Delivery driver was rude, arrogant and at first refused to get off his bike and expected me to walk down to the gate in my pyjamas with no shoes on.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I don’t even want to give it 1 star but I cant post a review without doing so. The food is dry and cold, the service is slow and I even found plastic in my burger .

The drink was spilt nearly empty

Food is decent, but they have no clue on hygiene, gloves don’t seem to exist in this place, so just remember with every order you make they’ve physically handled your food, but enjoy 👌🏼👍🏼

Chips freezing cold - didnt receive my chicken box worth £10.99 and subsequently no dips. Meal totally awful only had the burger and milkshake which wasnt the same without my full order!! Tried to ring delivery driver back but no answer after left.

Cold food, drinks and ice creams spilled over. Driver drove past us three times and seemed to struggle with instructions. After this he did not apologise for the late delivery.

Been coming here on and off 3 years, it has declined the tables are disgusting. The staff take too long cleaning up they care more for the floor and emptying the bins than the tables. I rarely see anyone upstairs cleaning tables absolutely diabolical! I've complained to McDonald's via website in the past they just gave me points on the app to spend, nothing changed I wipe down the table myself. They always say that it eat out only but I still go upstairs to check. They need more cleaning staff, maybe they have staff retention issues. I've tried their other restaurants in Derby. Far cleaner! The toilet needs work they are not very good. Hygiene is a disgrace! STANDARDS HAVE GONE DOWN.

3 hours it has taken to be delivered to me! I ordered at 5pm and it was delivered at gone 8pm! Too late to be eaten. I would like my money refunded for this terrible service.

Standard of hygiene is utterly appalling. I literally watched two different members of staff shove their bare hands into the bins and bag up the rubbish and then go straight to serving the drinks and ice cream, without stopping to wash their hands in-between. Disgusting. I couldn’t eat there after witnessing that.

Why cant we have hot fast food. My burgers were just warm even though they were just made straight after I ordered. My order was lobbed and left on the counter by a female who should not work with the public (no manners or etiquette)she angrily shouted my order number and didn't seem to care whether it was anyone's order or not.

I ordered a wrap and a Philly steak burger on two different days. I liked my food and the staff was professional and nice

it took 20min from order to delivery and its like 15min drive 🚗 to get to me from store and the food was cold I can only assume my order was already made and that's why it was cold had to warm it up in the microwave which is not good also no chicken in my sesare wrap just saled and still cost me £3.65 not happy

The courier was in the restaurant for ages waiting for the food however the time kept getting pushed further and further back. Was waiting for a long time for the meal. Food arrived uneatable due to be so cold. All went in the bin.

For the middle of town on a Friday night it was busy but the orders were going out fresh and fast. They very kindly let me bring the dog in because there just was nowhere to secure him outside without getting stolen. The food was very good for McDs and there was loads of space to sit and eat. The staff though very bust were very pleasant. I'd go back again.

Delivered to a locked gate with barbed wire 8 foot tall so had to be shoved under a fence so all the drinks spilled. Not delivered to reception as it should have been.

all the food was cold and the bigmack had pickels in and I am elerjit to pickels so that made the buger not good as had to fish out the pickels it also had every extra on the burger so it all dropped out and made a mess. out of all my orders this is the worst I have ever had.

Most McDonald's have the table number signs that you can put on your table. This one doesn't have any left as they were all stolen. The tables on the ground floor are also without numbers. Table service upstairs is swift. Generally a dismal experience that is a bad reflection on the original McDonald's concept.

Very clean, friendly staff, safety covid measures in place. I've knocked it down a star as my food was cold yet its supposed to be made for you fresh

the phily cheese stack was supposed to be free after £20 but I got charged £5.79 if this is a error please refund me the cost of the cheese cake stack if not then fix the deal in the macdonald section of the app. I would appreciate if next time I order the deals would actually work.

Earlier this afternoon (15/2/2025) visited St. Peter's street McDonald's I have to use crutches and was met by a member of staff named JAMES.. he was the most helpful member of staff showing me to a table then offering to collect my order and bring it to me.. Very impressed

It’s easy to order with the app, but it is hard to get the right order and chase, they will just blame uber eats and uber eats says the same. Do not order there will be always be something wrong or missing with your delivery they won’t take accountability with it

the only complaint I have is i ordered a chicken mcnugget happy meal which i did not receive. it happens regularly that I do not receive what I've ordered.

For a "fast food" chain, it took an hour to deliver 2 McMuffins and 2 hash browns. The food was cold on arrival and at a cost of £20 it was most definitely a disappointing rip off. NEVER AGAIN.

Been using this mcdonalds at various times over recent months. All food has been correct. We have had both takeaway and eat ins. Generally try and order through the app but sometimes it says certain things aren't on when they are. The touch screens upstairs are for takeout only. Not sure about the ones downstairs as I can't remember. Can take a while for the table service.
