McDonald's in Derby

As always food missing and also food cold. Do not go to this McDonald’s it is a joke. Also made so difficult to feedback online.

It never actually arrived its pathetic takin money n saying its delivered n nothings here

It was very good but the chips were cold we asked for it to be delivered at 11:45 but it didn’t get here until 12:10

can't fault the driver they were at the restaurant so soon after I ordered, but the delivery time was pushed back till it was about an hour late and the food was quite cold considering the restaurant is less than a 5 minute drive away. I think this is probably an issue with mcdonalds as a chain itself and not valuing customers or staff, and nothing to do with either the driver or mcdonalds staff.

Delivery time kept changing and it took over an hour for our food to arrive. It was all stone cold when it finally got here and items were missing

big mac wasn't right, no cheese in burger and asked for no onions came with onions and had loads of gurkins chucked in the box with the burger not even in the burger and all the food was stone cold. was supposed to get something g free when the food if you spend over £20 and got nothing.

Slow delivery and cold once it arrived

Delivery fine but my entire order was wrong leaving us without any food to eat a they missed items off and the ones they delivered were wrong.

Unfortunately this McDonald's is absolutely useless! They have ripped us off so many times by sending wrong items or by missing items out altogether. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this restaurant. I will not be using them again.

Jesus christ, how many times do you guys forget items? have you got human sieves working there or what? Absolutely rots my brain thinking about how you can still give me all the extras like the sides and drink for THAT specific order but forget the main that it was ordered with? And Mcdonalds just send you to UberEats support, because they're to braindead to understand what a phone is.

The food was stone cold it went straight in the bin and just eat are quibbling over a refund of stone cold food that went straight in the bin. I want a refund.!! I order regularly and don’t expect stone cold food! It’s not what I payed for…

Never got the order? Don’t know why you’re saying we did because it never turned up, it got cancelled once so i ordered it again and it never came and i didn’t get a refund. Absolute joke give me my money back mate.

I'm happy with delivery however I'm very disappointed with my order which arrived incomplete. missing toy in one of the Happy Meal, missing sauces for both happy meals and missed fries. definitely won't order again from the same restaurant again.

Came here last night after being out since 4 am and wanting to get home! 8:20pm Ordered food and told to park up, OK fine how long? Five minutes 10 mins later I saw a lady come out of the front entrance with a bag of food, fantastic I thought Nope, she decided to turn to her right and talk to what looked like another member of staff sat outside, for over 30 seconds I thought that better NOT be my food, she then started to walk towards me, turned around, went back and gave her a hug! What the actual f##k? She then brought my food and even said sorry for it talking so long, my reply, perhaps if you didn't stop and talk to your mate with my food it wouldn't have been late, Seriously mcdonalds check the cctv for last night and have a word with this older staff member lady! It's not good enough! Would be around 8:20+ pm you'll see exactly what I did

The food was cold chips not cooked the milkshakes and ice creams had melted the bags they were in were wet. And the driver was at the wrong house even though I had made a note saying which end of the street my house was. Every time I order from there the order is wrong and the driver never gets to me on time.

Food comes wrong constantly to the point I have to drive there and get new food because just eat won't refund me anymore due to the amount of errors McDonald's make with my orders!

Unfortunately the food is always cold when it arrives. The chips don’t taste very nice, hardly any salt and don’t taste fresh.

Despite it showing as 24 hr, the place is closed everytime we go. If it closes early this needs to advertised as so instead of people wasting time and money going. All lights are on and people in the car park but can't order inside. Disgusting

I ordered food at 7:20pm and food didn’t arrive till nearly 9pm and when arrived the food was freezing cold! Shocking service.

Ordered a medium fries with hamburger and small drink but got small fries instead. Fries were also cold and tasted like they had been standing for a while.

Fast delivery and delivery man friendly.

Poor Put stickers on saying no cheese no egg, but still put egg in it then tut and critize to colleagues when request a replacement as not as ordered! Generally rude attitude towards a dietary request Disappointed.com

Freezing cold when arrived, milkshake had been sat for so long it had changed consistency to watery.

Originally said it would be 30 mins then the time just kept going up and it arrived over an hour after it was ordered and was cold

Dreadful. Want a refund. The bag was too small and didn’t even close so the food was stone cold, 1 napkin between 3 large meals, the double cheese burger had ketchup smeared all over the top of the bun, the mccrispy burger box hadn’t been closed and the burger contents escaped all over the bottom of the bag so was inedible, also I was given 2 ketchups and no x4 bbq sauces which I’d paid for. Really unhappy.

The crispy chicken salad arrived without the crispy chicken. What a terrible restaurant. For once, unlike yesterday, the driver had no problem delivering to my home, he was intelligent and spoke/understood sufficient English to be able to do the job

Missing items, different items than what I ordered

It’s okay, nothing really to write home about. The only gripe I have is about that staff don’t really wipe the high chairs properly, so you just gotta do it yourself. Toilets are also abysmally small, can’t say about the women’s but the entrance to the men’s toilet, so tight

You’re at McDonald’s. This is not fine dining. It’s not even cheap and convenient anymore. The food is below average for the price and made with a lack of care. Is this McDonald’s worse than your average McDonald’s? It’s hard to tell, it’s definitely not the worst I’ve ever been to but it’s far from the best. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a very busy McDonald’s.

No dips, lukewarm undercooked fries and lukewarm burgers. McDonalds you need to do better!! 😠

Drive through can sometimes be a very long wait. Food is good but service had been very slow the last few times I visited.

Food estimation was originally 20:20:20:40, food arrived at 21:10 and was cold, had to reheat.

Your driver was extremely rude and refused to help in the situation and was very rude with his attitude

It said 15 to 20 mins delivery time it took over an hour from order time , I had to go to work so I didn’t even get my breakfast great service won’t be ordering again

Really busy restaurant and it's definitely not the quickest service. They'd missed a flurry off the order but quickly rectified. Food was fine

Milkshake was late and there was no straw

Very busy McDonald's, with a chaotic car park! Difficult to drive out of and back on to the busy roads. Food was standard, but they couldn't be bothered to put the gherkins on the burger which i found in the box. Also annoyingly had to pay for the dipping sauce... Had to wait for food in the car park which seems quite normal nowadays, a member of staff asked how long i was going to be parked in a standard parking space for whilst still eating which i found somewhat rude. Apart from that just the price of the food completely outweighs the quality and quantity.... Visits to any McDonald's will become few and far between going forward...
