The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

I tried a meal here, and it was good.

It's a hot mess, food is great, service is incredibly slow. Understandable if they had a drive through, but they don't. You'll see your food sitting in the heater, forgotten about. As they've printed your sticker and forgot about that too. Staff need training in customer service too, far too many argumentative staff as I witnessed four customers get nothing but unusual backchat. Oh and your order is guaranteed to be wrong 9 times out of 10. Be quicker and check your orders properly.

I cant fault this restaurant. The food is well made. If there's ever a problem, they'll always fix it: if given the chance. This restaurant is a drive thru focused store so that may have an impact on your wait at times, but that's life in a busy store full of hungry peeps. I have to say that 'Kajar' always makes sure me and my family are good also. He so doesn't have to as we are just regular visitors, but without hesitation he automatically does. I know we are not a special cases either because I've personally observed this being his normal way of doing things. Anyway, great store. If you have an issue, stay cool and they'll fix it in a heartbeat. #KudosTeamThH

Just great to order food then get out

stone cold food all round at a time that wasn't busy, it should have been freshly made, it was revolting, macdonalds should have binned it, not me wasting my money. asked for extra pickle on the big mac, great effort they made with that as you can see in picture. Big mac, double cheese burger, plain chicken mayo, 2 small fries, 1 medium fries, 1 large fries, absolute waste of money. none was edible

By far the worst BK I’ve had anywhere, and I’ve had a lot of bad ones. Onion rings tasted like they’d been on the floor all day, cold soggy and one had blue plastic stuck to it. The staff all look like they need a good shower. Won’t be coming back here even if the world has ended and this is the only place left standing! Oh and no normal coke, what planet are they on?

Matt was friendly and handled my order with speed. Food was as tasty as it always is here.

This has to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been to the food is either cold or soggy the milkshakes have no taste to them and the orders are never correct

Traveling by bus is not recommended. Bus drivers only get one free drink.

Nehaben is excellent with everyone and she is so humble. I like the food and service.

I'm disappointed once again at Frankie's trick for serving me burnt chicken wings today. This has happened in the past and I thought it was just a mistake but it seems to me it's deliberate as it always happens when I order takeaways.
