Wrong order received. The Big Tasty burger was ordered as a large meal. It came with several things taken off the burger - we did not request any changes. It only came with small fries. Ordered nuggets too - they didn’t arrive. As well as that, the Big Mac meal did not come as a meal. Again, small fries. No drink. All of the food was cold and the delivery was late.

only sent drink for a £50 order

I asked for no cheese on Double Cheese Burger as I'm allergic to cheese, what happens yet again they send Burger with cheese. Also food was cold again, 4 times now and food has been cold

food was nice but only give it 3 stars because there was a milkshake missing

It would be great to have an option to tip a courier after the order has been delivered. Asking for a tip before the customer has been served is not a great idea. However when the courier has done a great job, there is no option to tip at the end

The food was socked in coke and not edible

Terrible car park entry and arrangements (inc signage), so much so that we parked and went in as we assumed no drive through. But there was one - which we discovered when attempting to leave. Dave was a top bloke delivering trays to customers inside. Our food and drink didn't take too long, delivered by a nice young lad. Not enough toilet capacity. Dog mess outside the door from the car park - seemingly no-one monitoring the outside. If the roundabout upgrade works do go ahead then it will be a nightmare to get in and out of.

The time kept moving but driver was polite and things arrived in good condition

Drink was gone as had be put on its side so I paid for a drink and didn’t receive one as it was all in the bag and leaked everywhere

everything was stone cold and possibly put together by blind people, no wonder McDonald's is on the downfall, think it's going to be be my last time ordering from this appalling takeaway

Delivering quality fast food with a good value of money. Wondering if the 2 hour free parking time limit is removed?

the quality was terrible, hashbrowns were all broken apart, all drinks spilled and burgers were everywhere

while the order was early, they waited at the opposite side of the building. The order was lacklustre, we got given half the amount of chips you would normally get for a large, and instead of the 6 nuggets we only got 4, and the amount of cheese sauce on the cheesy mc crispy, could barely fill a teaspoon.

Driver didn't ring and was driving around looking for the house !

Not the fault of the restaurant, but the place was just too busy. Much better the 2nd time.

Driver gave us 2 bags but the food bag was the wrong one. The only items correct were the drinks. Terrible service by the driver. Clearly delivering more than 1 order which is not an issue unless he mixes up the bags

The WORST JustEat experience I've ever had. Delivery time kept being pushed back, finally arrived an hour and a half after the original time. Food had clearly been cooked when original order was put in as it was ice cold when it arrived. And several of the items were wrong.

Best McDonald's in derby food was hot arrived quickly been to other McDonald's and the quality isn't as good as the one at markeaton would highly recommend using this branch

One of the better macdonalds don't very often get told to park up when going through drive through unlike meteor centre that is a terrible let's macdonalds down

Do not come here at night! There are absolutely no lights, took me 5 minutes to find the drive thru- and even seen other people struggling and entering in the drive thru on the exit because it’s so dark! Even the exit was so hard to find so we had to follow someone else hoping they knew where it was.

Food was good, missing dips but thats not a big deal, however the seal on the bag was broken, which I was dissatisfied with. Not sure of the procedure when the bag is fully opened as this has not happened to me before, however next time the order will be refused.

Congratulations to your courier, this proves that very very occasionally one of your couriers can actually deliver to my front door, in other words, a HOME delivery instead of somewhere nearby.

Large fries are more like medium with a hint of coldness throughout this establishment.

Cold don’t know how you expect people to eat cold food

unfortunately despite the driver having specific instructions he was very late and could not find us. Our food and hot drinks were all cold. very disappointing 😞

the portion sizes are terrible, the wrap was all tortilla and a tiny bit of chicken.

Food messy as anything, looks as if was made by a 1 armed monkey who was confused and distracted by an albino folk troupe outside his zoo cage or something, delivery driver on the other hand was an absolute gent and definitely not a monkey or a limb absent animal of any kind

The ice cream machine was working and has done for the past two weeks. Food order was completed quickly. The receipt machine didn't work though. All in all good maccies experience.

Food was served superbly quickly it was hot and ready to go before we realised, it's a large site which is busy but plenty of staff around working hard.

Everything was cooked well, and arrived at a decent temp. However, of the 4 burgers ordered, and listed as No Ketchup/Pickle.. that arrived stickered as ONLY Onion/Mustard. NOT A SINGLE ONE had any mustard OR onion on them, which left them rather dry

I ordered to arrive as my son was back from school I was disgusted how long this order took My financial status is very tight and spend my money wisely and treat my son to a McDonalds every week to treat him after a stressful week at school it finally arrived and everything was cold I am not happy with the service and the temperature of my food I spend my money for it to come in good time and at a good temperature

Another chance of using Mcdonalds as my niece likes it and this is our closest branch, they also use car delivery rsther than bike so it's quicker. I have called the restaurant again to mention the food is cold. The food is always delivered within the estimated time frame so I 100% blame the restaurant. I have now issued a refund request and will NOT use this restaurant again

Aye it was quite fast but forgot a big item that i ordered on the menu.

Pretty much what you expect from a McDonald's fast food, Its bigger than most because of it location on the A38 it acts more like a motorway services only ever stopped here on journeys as its convenient place to grab drink or snack. The downside here is getting in and out of the carpark and finding entrance to the drive through without prior knowledge can be tricky. Also somehow it seems to always be cold in there.

The fries we ordered were two large and one medium but we got three medium

deliver man was great but the food was terrible and not even warm. would rather give the money spent to a homeless person than that.

Ordered 2 mayo chickens with no lettuce or mayonnaise and added cheese, both came completely plain with no cheese after paying extra for cheese, food was barely warm.

The delivery person went to the wrong street and wrong address by time my food arrived it was stone cold . I would like a refund has I pay to have my food hot not cold and to be delivered to the right address.
