They didn’t put what i asked for on my food and when i phoned back to tell them they had attitude and told me to go ahead and write a bad review on here and their website! twice i had to phone them about my order and they wouldn’t do half and half on my pizza after i had paid for my food! as long as they had my money they didn’t care or offer anything back

not good there was a 15 year old in the back called abu and he was regurgitating all of the food and feeding it to his siblings im not sure what happens back there behind those closed doors i think i got fed a bit of the food abu made didnt taste too well but the gravy was good

17 March 25, morning, 3 staff working, only me at the counter, one lady on the other side was preparing a tray, did not acknowledge me, apologise or ask me to wait. Two other staff wandered back and forth, one cooking, one collecting crockery to wash. After about 7 minutes of being ignored I decided to just sit down and forego my coffee. This isn't the first time this has happened, but in fairness only with this crew. A fortnight ago with different staff customer service was good. Someone needs to tell them where their priorities should lie.

Was given four huge merangues as a present. My friend, on holiday in the area, bought them and they travelled 200 miles without damage! Lovely, interesting flavours. Unusual.

Absolutely awful cheap trays that are in half wen you get home. Asked for chips curry and sausage. Got chips gravy pea’s & sausage looked like a tray of sick peas was all hard

Stopped here while waiting for a bus after work one rainy evening. The food was good as usual for subway. I had enough points for a foot long sub that made my evening. Only 4 stars because I had to wait outside as the poor staff guy had to lock the door to use the toilet as people have walked in and robbed stuff before when he doesn't. Not his fault at all though. He was polite, hygienic, and efficient. It's a shame that businesses in 2024 still function with the solo worker gig. What if something happens to him? Sort it out.

Just finished work and stopped off to get 2 beef & onion pasties. When I opened it up it was so flat and inside the bit of meat was in a ball in the middle rest was soggy pastry if you can call it that. Over £6 for 2 pasties total rip off. Threw in bin 🤢

La carne estaba bien, pero la distribución de ensaladas fue un desastre. Toda la ensalada de col y el tomate se grumos en el lado derecho, convirtiendo el kebab en un desastre desequilibrado. Esto llevó a la humillación pública en mi grupo de WhatsApp, ya que mis amigos se burlaron alegremente de mis malas elecciones de comida. Gracias por arruinar mi velada y mi ya temblorosa reputación.

Ordenado 3 juegos de pescado con papas fritas entregados 2 de ellos saben bien un sabor a pescado viejo huele y saben mal , llámalos y reportó señora por teléfono explicó que todos vienen de un contenedor que está bien así que lo que debería ser el siguiente paso, al menos deberían disculparse u ofrecerse a reemplazar la comida, se le cayó el teléfono fin de la conversación, im un cliente habitual durante mucho tiempo nunca hizo una sola queja solo ahora sin embargo suena no feliz por supuesto, mal servicio al cliente oh bueno 👎👎👎

Never been before, so a new experience. It's a burger bar, I thought it would be a sir down restaurant, so that was new. Ok, ordered a bacon dmberge4 and a small cheese burger and a large fries, plus two large drinks. I actually enjoyed the bacon burger, the bacon wad nice and crisp, for a burger bar the meat was quite nice, the fries were ok. My only issue was tge coat, over £40+ for two burgers and one large fries. Expensive but tasted ok. The staff were very helpful, would I go back?I suspect not, a little too expensive for what it was.

Mi orden nunca llega. Intenté llamar pero no contesté, la línea estaba ocupada. Traté de obtener ayuda de la aplicación - solo comer, pero podía obtener cualquier ayuda. Intenté cancelar mi pedido pero se llevaron el importe completo

Always excellent chips from here, really nice fresh fish, kids love the chicken bites. Staff are super friendly and even at it's busiest you don't have to wait too long!

Yesterday I went to enjoy a family meal in this mcdonald’s and was utterly disappointed. The food took an hour to be prepared and when it finally appeared it came with hair in it and freezing cold . Additionally the toilets were smeared with feces on one of the cubicle walls , and I think my son may have licked it. finally when i tried to politely ask for a refund as my food was disgusting and freezing cold the manager shouted at me and threatened to throw something in my face . Do not come here it is truly awful.

Forgot double cheese, put mayo when I said not to and don’t eat eggs so could not eat burger, however they fill chips to top
