McDonald's in Derby

It's a McDonald's, what would you expect? Food is good for the price, service is quick and simple.

I'm not usually such a negative person but..... I don't think I have ever had a complete order from this McDonald's. Today we noticed they had missed a burger... I went in and a lovely lady helped me and sorted it. We then got home and realised they had also missed a pie. I wonder how much money they're making from all the food we are paying for but they aren't giving us. Someone has a side hustle I swear. Deffo avoid this one or check your food carefully before you leave.

Quick on the orders, well done. However, tables left for a long time without cleaning. They should clear tables and wipe them clean mire often.

It's a McDonalds, but be aware of the drive through, bollards are placed to protect the building & staff, but in positions that could easily catch your car if you don't lock the wheel hard enough. Lots of evidence of previous car bumps, poor folk have been caught out before..

Food didn’t taste good, even though we had to wait, it should’ve been fresh l. Happy meal toy not available. The manager said that the Minecraft toy only comes with an adult meal which is not true

I ordered for pickup at a very busy time and despite the busy time the order was out within five minutes and all the food was to great standards.

Food was hot and tasty. A little wait but nothing major. Car park was busy. Not sure if this place has wheelchair access, I saw steps at the front but we were in the car park so might need to check if this is a requirement for you.

The wait was unreal. 40 minute to wait for McDonald's. Out of order.

Ordered on just eat, left us waiting 45 minutes on ‘preparing your order and driver at restaurant’ before cancelling our order leaving us having to find and order from somewhere else at 1AM and wait a further 40 minutes for that food! Absolutely atrocious customer service.

THERE WaS a MASsIVE dump in THE TOILET I was crying in the corner because it stunk it was green and lumpy almost made me sick 1 STAR the food is good badumpa

food took about 40min when the app said 20 min and when the food arrived it was stone cold it clearly not put in warm bag and the filet o fish bun was over toasted when the Buns should be steamed!! the rest of the food was not good . very very poor !! not happy at all my daughter refused to eat her mcspicy cause it was soggy and cold.. not a happy customer food got thrown away . wasted my money

They apparently shouted out my friends order but I don’t believe that and it was on the board but they didn’t give it to me we waited 20 mins + another 10 mins so rubbish and did not give our friends a refund they also threw it away.

DISGUSTING PLACE do not try - poorly organised forgot my daughters order , staff where awful , bad attitudes refused to offer a refused to 2 of my friends children one of whom is autistic, after they waited 25 minutes for a McFlurry and then when asked for it they said they had thrown it away , HIRE DECENT STAFF McDonald’s

I’ve spent 25 pounds for my food to not come. This is outrageous and I can’t believe a franchise like McDonald’s would do this. Please somebody get back to me asap to see if it’s still coming or if I’m getting a refund because I am so angry!!

It can be really busy, the food was tasty but not very warm. Macdonald's service standards are starting to slip and the prices are starting to rise. Can no longer be considered to be an impulse purchase.

It’s more the fact we could see our food doing a tour of Mackworth first and when we finally got it, it was below 63*c putting it in the danger level. I probed the fries were 42*c and the burger53*c which I find unacceptable, to then have to microwave the food leaves you with a simple meal gone wrong!!! Your insult of a refund doesn’t even cover another fries let alone a complete meal.

The shear incompetence of the staff at this McDonald's is terrible. This review is based on multiple orders from here every time the order is wrong, especially if you decide to have a "grill" order because there is something that you don't like or want something extra on your meal. I mean how hard can it be they even get a sticker to put on your burger that tells them what changes are to be made. And they still manage to get it wrong/mess it up clearly you don't need to be able to read to get a job here. Today will be the last time I use this restaurant in future I will take my custom else where.

Never will I ever ask for extra ever again as it never comes with your order, everytime I've ordered recently there has always been an issue and very rude staff doesn't help, one of if not the WORST McDonald's in the country how hard is it to read labels that provide info to orders and still forget the extras and to still be charged

I wish I ate somewhere else, most of the food came cold there was no milkshake or Coke Zero just two diet cokes and the state of the Philly stake burger it was like a puddle of cheese soaking the burger so -1/10 will never go to markeaton park again!

It's a macdonalds. The food is consistently okay. It won't knock your socks off but it's better than a lot of pub grub.

Their workers are the laziest individuals to go. £13 of my items didn’t show up w a £20 purchase how unethical is that. I have contacted this particular shop yet when they see the number they don’t pick up.

Possibly the dirtiest McDeez I have visited ... been a couple of times recently and the floors are sticky and there are visible dirty boot prints on the floors arround the service couter Food is as good as Mc Deez gets ( so 3 stars ) Staff ... seemingly loads of them ... not sure why the service was so steady

Absolutely diabolical! Placed an order at 16:04. Kept waiting and waiting with the select expected time constantly changing and then it says at 18:00 that It has been delivered at 18:35 - AHEAD OF THE TIME IT ACTUALLY IS! AND NO FOOD DELIVERED!

Got the wrong order with the right receipt annoying I got a quarter pounder instead of 9 nuggets? How is it that hard to get the right order

The iced latte had fallen over in the couriers car boot. I got a wet bag and a cup of ice. No coffee!!
