The employees are so lost . They run around the kitchen like headless chickens . They have no idea who’s orders who’s . And they tried giving me someone’s order . Even the manager don’t know to do his job . So annoying.

Food is good. Atmosphere not quite as good as it might be ..

Missing drink this place is getting worse something needs to be done from the looks of all these reviews!

not often mc Donald's food it hot but today it was hot tasty and driver was so polite very happy with my breakfast 😀

Thoroughly enjoyed my chicken and chips yesterday. Freshly cooked, salad was fresh. Very tasty.

Ordered a whopper, got home and it was a kids hamburger with whopper sauce on! Went back and they said they had no whopper burger buns left and the whoppers would overhang the small buns so they have been putting hamburgers on instead! Make it make sense!! Paid nearly £9 for a kids hamburger meal! Manager rude and wouldn’t refund just swapped the burger for a whopper on a small bun! Utter farce! Won’t be back as they always get something wrong here but tonight was a joke!

I love this place & food I really enjoye every day

Suffers from the location somewhat, you will likely have someone asking for money and someone in the toilets doing drugs, can get very busy but service is still quick. The cleaning staff never stop . Respect to them🙏 If you order the Minecraft meal make sure you get given the figurine. I did go back and the rectified this. Also I was refused the nether flame sauce with the veggie nuggets meal despite it appearing with it on the menu. Don't usually have issues like that .

Food was burnt and requested a refund but refused and service was slow, and nobody answers the phone either.

Regularly unclean, poor services from many members of staff that treat it like a joke rather than a job. Orders regularly wrong or food in cold poor condition just thrown in to bags. And we can't forget the staff chewing gum while preparing food.

We arrived late in the evening as the team was closing up half of the restaurant for cleaning. There were still plenty of tables so no problem. We ordered on the touch screen which was working and printed a receipt, something which we are not used too so 👍. Our food was delayed with most of it being bagged up, then a member of the team taking it round the side? When I asked 'why' i received a mumbled response, so maybe the team member was new. One of the managers/supervisors smiled and said it won't be long. I belive they were making drinks, but it looked like it was going to the drive thru. Food was warm, not hot. Main gripes were some of the fries had black ends which shouldn't have been served. Also, the McChicken sandwich appeared to have been thrown together as mayonnaise was all up the side, so sticky fingers for me. It was also very small, so maybe McDonald's has shrunk it to keep the price low? I ordered a latte from the counter. Team member was polite and the latte came fairly quick. For the price paid and flavour it was excellent. Why bother paying Costalot prices if you can get a better and cheaper drink from McDonald's? Another 👍 from me. We ordered a happy meal but the touch screen flagged there were no Minecraft toys left, so we ordered the book. A previous customer had received the toy. When I asked the team member if they had any, she checked and brought us one, without requiring the book back. We also ordered apple slices, but carrots arrived. These were promptly changed with no fuss. So thank you. Finally we ordered a couple of fruit pies, of which this restaurant had the new flavour available. Again great compared to our local McDonald's. The restaurant was clean with only one table being left messy, the previous customers choosing not to bin their own rubbish.

Never had such a bad experience at McDonald's. I ordered on the screens and had to wait at least 15 minutes. I got my order and everything was cold except the coke because it had no ice in it. The burger looked like it was from yesterday and the fries had no taste. The staff was friendly, but I come here to eat and the friendliness is secondary. I threw 3/4 in the trash.
