Good food and drink although very expensive when trying to go to the toilet you need a code and when I was in waited forever to go to the toilet there was a horrible mess

It's great that Pret A is here with healthier options. Most of the places around are either fast food or too crowded.

Cozy place to have coffee, chocolate, tea and/or eat a sandwich, salad, among many other things. Good location, opposite South Kensington tube station.

My number one place for a morning brew. Getting the pret app is definitely worth the £30.

Having the subscription for couple of months and day after day the quality of coffee is dropping consistently. Also coffee is warm/ cold. Usually requested caramel and never add it. So disappointed

Came on Wednesday at 9:30pm , but store was already closed ( says that close at 10pm ) . In addition, staff were seen vaping inside, showing a lack of regard for rules and hygiene. Disappointing experience overall. Management should update hours and enforce better practices.

I’ve been going to pret almost for a month, every day and I’m loving it. The staff is so kind and nice, I feel like a love them. I’ve meeting a lot of the staff and they have the best attitude always. Bad thing, you can’t charge your devices there and you need to be aware of pickpockets. Amazing things, staff and club pret.

In the school holidays this branch always gets really busy so there isn’t usually space to sit in. We were also really díada pointed when the sockets stopped working so we are now unable to charge our phones here. The toilets are often in bad condition or are out of order. The branch rarely had ice despite advertising iced drinks. However, it is in a great location and the staff are really friendly

Judging from reviews left, it seems many had bad experiences with staff and I usually don’t leave reviews! I use this Pret every so often near work and never had issues until now. The cashier - BIANCA ( just in case that’s not her real name, red brunette with a long high pony tail, wearing a black jumper and jeans was suppose to serve me until she decided it was a better idea to serve someone who cut the queue in front of me from the one next to mine. NO excuses, i was standing right in front of her engaging in eye contact as others queued behind me. She obviously didn’t care so I just decided I would let it go and forget about it. HOWEVER, after she served them she decided to serve the gentleman behind me not even acknowledging or looking at me standing RIGHT IN FRONT of her when I had already been queuing for a while now. The gentleman realised this and started to hesitate unknowingly to go staring at me and that was when I decided to put my items on the counter. She then stares at him and then at me with a snarky look for a good 10 seconds, back at him implying that I had done something wrong. Utterly Ridiculous. Having made to feel bad and embarrassed about myself. I had to clarify and remind the gentlemen again (he already knew!) I was already in the queue. At that point he became pretty agitated and uncomfortable like me about the whole situation of her giving bizarre signals. Not to sound condescending but, it’s common sense to serve whoever has been queuing first in front of the line whether have a problem with it or not. I wasn’t unpleasant at all and super polite from the very beginning till the end of checkout. Whether someone is having a bad day, there is no excuse to take personal matters out on someone else during work, especially customers. Working myself in retail at a high end shop, I deal with all sorts of customers and like to believe I know what good customer service is.

Great location opposite the tube and there's always still hot and cold food available late on. The Mac and cheese with kale is nice.

Extremely rude manager. Myself and three other people, came to pret to grab some breakfast and sit and study while enjoying our food and coffee. We had each gotten at least two or three items each and managed to get a table. Around twenty minutes after sitting down, the manager (from 07/02/2024 11:20) asked us how long we were planning on staying and even asked us to leave as “Pret isn’t a place to study”. We were the only ones asked to leave, even though the back of the cafe is full of people on their laptops, attending meetings or writing essays, all those people either had a single coffee, or nothing from the shop at all. This was an awful experience and felt targeted as we’re students. Please be better pret.

I came the other day (around 12pm) and was enjoying the food until the manager came over (tall lady with brown hair up in a clip) and told me I had to leave immediately if I had finished my food because other paying customers needed to sit (I had not finished my food yet and hadn’t been there long). The rest of the service staff were great, she just ruined my day. I’m very disappointed and was very embarrassed by this remark. Please teach managers better pret.

came in for one reason and for one reason only... (dot dot dot - means dramatic thinking pause) cauliflower and kale mac n' cheese. left for one reason and one reason only... (again, thinking pause, this time less dramatic) the food was eaten fast. no complaints whatsoever, even the sheer amount of macbooks didn't deter us from enjoying our greasy, steamy, sexy meal. and even greasier, sexier and more steamy is the following tipp: order out but eat in. make sure to hide yourself as well as your pasta to avoid negative consequences (or jail time). your wallet and your mom will thank you.

Pret, well suited for medoern life, we family witnessed everybody enjoy their's, we enjoyed.

The small blond Eastern European manager is unequivocally the rudest excuse for a manager and makes every experience awkward. We are a small group of colleagues who all have subscriptions and are obliged to visit the branch at lunch. Today was very cold and our new young apprentice wanted an applejito cooler with no ice. She was told “ICE DRINKS MUST HAVE ICE”. When I explained that we weren’t looking for a full glass just the usual drink without ice, she shouted, YOU MUST HAVE ICE IN ICE DRINK.” When it was further explained that we simply wanted the usual drink without ice she said “NO DRINK” and walked away. We’re older and just used to this “manager” but our young apprentice was mortified. And it is for this reason that I am writing this review on her behalf. I would like to note that almost every single worker in that shop is charming and welcoming. They never miss an opportunity to secretly apologize for their manager.

My phone was stolen by a lady wearing a facemask, when I told the manager (female with shoulder length brunette hair) this and asked for the CCTV footage she was very rude and blamed me for losing my phone, then said there was nothing that they can do but call the police, also informing me that this happens often meaning they do not have any mitigation measures in place. Please be careful with your belongings.

Amazing staff and service, I have been going to this shop for over a year and half and particularly miss Constance has been amazing and always helped me with a smile. Miss Constance if you see this thank you for everything you do 🤗🤗

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the (I guess) manager Noa working on the 18/01 who was super helpful to sort out an online order right before the closure of the store and was extremely kind and polite as well!

I left a feedback review abt the branch in earls court few weeks ago and I have noticed they have passed the message. But today it was for the same reason In this branch I only drink espresso and I know if its made in the moment or not I went back and said my coffee is cold After explaining to the lady at the counter. I told her because you serve the coffee in a paper cup the cup absorbs the heat and when you put that coffee in a second cup it absorbs more heat from the coffee and the coffee gets colder . The barista turned at me and said I gave you the coffee long time ago ! Now the coffee I brought back was full I only had a sip but she made it seem as if I came back 15 minutes later with the coffee. That's the first part Later around midday I went back there ordered some food and a drink to go and as I was paying with a different cashier the lady noticed me and said to the other girl Your friend is here ! Next time I will probably record it and then share the experience on social media with my 680k followers and let them judge Because having an argument at 8am over a coffee is the last thing I want ! I understand they can be busy but I never said I want my coffee and I want it now!! I can wait like everyone else But I don't need my coffee to be waiting for me. I also suggest the company makes all branches aware That espresso is made on the moment If not that is no longer an espresso That would be a left over coffee that we are paying for !!!

The review is from a service perspective. So I got a cup of cappuccino, and a croissant to eat. I accidentally spilled the drink on the floor. I went back to the cashier and told them about the situation so that they are known, and can clean the floor. I wanted to order coffee again, but the barista said I don’t need to pay. That’s how service should be!

We came out from the South Kensington Train Station and were met with a relatively heavy rainfall, much to our surprise!! But knowing what the typical London rain was all about, we just took it in our strides.. A cup of hot latte would work wonders at a time like this, and right across the road was a familiar sight..So, Najwa quickly pointed to this direction, and we were all too happy to oblige. Some people shunned away from pronouncing the name of this cafe, as it is french by nature. Just say it like, "prey ar monjey", and you wouldnt be far off. Some people just mention the name simply as "P", for fear of mispronouncing it, but be careful not to be mistaken as "pee", as it would carry an entirely different meaning!! Anyway, Najwa and I had our fix of hot latte, while my wife was happy with her Earl Grey white tea, along with her acai berry fruity concoction of thingamagic. Najwa went for the Vege & Cheese pie, and shared it with me. We spent a good 30 minutes here, as the cafe was practically full with people who were trying to avoid the rain, just like us...

Most food was out of stock. Drinks good. Service fast enough. Attracts all kinds of people. Not Pret's fault. Just spoils a nice catch up depending on the clientele at the next table! I got the macaroni cheese. It was cold and bland. Perhaps stick to their sweet offerings or sandwiches.

Nothing to complain about the staff or the Store itself more sort of a nag at the brand pret staff we encountered were nice . Was very busy seemed clean enough to me most people should bin their own rubbish. The problem I have is your charged more to eat in ? But sandwiches weren't warmed or anything like that £16 for two baguettes and drink each seems pretty pricey to me will just go to co op next Time ! For a meal deal

The coconut latte hit the spot, though the almond croissant was just okay. However, available tables were dirty, which was disappointing. Adding to that, a lengthy queue for the restroom was frustrating due to only one functioning stall. (Mid August 2023).

The most confusing thing is when you ask for a ice drink and they say they have no ice for shakes but have ice for other drinks. Soo do they have ice or no ice. I'm sure they can use the same ice

I can't recommend Prêt restaurant enough! It has become my go-to spot for breakfast every morning. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness make for a wonderful start to the day. Their dedication to addressing allergies is commendable, and I appreciate the peace of mind it brings. The quality of their milk is noteworthy, and I love adding it to my daily cornflakes. Prêt has truly won me over with their exceptional service and attention to detail.

In this case, we went to Pret-à-Manger because we found some seating room compared to a couple of crowded places nearby. For us it was a very functional visit. Order - pay - receive - consume. The fact that everything flowed flawlessly gave us more time to chat with the friend we had met that afternoon after months, so we were happy. Oh, and our drinks were good, too!

Standard Pret A Manger experience. The sandwiches are all pre-made and pre-packaged. I had a tuna fish and cucumber sandwich. It was a good sandwich... no complaints

When we're in London, we stay quite close-by to this "Pret a Manger" Outlet, just across the Road from the South Kensington Tube Station, and we're regular, repeat Customers, as we have again been - on several occasions - in recent days. We like "Pret's" Offering, and greatly enjoy their Baguettes, their "Toasties", their Sandwiches, their excellent Coffees, their Juices & more besides - all delivered by friendly, competent, patient Staff, at very reasonable Prices. This is an extremely busy Outlet, which - at times - can almost get overwhelmed by the influx of Customers, so finding a Table & Seats can be a bit of a challenge, and, sadly, there are frequent difficulties with the poor maintenance of the Toilets. We enjoyed our several recent visits here, consuming many items from the "Pret" range, and look forward to coming back here on our next visit to London at the end of May.

My local Pret is great, so as I was in South Kensington I tried this one. Food was ok, but I’m afraid found the staff very ‘offish’. The shelf was empty of ‘Pole Line Caught tuna baguettes’, so I asked the guy serving me if they had any out back I could have. I received a curt “No, once they’re gone, they’re gone answer.” So i settled for a cheese one. Half way through eating it they brought out loads of the tuna ones and filled the shelf with them - so what I’d been told was obviously a blatant lie; the guy obviously just couldn’t be bothered to go get me one. At the end, I needed the toilet, but you needed to enter the code on your receipt in order to gain admittance. I hadn’t been given or offered a receipt when I bought my food, so as per the instructions on the toilet door, I again went to the counter and asked a different member of staff for entry. “Toilets are shut - all blocked!” he responded before turning his back on me to begin laughing and chatting to a member of staff behind him. (I have since read a review from another diner left 7 months ago, that none of the toilets were open when HE visited either!) I rarely complain, but on this occasion the staff certainly needed a course on how to politely deal with their customers - I won’t be using this particular branch again - I’ve been married for 43 years and my wife has treated me with complete distain for most of them; I don’t need to go to Pret in order to get more of the same! 🙈😂

Service not good at all. Massive queue all the time and toilet always closed. What a joke , it is so many coffee places around where you can get a great breakfast and a good customer service.

I totally get it - serving the rushing (and sometimes) ungracious public is not easy. However it doesn’t excuse dishing out sullen and downright RUDE behaviour - particularly when the mistake is you’re Pret. I’d waited patiently this morning whilst mistake after mistake was made.

Long lines, rude staff, busy , busy saturday and both toilets closed. Staff said they were both broken. Food seemed old and mushy sandwiches.

Meant to open at 6am but customers left outside until 6:14am. Finally let in with no apology for late opening to find an untidy store. Tables clearly not cleaned from night before & yet again toilets out of order.

Some of the staff are rude and spend there time messing around with each other and ignoring the customers. 1st thing in morning you expect to go into a clean store however tables not wiped from day before and have dried coffee marks and on occasions food residue. Music 1st thing in morning is extremely loud. Toilet facilities have been out order for over a month and that includes the disable toilet.

I stopped by this branch today to take a leak and enjoy a cup of Double Espresso. Thr service was great and the internet Wifi was very good.

I visited both branches of Pret on Brompton Road. There were no vegan products prepared. I asked a staff member where the vegan products were and he pointed to an empty shelf. I asked why the vegan products were not prepared. He raised his voice at me, talked over me and told me there is only one pair of hands and he is only human. I am shocked at his rudeness especially during a pandemic, where sales are even more important. I’m also disappointed that such a large chain, who pride itself on their vegan range have none in stock. I will no longer be using Pret and that staff member needs to be given training on customer services and not apportioning blame. Disgusted.

Favourite Pret on the planet. So close to everything. Always busy but without being suffocating. Black Americano and the boiled eggs & spinach protein pot thing is a good to eat pre-gym / pre-spin.

Pret offers a good selection of menu with a hot counter to choose from as well. Whenever you are in need for a quick bite, hopping in to Pret is always a good idea either for a take away or dine in.I find myself here several times whenever in London for a trip.

Very very busy Pret (even by Central London standards) and it’s often nearly impossible to get a seat. Part of the reason for this is that there are often loads of people (uni students presumably) working on their laptops for hours without buying anything.Otherwise modern and well fitted out Pret but management needs to get a grip on the seat-leeches, as it’s an absolute joke.

This attractive Outlet is just across the Road from the South Kensington "Tube" (there's a much smaller, purely "Take-Out" facility just at the top of the Station steps), and, after many, many visits here, we keep coming back.What attracts us to this particular "Pret a Manger" (or "Pret" as they now seem to call themselves) is the bright Premises themselves, the tasty range of Snacks they offer, their excellent Coffee, and their generally competent (there are occasional problems with language) and customer-focused staff.Over a few days staying (again) in this neighbourhood, we stopped-by quite a bit. Our standard Order included an "Americano" & a "Cappuccino", and, on different days, we ate (and enjoyed) Snacks such as Ham/Cheese/Mustard Toasties, Cheddar & Pickle Baguettes, Ham & Cheese Sandwiches, Chocolate Chunk Cookies, & more.This is an extremely busy Cafe/Restaurant, but, in the main, the Counter-Staff seem to cope very well with the waves of Customers they deal with - on a good day, you'll even get asked if you want hot or cold milk with your "Americano". By the way, just beside the Service Counter, ordinary Drinking-Water is freely available.At times, finding a Seat is a bit of a challenge - as a Couple, we long ago figured that the best approach, having together selected our Snacks from the Displays, was for one of us to go to the Service Counter, while the other found somewhere to sit.For sure, we have enjoyed visiting (and coming back to) "Pret" @ South Kensington, and hope to do so again : in the meantime, keep up the good work, Guys & Gals!

Un posto dove comprare al volo da mangiare, cibi confezionati in modo che siano comodi da portare in giro, perfino cose come zuppe o frutta. Se non mangiavamo fuori, abbiamo preso sempre qualcosa qui, veloce e gustoso.

Rama masiva fuera de la estación de South Kensington. Asientos interiores y exteriores. Buena y habitual variedad de sándwiches, dulces, comidas calientes, bebidas, pasteles, ensaladas y más. Hay muchas mesas comunes, sillas y asientos altos junto a la ventana para observar a la gente. El servicio fue muy lento! Dios mío. Tuve el sándwich de salmón con mantequilla que me encanta.
