Guy purposely cut my sandwich in half an gave me the tiniest bit of bread I was getting stared at the whole time felt so uncomfortable will not be going back barely had an filling in there was more like a 3 inch sub!!!!

Title says it all, staff are so rude, ignorant and incompetent and can’t get to grips what decent customer service is, the foreign bloke using profanity as we leave and being told by his manager to shut up when i asked what he said. subway must be real desperate for employees if that’s the best they can find. An embarrassment to the brand and my visit out with the family. Will be taking this further, but count this as your warning if you find this crusty place and go else where.

very disappointed: order was wrong, payed wrong amount, only half the cookie was there, no milk in tea, staff were focused on delivery orders not costumers in shop, had to ask for mayo separately, added wrong salad to sub because they were still serving deliveries whilst we were ordering ours. will not be returning.

Half filled sandwich, and when I asked then to simply spread out the filling not top it up I was glared at. Currently shown on the list of places offering blue light discount but I was spoken to as if I’d asked the cashier to give up their first born child when I asked about it! Exceptionally rude through out. It’s a shame as I only live round the corner but I won’t be going back.

I visited this establishment for lunch and requested a footlong meatball marinara with salad options, a drink and cookie. Firstly, the service was terrible. Rude and take no time to deliver a quality product, it is rushed and the staff do not want to engage with customers in any way. The first thing I noticed when going to eat this meal is that there are a lot less meatballs and sauce than other subway stores, leaving me disappointed and feeling ripped off surrounding the cost. Upon paying for my subway I was advised by the cashier that I am allowed "1 refill". After finishing my first drink I went up to get my "1 refill" and was abruptly approached by a young staff member saying that I am not allowed to fill up my drink again. I politely stated to him that he said I could have "1 refill" and apparently he meant that I could just fill it up once. I explained to him that he should be telling people they can only "fill" up their drink once instead of telling them they are allowed "a refill" as it is false advertising and information. He did not understand this, due to an apparent language barrier, teemed with rudeness and an apparent idea that he was correct about the matter, something which I found very frustrating. On top of this, a drink is around £1.80 and is the equivalent of a McDonalds medium which costs 99p meaning it is ridiculously expensive as you can only fill it up once, better off buying your own drink. However, the cookie was delicious and that is about the only thing good I have to say about visiting this establishment. I will not be returning due to managers greed and staff incompetence (I know they are paid minimum wage but standards need to be met, when you are effectively paying close to £9 for a sandwich). I suggest others do not visit either for this reason. Only when they sort out their product and staff attitude should people return!

I love subway! But this place in Winchester they are rude no customer service at all. Don’t fill the rolls up properly either.

The food was great and lovely to visit. But the toilet door was broken,we mentioned it to the staff we just got an ok.People were walking in while people were using the look,very embarrassing,they either could of closed the toilet with a notice saying out of order but the staff were to lazy to.

I love subway because it’s so tasty and the cookies there are some of the best I’ve had and they have a good selection of drinks and crisps

A bit of this and a bit of that! That’s what a Subway is all about! And here in Winchester it’s no exception.A lovely welcome awaits you in this well laid out sandwich bar. I must say, it’s the nicest Subway I’ve ever been in.

Me and my friends go to subway every thursday night and the service is amazing and they will take any annoying requests with a smile I enjoy that part of my night more than the night itself thank you so so much !!! I love subway !!!!!

Never had a subway before and really fancied a coffee and a roll for lunch so popped in here on my way home from Dorset. The coffee was brown water which didn’t taste like any coffee I have ever had before. So bad I had to leave it. The roll I chose the Monday special which was cheese and onion. I added salad. Well he used a teaspoon of filling! Very disappointed and will not be back to a subway.

Staff extremely polite and the food is amazing wide variety of foods and stuff to put in your sandwich. Wide choice of drinks as well with an ice machine . Lots of room to sit and a very nice clean toilet , i recommend you eat here sometime

Stopped for a coffee prior to a meeting in Winchester and was appalled at how filthy this place is! The floor mats look like they've never been cleaned, as does the floor. Cracked floor tiles, and generally just grimey everywhere. The toilet is revolting and also looks like it's never seen any cleaning products. Floor mat is black with filth that's obviously built up over a long time, and the sanitary bin is strategically placed on a random mat over what could be lifting floor tiles?! How this place is still open I don't know, but I for one won't be visiting again in it's current state.

Another subway, another review saying the same things, repetition is good in a same thing different place subway scenario, ticks all the usual boxes.

I've visited this branch 8 times at between the hours of 4-5pm and found the overall experience great! The staff are very friendly and they have always had all items in stock! A Great place with great staff!

Popped in for a quick coffee and cookie. Good coffee. Watched other people coming and going and ordering their food. Staff very good, polite and efficient. Food looked of a very high standard.

Comí desde aquí el otro día y el subcomité tirada de cerdo me hizo mal. Pensándolo bien, no creo que fue nuked en el microondas lo suficiente. Me pareció que era sólo cálido en el tiempo pero confiado en la sentencia de la tienda. Tenía mi Sub a la hora del almuerzo alrededor 1220 h y a las 21:30 h me fue violentamente enfermo. El subcomité fue lo único que me había comido todo el día y con los otros síntomas fue una intoxicación alimentaria sospechosa. El servicio era rápido y eficiente, pero ser consciente cuando ordenar sus productos cárnicos. Sin duda no será pedir nada nuevo que requiere de metro carne cocida después de esta experiencia.

Staff was very nice! They make a good sandwich! And work good with all the drunk people what was in there at the time we'll done!

Everybody loves a subway. They have now opened another store so you can eat a subway on the way to another subway. Always a good choice.

I called in tonight for a double Expresso and got charged £3.82! Extortionate and I shall not buy from them again in a hurry!Last time I had one in the shop it was about £1.90 for a double Expresso!The guy was not very helpful and certainly did not indicate that I would be charged for 2 coffees - usually the price for a double Expresso is less that 2 coffees - I suggested to them that they do a price comparison around the city to see the difference. I did not even get a receipt either!I shall certainly not be recommending them from now on.
