We decided we would get something to eat from here. The car park outside this place is small and can be difficult to get a space. There is parking spaces over the road at the retail park. The place seemed clean, the is some seating downstairs and some more upstairs. The place was relatively quiet and the food didn't take overly long to collect. The burger was good, as were the chips. I had a chocolate milkshake which was really good but on the pricey side. Overall this place is a nice place, the food was good. Place seemed clean

I had a disgusting all beef hot dog if you can call it that the bun was flat and soggy made me heave the beef sausage tasted vile and they forgot my onions we had 2 burgers bearly cooked 2 fries just about ok my hotdog and 2 drinks i nearly died when tbey said how much £43 dont waste your money on this rubbish go to macdonalds far better quality and less than half the price

I decided to try this place and was highly disappointed. Having viewed it in passing on a number of occasions I thought that it may be a high quality establishment. Nothing could be further from the truth. There was a distinct lack of ambience. Instead one is presented with a large, totally functional spa e which his totally lacking g in character and the music was far too loud. I ordered a cheeseburger with three toppings, medium fries and a milkshake which cost £22.55!!! If blindfolded, one would have been forgiven for believing that one was in a high quality burger joint at those prices. The burger and chips were pretty good but the milkshake was too cold and not particularly flavoursome. I will not frequent the establishment in the future.

Excellent service and great quality burgers made to order in their open kitchen. Ingredient are all fresh and the place is always kept clean. Special thanks to the Manager Taylor who was very helpful towards our special requests!

The upstairs dining area was filthy, food all over the floor, dirty sticky tables. The soap dispenser in the toilets was on the floor washed out, obviously awaiting repair but no other soap was provided for people to be able to wash their hands after using the toilet (that's gross in a food establishment!) The sink was also dirty. There was no onions available and no peanut butter milkshake. For my two kids to have a burger, fries and a drink and just a drink for myself it cost £42.45!... To sit and eat in filth! Very disappointed with our experience and even more disappointed that the customer service team don't seem to care and make their customers feel like they're being called a liar! Food is better quality than your average fast food joints but i still can't see how the price can be justified and why it was so dirty and it wasn't even busy.

Wow 5 guys you know how to make burgers !!! totally amazing ..... was takeaway .... collected ... clean tidy inside ... great staff ... fabulous burgers .... i could just eat again .... tad expensive but great x

Imagine what dining would be like in a public convenience. Wasn’t very popular when were there, not a place for a dining experience, felt to clinical and cold…

Fantastic service. The staff on last night were informative about the vegetarian menu options and were so friendly, serving with a smile. The food was tasty and hot and good portion sizes. Really pleased we ate there.

Takeaway. 3 burgers 2 chips 2 milkshakes (should have been 3 but they spilt one). 1 grilled cheese. Latter was minuscule wit “plastic” cheese which was not even melted. Fries were so salty they were inedible. Burgers looked like they were cooked yesterday. Nearly £60. Complete waste of money

Have visited this establishment twice now, the first time a few weeks ago we were blown away with the quality and price. The second time we were so disappointed the burger and filling were so badly put together it all just fell apart and really needed eating with a knife and fork. The chips were plentiful . We love the complimentary peanuts (how do they roast and salt them in their shells) we found the cost £30 for 2 small burgers , one portion of chips and 2 refillable soft drinks extortionate and won’t be visiting again.

Popped in one evening for a milkshake, the staff were all messing around behind the counter the whole time I was in the restaurant. Really lacking in general customer service. The staff behind the counter were more interested in having “banter” and arm wrestling each other. Not the most professional when you’ve got customers inside the restaurant. The manager even came a few times and told them to get on with their work, but every time he left they carried on messing about. Staff were also happy to give free drinks away to customers who came in and asked for a cup. I’ve had much better experiences in other Five Guys. The milkshake was made quickly and was great. It’s just a shame the service let it down.

After hearing for a long time how good the burgers are at Five Guys had the opportunity to give it a try. Disappointed is all we can say. The fries were so salty hardly edible and burgers were ‘ok’. Only just collected but still had to microwave for a minute before eating. Not worth the money that’s for sure. Will travel to Burger King next time we fancy a burger.

I’m not sure where to start with this. Expecting great things but was met with a girl on the tills who didn’t/couldn’t explain whether they had a kids meal (we had not been before) anyway after ordering a small burger, a normal burger, a hot dog and some chips and milkshakes for 2 adults and a 6 year old the cost £46! Paid and found a table and my OH stood waiting for them to make it at the collection point (yes you have to collect it yourself and bring it to your table) for well over 30 minutes. When it did come the burgers were really squished up in the foil, the milkshake wouldn’t come through the straws and we had had enough by then I just ate quickly as we were starving and left. We won’t be returning, over rated and slow service and to be truthful the food is a third of the price across the road at McDonalds and is nicer. Save your money.

Service was outstanding, Tarim went above and beyond with the order and I had a very happy family at the end of a delicious burger. Look forward to coming back. Free milkshake was the icing on the cake!
