Not worth to by double fryed chips as same cost. Not good food. Manager or bosses need to train staff for food quality and food hygiëne. DONOT SALE DOUBLE COOK CHIPS PLZ..

Just got a pie supper the pie was disgusting obviously a reheat rock solid an black inside never again will i use that place as this is the second time i have had a bad meal from there am just in from work so cant be bothered going back to complain so beware check your food before you leave or better still go to another place

Sandwich was missing sauce originally, asked for sauce and got nearly a pint

Had kebabs for years from here always spot on now too spicy too eat it’s a negative from us from now on 👎definitely changed the meat

The service is good but there’s room for improvement.

Stay well clear, batter on fish crispy like toast, fish still raw. Absolutly disguysting. Had to bin the lot.

Takeaway was late by about half an hour. Okay, can live with that but this has to be the worst meal that we have had in Gloucester. What happened? Kebab meat all dried up and gristle in the chicken. Salad was lettuce and cucumber only. I was starving and normally I'd eat a rabid horse. With this we had pot noodles after. Never again. Buyer beware

We ordered online for their Pizza special. The pizza was good and value for money. It arrived on time and the driver followed the instruction to phone (we were staying in a hotel). There was another delivery to the hotel and it also smelle dreally good.

We’d seen the reviews before going but thought how do you get chips wrong ! We had a pie and chips and fish and chips. The pie was good and the fish also. Not too greasy and thin batter and a decent size too. The chips were very over cooked and burnt. Very disappointed

Food swimming in grease, 2 pieces of sf chicken both with no chicken on usually most takeaways give u 1 good piece and 1 with barely any meat on...I got two crap pieces which looked brown inside and donner meat with a puddle of grease at the bottom of tray, chips were nice but that's it

My sister and I recently visited McDonalds for a late lunch. We were a bit unsure (being in our 60s) of the ordering screen. However, an absolutely incredibly helpful member of staff - Helen - saw us standing staring at the screen, and came to our rescue. She stayed with us until we had tweaked and adjusted our choices - we would never have managed without her. After that, she led us to the best seats available - I am disabled and need a soft seat. She then made sure we had everything we needed, like ketchup, napkins, cutlery etc., and chased up my order when it took a bit than my sister’s to come. A very chap - not sure of his name - overheard me asking my sister if we he’d been given any salt. There wasn’t any, so he immediately said he would get me some, which he did. Once we had finished, Helen helped us with our trays and rubbish. She showed us out the door and chatted away to us, as she had done from the start, making us feel so welcome and not out of place amongst mostly a lot younger people. Helen gave us a 5 star experience. We were attended to better than a lot of very expensive high end restaurants. The food was also excellent, and such a great price. We will definitely be going back!!

Estábamos en Whitby para el fin de semana y en busca de una comida para llevar después de leer las críticas que estábamos un poco inseguros, pero estaba a 5 minutos de nuestro apartamento todo era hermoso recogido la comida El personal era amable La comida de gran servicio estaba caliente y muy fresco no podía faltar nada tuvimos kebabs pollo envolver patatas fritas hamburguesas y pan de ajo con queso

Absolutamente el peor drive through en el país. El personal está demasiado ocupado jugando con sus uñas y pestañas postizas para servir a cualquiera. Este McDonald’s ciertamente ha ido cuesta abajo en los últimos dos años.
