never seem to get the order correct. always something missing

food is stone cold and had to wait nearly 2 hours I ordered the food a 12.30

1 hr and 40 mins waiting for our breakfast, also had a missing drink.

the flat breads were inedible. They were so hard you couldn't chew them. The porridge was cold and no spoon was provided

Awful place food is poor quality and cleanliness is poor also the unit has 4star EHO avoid if you can

food stone cold like it had been in the fridge, most in been tried to heat burgers just ended up with a greasy mess.

the driver didn't turn up! so annoying

1 burger missing and I got a donut instead of a mcflury and still got charged the full amount not happy at all

Sent me the wrong milkshake. They sent the wrong sauce. My large fries were about the size of a small. The food was cold and soggy. I am not impressed. I’m hoping something can be done about this.

As always mcdonalds never disappoint. Good place. They have good parking and lot other to do things available.

Very busy, but the staff coped with the demand very well. Clean and plenty of seats. Highly recommend.

items missing , and it was cold not warm but cold, they must have a problem with there staff this is a regular thing with this branch , it will be the last time i order from this branch

my food was marked as delivered yet wasnt

Not impressed with my visit. Staff were friendly and efficient as ever. However the Cheeseburgers were a lot smaller than I remember. Fries were a little cold too. Bit disappointed.

Chips half empty and cold, sauces chucked in chip box

We order our food at 6.13 am we had a football bus booked at 630 we waited in drive thru until 6.27 stuck in drive thru the staff we really shock towards us I had to drive off with out the food because once I got to window they couldn’t tell me how long my food would be there was cars beep there horns behind us. So now I’ve got no food and out of pocket. It really think staff training is needed.

Was missing one burger and two boxes of chips, the coke had spilled in the bag and all over the mcflurry so only had a tiny bit of coke yet, disappointed

The nuggets and chips were freezing cold and the ice cream and the ice in drinks had melted ‘ 3rd meal in as many weeks ‘ and it will be me last absolute waste of £23 only edible thing was a warm burger ‘ not at all impressed !!

they gave us coke instead of milkshake, that we payed more for.

Lovely food nice and hot, rider arrived on bike which was great because it allowed rider to get gere faster using shortcut.

Decent delivery, but food not great. Fries cold, chicken nuggets only warm, apple pie marked as should be discarded 2 hours before it was delivered. Vegetable deluxe was decent and at least a reasonable temperature

It took 16 mins to get me a breakfast muffin with coffee. I could have understood if the place was packed but there was only 6 people in the place and 6 workers. When I did get it, it was partially cold.

Better service in the day than evening

I am happy with almost everything to do with McDonald's apart from the Philly cheese stack, now don't get me wrong, it's a really nice burger apart from the onions for me, so I want to know why the staff that make the burger can't make it from scratch? I.e leaving the onions out after putting the cheese slices in it?

Quick delivery driver was friendly

The fries was very cold the burger was cold and had know salad or nothing all the food we had was very cold the only thing that was ok was the drinks the rest was very disappointing to say the least.

There was a large pack of fries missing

all food covered and soaked in coke. all ruined.

the porridge had syrup had ordered 3 only 2 spoons arrived also , had ordered bacon rolls x2 without ketchup and both arrived with ketchup on so clearly didn't read instructions won't be ordering again

Specifically asked for big mac without sauce, even the box had a sticker on, 'no sauce'. Guess what? Came with sauce!!! Big queue so didn't return it. Not happy.

Very busy lunch time in here. Food was good and not too slow.

Picked up the new Ranch burger earlier, I threw most of it away when I got home; tasteless and so dry. Patties that are usually moist, were more like cardboard. So disappointing.

I was in the drive thru 28 minutes for a hot chocolate and a Terry's pie. Ignored at the ordering post, then despite it taking 15 minutes to get to the window, I was then parked up for a further 13 minutes waiting!! Not one apology.

Food was well packed, no items missing. Food tasted great. Thank you I will be ordering on line again. Thankyou

The drink had spilt in the bag and because the bag got wet it ripped and spilt coke all over the floor.

made the order the food got delivered too somone elses house mc donalds couldnt help and just eat didnt even bother helping now im sat with hungry people at home im not a happy customer at all its a joke

Big Macy's and at 1730 wasn't too busy. Food was a s warm as it gets in a Macy's. Also for once the milkshake machine in a Macy's worked. All in all a good one.

second time I've ordered today my sons happy meal came with about 5 chips and my burger was rock hard I asked for extra cheese and lettuce and got none

Usual mcds, a little small and difficult in large vehicles to use the drive thru

Why can't you ever get an order right your it's not hard ti count how many burgers there are is there, get it sorted the service is horrid ad it is nevermind not getting everything that I orders its not hard

Worst service. Thrown the order on the road and said it's delivered ridiculous that amount you charge for delivery and what we get food thrown on the road that you expect me to eat.

Found an hair on my chips. Showed the manager on shift and he was so unbothered about it. No one had hair nets on. I will not be eating here again. The only good thing about here. Is the happy and cheerful lady who brings the food to the table.

Order was not left at my door/porch, the driver rang I gave him the pin, I asked if he could leave it there, I would come & get it I would be 2 seconds there was no option to call the driver back, it must have already be left in the wrong place, i

Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had at McDonald’s for a while. Lovely woman named Anna at the Derby branch, polite service, very calm, and actually listens and doesn’t try and rush you. Please give this girl some recognition in this store!

Food was to cold to eat no ice in the drinks they was warm also the burger was swimming in the sauce so on the hole wasted £20

delivery was perfect, hot chocolates were very watery
