McDonald's in Derby

Earlier this afternoon (15/2/2025) visited St. Peter's street McDonald's I have to use crutches and was met by a member of staff named JAMES.. he was the most helpful member of staff showing me to a table then offering to collect my order and bring it to me.. Very impressed

It’s easy to order with the app, but it is hard to get the right order and chase, they will just blame uber eats and uber eats says the same. Do not order there will be always be something wrong or missing with your delivery they won’t take accountability with it

Just a regular McDonald's. Service was quick.

Every time I miss my order. The fries are probably taken straight from the freezer 🤮

The food end up in the bin . More then half was missing , we only received one chicken select from 3 , fries were very cold .

the only complaint I have is i ordered a chicken mcnugget happy meal which i did not receive. it happens regularly that I do not receive what I've ordered.

For a "fast food" chain, it took an hour to deliver 2 McMuffins and 2 hash browns. The food was cold on arrival and at a cost of £20 it was most definitely a disappointing rip off. NEVER AGAIN.

Prep time kept changing but delivery was really quick and nothings cold

Been using this mcdonalds at various times over recent months. All food has been correct. We have had both takeaway and eat ins. Generally try and order through the app but sometimes it says certain things aren't on when they are. The touch screens upstairs are for takeout only. Not sure about the ones downstairs as I can't remember. Can take a while for the table service.

Ordered 2 meals, missing the fries. And a burger. But the food that was left was ice cold. I don’t think it was the delivery driver. When I ordered the time kept changing, but said courier at store. This was for approx 15 mins. The whole lot except the coke and flavoured grimace milk. (Was not a milkshake as it was completely melted and was warm milk when I got it. Maccies do better! This was a treat after a very long day. Now a pot noodle will have to do 🙄

I've ordered over a week ago and was not impressed...I gave the benefit of doubt and tried again and it was as bad.. food Luke warm missing an apple pie last week missing nuggets....absalute joke can the staff not read or something will not order again...

driver was a very inappropriate towards my wife with his comments, and repeatedly requested her phone number, which made me very uncomfortable, I want my money back and the driver dealt with accordingly or I will take it further!!

I've chosen McDonald's over their competitors for 40 years. It was my first job out of school and I know the standards of food quality and cleanliness. On this visit, at this restaurant, though, I feel deeply dissatisfied: Although the food met expectations it took 25 minutes to prepare (I had only ordered a quarter pounder meal, from one of the few machines working - none of which had receipt paper), but far worse was the extent of food debris, packaging and serviettes etc across both floors and every table. One staff member began cleaning upstairs tables while I was there (2 others had walked through but ignored the state of the place), but as more customers arrived she made clear that she was doing so only in order to close that seating area, at 6:30 on a Saturday evening! The toilets were disgustingly filthy and unhygienic so I chose instead use nearby public conveniences. There didn't seem to be a shortage of staff so whether this is a franchised or managed site something was very wrong.

The fries were dry and cold and a bit off the resistant side (sort of rubbery). It seems that the fries had been left out for quite some time before they went out for delivery. There weren’t enough fries. The burger was made well

Was late and then gave us the wrong order anywya so couldn’t feed anyone for what we wanted as it was stuff we won’t eat or like it’s a joke

He didnt deliver my order after i told him i can cant down because of my leg

on the screen before the order i was told 10-25 minutes. i ordered around half past and it arrived at 20 past the next hour. this meant the food was cold and my ice cream and milkshake were both melted.

Too bad I cant leave a tip to currier after delivery. They deserve extra pay for working during the weather like today.

Had the misfortune of going on the evening when all of the delivery people were being prioritised over those there in person. This meant a long wait for food. Also, for some reason they make the hot drinks straight away and they're cold by the time the delayed food comes.

Waited up to 2 hours for food and it has yet to arrive, the times kept changing. Definitely wouldn't order from again.

I received my order very late the chips were dry and rock hard like they’d been taken from the floor and put in the box they were that hard I could snap them in half not to mention the delivery driver was rude to me. Not happy at all!

I reported this i got someone else's order and it's still here has there been a refund as I'm not ordering again till this is finished with and I'm hungry thankyou

My driver was soo rude and refused to deliver to our address, we accidentally ordered it to the wrong address but it’s not that far from us but he’s refusing to deliver to us. He’s marked it as delivered but we haven’t received our food.

I’m not sure how you order a meal and you forget one item of only 3?

1 star, this place was filthy inside. Low standards for cleaning. The ceiling was leaking, and the toilet was disgusting. Some of the self-service machines were not working.

Walked past but had to do a quick review. It's just so expensive. All the food is bland and generic. Lots of choice to eat in Derby so do what I did and walk past.

Ordered 2 cheese bite share boxes, a milkshake and a double cheeseburger to takeaway, got all the way home and the cheeseburger wasn’t in the bag. Not happy.

This review is for the wyvern McDonald’s as I cannot find them to leave a review. The lady who was apparently the boss in a red scarf was treating a member of staff poorly. Clearly he had made a mistake and done something wrong but she spoke down on him like he was a child and at the service counter in front of everyone. It was upsetting to see and from a manager it was very poor and not acceptable. I wouldn’t expect a manager to do that on the floor in front of everyone it seemed like a private conversation

The big tasty burger was as good as before as they changed the sauce didn’t taste nice at all🤦‍♀️

Missed 2 hash browns off order and food was cold. Driver was incredibly rude and blamed me for the snow outside. Very bad experinece.

I’d rate zero stars if I could. Waiting 2 hours for food from this restaurant on justEat and when ringing the restaurant there’s either no answer or they answer and just simply don’t say anything.

Missing big mac! Rest of food destroyed by spilled drinks! A shoddy complaints system on user, can't get hold of you either by phone. Since these establishments were franchised out the standards of food, training and customer service is nothing short of vile! It seems to me the people at the top are lazy money grabbing individuals with little knowledge or pride. I'm disgusted, eventually it will bite you and eventually you will fail. Karma exists in business and you can end up with nothing over night. Mcdonalds are a disgrace

An Asian guy was waiting in front of me and he said he had been waiting a long time. He got into an argument with a female member of staff and in my opinion she got irate and was much more verbal than him. The argument started again and other members of staff rushed to defend her. The Asian guy was told to leave and told not to come back. All of the staff were white and I found this to be a racial incident. If I was him I wouldn’t come back - the hash browns she had been cooking were barely cooked and in my opinion that’s no way to treat customers.

Food arrived cold because delivery driver took too many orders. Drinks were as good as empty as they had tipped over in the bag. Delivery driver said he would brink fresh drinks but never did. Also some of the order was missing and other bits were not what we ordered. Very disappointed

when i got my order, the food was ok, but my hot chocolate drink was like drinking hot water and when I recieved it it was half full, the bag was sopping wet and was nearly falling out of the bag, I was very disappointed with what I had has hot chocolate ain't cheap and to recieve it in that way and the drink was like hot water I'm very unhappy

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers only one came. Had a free order of chicken nuggets and asked for ketchup and the ketchup didn’t turn up
