Ali's Fish & Chips, Kebab, Pizza & Burger in Conwy

Worked here, Everything is fried in the same oil and no temperature is recorded, The staff smoke whilst making pizza and the place is genuinely disgusting! AVOID!!!

Pizza was burnt,the burger had only chooped pineapple an ketchup on it,chips were all the crunchy bits and well over cooked,this place used to be ok but has gone down hill.

Shocking service yet again, ordered food which turned up in 10 minutes. Food missing again so phoned back. Still no sign after 30 minutes so rang back to be told food was on its way. Owner who claimed to be just a “driver” turned up. Asked for a refund.. was given £1.30 back for a sausage despite giving them a £3.50 tip on initial delivery. Won’t be using again, absolute disgrace. What good is the food after 30 minutes?!

we visit here regularly , food is always lovely and really friendly service. Never had any problems with the food 😊

Orded a mixed kebab and a bottle of Pepsi.. well, where do I start all the meat was cooked about ten times over for a start, I found a LONG GREY hair in my food! Simply couldn't eat it! Safest thing from there to order is JUST DRINKS it was dirty! Definitely the worst I've had by farrr!

We were staying locally and decided to use Just Eat to order. Not a lot of choice really! Took 1hr 30mins to get to us The chips were ok but the fish was very dry Would maybe look elsewhere next time

Basically don't waste your money, Chops when got home looked like they were from the lunch time service, All hard cold and very inedible, Sausages looked like they had been refried as the skin had separated from the sausage and was greasy. Phoned to speak to the owner who was very unhelp full and his Reply was well send your husband back down!!! You would of seen how bad those chips were when scooped out!!! Highly recommend Alex's fish bar just a few yards up, Yes a que but for obvious reasons!!!

I ordered scampi as I don't eat fish, but shellfish and seafood is fine. Menu option clearly stated SCAMPI, but disappointingly it was just white fish moulded into scampi sized shapes. Usually meals are great from Ali's, but I haven't been able to eat what I ordered. If it's not Scampi, it should be made clear on the menu.

We have had take away from Ali's Fish & Chips quite a few times now. We have always had the right order, never anything missing and the food is always hot. The portions are very generous and there's plenty of choice on the menu! Always arrives on time too! Recommended 😋

Two stars the pizza was lovely,the chips were a horrible colour and undercooked the chicken donner wrap had no salad and was overcooked overall unsatisfied to say the least

I asked for a come of chips for my 5 year old and he said only do a box was very moody and not polite and this is what he served my 5 year old I will be taken this further

Ordered from here a handful of times. Really enjoyed the food so far. Never seem to have a problem. Always polite.

Thought I would give the place a try. It looked dirty from outside, the staff looked as though they had same clothes on forever. Very rude. Went down to prom to eat our 'treat', OMG, the whole overpriced lot was stone cold and portion was stingy. Put it down for seagulls and one came over, looked at it and flew away. We went up to Alex's and had wonderful service, cheap prices and proper fish & chips

So we orderd from the new owner just now Ali’s haha oh how down hill it has gone under cooked you now get ten chips instead of the massive bag the old owners give out no salt at all on the chips even tho we orderd it they have now lost a very loyal customer and I bet there not going to last long in business anyone from old Colwyn will be the same it’s horrible now oh the gravy is just like water
