Chilli Flames in Derby

I thought it'll be a one time thing the way the food was made but with the "new way" it being made I don't think I'll be ordering this again at all.

You say how late, but the good actually never arrived - even after waiting for two hours??? Absolute joke.

food arrived cold, coke cherry turned into vimto. the wrap is nice. shame about the wait.

Orderd from here a few times now, chicken strips are unreal always arrive hot and are really tasty, this is my new go to chicken shop! Really polite delivery driver too, back soon 👍

missing half of my order. called them up. made to feel like I was lying. couldn't re deliver my missing items. some hungry people in my house tonight! first and last time I am using these guys.

ordered food as a meal but was told that theere was 2 problems with my order. they do not have drinks we ordered or ever had cherry coke but an alternative was offered, but we ordered Ben and jerry icecream x2 which they say they have never offered and don't know why just eat put it on their menu and the only way to get a refund is to do it through just eat. but the food we received is nice . Shane to have to go through all this.

Okay not the best and they got me the wrong chips and you don’t get a lot of good for the moneys worth

Rice box was mushy and didn’t taste great, chicken breast was lukewarm at best, only decent thing was the chips and perinaise, waste of money.

Not at all good experience in this occasion Ordered to eat in which still arrived very late Upon giving the order clearly explained the kids meals needs to be without spice and jalapeños When receiving the food A few of the items were cold and they went against my instructions and gave the kids meal with spices Wouldn't recommend and as it seems from their reviews their not bothered.

Really disappointed I ordered the trio (rice,salad,chicken) and it came chips(soggy) salad and chicken, and to add further sadness to my meal they coated it in ketchup which I hate. Gutted

Food was good but could have been better too much sauce in the wrap and burger. wings were lovely. Asked for sauces didn't turn up no sauces ( bit tight in my opinion). Drinks were wrong 2 out of 3. overall 2.9 out of 5. Would I come here again probably but not in a rush.

I had food last night from chili flame and after half an hour I ended in hospital. Me and my husband both have very bad food posion. When I rang them and try to tell to the manager he denied very rudly. I just asked him to check chicken was not fresh . And tried to save other customers. But he was very rude. So my suggestion is for regular customer make sure before buying any food is fresh.

Absolutely disappointed with the feta chicken salad, normally order at normanton rd and its been ok as iv had a home delivery its had 5 tiny pieces of chicken like count of 5 and the rest salad, phoned up to complain and was told sorry next time il sort it, absolutely inappropriate with the service and wont be ordering again from chilli flames, absolutely disgusted by the customer service and the way i was told next time we will sort rather then correcting my order !!!

Not all that for saying is a busy place. Burgers were dry, service could be alot better. Recommend other places to eat.

I ordered a munch box for £13.99 was suppose to have a burger loaded fried and picture show 3 chicken thighs but was told wings. Got the food burger was tiny when I say chips was just few chips with sprinkle of cheese and wings were naff. No drink aswell. Man was touching metal tongues raw meat then to cooked. No hygiene.

Came here today with my wife. Peri chicken was decent and the wings were good. We got the flama platter and it was very good value for money. Would dine again.

if there was a problem why is the order marked as delivered when it was not passed on to us. And moreso there's no one to help me get the food it's all being referred to email which will be responded within 5 days...what service??

I came here about 2 years ago when I came to buy a car from Derby. I was really impressed that time. I came back to Derby to buy another car so I thought we'll go Chilli flames to eat. I was quite supprised at how dry the chicken was in the burger. We bought 4 burgers and they were all the same. There wasn't enough marinade on the chicken and the chilli sauce just wasn't enough to make it juicy. They need to fix up and go back to how it was 2 years ago

Always quality food and great service

Order placed at 19:20 and arrived two hours later at 21:05. I am absolutely appalled at the service I received. The food was also very cold. I will not be ordering again through Just Eat and require a refund.

The staff was very rude. Had no interest in taking order. Ordered Chicken Rice box and Peri Peri chicken strip. The rice box had no flavour whatsoever and tasteless. The Peri Peri strip was okay. I wouldn't recommend.

Lovely food, warm on arrival. Only problem is they got the order slightly wrong and we got a beef burger instead of the chicken we ordered, hence 3 stars. The burger was still delicious, but not what we had ordered!

This takeaways is the best for it's burgers, wraps etc, not the best chips/fries, but somewhat okai. None the less I always have my burgers from here love it. Recommend anyone to give em a try might find your taste in here.

I got text message saying food is ready. However I still had to wait 30 mins after that to get my food. The loaded fries were okay however the wrap on the other hand seemed like they had ran out of chicken. It was just filled with spices and no chicken. Absolutely awful. Last time I ordered the lemon chicken was not spicy which was perfect. This time I could barely get threw the chicken without 2 pints of pop. But overall the food was delicious so delicious I caught threw the spice I just wish it was not spicy

Always on point never fails to impress keep it up. I pushed it to a 5 star as we were in a rush and told the waiter and he got our food to us quicker without any issues

food quality was not good, there was no tissue paper no salt, cold drink was in a same bag as hot food, drink was warm and food got cold. overall i would give 2 out of 10. delivery was fine. friendly person and on time.
