After waiting an hour and 15 mins the food got cancelled. I am not impressed or satisfied at all. If you are looking for fast food go somewhere else then atleast you would get food.

waiting 30 mins in drive through and the result was only one speaker was fast enough. waiting on 1st speaker and 2nd speaker took 3 orders already till the staff wake up. Their system are waste of money and don't realise that effect the payment. As I had an app order and has time limit which came up at the payment as error at the end. Another waiting there to make a new order. All customers complain and nothing has been done by this restaurant management. All other I have been no problem and been ordering via app for years.

I rarely have a McDonald's breakfast and I must say I probably won't have one any time soon. The bacon was just fat, hardly cooked. By the time I pulled all the fat off, was just a roll with brown sauce in. The hash brown was lovely. The drink of coke was awrful and I couldn't drink it. Staff were pleasant. No hand soap in mens toilet which is disgusting so I mentioned it to the staff. Womens toilets were disgusting, bins full and over flowing, sinks dirty. 😔

Apart from some very loud - mouthed, opinionated customers, with no regard for there being children within hearing, the restaurant was fairly quiet. Staff were very helpful and food was served at our table, very quickly.

Called in lunch time .very busy food hot .ordered what I thought was a big mac .came double big mac did not enjoy that .but that was my fault.

I visited the Wyvern take away at 12:44pm 7th August 2024. I was so disappointed with the service and food that on the receipt was a 12 digit number on which by visiting the web site I could leave a review. At 9:10am the following morning I entered my code, wrote my review etc, when finished I was told my 12 digit number had expired. Wasted time. I am a pensioner, although I have the app I do not use it and visit various McD perhaps once a week, always Wrap of the Day meal, large fries and diet Coke, to collect from the counter. The place was busy but I've seen worst, & service was dreadful. The person handing over the food, over the counter was totally inept and the last person that should be doing the job, they couldn't package the meals, prompting comments from people waiting for their order. They packaged the same meal perhaps 5 times and on every occasions it was if they were doing so for the first time, painful to watch. When after almost 20 minutes my meal arrive, the chicken in the wrap was barely warm ( concerned as the only time in my life I have been ill after a takeaway was after eating luke warm chicken ) The Coke was not cold and the chips were almost cold. I compared the temperature of the chips to the Coke and I think the Coke was warmer. OK I could have returned my food but having stood for 20 minutes to my meal I had better things to do. If I have a similar problem, I simply do not visit that restaurant or shop again. Yes I hear you say another old Victor Meldrew kicking off, but guys my meal was everything a MacDonalds meal shouldn't be, it was dreadful.

Absolutely ridiculous every time I order from here. Drinks completely spilled, wrong cold drink. Driver went back to resolve, spilled all over AGAIN and didn’t even give a cold drink. Won’t be making the mistake of ordering again.

Forgot all my 6 sauces and and having chicken nuggets and chips with no sauce is too much and dry

Popped in for a spot of dinner today pal. Went with the double big mac with bacon meal, fries and strawberry milkshake. The straws they use nowadays are awful, paper things that break when you are supping your drink, bring back the proper plastic straws no issues with them! Cleanliness wasn't the best at this place looked like some kids had chucked there chips all over the floor at the table we sat at and no one had cleaned them up. Trap 2 was in a terrible state, looked like someone had bought last night's curry back up 😫

My order didn’t have a drink, there was multiple things missing, including drinks, m flurries, sauces.

Recently visited this restaurant via the drive through and was made to wait in the queue for approximately 45 mins with other drivers due to the incompetent staff. At no point did any staff come and explain the situation, and then when you finally get to the window they fob you off with very poor and demeaning excuses. This was also a potential health and safety hazard as if someone was taken ill it would have been difficult to extract them from the situation due to the number of vehicles stuck in the queue. When I contacted the store about the issues the response was initially positive but then deteriorated into a distinct lack of ownership or action. They have finally offered that I drive 15 miles to the restaurant to claim my refund of £6.11 and have free meal, needless to say that would possibly cost me around that amount given the distance and my time. So essentially not only have they inconvenienced me of being stuck in their drive through for 45 mins but also want me to waste another 2 hours of my time and money as f its some sort of acceptable apology, which it clearly isn't. Doesn't anyone there understand the phrase customer service. Unfortunately when these points were raised again to them I just got another poor excuse so therefore this issue will be raised to the next level of McDonald's hierarchy, but maybe I will get the next level of excuses.

The burgers looked horrible and the fries were as soggy as my dads socks the ice cream machine is always broken and the iPads are horrible

i have placed my order at 11am and it is currently 12:10pm and i have had no updates of my food nether my food being delivered. this is PATHETIC!!!!! they are refusing to answer calls or give any information in to me.

I would like to say thank you to Nick the manager at the wyvern store in Derby for resolving our problem we had with our delivery through uber eats. I would strongly recommend that mcdonald's invite in their our delivery as theses 3rd parties are not at all reliable. Thank you Nick for your help you made 7 night shift workers very happy in the end :)

Ordered the 4 burger McDonalds deal it 2 burgers was missing resulting in no one eating as 2 was left out, reported and heard nothing, 17.99 wasted.

Not happy with the driver. After he knocked on the door he tried the door handle a couple of times. What would he have done if it was unlocked? Just wandered into my house??

Pretty standard experience, table edges were a bit rough as some trim is not there, was clean and tidy, service was pretty fast although wasn't really busy.

Only mcdonalds I've ever had problems with. If you order nuggets expect to be waiting 30 minutes or more. Came in this time just to be told by a member of staff someone had "marked off" my order so it was never actually made/started but was of thought as done. Somehow fries are usually cold considering I can see then being made in front of me.

driver explained two items were damaged so would get them resent or refunded, which was very good of him. my issue is this app, it does not give you the option of getting them resent, it only offers a refund but these items were my 9 year old daughters order and she was very disappointed when she didn't recieve them. would prefer the option of having them resent.

i would like to request a full refund please, my order came and the chips came in a poor state, there was more chips outside of the box then there was in the box, i also ordered to ketchup to come with my order whilst it might seem so small it also has an effect on my order. i am not impressed but also credit to when i come in store because the service is Ok! but i am not impressed with this order therefore i would like something in return.

We order McDonalds every week through work. Every week there's something! Outdone themselves today by missing all the burgers, 5 in total! How hard is it to get the order correct!

the man got lost. i tried explaining that I was in a block of flats near the top, no'18. find house 26 and we are the flats at the side of it. he was at 101. then he went to Caven drive. I rang him again to say he was on the wrong street. then he went the other side of waterford drive in the end I walked out of my flat to waterford drive to try and find the driver. I found him and collected my food from him. but it was cold

not very happy, ordered the hat trick at £9.99 and it never arrived, complained to just eat and I have had no response, I order quite a lot with just eat so if I don't get any joy I will be raising the issue higher and then deleting the app

Never eat here I got food poisoning my dad my mum me my brother thought it tasted horrible don't order a coca cola it tasted bad and the chips didn't taste right when I used the drive through with my mum it took 1 hour to get my meal never eat here thank you just go somewhere els for a McDonald's and I bet the chips burgers and everything els is left on the side never go

Far from fast food. Long wait for counter service, even longer wait to prepare food, then charged 10p for curry dip. Never been charged for dips anywhere.

Had the 3 for £4 offer not one sauce we ordered was delivered, no bbq sauce with the nuggets delivered, and the cheese bites were one short. We never expect hot food but this was very cold. Food was extremely cold. Cheese Burger was so cold the cheese and reshaped and solidified. Not happy at all. Nuggets had to be reheated.
