Cheap and cheerful. Not keen on the paper straws

Disgusting changing facilities 2yrs old grandson newly out of nappy’s was desperate staff opened door did warn it was bit of mess . So expected paper on floor . But bowl of toilet was covered in fece . To the point he refused to go and then once we were out of McDonald’s he had an accident because couldn’t get to another toilet fast enough . Just disgusting

You really need sort your seating downstairs you need more family seating for family's and disabled only. Couldn't get a seat for my family today had autistic child with us who doesn't cope with waiting around had to leave due to limited sitting.

It is what it is, it's the same everywhere. However they got my order wrong and there are no signposts for the toilets. No parking.

You forgot half my stuff!!!!! No porridge no McFlurry only 1 hash brown

the meal itself was really good, no problems. However, the drink had toppled over onto its side and had leaked quite a bit. This did not however, spoil my enjoyment of the meal, and will definitely be using them again in the future! many thanks.

I did not recive my order just a Coke and 2 fruit shoots that was not in my order.

I want to say a massive thank you to the justEat driver. He went above and beyond tonight delivering my food. I put the wrong address in and he went to the address only to call me to say he is here and it was the wrong address. I told him to keep my food its on me. But he drove a few miles to bring it to me. I gave him a tip for fuel. Driver! Thank you.

Took nearly an hour after saying 15 to 20 mins and delivery driver wasn't very polite despite the long delay.

It's a Maccies, everyone knows what they're like. Nothing was different on this visit, just the usual, efficient provision of burgers to soak up the beer I was in town for.

Constantly get orders wrong with items missing. If you order a triple cheeseburger you end up with a double, that's if it even turns up.

Food was cold I got the wrong items I was missing a drink and a triple cheeseburger but just eat are awful because I have previously reported missing items with proof I can't have a refund. Don't complain when things are wrong people because just eat will not refund if you dare to complain even though it's the fault of McDonald's. Happily take money for your order but not happy to help.

Didn’t get the order correct. But offered a full refund

Delivery man gave my order to another address, then realised when he got to me. He then rode back to the previous address to swap them back. when I got my order the bag was open, small chips missing and the medium chips half full and the sticker missing from the side. The food had clearly been handled by the other person. I rang mc Donald's and they informed me to contact just eat- which I did but have to wait for a reply within 7 days for anything to be done.

The delivery driver said sorry as soon as he arrived. The food was covered in coffee. He took a picture of the meal before he watched me throw it all in the bin. The worst order I've ever had. Inedible due to poor service

Very middle of the road service. People are friendly enough, service isn't super fast or slow it's just so so.

Delivered completely the wrong order somehow. Ordered a Big Mac meal 20 nuggets, ended up with filet o fish, cheese share box and other rubbish. Useless. Had to take a photo of my order and send it to them to prove my order was wrong and I’m still waiting for a refund and any reply.

Not even open late in a city centre, service is poor in the day and they can’t even open late on Saturday. Close it down. Pointless.

Simply ordered food 1 hour before order to be delivered at my specified time and for personal reasons and late of course, so making the planned celebration into a dismal time and needing to rush.

Ordered some food cost about £11 and someone took my order and the staff was rude and didn’t do anything about it while me and my mate wait for like 38 minutes absolute piss take. By the way my order was 098 that person didn’t even have my order they put the wrong label on the wrong food and didn’t do anything what kind of scam is that I ordered mayo chicken burger, 3 cheese burgers,chicken nuggets,small chips,large banana milk shake,large chocolate milkshake.

The boarded up window isn't the best look but it's a McDonald's and it's in Derby, so no surprises really. Staff fine and the usual efficient service.

It's Mcdonald's. Do you expect michelin Star quality and service? Of course not. Do you expect a teenager to give you a rough approximation of a mcmuffin after a heavy night out, providing you with a life-saving bun of grease meat and egg? Absoulute Perfection.

The cheese filters were missing from the order but the sauce that goes with them was in there.

Machines don’t work, undesirables hanging around, smashed front window, food was wrong and didn’t smell/ taste right… do yourself a favour and give this place a miss

the triple cheeseburger i ve order came out to be double cheeseburger on delivery

my order was stone cold by the time I received it, my strawberry strawberry milkshake was just a warm strawberry drink in which was horrible and that was the reason I bought the meal in the first place was for an icy strawberry milkshake cause I had a procedure done that was causing pain in my throat and eats and I needed the icy drink for some kind of relief but was utterly disappointed.
