Ten minutes in que. Told wait in car park. Order is one single wrap. Absolutely not good enough

Wait is ages staff are useless and no space to drive in and order

I got grimaced in McDonald’s bathrooms

Its ok. Usual place to sit in or take away. Special mention for a lass taken an order to someone in the carpark, notice my boy outside thought he was lost and made sure he was ok. Good to see a caring person lookin after the young ones. Sorry I didn't get her name, but had a whits hair scrunchy in.

That lewis guy the manager sure knows how to run the shop. 👑 Has a great team. Keep up the great work ! 🏆

It's a macdonalds excellent food and service

Nice fresh food early afternoon

OMG, driving along in the dark. Starving. Saw the 'Golden Arches' and my word what a feast. Friendly staff. Speed service and toilets so clean you could lick your big Mac sauce off.

Ordered the chicken combo which has 20 nuggets and 2x 5 selects, received my order and in stead of receiving 10 selects I got 3, returned to correct the mistake and I got them replaced with 9, not gonna lie who can't count to 10 and the food was heavily over salted

Prompt service, friendly atmosphere

Food excellent but no sauces or dips even though ordered. No straw and no napkins.Not ideal for a pickup order.

I attended the location and placed my order at 13:48 of 1 Triple Cheeseburger, 1 Double Cheeseburger, and 1 Tea. At 14:02 I saw the two burgers being made and put down the chute to under the warming lights. I continued to wait. At 14:11 I still had not received my order and asked for the manager. He tried to tell me that the orders went out in order placed (fair enough), but I asked what the problem is getting orders made to waiting customers, as the food had been sitting there for nine minutes (he confirmed the burgers were for my order). I also advised him that while I was waiting I saw two different staff members salt the fries, with a lot of salt. He said that wasn't correct, but left them there and let them continue to be served. I told him I didn't want food that had been sitting for so long and asked for a refund. Won't stop here again. Poor service, allowing bad food out.

Hot chocolate out of syrup as usual. But they don't care. Jolie took our food over very polite and helpful.

2 family booths taken up by members of management during a busy lunchtime causing my disabled mum to sit on a bench where the ipads are. Not great to be honest.

I've been going to this McDonald's on and off for years and I'm not sure why but sometimes it seems to struggle with the drive-thru and the backlog but eventually it gets cleared. As an aside the app is a good idea but it's not always very functional but hopefully these things will improve 👍

It was ok. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and it looked quite sad, and tasted like sad too. Someone else in our party got a few hairs in his medium chips. The standard McFlurry looked smaller than the mini. Service was also very slow, having to wait 15 mins for our order when it wasn't even that busy. It's ok for a cheap dinner, but it's very uninspiring.

There’s a self-touch machine inside to order, tills with real people manning them & a very slow drive through even when it’s not busy at all. It’s quite a small drive through with just one lane but it’s very slow, yet other McDonald’s establishments have two lanes and are a lot lot quicker!! There’s toilets in the building too. It’s like staff purposely forget to use the waiting bays when something isn’t ready, so holds up everyone else in the drive through. Took a few mins to get round the building, you’re looking at Approx 5-10 mins if not more. Food is either quite warm or luke-warm never freshly hot. Alright for a snack though. Coffee is always hot just not always a full cup given.

For the time of night I went just before closing the Sunday night staff were awesome. So friendly and helpful..food was fresh too. Few loud teens being teens I guess but apart from that always come back for more

This is worst McDonald's in Scotland three different occasions I was missing half my order and the toppings all wrong will never answer a phone stay away at all costs people!!!!!!!!!!

Used the drive thru. The Muppet had put everything upside down in the bag. Chips all over the place.

Slow service, and they missed one of the more expensive items from our order. I'll take partial responsibility for not checking, but advise others to double check their bags.

Went to drive thru,placed order,had to wait 10/15 mins in car park,then order was wrong 😡

Will not be visiting again as the food and service were awful. Order incomplete, for the second time, lots of items unavailable. Very slow service despite it not being very busy.

The fries and burgers were cold, I returned them only to receive 2 more which were warm at best. Very very disappointed.

It's McDonald's gets the job done, most recent visit was a bit disappointing, the custom burgers I ordered were cold, still ate them right enough.

I don't go here very often because of how terrible the service, wait time and how incorrect the orders are but because other local takeaways were closed we decided to give it a go...I wish we hadn't and was quickly reminded why we dont go but we will never be back....tonight was the worst experience there ever to the point I will now be taking it further

Food was good, lad on the drive thru was as odd as they come, massive over use of the words "No Bother". Grand otherwise, clean, warm food, well put together burgers. No bother......

We had quite a large order as ordering for 6 people. Ordered via the app to collect in store. Once we got our order, ended up back in the restaurant twice as parts of our order was missing! Firstly a wrap, I then asked the guy to check if there was anything else sitting for order 90, he said no without even looking. So got back to the car, final check and the whole chicken select meal was missing!! So back in again to wait to get served!! When we eventually sat down to eat, dip was missing from chicken select meal! Really not good enough! Service was mega slow and not sure how as there seemed to be plenty staff. Food was cold and chips were awful. Juice was warm, as they seem to now fill cups of juice in advance and leave them sitting out on a counter ready to use when an order comes in?! Really not ideal in a hot kitchen environment. Really disappointing and will not be rushing back.

It’s a McDonalds and food is the same at them all I find. Tables were wiped down but the waste stations and floors were dirty. The charging points for phones that are on the tables were not working (I tried three different tables). Staff seemed to be on the ball with orders and most were wearing masks. Outside there was quite a bit of rubbish and dirty benches/tables; don’t think the staff were monitoring these. Hand gel at the entrance point was empty and there was no hand gel near the self-service machines that I noticed.

Can Be Busy At Most Times But Food is Very Nice

Not enough oreos on my mcflurry and this woman did not let me see my brother witch was rude,and staff were very rude.

Cheeseburgers were not warm enough

There was a couple of things missing from our orders but staff where more than happy to help and fix the problem.

Steak House with peppercorn, soaked in sauce all I could taste was pepper, one bite and binned, absolute rank

Quick easy food perfect for on the go

Cannot beat the breakfasts roll meal, but when you ask for fresh hash browns, you expect fresh hot hash browns, if I got this I would have given a 5 star

Usual don't fill hot choc machine. No help when asked for a real one.

Saturday 18th March, On this occasion I used the drivethrough. They young man on the ordering monitor was so polite, happy and just sounded like he wanted to be there. Explained that one of my items wasn't a meal deal option but we added drink and fries. The service at the next window and the collection window were all great. Its nice to see happy people in their work place. Food was fresh, hot and presented well.

Great food and staff. The atmosphere inside is always fun and friendly. The staff are always attentive and quick with their service. It's definitely worth the 5 stars awarded.

Very disappointed to find - not for the first time - a vehicle parked in the Disabled Parking bays, with no Blue Badge. The staff don't even take notice of these issues, in fact the people who owned the van were occupying a table inside while waiting fir their take away order, chatting to staff who they seemed to be familiar with.

Generally friendly and convenient outlet. Drive through can be very congested at peak times.

Absolutely pathetic!!!! Ordered two large MC crispy meals and both fries were missing!!!!!!!!!! How absolutely useless do you need to be to forget the bloody fries. And then it's absolutely impossible to contact anyone to get a refund you have to drive 10 miles back to the stupid place to get anything done. McDonald's are absolute cowboys with 0 customer service. Will not be back ever again

No had a McDonald's in ages..mad it's nearly £9.00 for a meal but it's GID😜

Very quiet and whilst eating staff were loitering around bar area ready to go home as appeared nobody else coming in, felt we were a burden. Could not get to toilets as issue with a blockage not the best but know it happens

Very dirty, food all over the floor behind the counter. Food usually cold.

Bit of a nightmare (all McDonald's not just this one). Pretty decent value really compared to traditional chip shops but ...need to use a machine and wait on order. It's Like being in Argos. Machine didn't print order so I had to asked. Harassed staff assisted but really busy place. My small order was actually prepared pretty quickly. They do the job but not an "experience" at all these days.

It’s a hit or miss this McDonalds. Parking is very very insufficient for how busy it can get, but staff generally friendly, and they have coffee for me in the mornings before work when other places wouldn’t be open so I appreciate that.
