Local Macdonalds, never really have any complaints, friendly helpful staff.

Drive through can sometimes be a very long wait. Food is good but service had been very slow the last few times I visited.

Food so bland and boring, why people keep going to this type of food provider is a constant mystery to me.

Really busy restaurant and it's definitely not the quickest service. They'd missed a flurry off the order but quickly rectified. Food was fine

I'm constantly disappointed with Macdonald's, I have no Idea why I waste my money. So yesterday at McDonald's Markeaton Derby both orders were wrong. I know that salads aren't their thing but you know what, do not market an alternative if y ou don't take it seriously and you think you can get away with charging a ridiculous amount of money for a box of lettuce and a tiny bit of chicken. I keep saying shame on you. You were iconic, now you're a money making machine that churns out rubbish. Something new needs to happen, if this is all you can do we need to move on!

Very busy McDonald's, with a chaotic car park! Difficult to drive out of and back on to the busy roads. Food was standard, but they couldn't be bothered to put the gherkins on the burger which i found in the box. Also annoyingly had to pay for the dipping sauce... Had to wait for food in the car park which seems quite normal nowadays, a member of staff asked how long i was going to be parked in a standard parking space for whilst still eating which i found somewhat rude. Apart from that just the price of the food completely outweighs the quality and quantity.... Visits to any McDonald's will become few and far between going forward...

It’s great to eat out and have a McDonalds but in the mornings having a sausage and egg McMuffin theirs always egg shell in the eggs! I have to ask them to please make sure theirs no shell in my egg! But apart from that iv no problems with the food.

Hi, everything is fine with this McDonald’s, the food is tasty and the service is very kind, but the bathrooms aren’t the best. Need cleaning

We left derby over seven years ago but must say we visited this restaurant a few times and really enjoyed our meal.

It was quite busy but good atmosphere while you wait.

It was a really spacious Macdonalds and the breakfast was tasty.

Why are the chips always cold. Other than that good food.

A disappointing visit. Gents toilet cubicle out of action and one urinal not working. Ordering 'customised' food made the service extra slow. I watched the order climb to the top of the 'preparing' screen, and then go back to the bottom of the preparing screen. As a separate point the drive through is poorly signposted and hard to access.

My visit was just a quick drop in for some takeaway. The car park was quite congested with customers coming and going. The restaurant was generally clean with the usual sauce smeared tables here and there. Service was pretty straightforward and staff were friendly enough. I visited at a busy time so the store was bustling with other customers. Overall a pretty reasonable visit. Definitely worth another visit when its not so busy.

my food is always missing, it has happened twice and its been my last two orders

Everytime we order these always atleast one main thing in the order missing besides from ordered dips and and there never being any straws put in. Seems to be atleast one burger or drink missing everytime we order. Maybe they should have a checklist of what items need to be in each order, oh wait... 🤦‍♂️

Didn't even receive half the order. actually ridiculous

Time kept being added after I was told that the courier was at the restaurant so was cold on delivery. I was also missing 4 dips that I had ordered.

Standard experience nowadays order 8 items and end up with only 7. It's not rocket science to get orders right but every time I'm missing part of my order. That's not including the half portion of fries 🍟 that we get every time. What happened to fast food the principal McDonald's was based on? It would be quicker to go into an actual restaurant and have a steak meal cooked. Bring back the food being ready as soon as you order... I'm sure McDonald's say it's so your food is fresh but I'm sure it's down to cost of having to waste the odd big mac... Probably need to stop ordering as it ain't going to get any better.

Are incapable of getting an order correct - every time I go either an item is missing or wrong. Also seems dirty inside and poorly maintained outside.

I order from here a lot and there always seems to be an issue. both cold and missing items. currently I'm at work and this meal was supposed to be a well done for a colleague. but it's missing both the sauce that comes with it as well as the extra I ordered and I'm missing the brownie which was a treat.

Food was as expected but for the 2nd week in a row no sauces were added even though some were paid for. This happens regularly when we have a delivery. Why can’t you read what is put in the order

Missing my large Coca Cola took two long to come time got changed four times all I wanted was my coke

Double Big Mac & Bacon was well tasty

very disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal for my daughter with a Fanta. the no ketchup option was unavailable. then the burger came with ketchup so why say ketchup is unavailable then put it on the burger. Needless to say the burger did not get eaten. the Fanta never came but instead 2 ice lattes that were subpar at best. Needless to say I am not happy at all!

The order was delivered an hour late so my grand kids weren’t happy

Actually not bad for the 1st visit in ages to this McDonald's as its normally dire ,but whoever is running it now theve definitely upped the game .Food hot ,accurate order ( for once in both temp and accuracy) . Clean and staff that seemed to bother to wrk .might return.

They never accept deliveries at night. If you have the audacity to order TWO meals, they'll claim the order is "too big" and cancel it. This came directly from my delivery driver's mouth after he had to fight for them to make it for me. This specific McDonald's is the worst in Derby, and is a waste of your time. This is coming from a former worker at 2 different locations. If they don't accept such humungous orders that take a combined total of a generous 10 minutes to make from scratch (including fryer times), then why have the uber eats tablet turned on at all? Fix this.

Ordered 3 big macs and got the wrong order and food was cold tried ringing them up multiple times and they haven't answered don't order from here

Ordered a Smartie Macflurry and when I started to eat it in the car I found a bug with a tail in the ice cream. We went back and told them but instead of being shocked or concerned we were just made new ones, it is a cleanliness concern that the machine was not cleaned or the toppings container was nor emptied and cleaned out. Don't order ice cream here.

Food arrived cold and with ice cream completely melted. Driver was at the restaurant collecting my order for almost 30mins so guessing he was waiting for other orders whilst mine was going cold. I also found a large chunk of bone inside one of my chicken nuggets. Most disappointing meal I have ever had from a McDonalds in over 30years.

Driver wasn’t even at the restaurant when he said he was, my food had been sat there for over 40 minutes until he picked it up. Rang McDonald’s 3 times for the driver of never of been there since in the 40 minutes my food was sat on the side!

Very well done for delivering my order to my home, thank you. It shouldn’t be necessary to say it but I’m saying it anyway after so many failed deliveries.

Markeaton Park is the only McDonald's that I have trouble using the click and collect at when using the App

Went for breakfast, super fast service. Food was great, fresh and hot. Car parks a weird layout but they can't help that.

Only had a coffee which was nice and reasonably priced unlike some branded places

This place was manic a bus loade4 of Chinese Vistors car park full kids bringing vouchers drive through full but no worries all went smooth this is the most efficient restaurant I visit just no problem like clockwork and every one smiling and happy to pass the time of day

When one of the staff sat outside and continued to empty his contents of his nose into his throat and spit it on floor I was disgusted

We live just up the road and it was still late. It was delivered cold because the driver went the other side of town first. The driver was not professional and attitude galore. Will never order again.

I do not understand why so many of your drivers accept the delivery and then refuse to deliver to my home on a home delivery service, which is in actual fact a contract. However, this particular driver decided it was perfectly fine to deliver to my home, it shouldn’t be needed to say this, but well done to him.

The woman working at the first drive through window this morning was rude, aggressive and very argumentative, she clearly couldn’t be bothered and had the social skills of a dead fish. In fact a dead fish probably has more manners. Goes without saying she got the order completely wrong too…

Worst McDonald's ever. The staff were moody as anything, the service was slow and the food was old, solid and dry.

Missing items this syore usually blames the delivery drivers yet the bags were fully sealed and always the most expensive items at that bigmag missing from bigmac meal and mc crispy missing also can never order from here without something missing staff are incompitant worst macdonalds and managers in derby clearly
