For what should be "Fast food" this McDonald's is unbelievably slow if you stupidly choose "table service'. Over 25 minutes for two meals, when take out orders were being served in minutes. Burgers also very greasy.

Poor service via the drive-through, seems to be regular issue Mc/Ds

An OK McDonald's on a retail park, clean enough & with the usual clientele, some of which were quite noisy/disruptive. Staff are busy but attentive & the tables are all clean, although I'd have been happier without a "team member" yelling out the order numbers (although she seemed to enjoy it) So if you're OK patronising McDonald's, you'll be fine, but there are better, cleaner & cheaper places nearby.

Recently visited this restaurant via the drive through and was made to wait in the queue for approximately 45 mins with other drivers due to the incompetent staff. At no point did any staff come and explain the situation, and then when you finally get to the window they fob you off with very poor and demeaning excuses. This was also a potential health and safety hazard as if someone was taken ill it would have been difficult to extract them from the situation due to the number of vehicles stuck in the queue. When I contacted the store about the issues the response was initially positive but then deteriorated into a distinct lack of ownership or action. They have finally offered that I drive 15 miles to the restaurant to claim my refund of £6.11 and have free meal, needless to say that would possibly cost me around that amount given the distance and my time. So essentially not only have they inconvenienced me of being stuck in their drive through for 45 mins but also want me to waste another 2 hours of my time and money as f its some sort of acceptable apology, which it clearly isn't. Doesn't anyone there understand the phrase customer service. Unfortunately when these points were raised again to them I just got another poor excuse so therefore this issue will be raised to the next level of McDonald's hierarchy, but maybe I will get the next level of excuses.

We came here after oxygen jumping on 12/10/24 and to say that we had 9 people ordering from my sons party and the food was served quick 2 big tables for where the kids could sit and the parents could sit.A really good mcdonalds would come here again.

Decent McDonalds 5 minute detour off A52. Relatively fast service though did get busy on weekend morning time. Fair amount of seating available and restaurant was fairly clean. Nice breakfast (bought a McMuffin Meal), fairly standard. Had working sauce dispensers and pretty clean toilet. Decent McDonald’s to go to if in the area.

I’m not sure why, but this McDonalds consistently has the longest wait of any I have ever been to. It seems to prioritise the drive thru and Uber/Deliveroo orders over those inside the store. Food is standard for a McDonalds but the wait is ridiculous.

The chips here are the best Burgers and the fillet are always tasty and piping hot Team here are always fun helpful and good with the kids 👍

Went here 2 mornings on the trot for breakfast while visiting the area. The food was hot and fresh and the staff were friendly.

McDonald's food is ..... well....what it is. The restaurant was filthy and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The staff were clueless as to any information and special offers. They hadn't been trained in food allergies and hygiene. Clearly very poor management skills.

Fab, fresh, well, prepared take outs. Wyvern is the best in Derby. Chips are not thin bits of twig!! Accurate portion sizes. McFlurry's have good amount of topping. Delivery/ couriers (mainly Just Eat) always excellent, & food remains in one piece x.

A whole meal was missing- only received 2 hash browns and a cheesy flatbread. Cant even get through to the restaurant as keeps ringing and ringing

Every single time we’ve risked trying an order something has been wrong/missing. Got sent a bag of dips and not a single piece of food tonight, so that was nice. Someone really needs to train the staff. Won’t be risking it again.

Incapable of getting an order right. I mean it’s right there on a screen. All they have to do is put the things they see on the screen in a bag but that’s apparently too taxing. They almost always forget the dips which is annoying enough, but tonight they just flat out didn’t send the food. Received one bag with a spilled drink and, in which I can only assume is some kind of sick joke, a bunch of dips. What am I supposed to dip in it, McDonald’s? My thoughts and prayers?

took the order at 8.40am and order was ready but the guy working there (asian/african) he holds the order for almost 20 minutes , very rude and very disrespectfull, need to ask him if he is not ok then stay away from the store please if manager want detail check the morning shift who's on the deliveries wed, 11 sep

Great take out. Fresh. Edible temperature. McFlurries packed with topping. Wyvern always do great take away orders! Courier friendly and respectful with our order. Thank you x

The food is very nice, but it just gets very very busy, aside from that, it's a good McDonalds, it's worth coming.

4 and out of 5 - missed a drink but other than that all good quality of food and drinks that turned up. Next time please check as people pay a lot for McDonalds sometimes and when items are missing it really puts off people ordering or going back!

After waiting an hour and 15 mins the food got cancelled. I am not impressed or satisfied at all. If you are looking for fast food go somewhere else then atleast you would get food.

waiting 30 mins in drive through and the result was only one speaker was fast enough. waiting on 1st speaker and 2nd speaker took 3 orders already till the staff wake up. Their system are waste of money and don't realise that effect the payment. As I had an app order and has time limit which came up at the payment as error at the end. Another waiting there to make a new order. All customers complain and nothing has been done by this restaurant management. All other I have been no problem and been ordering via app for years.

I rarely have a McDonald's breakfast and I must say I probably won't have one any time soon. The bacon was just fat, hardly cooked. By the time I pulled all the fat off, was just a roll with brown sauce in. The hash brown was lovely. The drink of coke was awrful and I couldn't drink it. Staff were pleasant. No hand soap in mens toilet which is disgusting so I mentioned it to the staff. Womens toilets were disgusting, bins full and over flowing, sinks dirty. 😔

They actually remembered my donute, after the last couple of times I really believed they wouldn't bring it.

Excellent service at the Wyvern McDonalds unlike the Asda one who forgot my food and I didn’t receive a refund. Wyvern McDonalds is so much better!

Missed off a whole meal and other bits out of meals and put pickles on my son’s burger when he’s allergic! My advice is if you’re going to order for more than 2 people go into the actually restaurant itself otherwise you can almost guarantee they will mess up your order!

very lovely staff and great service

Apart from some very loud - mouthed, opinionated customers, with no regard for there being children within hearing, the restaurant was fairly quiet. Staff were very helpful and food was served at our table, very quickly.

Called in lunch time .very busy food hot .ordered what I thought was a big mac .came double big mac did not enjoy that .but that was my fault.

I visited the Wyvern take away at 12:44pm 7th August 2024. I was so disappointed with the service and food that on the receipt was a 12 digit number on which by visiting the web site I could leave a review. At 9:10am the following morning I entered my code, wrote my review etc, when finished I was told my 12 digit number had expired. Wasted time. I am a pensioner, although I have the app I do not use it and visit various McD perhaps once a week, always Wrap of the Day meal, large fries and diet Coke, to collect from the counter. The place was busy but I've seen worst, & service was dreadful. The person handing over the food, over the counter was totally inept and the last person that should be doing the job, they couldn't package the meals, prompting comments from people waiting for their order. They packaged the same meal perhaps 5 times and on every occasions it was if they were doing so for the first time, painful to watch. When after almost 20 minutes my meal arrive, the chicken in the wrap was barely warm ( concerned as the only time in my life I have been ill after a takeaway was after eating luke warm chicken ) The Coke was not cold and the chips were almost cold. I compared the temperature of the chips to the Coke and I think the Coke was warmer. OK I could have returned my food but having stood for 20 minutes to my meal I had better things to do. If I have a similar problem, I simply do not visit that restaurant or shop again. Yes I hear you say another old Victor Meldrew kicking off, but guys my meal was everything a MacDonalds meal shouldn't be, it was dreadful.

Absolutely ridiculous every time I order from here. Drinks completely spilled, wrong cold drink. Driver went back to resolve, spilled all over AGAIN and didn’t even give a cold drink. Won’t be making the mistake of ordering again.

Popped in for a spot of dinner today pal. Went with the double big mac with bacon meal, fries and strawberry milkshake. The straws they use nowadays are awful, paper things that break when you are supping your drink, bring back the proper plastic straws no issues with them! Cleanliness wasn't the best at this place looked like some kids had chucked there chips all over the floor at the table we sat at and no one had cleaned them up. Trap 2 was in a terrible state, looked like someone had bought last night's curry back up 😫

My order didn’t have a drink, there was multiple things missing, including drinks, m flurries, sauces.

The burgers looked horrible and the fries were as soggy as my dads socks the ice cream machine is always broken and the iPads are horrible
