a punishment

I am strongly offended because a kind man was being abused by his boss. He offered my friend a drink because he had no money so the boss told him off and put him on toilet duty. When we tipped him, the boss took the money off threw it in the charity box.

A bit slow on customer service.

Brilliant soups, only problem half the time they don't have the one you want. Good coffee

It is a cheap place . Clean and with hardworking young staff love it. Free wifi also.

I went today to have coffee near chelsea hospital and one of the staff in a rude way start telling me i had to pay 50p if i order double espresso!! When i asked her how come as i order this coffee every morning with ghe subscription. Instead of explaining she replayed you should read the changes and asked the customer behind me to pass me and come forward and totally ignored me. Embarrassing and i will never step foot in pret again!!

I had an ice matcha with very little ice and full of matcha lumps as it wasn’t mixed properly, the shop wasn’t busy so no rush excuses

Not too bad for semi healthy snacks and average coffee. Great they now Kombucha. I wish they would turn the music down, its so loud!

Having come out of surgery and hadn't eaten for 18 hours (now 2pm-ish) had the delicious meatball wrap & a mocha which was 1 of the best I've had (previously had the worst mocha I'd ever had by Chelsea & Westminster hospital) certainly filled a hole. Also took a chocolate croissant home which was equally lush

For weeks they do not have ice and it's starting to irritate me.

This is a busy location however, the staff are very efficient and can handle the footfall.

This Pret is a lovely, spacious restaurant, great coffee & food, and really nice staff. I would like to make a very special mention of a member of staff - Viola. Last Wednesday, on what was a really difficult day for me when my husband was in the hospital nearby having an operation, her thoughtfulness and kindness meant so much to me and really helped. Thank you very much again Viola for being so lovely and caring, I appreciated it very much.

Lovely Pret very close to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Lovely coffee and helpful staff when I couldn't make out the calories on the label of the pastries.

I’m a subscriber of pret. They have signs of frappes, shakes and smoothies. I asked for a frappe to be told they don’t do cold drinks and don’t know when they will start. Very disappointed and won’t be using this shop. Now starting to debate keeping my subscription

You should bake more chocolate croissants. You always run out....

I usually love this pret but unfortunately this morning was quite the disappointment. After being overcharged for my breakfast, I did not even receive an apology from the sever that had overcharged me. Thankfully I was at the very least issued a refund after 5 minutes of the server going through the purchases made on the system, rummaging through my paper bag, and being asked if I was sure I hadn’t taken anything else (at this rude inquest I welcomed them to check the cameras). After this I ask if I can at least change my melted cheese croissants for warm ones since the wait had rendered them hard but this was refused (they did not even offer to warm it up themselves) and was sent on my merry way after some hushed whispers between the manager and one of the servers. Overall, terrible customer service, check your receipts.

Great service. Would love to see more vegetarian options less in baguettes. The pasta is lovely, only wish you offer it with mushrooms instead of broccoli.

Tjr barista is rude and lacks proper training. Every single matcha latte she makes has loads of bits. On the last occasion I asked for it to be remade and I was told to mix it with a straw. I would strongly avoid this store. The service is severely lacking

The staff are incredible!! My 3 yo was having behavioural problems. He threw OJ all over the table and chairs. He also kept running out of the shop. The staff were so lovely and understanding. They insisted on cleaning up the disaster and didnt let me lift a finger…. Then he got me another bottle of OJ. Safe to say my little one didnt get this one

Pret never lets us down with the quality of their food and the brilliant customer service. This one serves the local hospital and kindly provides a 10% discount. They've managed the COVID restrictions really well. I love their soups and often get take away after a long day at work.

A delightful coffee shop. I was totally relieved to be able to use the bathroom before ordering my drink. The staff weren't very nice other than that, I liked my oat latte. And my friend also liked her food and drink. 🤍

Efficient service, lots of space inside the store for social distancing.

It tasted bit of onion lol but other than that, texture was really nice.

Since they introduce the 20£ subscription the service became appalling. I wasn’t able to get the Latte I wanted this morning. I was given the wrong product first. Then they try to rectify it poorly. After I refuse the product the Barista turned the head and she was blatantly annoyed. The guy on the till wasn’t wearing a badge and he looked shabby and bored. I left without the latte. I prefer to pay more for a coffe and get what I want. Altogether, it was a “soup kitchen for the poor” experience. Awful.

This Pret chain has a very nice seating area and the tables and chairs are clean. They usually have iced coffees and teas, frappes and smoothies available all day here, unlike some of the other chains which don’t have their ice machine ready until the afternoon. The staff here are also very nice too

I am a regular client at this Shop, the staff are the friendliest I encountered, Great Coffee Food always Fresh. I have zero complaints.

I visit Pret Fulham Road, at least once a day, mostly for my morning coffee or turmeric latte fix, for the day ahead. They have a good selection of vegan breakfast and lunch options available. In addition to this, the team here are amazing! and to be honest, one of the main reasons I return. Everyone is friendly with a welcoming smile, come rain, shine or freezing mornings; there have been many occasions when my morning have been brightened by their upbeat and positive attitude. Thank you to each and every one of you who decided to come back and brighten up the day of NHS staff from Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, mid-way through the pandemic. xx
