Although the staff were nice, the chicken burger was stale, the chips were stale and cold, and the nuggets were also stale. The apple pie was cooked fresh and hot, as was the cheeseburger.

Ordered a double cheese burger and it did not have cheese and sauce, just plain and dry burger buns, patty and bacon and I almost choked on it.

Food was cold and chips was preheated onion rings I was very disappointed with them my lettuces was soggy in my burger bun I also didn’t ask for 7up either very poor

Top quality food, restaurant is always clean and staff are friendly too! Always a pleasant experience at Burger King Chelmsford would recommend to anyone.

It's neither good nor bad, it's the taste of a chain restaurant. Since it's a station, it doesn't require any special effort to make money, and things like packaging are complicated.

Just had 4 pieces of chicken and half way through eating it it’s red raw phones them up and I get oh there cooked properly in there machines ??? Really ffs not even oh I’m sorry

Bit of a wait for a wrap but food was decent Had Mexican wrap , fries n drink for £8.50 1 thing I could recommend from the chef is to put grilled peppers on the wrap as this is what’s needed
