All ok but no fries with chicken nugget meal?

Mcspicy delivered instead of Mccrispy. Order otherwise fine! Delivery driver smoking as delivering our order and also ‘gobbed’ on the front garden.

What a surprise missing item's again, bet the drives never pay for there own food!

First McDonald's in 6 years,,, just as bad as it always was,,, can't believe anyone still eats the garbage!

The delivery time was moved out several times so atleast 20 mins later than original time. Food was barely edible as cold and tasted like it had been sat for a while (soggy, chips were undercooked) not a great meal at all

The delivery driver would not give ot give me my order saying that the last 4 numbers of my phone were incorrect

Most of the order was incorrect. No dips whatsoever with my 9 chicken selects Share box, which, despite the packaging saying that was what it was, was in fact 20 chicken nuggets, extra mayo dip ordered also missing. Without any condiments food obviously very dry. Hugely disappointing and a very poor customer experience.

cold food and spilt drink, the burger was cold enough I peeled the cheese off and repositioned it without it breaking

My only complaint is they charge for sauces, when other branches do not charge.

Appalling service, they prioritise remote orders for collection. Waited over 15 mins for a burger meal to be prepared. Rubbish

It went from 22 mins on the app to 50 mins and I couldn’t cancel it! Not happy. Driver lovely

ordered double cheese burger got 2 burgers no bun nothing lol

Arrived at 05:20 to be told there is a 15 minutes wait for food as they only just started cooking breakfast🤣 so what were you doing from 05:00. Absolutely useless 😑

Not happy what we order wrong order you gave a double cheese burger Not triple cheeseburger

The food was like warm if that when it arrived to my house had to reheat most of it up. In both fries then have old packed it a 1/4 full, they have put a straw for the drink, presentation was disappointing. Just wasn't an all right good experience.

The driver came all the way into the building which is extremely helpful as I can’t leave my desk to go fetch the order

Another fantastic meal, piping hot and fresh thankyou.

When you are in the drive through, make sure you painstakingly check your order, regardless of how many cars are behind you, because they use your natural desire to keep the queue moving to rip you off. They also rely on the fact that you will not be bothered to drive back there to complain because the part of your order that is correct will get cold and your family will be hungry. Not the first time this has happened, so not a coincidence.

no toy with the happy meal and fries instead of the apples requested. now I've got an unhappy child

Standard practice of them missing part of the order and no way of getting a refund or getting it delivered. Shambles of a business

This really is the best in derby, tried a smoothie first time ever, wow was delish, carnt wait for my next one.

I'm absolutely sick of not receiving what I've ordered. No straw, no sauces I've had to pay extra for, not even my burger from my meal, cold chips and terrible support from their website. Avoid ordering from here unless you are going in person and can complain directly when they can't get it right.

I didn't get any of my order I ordered a philly stack with apple juice and crispy got something totally different

Order kept getting pushed back, and when it was received I only got the drinks - twice. No food, they just sent double the drinks order. Oh, and I got 2x the dips for the food I didnt receive, nice touch that. I've had bad orders from this place before, but this is ridiculous.

Ordering on the app was fine. For some unknown reason queued behind two cars waiting for food who should have been directed to a bay. Our coffees were like warm as a result of the wait. Service slow.

Slowest mcdolands breakfast I've ever seen. They gave me an extra hash brown either by mistake or on purpose I don't know.

The People’s who worked there that day when we been there for Lunch absolutely amazing 🤩 friendly and professional, kind and lovely. Food was hot and tasty that’s important! Places were clean and tidy. Toilets were the same, smell nice. Thank u keep up this good service 👏🏻🙂

never seem to get the order correct. always something missing

1 hr and 40 mins waiting for our breakfast, also had a missing drink.

the flat breads were inedible. They were so hard you couldn't chew them. The porridge was cold and no spoon was provided

food is stone cold and had to wait nearly 2 hours I ordered the food a 12.30

Awful place food is poor quality and cleanliness is poor also the unit has 4star EHO avoid if you can

Sent me the wrong milkshake. They sent the wrong sauce. My large fries were about the size of a small. The food was cold and soggy. I am not impressed. I’m hoping something can be done about this.

As always mcdonalds never disappoint. Good place. They have good parking and lot other to do things available.

Very busy, but the staff coped with the demand very well. Clean and plenty of seats. Highly recommend.

items missing , and it was cold not warm but cold, they must have a problem with there staff this is a regular thing with this branch , it will be the last time i order from this branch

Chips half empty and cold, sauces chucked in chip box

We order our food at 6.13 am we had a football bus booked at 630 we waited in drive thru until 6.27 stuck in drive thru the staff we really shock towards us I had to drive off with out the food because once I got to window they couldn’t tell me how long my food would be there was cars beep there horns behind us. So now I’ve got no food and out of pocket. It really think staff training is needed.

Not impressed with my visit. Staff were friendly and efficient as ever. However the Cheeseburgers were a lot smaller than I remember. Fries were a little cold too. Bit disappointed.

Was missing one burger and two boxes of chips, the coke had spilled in the bag and all over the mcflurry so only had a tiny bit of coke yet, disappointed

The nuggets and chips were freezing cold and the ice cream and the ice in drinks had melted ‘ 3rd meal in as many weeks ‘ and it will be me last absolute waste of £23 only edible thing was a warm burger ‘ not at all impressed !!

Lovely food nice and hot, rider arrived on bike which was great because it allowed rider to get gere faster using shortcut.

Decent delivery, but food not great. Fries cold, chicken nuggets only warm, apple pie marked as should be discarded 2 hours before it was delivered. Vegetable deluxe was decent and at least a reasonable temperature

It took 16 mins to get me a breakfast muffin with coffee. I could have understood if the place was packed but there was only 6 people in the place and 6 workers. When I did get it, it was partially cold.

I am happy with almost everything to do with McDonald's apart from the Philly cheese stack, now don't get me wrong, it's a really nice burger apart from the onions for me, so I want to know why the staff that make the burger can't make it from scratch? I.e leaving the onions out after putting the cheese slices in it?

The fries was very cold the burger was cold and had know salad or nothing all the food we had was very cold the only thing that was ok was the drinks the rest was very disappointing to say the least.
