forgot to add a burger to a meal for my child. absolutely ridiculous is a burger not the main part of a meal so would you not think to check the food your sending with just eat drivers so they get the blame usually. SHOCKING DO NOY RECOMMEND

Burgers just about warm, fries cold, drinks seemed to be more water than flavouring, pretty tasteless meal altogether.

Avoid! Fries were stale and had no taste and burgers were a mess.

Excellent food and very clean and polite staff

My chicken nuggets were hard and freezing but the chips were nice and warm and also the vinalla milkshake has been out weeks I tried a chicken nugget hard and cold I'm usually happy but today I'm upset

Wow I've never seen such scary stuff in my life my 4 year old daughter was so scared of the woman with goth makeup on like she had eyes bleeding was so freaky

Prefer BurgerKing but a good 2nd option.

Food was awful stone stone cold my nan and cousin had to warm there’s up in a microwave mine straight into the bin

It's McDonald's we all know how it is generally it's always been good but wait times can be longer then expected

We came here for lunch. We were going to eat in but it was full so we decided to get it to take away and eat in the car instead. They haven't long refurbished this restaurant, and they've not refurbished it for the better I must say. Its a bit higgledy piggledy and there doesn't seem to be as much seating. I ordered on the terminal making sure to select the take out option. There was quite a long wait for food. I noticed what I thought was my order trayed up as a sit in so asked if that was order number X and she said yes. I said it was to take out and she snapped back at me saying she knew that and was going to bag it up. I just said ok, it didn't seem worth asking why it had been trayed up for sit in. She proceeded to load up my order into the bag, spilling a load of chips onto the tray. She obviously didn't want to pick them up with her hands so just left them discarded on the tray. We were therefore left with not a full portion of chips. Couldn't be bothered to say anything as I was fed up at this point. Got to the car to find my burger flat as though it had been sat on and whilst it all tasted ok, nothing was hot. Not in a hurry to return.

Order a veggie deluxe meal, omg was totally tasteless, chewy and inedible. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. First time ever had to throw the 🍟 away. Can’t believe it!

I’m usually not one to ever leave a negative review as I would never want to intentionally hurt someone’s business, however. I ordered from this place yesterday at around 2:30am ish, we didn’t get our order until past 5am. After trying to call the restaurant for hours and just being met with the line being cut off, we gave up. We got the munchy box and it was full of oil, the nuggets were spongey, chips were stone cold and the donner meat was so thick you could barely eat it without your jaw hurting. I will say, the delivery man apologised for the 2+ hour delay and was so kind. We paid over £20 for a 9 inch munchy box with delivery. Absolute scandal. Please read these reviews and take notice, I understand the cost of living but a munchy box that’s not even a 10 inch being over £10 is a disgrace. I feel bad leaving this review but I’m so unhappy. Especially with there being no way of contacting the restaurant that highlights on Just Eat and Google that they are open 24 hours.
