McDonald's in Hinckley and Bosworth

This is twice I have ordered things only to find once home Items missing clearly people can’t be bothered to go go back and this is how they make there money £32 and now looking for something to eat at home

Ordered in restaurant via app to take away - 1 mcplant meal and 1 veggie deluxe meal. We waited over 30 mins for 2 meals and they managed to get the order wrong giving us 2 veggie deluxe meals instead. Useless

How difficult can it be to serve milkshakes.. Again i cue in the drive through only to be told not available today.. I’m on the understanding that the 2 in hinckley have the same owners, so i suppose thats why both are so badly run.

Such a shame. There's one top bloke on drive through every now and again who pays attention to the customer. Unfortunately most of the time when we order something is missing / wrong. Sour cream always gets missed, can pretty much guarantee it and the amount of times we have ordered breakfast and been at least one sandwich short I have lost count of. I just think maybe there's something going wrong with reading the receipts and putting the correct items in the bag. Not difficult to get it right. Would maybe be a good idea to have a quality controller on the food bags that go out? Just a suggestion..

Not the first time iv visited this place order wrong for the second time ordered double sausage and egg muffin x3 for me and friends got to friends home and its bacon and egg ! If staff didn't stand around and talk maybe they would get it corrrect!! This has happened 2 times now

Forced into taking my daughter. Yet again no milkshakes. Seems like a current theme, evertime you go. Avoid to prevent disappontment.

The service was awfull every time I go I get mr or mrs happy on the head set they allways get my order wrong nice no sauce offered and then the women giving me the food was the biggest waste of employment I’ve ever came across she’s a pig

Get your act together Macdonalds. Very rarely do you ever have McFlurry’s or Milkshakes available to serve and today you couldn’t even supply me with a Coke Zero. Poor service in my opinion.

MC Donald's just seem to get worse on the odd occasion i visit today's Order big tasty large fries . Burger most of the lettuce was in the box not on the burger Cheese was half on the burger half in the box. Burger looked as if it had been left on the shelf for an hour it was cold Fries where cold and withered couldn't finish them and not even the dog wanted them. Waste of money 😜

Went through the drive through last night. The advertised special was not available. They forgot to put in the sauces that should have come with the meals. Plus the chicken burger was hard with very disintegrated lettuce, like it had been kept warm for 24 hrs, Awful.

Took my granddaughter and collected order got home "HAPPY" meal missing, tears, didn't answer phone. had to go back. staff polite. I have had this before WHY is it difficult to put an order in a bag.

Always get the order wrong, stone cold meals. Happy meals always end up sad meals. Worst McDonald's around.

The food was freezing cold when it was served to the table. I ate 1/4 of mine and my Son and OH ate most of theirs - complain immediately is my advice as if you eat any as if you do eat it they can’t do anything...they offered to change my meal but by that point we had to leave to be somewhere for a set time. Would not recommend.

Honestly the worst place ive been. The food was cold, the staff, one in particular was vile, and the service was poor. When you have employees like Kieran Renshaw who is rude, obnoxious and has poor customer service skills, you should be ashamed of yourselves. As a result I will ensure you lose business for as long as he is working there.

for over a week there is a flickering light in the gents, how it hasn't been noticed and fixed is beyond me? on the plus side the foods always good and the staff are friendly and helpful and go out of there way to please. defo be back and hopefully they'll have fixed the light!

Why when I ask & pay for a large latte & a medium latte, when I get home is the large half empty? Tonight I was that disgusted at how much empty cup I could see I measured them both. Guess what both 300ml! Not the first time McDonald’s Hinckley have done this. Poor show. If I wanted a regular I would have asked for it. 😡

had a worker called Dan was a very good lad,was in a rush so he gave me my food with a good smile and i went away

always good service and the food is what you'd expect, order off menu and it will take a little longer but always be fresh. top tip try a hamburger for the ultimate classic

Our school brought a group of 25 pupils to this McDonald's at the end of term. One of the children was upset and knocked over a tray of drinks and food. The staff were enormously helpful and kind - they went out of their way to help and made the visit really pleasant for us.Thank you all very much.

Visited this evening for the first time. Ample parking, plenty of seating. Ordered food via the screens. Table service took an unusual time considering it wasnt busy. When the food arrived it was the usual McDonald's brand. Clean establishment. I think due to location this restaurant is more drive-thru oriented.

Great choice of food and drink. Easy, self ordering machines in here now - saving time. Drive through also an option

An average McDonald's outlet. Very busy due to its location. Good is good enough. Average service. Nothing to complain about.

Gets very busy. Could do with a bigger car park but excellent service, very friendly staff and clean and have plenty off seating inside and out

Visit the store on a regular basis as thoroughly enjoy McDonalds cappuccinos, serving generally very good with people that smile and enjoy there job. Very reasonably priced who needs Costa ! Highly recommended

Its Macdonald same as all of them, Staff same as all other Macdonalds Staff keep place clean. What else can you say

Order a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal and a sausage and egg bagel meal and they were both only luke warm and the hash browns were cold. Also the double sausage and egg McMuffin was only a single.

My husband popped thru on way home. Ordered wraps with no salad. And then had to wait for 15 mins for order at 10pm at night. Then to get home and the wraps had everything in that we hadn’t asked for and it was cold!

I'll admit it's not my favourite place but fine to get take out drinks.. especially handy if at Hinckley and Bosworth hospital and need a quick chill.

Just popped in for an ice cream and they were lovely as expected! No queue and service was quick even though it appeared busy. Yum!

fantastic staff, very helpful, can never find a sticky, dirty table or floor. the man that cleans literally could not do a better job, always friendly cannot fault the place

Iseal for drive through when visiting town on business and need a quick lunch. Friendly staff and reasonable food.

Was greeted by a very friendly face the gentleman was very happy to help with our order via the self serve order counter .... Clean and well equipped, food was also very quick to arrive well done McDonalds

Bangin' staff. Loved my McIcecream and my salty surprise french fries. Windows need a good clean though.

Not sure what else can be said. It's McDonalds. Same menu as all the others with same prices. Food is adequate for a quick fix.

Used this place quite a few times never had any problem with food, at certain times it can get very busy especially trying to get in the drive thru, otherwise all ok

Nice and clean good for kids and adults alike reasonably priced and accessible by car too far to walk with a small child!!
