Great service, but the chicken was inedible. It was almost soggy, did not have the classic crispy flavoured coating. We couldn’t eat it

Amazing service from Tracy! Very chatty and quick paced, clean environment and good, hot food! Definitely good for a lunch break.

Order 3 pieces of Chicken and chips with a drink, I always like to have something to dip my chips in so ordered a garlic mayo for 60p, when I got back to my car to enjoy I discovered that I had a tiny pot, worked out at 2 teaspoons worth, I will stick with KFC in future, at least you get a much larger pot, maybe like 5 times the size.

Miss Millie’s used to be a staple stop at the end of a night out when I lived in the centre of Bristol so I was really pleased when I found out they were opening in Yate. When we first went there it brought back great memories and the food was really good. However we went back yesterday 26/4/24 to find that the kids menu had all but gone (no options for a meal deal with a mini filet burger and a relatively healthy coleslaw/corn on the cob/ beans) and the food was awful. My filet burger wasn’t a filet (two smaller pieces instead) and either the seasoning, mayo, bun has changed as it tasted bland and didn’t have the classic Millie’s taste. The chicken in the kid’s meals was soggy. My wife had the Cluck’n hot which was bad enough that she didn’t finish it. All this for over £27 What has happened at Millie’s as it now tastes worse than KFC

Ordered food through uber eats. Food arrived cold, half the order wasn't in the bag and zero support. Yates phone number doesn't work, no support online and zero support from uber. The gravy tasted of chemicals and the chicken was dry.

I've had it with your Yate shop. Today the food was cold. Chips cold. Chicken cold. No hot drink, smoothies/milk shake, no fizzy drinks. The only thing to drink waz outta the fridge. It's freezing outside, u want hot food and drinks. Not here.... It's disgraceful. The only good thing about it is the server Tracy, who is always polite and friendly. Apart from that I wouldn't recommend Ur Yate shop if I was starving.

Chicken was inedible, so dry like it had been waiting all day or even from yesterday. The price they charge they should be serving great chicken.. absolutely awful chicken, whether something has changed with owners as never had this before.. Email sent complaining, so far no response.
