McDonald's - Trafford Centre in Trafford

Vergüenza, fui a conducir a través, esperé 15 minutos por mi pedido, cuando vine era de otra persona, necesitan dar banderas o algo con un numder que se puede colgar en la ventana del automóvil para que la persona que sale sepa a dónde van con los pedidos correctos, pedí comida de hamburguesa con queso doble y una comida de hamburguesa con queso, La hamburguesa con queso simple estaba bien, La hamburguesa con queso doble fue una desgracia, doble significa doble Tengo 1 hamburguesa sin cebolla o cualquier otra cosa para el caso, oh una gota de salsa, fotos tomadas. Nunca he estado tan decepcionado en MacDonald Trafford urmston minorista, el interior del restaurante ni siquiera estaba ocupado, el personal no hizo más que pararse a reír y bromear entre sí, mientras que la gente de fuera están esperando en la comida, muy decepcionados y no vale la pena el dinero más.

La peor sucursal en la que he estado, cada vez que vengo aquí la comida tiene que ser devuelta porque está fría. Nunca ha habido un tiempo en que la comida haya estado caliente fresca, mantente alejado.

Lugar muy concurrido pero muy profesional! El servicio era impecable! El personal era encantador y la comida era caliente y fresca! Definitivamente volvería de nuevo, tal vez no en vacaciones escolares.

El servicio fue muy rápido en comparación con muchos otros mcdonald’s que he estado y los niños se mantuvieron entretenidos por un hombre encantador llamado chan , los gerentes y el personal eran muy amables y la comida era muy fresca, en general muy buena experiencia ! !

Este restaurante era genial durante mi visita. Equipo muy servicial y amable. Estaba muy ocupado, pero muy bien organizado y se preocupó por todos.

Possibly one of the better McDonald’s in the area to be honest, staff are decent and the milkshake machine always seems to work. Service is quick as well which is surprising due to how busy they are.

Great place to come to, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was quite fresh and received it within a few minutes..

Came to this place for our 200th date night since me and robertô have been together, food was absolutely excellent never once have i tasted a delicacy like it, chicken fell off the bone, coke was the perfect amount of fizzy and the chips. well let’s just say they were the show stopper We both enjoyed matching meals and would both score it a 10/10 cant belive we’ve never tried the mcdonald’s hot wings before, would definitely recommend for all other mcdonald enthusiasts to go here Long live trafford 🙏 #margretthatchermilksnatcher

just your average mcdonalds but with the added benefit of waiting in a 20 minute queue just to order and another 20 minutes for your food, and then not having anywhere to sit in the trafford centre's way too small food court. just go to a standalone mcdonalds.

Don’t come here unless u love waiting for 20+ minutes in a room full of screaming kids and loud people. Didn’t even taste good. Employees saw us waiting for this entire time and didn’t do anything. Don’t come unless u want ur legs to ache and feel dead with how long u were standing. If u do come here hope u love standing for what feels like an eternity for rubbish food anyway xx

Ordered a cheeseburger which was fine. The area around the collection points was manic , could not see order numbers on screen as at the back of crowds of people , young girl shouldn't a number couldn't hear what she was shouting , finally the 3rd time she shouted I heard it was my number, had to literally push my way through crowds of people to get to the collection point , girl looked really annoyed & as I went to show her my reciept & order number she just gave me a death stare , didn't bother checking my order number & reciept & turned her back to me & walked off . Never again ! Think the girl needs some basic customer service training

Ordered double cheese burger meals fries half full and burger cold and very salty. Took the burger back and explained to be just given a can't be bothered look but did get it replaced. It was very busy and while waiting staff were calling order numbers out, a staff member shouted an order number out and repeated before shouting if it didn't get collected it would go in the bin. Couldn't believe what I was hearing he then lifted the bag of food up and dropped it in the bin. Disgusting behaviour it seemed like the staff didn't want to be there zero customer service will not be returning. Would have given a zero if I could

This place is great for families and for individuals who just want to grab something to eat. Staff always very kind and helpful, service is pretty fast considering they are always busy over lunch time.

Dreadful. How can you get fries so wrong? How can someone who’s job it is to serve the public be so rude and disinterested? Whilst shopping at the Trafford Centre we just wanted something to put us on until we ate later. I order two portions of fries and bbq dip from a very disinterested and very bored looking girl. She didn’t speak, only to tell me how much it was. No eye contact at all. As if that wasn’t bad enough our fries were almost cold, anaemic and soggy. How can a worldwide company who’s been in business for decades, serving burgers and fries get the basic fries so wrong? It’s not the first time I’ve had cold soggy fries from a McD. The difference here was I didn’t get any service at all and felt like I was a hindrance. Don’t worry, I’ll not bother you again.

Waited 50 min for food, when challenged i was told by an alleged manager Claudia to f off.... speechless gobsmacked... 0 customer service skills... jokeeeee of a manager, cant stand the heat in kitchen clearly so in the WRONGGGG job, gave refund still no food.. will be taking this complaint further for sure!

Brought food for six individuals, the queues were long, service was slow, and fish fillet plus fries were Luke warm, couldn’t be bothered to queue up again

Being shouted by staff to move forward to allow more people to come in behind and order, where do you think these people are going to go next ? We are all still waiting for our orders. Being shouted by staff to collect order, then order disappears from screens. Oh that wasn't ready. Then it turns up in the other queue. Order is actually wrong, wait again while they personally do another 2 big macs. Very unimpressive and low customer service.

We all wanted different meals for our lunch. McDonalds was quick and easy. You can order at the counter or board, queue for collection and your done. Simples.

The food isn’t as hot as it should be . Especially the chips they are Luke warm. For the price it’s okay but long ques and warm food !

大型ショッピングセンターのトラフォードセンター内にあるバーガーショップです。ショッピングセンター内のもう一軒のイギリスで 良く見かけるブランドは開店が１０時から、こちらは早朝からオープンしているので、朝食にはこちらが断然便利でした。

This place resembles a refuge camp rather than a restaurant. It is absolute carnage, honestly its like feeding time at Chester Zoo. People barging past and after you have placed your order, its a roll of the dice to see what food you actually get! Twice I went back to rectify my 10 year old daughters order and not so much as a thank you or sorry off the 'manager' serving. Shocking.

Like all McDonalds they have switched to the order and number display service strategy. However with this store being as busy as it is it just does not work! At one point there was over 50 people stood in a huge huddle waiting for their number to come up! Then fighting to get to the front to be told they have to wait until the number get classed not just displayed on the screen. Just doesn’t work. I will keep away as much as I can! Food is just the standard McDonalds. If you must visit - Big Mac and fries £1.99 when you have an old receipt is the best deal!

My Wife and I visited the Trafford Centre on Thursday 4th April, 2019. We called at McDonald's for a lunchtime snack. We noticed quite a crowd inside the rather small ordering area. It's a new ordering system and is rather chaotic. You place the order and join the long haphazard queue. The place is far too small to cope with large numbers of customers. The food was as good as usual and staff pleasant enough. However the system needs a rethink as weekends must be sheer hell.

This place is far too smal. To cope with the new ordering system, it’s a nightmare trying to get to a machine and then you have to face the ordeal of being in the “holding pen” until your number is shouted.

I took my son and his 10 friends to the Trafford centre to enjoy McDonald’s before bowling for his birthday!The place was heaving as it was 12.30 on a Saturday afternoon but once I had got to the front of the queue the ordering process was simple. Once I had ordered I went to the collection point and got the attention of the manager (I’m sorry but I didn’t get his name - can describe him as oriental if that’s PC). I explained that I wanted all the toys from the happy meals separate to the meals as I wanted to put them in the party bags (that’s a party cheat right there). He was more than happy to oblige and I think he actually bumped me up the queue as everything was sorted promptly. He stacked the boxes in a way that it was easy for me to carry and ensured I had a selection of sauces, straws and napkins. With an order so big I was convinced that I would not have everything or have an incorrect item when I got to the table but everything was perfect! This guy did a fab job and I just wanted that noting on here! The staff at this McDonald’s all need medals! They work so hard and I couldn’t do it!

Service can be slow use your phone app to order and you beat the queue. The standard of food is good along with the cleanliness of the outlet.

I visited this restaurant at lunch time on 21st September..I got my meal which was a standard wait then I ask for a seal tub of barbeque sauce and I was told that they dont give out the sealed tubs because it is for take away meals only ..lol considering its in the Trafford centre all meals are classed as take away as this McDonald's doesn't have a dining area ..its the only McDonald's i have ever been in were they dont give out tubs of barbeque sauce ...

Ordered drinks on the self service machine. Collected when ready. Really busy tho loads of people waiting. Didn't have to wait long tho.

the new ordering system definitely does not work here. there is literally about 100 people crammed into a small area. i spoke to a mamber of staff about whether they will return to the old system. no she said it's much better now there are no queues. no queues????? she must have been looking in a different direction to me then. it's an absolutley soul destroying experience now. it would probably be ok if there was table service at this restaurant but as there isn't you just have to be jostled about until somebody shouts your order number. the rating won't let me give it a zero so it only gets one star. best avoid this place altogether.

The new system doesn't work at this site

I honestly don't think I've ever been treated quite so poorly. I was greeted at the entrance by a lady shouting instructions to form one queue despite there being many order points free, she then instructed people nearest each order point to use it. Once I had hurriedly placed my order we were the shouted at by the same lady to move closer together towards the counter. In my opinion this was unnecessary as it wasn't even busy! The resulting crowd near the collection point was difficult to navigate with trays of food. At the condiments counter there was no ketchup but again a lady shouting how many did I want & plonking them on my tray! Being shouted at & rushed in this way really ruined my meal. I only ate here as kfc as closed. I will not eat here again!

I visited recently with my daughter,the new system doesn't work. We waited ages for our food squashed together with no organisation in place. When we did get our food the chips, fish fingers and cup of tea were all cold and our ice cream had melted. As we had already waited so long I didn't even try to take it back to get it exchanged as we had cinema tickets and didn't want to miss the show.

Came here for a quick lunch after being at inflata nation. Was quite surprised how busy it was and then there seemed to be no organised system to ordering your food. It is mostly done through placing your order at a machine and this was still chaotic. It couldn't cater for the amount of people that were in there and you had to queue in one line for either the machines or adult servers. Overall the food was as expected but this isn't the most efficient McDonalds I have been too. Work out a organised system especially when busy.

Was served absolutely stone cold food, what a disaster.. was far too busy to go back to get it exchanged so we just left ! get it together!!

Just had a snack at McDonald’s in the Trafford centre the young girl who served me was so rude I asked her for two apple pies she said they are not ready yet and then. She said if you think I am going for one I am not chips cold fish cold wot Rubbish the first and last time Ever at McDonalds

They get my order wrong all the time, and is mostly cold. The staff seem overworked and struggling. The managers face says it all. Usually waiting around 5 mins for a burger. Not a good idea to go on your lunch break if you work at the Trafford centre. The price is too much for what you pay and it's just a pain to keep correcting the order. Decided not to return as it's just not worth it.

Food was warm and came fairly quickly, however the new system is horrendous! Nobody knows where to stand and it's hard to get past anyone to collect the food. For those who are not very computer literate I wouldn't bother using the touch screen ordering. I think it would help if there were staff helping people on the shop floor.

Had a fillet o fish today , what a result ! Never had fish in a bun before !
