Pret a Manger in Kensington and Chelsea

We popped in yesterday for a couple of coffees and a bite to eat. We were very happy we came here instead of a chain. Coffee and food was great 👍🏻, fabulous service from ash during a big line as it was evening time and busy. Great service and can’t wait to return here next time.

So I come into this Pret almost everyday on my lunch break and I cannot thank the staff enough for being so wonderful and attentive! They are fast on their feet and always get the drinks out soon as they can, even when it’s so incredibly busy! I don’t know how they deal with the lunch time rush! All the staff are brilliant but I want to give a special shout out to Roberta who has been looking after me for years!!! She is amazing and like the rest of the staff, works very hard! I always enjoy sitting inside if I get the extra time, it’s a great atmosphere all around! Thank you to the incredible team at Gloucester Road Pret, and I will see you tomorrow! SJ xx

Fast food chain to grab something to eat and drink and leave. The bad solemnity coffee. I don't know if in all of them, but in the ones that included me there were no services even though they were large establishments.

I went in looking for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I asked for the egg and sausage on a bun as advertised on their site. They don’t make sandwiches with eggs, but the lady suggested a ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast. It was a nice consolation but I’d prefer to have egg and sausage.

Love the latte here! Coffee temperature is hot enough! Croissant is buttery and if you love buttery croissant, worth to give it a try.

Evening, the sandwiches were terrible, they forgot about the coffee, I waited for 6 minutes.

It is extremely cold inside. It doesn't take long for your hot drink to turn into a cold drink. Plus side: The employees are friendly.

Affordable prices but first thing in the morning there are a lot of people and sometimes it takes them a while to give you your order

Ordered on deliveroo , sadly didn't have one of the items but that's ok they left me a little note as they tried to contact me (my fault I didn't respond) and replaced with a similar thing and a free fruit tub 😭😭 very sweet of them. I just know the staff are sweeties and the coffee is always spot on. love it here deffo recommend this lil prett ♥️

Unfortunately the last two times I’ve been the food is very overpriced and my coffee cup has leaked. The staff are very unpleasant and don’t seem to care.

The Manager is extremely rude to her employees and even customers. Shouting at everyone.

I felt like the floor and surfaces were a little dirty and it could have used a couple more toilets. But otherwise, just another classic Pret! Very quick and not too painful on the wallet!

I went to this cafe in 2022.12 alone. I was traveler from Asian country. I asked coffee. and I payed by credit card. But. that time it didn't work. And then café clerk said to me it's on me. I surprised and appreciated him. This thing is great memories for me. I never forget it. Thank you so much.

Staff here are incredibly rude and incompetent. Have never received such disgusting customer service in the UK before. I bought lunch and sat inside to eat. There was a dirty pigeon wandering around on the floor which repulsed me and put me off my food. I tried to avoid looking at it but it was wandering around near me and I eventually walked up to a member of staff (Caucasian man with blond hair named Eugene) and told him about it. His response was 'so what do you want me to do about it?' After a moment of shock, I suggested getting a broom and trying to encourage it out. He looked at me in a condescending way and then said 'yh I'm not going to do that' and walked away. The manager (dark haired lady with an accent named Mel) was also present and she went to get a broom. When she returned, I told her the staff member's response was really rude. She turned around and said 'yes we are doing something about it but you are coming across aggressive'. I was shocked at her response too. I was not coming across 'aggressive', I was understandably upset because the pigeon looked extra dirty and put me off my food. I found the managers use of 'aggressive' unfair and offensive. Both staff members were extremely unprofessional and rude and they both lacked basic customer care and courtesy. Both of these overzealous losers should be fired as it's clear they don't know how to work in customer service. I will not be returning to this Pret branch despite it being my local at work.

The coffee is beautiful and distinguished by the quality of the coffee. They have many types of baked goods and other things. The place is somewhat crowded. The staff are good, but the crowd makes them quite late. I recommend trying the blueberry pie, which is very nice. The prices are affordable for everyone.. There will be multiple visits.

4 of us have started a job locally and all use this branch. After finding out that we are local for a year, we all decided to take out the £25 subscription, what a mistake, apparently 1 person cannot take 2 phones in and use the 2 separately purchased subscription to get 2 drinks. So unless all 4 of us go in there together, your friend can’t pick your drink up for you. The blonde woman behind the counter is the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with also. So aggressive and clearly not a people person, I think she could have an argument in a room on her own. So 4 subscriptions will be getting cancelled at the end of the trial and hopefully this woman gets locked in a room on her own

Worst Gingerbread latte in my life! £4.15 Poor presentation, staff exhausted and place overcrowded, coffee station is a mess. Toilet was clean.

Does not allow my subscription which is a disappointment on the company’s behalf because I’m paying £25 a month to a company that does not allow me to use it when going to their branch. Which makes me not wish to return.

The macaroni is hard and the sandwich is salty.

Rebecca is Very Rude with her Customer Service. Also they Charged me £1.25 extra for filter coffee and Still water. Please be Careful with this Branch when making Payments. They are Fraudung Customer's.

Worst cappuccino ever...was just a cup of bad tasting milk

I am a regular customer, today I had just a very bad experience sipping a HORRIBLE cappuccino made quickly with the automatic coffee machine (£3.45). Please get some help for the only barista at the front and take care of ALL your clients.

Very poor service do not even look who is right in line. There is a blonde employee who calls the customers and argues with them, the service is under criticism!!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎

A customer took another customers soya latte by mistake and when she asked a member of staff if there was another one on the way the member of staff abruptly shouted “is this my problem?” “ you should have been more attentive!” Shocking behaviour!! The rest of us stood there stunned. Is this how you train your crew in customer service? This company has gone downhill over the past couple of years.

Always a decent decaf coffee, and Posh Chedder and Pickle is a reliable choice. It feels like the range sandwiches hasn't quite recovered to pre Covid levels, but maybe it's that less appeal to me

Nice location just outside Gloucester Road Station. It can get quite busy at times.

Always forget what you order and ask to be reminded multiple times. Would advise they implement a checklist system so the barista can track orders on a screen. Coffee is good.

Yet again, terrible waiting time. The staff clearly have inadequate training to the standard requirements, it seems like communication is terrible which leads to forgetting certain orders, which was clearly the case for me. What really surprised me this time is the fact that Pret staff weren’t even in any rush. I guess the oat cappuccino was worth the 10 minute wait.

Value for money , but these days the quality thy offers is really low.

Sometimes too crowded for the amount of staff and tills available, however staff do great even facing huge waves of coffee thirsty costumers

Recently the quality of the drinks at this establishment has been extremely poor. Until now I have had a good experience going there however the last few times I have been I have only been disappointed. Not sure if this is due to a change in staff or something but I hope it is soon rectified.

Pretty close to the Glouscter Road tube station and good place to have coffee and snacks.

Amazing selection of fresh foods ,the juices are delicious my fave is the root& fruits juice.staff are very kind and helpful.

Awful, honestly would never go again. Rip off prices and inedible food soggy toastie, how hard is it to cook a cheese toastie? Also paid for cakes they didn't put in the bag had to go back for them.

Probably the worst Pret store in London. Seems there is a systematic lack of training on customer service and store management. Staff weren’t able to keep track of who ordered what and had to ask people what they ordered and the people who came late got drinks first (simply because they stood closer to counter). Staff who were helping place the orders had no smile at all; seemed quite bad mannered. Overall quite disappointing experience and I would try to avoid visiting this store if I can.

I’m obsessed with the turmeric latte with oat milk. Could have it everyday. The staff is nice, effective and attentive. Recommend!

I go to Pret 3 times a week. The prices have gone up and the response time is slow. Waiting for hot beverages is the worst experience

Nice staff very good quality product and service. Lately I have experienced some long lines occasionally, maybe because of their amazing subscription coffee and peak hours.

I went to this Pret shop one week ago and bought a sandwich that they made me pay more than the actual price. I told them that the price was wrong and they made me a refund and I had to pay again. I didn't ask for a refund receipt because I trusted them. I haven't received any refund and I basically paid 10£ for a sandwich that was originally 3.99£. I won't return to this shop ever again.

Filthy toilets... Not cleaning any tables outside... Why are these areas forgotten... Poor management... Shame.. Its no wonder firms struggle with lack of customers but wonder why, its not rocket science sometimes. I know times are difficult but the above does not help with customer confidence... All leads to job cuts... Its a shame managers cannot see what's going on on the shop floor.

This is the worst pret I’ve been to in London, and I go to pret A LOT. The staff are so badly organised that they miss your coffee order. And you keep waiting on the side for 10 mins or more. If that only happened once or twice I would have thought it was just bad luck, but this happened almost systematically. Would not go recommend going there.

Well WiFi is always the worst around... But food and coffee (coffee is organic and 50p if you carry your mug... Ask for filter... So the cheapest)
