McDonald's - Monarch Leisure Park in Manchester

Yesterday I went to enjoy a family meal in this mcdonald’s and was utterly disappointed. The food took an hour to be prepared and when it finally appeared it came with hair in it and freezing cold . Additionally the toilets were smeared with feces on one of the cubicle walls , and I think my son may have licked it. finally when i tried to politely ask for a refund as my food was disgusting and freezing cold the manager shouted at me and threatened to throw something in my face . Do not come here it is truly awful.

Absolutely disgusting just got served by the rudest member of staff young lad thinking he is from top boy pointing fingers passive, aggressive over the fact I asked for 2 extra sauce’s which I said I would pay for then his unprofessional manager sherry pushed him out the way in her dirty uniform clapping her hands together in my face refusing to give me his name when I said I was going to complain very scruffy staff and unprofessional …24/10/23 … 22.44pm

Went here Sat 18 Feb prior to a show at the Apollo. The place was rammed with people queueing down the middle of the place, that was to be expected. What wasnt expected was to have scumbags come up to our table begging for change! The beggers literally went up and down the queue and around the tables. Then there was a drugged up male zombie'd out in a corner. A complete hole of a place, I wouldnt let my kids go here alone

We never eat at McDonalds but needs must tonight after a gig and we know why we don’t. Got home, coffee is absolution disgusting, chips tepid and no Big Mac burger. My son went to our closest McDonalds as where we ordered was maybe 6 miles away, they fobbed him off so this is absolutely why we don’t eat at McDonalds anymore. Food missing, when it’s here it’s cold and customer service is shocking. Shame on you!!

I’ve been coming here for years just for coffee as it’s cheap and ok I’ve never had an issue with staff and have always found them friendly As many people I love the loyalty scheme that gave me a free coffee every tenth drink, but not now, why can’t be because of Covid staff having to touch the voucher as they take cash, it’s a big mistake
